The location of the hotel is very good. Turn left and then turn left to Gabor Square. There is a large supermarket next to the square and many restaurants in the surrounding area. It is not far from the Old Town of Nice. Breakfast is typical ibis style and ok. However, no extra bed is available in the room. The facilities are complete and the rooms are clean and tidy. Parking lot access is not very convenient, the aisle is narrow, and parking spaces are very laborious. The car I drove was relatively large and not very convenient. There is also a city tax on parking fees. The warmest thing is that there is boiling water and free snacks in the lobby. Although I didn't eat snacks, I made tea several times. Especially suitable for Chinese. 👍

We booked and paid in advance for a room via booking.com for 26/09/17, looked good in photos and had room service etc listed, got there and reception area was lovely, then we were given the key to our room, it was up lots of narrow stairs and then the room was dirty and very tired, mould all over and staines on carpet and walls, wires showing at switch and handle not screwed to bathroom door, we went straight back down to reception, girl was very nice, however owner only via phone was very rude and refused to give us our money back, we lodged a complaint with Booking.com who were equally useless, we ended up booking into a different hotel for 2 nights and the owner of this flea pit even had the audacity to take a further charge for breakfast for myself and son for the 2 days we never stayed, we were lucky in that the credit card company gave us a refund, however this shark got to keep my money and only afterwards did I see all of the bad reviews where he had done it many times and yet still allowed to trade! Absolutely disgraceful, had to repost this as my original never got listed for some reason

My boyfriend and myself stayed here for two nights over the New Year. We booked last minute and arrived late as we were driving from Milan but we contacted the owner and he was nice enough to wait for us to arrive and check in. Our room was clean, tidy and with a wonderful bathroom complete with big shower. The decor was new and fresh. Big comfortable beds. The owners were polite, friendly, helpful and spoke good English. Also Patty, the resident dog was very welcoming. The best thing about the hotel is the location. It’s set exactly in the centre of the main plaza so is surrounded with parks and shops. Also if you walk around the back of the hotel you are in the small windy streets full of shops, bars and restaurants that after just 5 minutes lead you to the beach front and the promenade. Everything you need is on your doorstep, the hotel is pleasant and the cost is great value for money. What more could you ask for! We highly recommend!

This is a perfect place to stay in Nice, great location: walking distance to the water and conference centre, clean room, tasty breakfast with fresh fruits served in the garden, best host/hotel owner I've ever met: he made our day calling a cab (that appeared in few minutes) when our uber didn't come and we were in danger of missing the flight. I strongly recommend!

I would stay here over and over again. Quentin at the reception helped not only me but other guests with really useful information on how to make the most of Nice and its surrounding. They clean the rooms every day. The cleaning staff were also very polite and friendly. Don't waste your money on a taxi from the airport because this hotel is right next to a tram stop. If you like walking, you don't need to buy a tram ticket to get around, this hotel is strategically close to all the major places. The train station to Monaco, Cannes and the rest is also near.

I ca n’t wait to give this hotel a 6-star praise. I set the wrong time and Ctrip contacted the hotel and said that only the first and third nights can be upgraded. The second night is downgraded to a superior room, which means we have to change rooms every day, but The front desk didn't communicate with me well and didn't tell me that I need to pack my luggage in advance so that their waiter will help us to transfer the luggage, which caused me to not pack my things on the first day. Laduli Macaron was placed in the mini bar. The airpods were placed under the pillows and I found that they were gone. After giving feedback to the hotel, I immediately served me a plate of super-flavored macarons. The taste was not worse than that of Raduli. The hotel thought that I lost my airpods. My own responsibility, but thank you Ctrip customer service for helping me fight for my rights. Finally, Miss Check out told me that after discussion they decided to compensate me for 100 Euros. Although I bought this for 120 pounds, it is better None is good, so the service is still in place! !! !! Let me talk about the hotel facilities. I think it is very good. It is the cheapest sea-view room I have lived in. Hahaha. The location is also very easy to find. We arrived by cable tram from the airport, and later took the bus to the airport. It was worth it. One thing to mention is: Nice's bus changes frequently, so we ask local passers-by wherever we go. Thanks again to the local residents who are kind and enthusiastic to take the initiative to lead the way. If you feel that you don't understand English well, you can ask first I asked my sister at the front desk of the hotel. Every time I asked the passerby who took the note from my sister at the front desk, and then I asked the passerby. There are everything in the hotel. I was surprised by the disposable slippers, because basically I stayed at European hotels for so long. It ’s not clear if I did n’t eat breakfast at the hotel. One thing is very interesting. We wanted to see the scenery from the old city and found that the two roads up the mountain from the old city were closed and under construction, so we walked for a long time. , I did not expect that there are actually many roads to go up and down the mountain, such as the railing path next to the hotel is one of them Anyway, I highly recommend this hotel, Nice is really awesome

Nice Waterfront
We were upgraded to a 'comfort' room. The room itself is very spacious, but quite bare. There is a feel that it has been newly refurbished but the dressing table looks like it's been taken from a battered youth hostel. The shower room was good, nice clean shower. The toilet is separate and whereas the shower room has a nice solid proper door, the toilet has a sliding panel, which is quite heavy and not that easy to open. It feels like they were trying to save on space so used a slider, whereas a proper door would be nicer. The toilet room wasn't properly cleaned, you could see the dirt, grime and hairs under the threshold which wasn't very pleasant. Breakfast was included in our price but would be expensive to pay for it separately (10.50) for what you get. Mini pastries a little bit of fruit, cheese and some cold meats. Had it not been included we would most definitely have eaten out. There is good parking on site for a limited amount of cars so you need to book. It's safe and secure within the gates of the hotel. Again, it is expensive 18euros a day, but there are very few options elsewhere. On street parking is very limited and you have to pay and display. In terms of location, not bad. only a minutes walk to the beach and about 20 to the old town and central areas.

It ’s just in the off-season, it seems to have extra space. The place in Nice is 10 minutes beautiful. The hotel is next to the beach. It is historic, beautiful, and the lights are sweet at night. The white exterior is also elegant. The terrace room on the first floor is surrounded by seagulls. This time it will be upgraded for free one time. This room will also be used in the future. Tips are also given. The breakfast here is also very satisfactory. I will definitely come here again. That is, try to avoid the room with a door in the middle, the sound insulation is not perfect, and the service is friendly

My trip to Nice was for my daughter(15yo) and myself, it was her birthday and for her to practice her french vocabulary. I had got early flights to get the most time in France, I also hadn’t booked transfers etc so that my daughter could soak up the language as much as possible. From the airport we took a bus 98 to Magnan. The hotel sits back slightly from the main road but it can easily be found by looking for a gold building with a playground behind it. We got to the bed & breakfast hotel and we were very early for checking in and was hoping to leave our suitcases so we could go to the beach. Patrick was very helpful and allowed us to check in early, he was very helpful throughout our whole trip. He literally does everything by bringing breakfast every morning, being at the front desk and there to answer questions. The hotel is a simple bed and breakfast establishment, it’s a 20 minute walk into the main town area. It’s clean and fresh towels brought daily and the maid would be really helpful in organising our products in the bathroom. Breakfast was served in the room, basic continental but fresh and tasty. We had our breakfast on the balcony which has a great ocean view every morning. You can easily get to the airport too by using the tram which is to the back of the hotel and get on at Magnan straight to the airport terminals. Great B&B and would stay again if back in Nice.

The hotel offers a private beach for the little friends who want to go on holiday, enjoy the sun on the beach, and it is convenient for the little friends to go to the sea. The balcony of the room can see the coastline of Nice. It is really beautiful. Even if it is not on the beach, you can sit on the balcony and listen to the song every day. Looking at the sea and people coming and going, it feels great! The only downside is that the hotel is a bit farther from the city centre, but there are two restaurants with very top rankings, very good!

This is a very useful evaluation for a hotel in Nice, I hope everyone can take a look. 1) Location: The location of the hotel is on the beach, it is really good! But if you are entangled in which hotel to choose, stayed in Nice for 6 days and changed 3 hotels (3 different price points) I can tell you that the price of this home is nearly twice as expensive as the others - in the room facilities and Service does not have any outstanding advantages. I will talk about it in detail later, so, simply speaking from the position, this row of hotels or homestays are all 180-degree super beautiful seascape sunrise. 2) Service: I can only give 3-4 stars to the attitude of the service staff. It is not a standard for a 4 star hotel. Relatively indifferent~ It was my birthday on the day of the hotel check-in. I didn’t feel that I didn’t notice the passport, but the friend sent the birthday cake to the hotel. The lady at the front desk was very indifferent and let the porter take it to me... (not me Feeling, as a girl who stayed alone, I used to be a hotel. If it is such a detail, I can't do more details. May I have more details?) Two days in the store, WIFI broke two days because I have to deal with some work with my computer, and I always ask them when they can be good... The response is unified, the whole hotel is broken, and we are very anxious. Anyway, it’s quite awkward. As an emergency response, I think I can actually borrow a nearby wifi or other processing method... and a wifi problem can’t be fixed in two days... It’s really... 3) Amenities/services/breakfast: The bed is very soft and very comfortable, the bathroom is great, but the biggest problem in the whole house is that the 3 floors I live in, half of the house is tilted... too obvious! So every time I walk, it will be a little dizzy...🤦🏼‍♀️ mini bar provides drinking water, tea bags...but only the first day of stay, no supplements...also very good... Breakfast should be the best part of the whole hotel~ Although it is Western, the overall variety is very rich, and the restaurant is also facing the sea... It feels great when I have breakfast in the morning! 4) This article should be a supplement to the previous one: About the SPA part of this hotel~ There should be friends like me to set this hotel, but the hotel's spa area is on the first floor of the hotel... I personally feel A little embarrassing... the price is about 60-150 euros! This is the price of the spa. If you use the spa area alone, the in-house guest is 30 euros for two hours...but, in fact, just like our domestic swimming pool, there is a lounge chair...the sauna room...the money feels unnecessary Flower... After all, three minutes walk to the beach, swim in the sea, find a bar and a glass of wine to lie down, cost-effective! Ok to share this ~ Nice is really beautiful, it is worth spending a few days to get rid of!

The hotel is right by the sea and there is an open-air restaurant bar on the top floor with unobstructed views of the sea. The hotel is in a good location, just a five minute walk to the old town and the luxury shopping street. If you are on vacation, it is necessary to live on the beach, because in other quiet neighborhoods, the restaurant is basically closed at 10 o'clock in the evening, and in this area, midnight is also lively and safe. I especially want to praise Ctrip. I had a hotel before, but the hotel La Malmaison Nice was oversold, and Ms. Sanna Gehrke, who was very proud, asked me to leave the hotel and exchange for a hotel I didn't like. I was still in theory, but she said I don't have to waste time, I turn and leave. Immediately, I told Ctrip that Ctrip immediately changed my favorite hotel and apologized for the inconvenience. I am very pleased to choose Ctrip, and I am picking up the hotel. I hope that everyone will not go to that hotel, the attitude is very poor, and the location is not good. Since I didn't live in that hotel, I wouldn't be able to write a comment there, I can only take up the location here.

Cheap! The room was awesome! Breakfast is delicious! There are almost no shortcomings, 5 minutes walk from the sea, there is a delicious roast chicken on the road! There is a subway station directly to the airport within five minutes walk from the hotel! The bed in the triple room is super big ... the toilet is also big enough Breakfast is rich and hot milk coffee juice, egg bacon toast croissant, various fruits, yogurt, homemade fruit salad and oatmeal ~ you can eat it! Good English at the front desk! No accent for smooth communication! Super enthusiastic ... dutiful to solve all your problems ... awesome! The disadvantage is that the elevator is small, three people, two large boxes, and two small boxes are full.

My husband, toddler and I stayed here for 3 nights and it was awesome! I was skeptical with it being a Best Western, but after reading several reviews, I thought I'd take the risk and book it. What a pleasant surprise! The location is very central so you can walk everywhere. You are within minutes of shops, restaurants, playgrounds and the beach. It truly couldn't have been better. When it comes to cleanliness, I am VERY PICKY and rarely feel, (almost), as comfortable in a hotel room as I would my own home, but I did here! We had the delux room with a king bed and sofabed on the third floor - exactly as pictured above - which was very spacious and had an awesome wrap-around balcony that our daughter loved. The lobby and breakfast area are also new and clean. The only negatives were that there didn't consistently seem to be enough hot water to shower and the phone in our room didn't work. We had informed the front desk staff of the latter on the first day and they were supposed to send someone up to fix it but it never happened. Also, there is an extra charge for breakfast which we took advantage of one day; however, we felt it was overpriced for what it was. I am still giving the hotel 5 stars because I can't give 4.5 and I really liked everything about it. The front desk staff was friendly and due to the feedback about the phone and hot water, the fees for breakfast were waived which was greatly appreciated! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

My wife and I got a rare chance to get away for 2 days whilst our 18month old was staying with the grandparents and we couldn't have been more excited to get away and relax (sleep until late morning). We arrived at 1pm and Although we had to stay with alot of thought and money going into it and couldn't have been happier with the location and luxurious feel of the property. My wife did mention however it was not the room we booked, I've seen this on reviews before of this establishment and maybe something they need to look into. Nonetheless we were very impressed. We ventured out and came back a few hours later for an afternoon nap and noticed the apartment below had some renovation works going on, not thinking much of it we got back to our room and 10 mins later, I can only describe as a pneumatic drill, shook the entire floor much to our shock. I phoned the owner and she assured me it stopped at 4pm and wouldn't start til late in the morning. Slightly bemused and worried we stayed and at 8:30 the next morning.... We heard a Bang, bang, bang. It woke us up and we were more than annoyed. At 9:30 exactly the drilling started and we'd had enough. I complained and the owner was a bit of a flap and said it wasn't her fault and she didn't know if they were drilling. After a phone call to her husband (business partner) she pleaded with the builders to stop but by this point we were awake we knew the same would happen after our 2nd night. In the end we found another hotel and only enjoyed 1 night with not enough sleep we had hoped for. I was very disappointed in the lack of communication about the works going on downstairs, we only booked 2 weeks before and if she had emailed us to notify of the works and given us a clear outline of when the noise would start we could have arranged to be out the apartment or stayed somewhere else. Instead she didn't and unfortunately we were very annoyed and now left a negative review which should not have been the case as the facilties and apartment were fantastic. The owner was very apologetic but she unfortunately missed out on business for a night and we left feeling slightly bemused at the thought of having to cross town to find somewhere else to stay. Not the relaxing 2 days we had hoped for. Nonetheless I would still recommend if stairs are not an issue and you want a modern, new apartment in a great area of town. Just a shame the owner could not notify us and save the stress for her and us with all the drilling and building work below.

Pros: - Nice staff and any issues/questions they try to accommodate straight away - free hot drinks and snacks all day is a nice touch - nice decor and good boutique look and feel - fairly good location. Very close to train station and a little walk into old town Cons: - Pictures are a little better than reality. Rooms don't feel like they are cleaned super well and are a little worn (e.g. small balls of dust around room) - We were put into a room that had a very bad smell coming from it. However the hotel staff did move us as soon as we told them - Hotel is a little overpriced for what it is as the rooms and hotel seating area are quite small - breakfast is always a rush and not a very relaxing process. It is always busy and we were often waiting for food to come out before we could fill our plate. I think they definitely need more staff working on breakfast in the busy periods as there is only 1 person trying to fulfil everyones needs

1 location: I only gave 2 points, because as a seaside tourist city Nice, this hotel is located inland, very far from the seaside. Public transportation is very inconvenient. If it is self-driving, please ignore my 2 points, it is very suitable for self-driving, because the parking lot is free! free! free! Nice hotels with free parking are just a handful. I must know this by car. 2 facilities: gave 4 points, the hotel is not new, the decoration can be seen for years. But the maintenance is very good, so it will not cause any trouble. 3 service: 5 points, the service staff is very enthusiastic, this can be done in most hotels in Europe. I made a mistake in the room. One room was set for one night, and one room was set for one night. I didn't see it clearly. The waiter saw that it was more troublesome to change the room. I stayed in the superior room for two nights. Very caring. 4 Hygiene: 5 points, it is really clean. Maybe Chinese people go to Europe to see that any hotel interior is clean, because the European environment is clean, there is no soil, no dust, the carpet in the room is very clean, the facilities are very clean, and the bedding products are also clean. clean. In short, don't worry about health issues. Summary: Self-driving preferred! Do not live here without driving. The king of cost performance, around 500 yuan a night, free parking. Really great value, here is France, but the tourist city is Nice. Everything is expensive.

Ibis hotels are known to most travellers. We found the rooms of this Ibis budget to be spacious (ours was Family room 3 beds). The only thing that we missed sorely was a cupboard/ storage space to unpack as our stay was for more than a week. The staff of the Hotel was great, very helpful and most of them spoke English. The reception was 24 hours I believe. With a Tram stop right outside the hotel, it made it super easy to use Public transportation. Direct connection to the Airport terminals, direct to Port Lympia in the other direction. Connection to the other line to venture into the other parts of Nice (I believe the stop for the changeover was Jean Medicin). Limited but efficient Buffet from 6 30 is until 10 / 10 30 am. The Promenade was less than a minute walk and visible from the Hotel if your room faced the street/sea. Our room was on the 10th floor, so we saw some good Sunrise form the room itself. The Bus stop right on the Promenade was another mode of Public transport to travel in Nice and surroundings. A 2-minute walk from the Hotel. A medicine shop next to the Hotel came in handy and the location is comparatively silent. Within 10 mins of tram travel time, you would be at the Nice Station or the main shopping area or the Old town landmarks. A great option when you want to stay comfortable, yet economical.

Had a fantastic couple of nights in this hotel. The location is ideal. A very short walk to promenade des anglais, with the old town also accessible. Plenty restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast is lovely and at a great price. Nothing particularly fancy, but all very good quality and plenty of choice. Cereal, yoghurts, nice breads and pastries, eggs, ham, cheeses, jams and other spreads... The rooms are an ok size. Beds are very comfortable. The rooms at the front are a bit noisy, so if you're an early to bed type of person this might not suit. Big thanks to reception staff for moving us to the back of the hotel, which was much quieter. Staff were so friendly and very helpful. Really make you feel at home and if you do have a request, then do talk to them as they'll help every time. It can be stopped at night to find the vacancy, and the car can be moved at 9 o'clock during the day. This can save a lot. The hotel charges 20 Euros for an extra bed. This is a small, family run hotel just 300 metres from the Promenade des Anglaise. The hotel is on a quiet street away from the continuous bustle and noise of the traffic along the dual carriageway alongside the Promenade. The owners have recently taken over the hotel and have tastefully renovated the whole building. There is a range of rooms from standard to superior and all of them are splendid. The en-suites are excellent and the rooms have very quiet air-conditioning. Each has hairdryers, widescreen LED TV with multi-language news channels in addition to local channels. The staff are all exceptionally helpful and friendly and provide an excellent guide to what-to-do and where-to-go, locally and extensively around the coast. Their local knowledge equals that of the Tourist Information office - giving personal recommendations and avoiding the need to queue at the office. Breakfast in the hotel is self-service - everything from hot bacon, eggs, sausages, cold meats and cheeses, fruit juices, fresh fruit, bread, toast, croissants, tea and coffee are provided in a pleasant, clean dining room. 200 metres from the hotel, the Rue de France, running east, parallel to the Promenade des Anglais, takes you past a huge selection of bars, restaurants, boulangeries and shops which are more varied and less expensive than those on the Promenade. All-in-all L'Alcove Hotel is a fine place to stay in Nice.

I decided on a deluxe room, and the picture room was quite spacious, but the hotel gave a very crowded, almost no space. advantage: 1. The location is convenient, the airport is convenient, and you can walk anywhere in the city center. 2. The hotel staff is welcoming and courteous. 3. Breakfast is simple, but it is delicious. 3. Lobby sits comfortably and has free lemon mint water to drink. 4. You can store your luggage. Disadvantages: 1. The toilet is not forced to pull the wind, the last stool can not be scattered for two days, hehe! If the two live, it is recommended to go to the lobby toilet for a large size. 2. The shower room is not waterproof, take a bath, and the water is full. 3. The mattress is too soft.

Second stay. It is my enthusiastic little brother who serves me. The room was not as good as the last one, given a small room in a very corner. It was later found occupied by Japanese and American tour groups. The price of the room booked during the eleventh period is around 1k for breakfast. The location is commendable and cannot be better. Nice is a very beautiful city. I would still choose this hotel if I have the opportunity to take my parents to visit again.

The staff handover and explanation are not clear. On the 4th check-out, I insisted that my city tax was not paid. (I have to pay with the other two front desks every day for the past two days.) The taxi driver not only thinks that because of me. The relationship and the front desk were too late for the city tax. They also threatened me that I had waited for 5 minutes for him to drive away. (The staff did not explain that it was a carpool. I think if I was 45 to the airport, why can't I wait?). I have repeatedly confirmed whether the city tax has been paid and whether the taxi has a credit card. In the end, not only did I pay more for the city tax, but when I paid the taxi fare, I could not use the credit card that I could brush anywhere else. The card is not good. Finally, I went to the airport to collect the money. Therefore, this hotel and related taxi companies are definitely not recommended (especially the front desk staff and taxi drivers on duty on the morning of October 4)

Nice Waterfront
I often travel to France, have come to Nice many times, lived in an apartment, and also stayed in a hotel. This time I stayed for 3 nights, and each of the 3 hotels specializing in the seaside stayed one night. Negresco, west end, west minister. X first comment on negresco, I live in a standard room with sea views. The scenery outside the window is good, but the glass windows are not soundproof. The hotel is still very historical, it is a landmark hotel in the local area. The proprietress has a very high status in France. The hotel displays antiques collected from all over the world. Of course, there are many Chinese elements. The elements displayed on each floor are different. On the second floor, there is a suite where the world fashion godmother coco chanel lived for a while. The rooms are old, all wooden, typical French style. The decoration is classical in all aspects, Yonghua is good for friends who like history. The restaurants are good, especially for dinner, the price is 7-800 per capita, but it is worth it. Overall, it's okay. Those who like to experience French style will recommend this place. I prefer a modern hotel style. It's okay to experience it. I went to the west end the next night. You can also read my evaluation of west end.

There are not many varieties of breakfast but the food is delicious and you can also dine in the garden. The hotel staff is very welcoming. The location is also good to the Nice Pedestrian Street less than 10 minutes, this price is still very good in the peak season. The hotel is small but very nice

Nice Waterfront
Firstly, I would stay in this hotel again purely based on its location. It is right on a busy pedestrian street full of lovely bars and restaurants (cafe de France being the best!) and a literal 5 minute walk to the beach. We booked a room with a terrace (room 14) which was a total highlight for us; we had an excellent view onto the pedestrian area where we could enjoy a glass of wine at the table and chairs and soak up the atmosphere below. The room was small but had a fridge and a nice bathroom. The bed was very uncomfortable and this was disappointing. I would also say that the room was a tad dusty but for a no frills hotel it suited us perfectly. I would also suggest that if you are a light sleeper that you bring ear plugs as the bins are collected at 3am each night and it sounds like a plane is taking off right outside! Would stay again based on the handiness of the hotel and the sunny terrace!
