The rooms are very modern and have just enough details included in them to make your stay comfortable. The location is perfect if you have classes or business on campus. Everything is within walking distance. Someone designed the space very well to not feel too cramped but include all the comforts of home. The efficiency kitchen includes a full refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and sink. Basic plates, bowls, cups/glasses, and flatware are included. A pot and pan are also included, although I would have liked to have seen a spatula. I appreciated the energy-saving lighting that was thoughtfully placed throughout the room and bathroom. Indirect lighting provided perfect study lighting. Overall - a very comfortable, efficient, and convenient stay. I will definitely return when I need to return to the campus.

The interior of the room is neat and clean, and the space is large enough. The landlord is very nice. Because we have many suitcases, the landlord helped us move our suitcases when we arrived and when we left. However, the person who posted the room on the platform was an agent. The information posted by the agent was all wrong. The address did not match the picture and text of the room type. The address displayed on the platform was completely wrong with the designated location, and it was different from the actual address and room type. Also The information showing the distance to the nearby subway station is also wrong. You can reach this accommodation by walking, so we took a car to the accommodation.

Breakfast is superb, not taste, is the location of the restaurant, directly to the sea, the taste is Western food order, very good, with a tip of less than one hundred people, feels cheaper than other hotels to buy meals. In addition, this hotel has no relationship with Zhang Aijia. The hotel is the English name of the daughter of the architect more than 100 years ago. Today, Zhang Aijia’s English name is the same as the hotel name. It can be said to be a misleading hotel reservation. However, this hotel is considered to be a famous hotel. The local foreigner also knows it, probably because one of the few hotels on the edge of English Beach, except for the old elevator, it is quite good. The bed was quite big and the room was quite big. There is a parking lot, there may be a charge, I don’t know if I have not paid the bill.

Nice clean hotel in a lovely area of the city. Though, we booked a double room with a seaview, but upon arival at the hotel, they told us that only standard city view rooms were available. That was a bit disappointing. Also, cold insulation in the room wasn't good and heating system did not work properly. We asked the hotel staff if anything could be done, and they brought us a portable room heater, which saved the day. We had breakfast at the bar on the first floor and it was truly fantastic. Overall, the hotel was nice and we consider coming back in the future.

The suite is spacious, fully equipped and with a great view. This place is spic and span. Even the windows are spotless. Although it is not ultramodern, it is practical. Cleanliness is the most important element to decompress after a tiring flight. The utensils in the kitchen are absolutely clean. It has everything you normally use at home including a new sponge, dishwashing detergent and dishwasher detergent. Comparing to other hotels in the vicinity, the price for a suite is worth every penny. The rating for cleanliness is A+. Excellent location, opposite to a supermarket Urban Fare, right by a dim sum restaurant, Neptune, and more restaurants on Robson Street. Of course, easy accessibility to many tourist attractions like Stanley Park. Staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Bonus: there is a big storage room for all you suitcases, bags and many more.

The moment I walked into the lobby and was greeted by the staff, I knew it was going to be an incredible trip. To start, the location is amazing. Walking distance to so many restaurants, coffee shops, and stores. What made the trip extra special was the head concierge, Alexsander. It was my first time in Canada and he told me so much about the history of some buildings and recommended all the places to go. He even took the extra step to walk my friend and me to Palate Kitchen around the corner to make sure we didn’t get lost and introduced us to the hostess. It was such an incredible level of customer service that I haven’t ever experienced , even when staying at other 5 star hotels. All the recommendations of sites to see made our trip absolutely perfect . The overnight front desk agent even offered me water and offered to call a cab when my Uber cancelled for my 5am flight. The other employee working that shift even carried my luggages to the car in the rain and waited with me outside until they were there. The room was spotless and so beautiful. Housekeeping did an amazing job. We were also given a handwritten card with Rosé upon arrival as well as breakfast vouchers and early check in. Thank you so much to the staff for making my vacation so magical. I can’t wait to refer my friends vacationing to stay at this hotel. What a special experience! Also, the breakfast and restaurant staff was phenomenal !

We were in town to attend a family birthday which did not include dinner so I chose this hotel because i wanted to go to the iconic Tiki Bar. Upon checking in we were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the room with mostly original decor still being used that gave it the iconic vibe. When we decided it was time to eat we found out from the desk girl that all the eating establishments at the hotel were closed for renovation. This should have been divulged at the time I booked; it is important information as there is no places close by to eat & the price of the room was not discounted to reflect the lack of facilities. We were also concerned about the safety of our vehicle but everything was fine & we were surprised how quiet it’s was (we were facing the rear parking area). The bed was comfy & we slept well.

I chose to stay here because of the airport shuttle and the accessibility to public transportation. Given the price I had to pay, I’d have given a better a rating IF: (1) airport shuttle is more punctual (2) the TV in the room works better (clearer, guests ‘can’ use it simply by following menu, has choices of movie/ netflix connection) (3) the sink in the toilet has more efficient water draining (4) the air conditioner has digital control and is quieter (5) The lift works smarter.. What I like: (1) The complimentary coffee machine in common area (2) The staff are nice

My wife and I spent four nights at this beautiful hotel. It is in a great location for exploring the city of Vancouver. The staff we encountered were all brilliant. Special mention to reception staff who were outstanding in efficiency and friendliness. Doormen welcomed us on arrival and took care of our luggage, and were very polite in opening the entrance doors for us when we approached or left. The decor is very colonial in style, and the hotel is exceptionally clean. The room we had was superb and quite large. There was a sitting area with foot stools and a large screen television. In the bedroom there was another television. There was coffee making facilities. Storage was adequate. We ate breakfast at the hotel which was really nice. There are a number of restaurants close by that we went to, and they were all very good

The hotel is located in the old city center, relatively old, and there are many homeless people nearby at night. The hotel room is relatively large, it is a small suite. The breakfast is basically Western-style, not self-service, you need to order, English is difficult to order, and the service staff will ask for tips. Check-in is only possible at three or four in the afternoon.

When I came to this hotel, we had daily breakfast and the hotel provided snacks and red wine once a day. On the first day I entered the hotel, I went to the lobby to eat at 7:00 pm. There was a Hong Kong man named JOE at the front desk of the bar. He could speak Chinese because I do not speak English. Well, I use a translator to translate the menu. The restaurant is dimly lit and the translator is small, so I can't see it clearly, so I asked him what kind of dish it is. , I said I understand, but you can't ask me? My eyes kept staring at me, I said my eyes were a little flowery, he kept laughing and said it had nothing to do with him, so he laughed out loud at the bar, very insulting, mad at me, and then said, what you just ordered is Noodles You Chinese can't eat spaghetti noodles. After talking for a long time, I ordered red wine and he asked me if you can drink red wine? He also questioned my order, I said it was free, he immediately asked another waiter to confirm in front of me if I was eating for free, and after confirming loudly, he said that you can go to eat and then you will have to pay, he said I always discriminated against Chinese people, and I kept saying Chinese Chinese..., but when I turned back to talking to foreigners, my face was full of smiles, so I went out to the duty manager to complain, and the solution was to upgrade me to a room, I asked him to apologize, He didn't apologize, saying that they have human rights here, so I wrote another complaint letter to the general manager. I didn't want much, I just needed an apology. Is this too much? It’s been almost two weeks and I still haven’t received a reply. I was going to stay for 13 days and I checked out early after 3 days. Because of racial discrimination and not being taken seriously, I will continue to go to their headquarters to file a complaint. (Hong Kong has returned, I know some People in Hong Kong can't accept it, I really can't think of such a thing in a five-star hotel), I won't stay at the Sheraton Hotel, the hotel restaurant service is so racially discriminatory In addition: there is no problem with the work at the front desk and the service of the bellman. The air conditioner in the room is very loud. If the air conditioner is not turned on, the room will be quieter. I forgot a new hair dryer in the drawer, and the hotel didn't call me to say that I had forgotten it. This time in Canada, this hotel was really unhappy, especially unhappy, and I won't come to stay in the future.

This hotel is SUPERB in every way. Their location is within walking distance to one of the train stops (we didn't use, but its 5 minutes away), a short 10 minute walk to the cruise terminals/seawall. We stayed 2 days prior to an Alaskan cruise and everything was amazing. The level of service was genuine and fantastic. So often these days you can feel like someone is ”going through the motions”. That is not at all the case here. The front desk greeted us warmly upon our arrival, and was so personable. The hotel is beautiful! A historical building restored beautifully both inside and out. The lobby area is amazing with dark beautiful woods. We were upgraded from a standard room to one of the largest standard rooms, overlooking the museum directly across the street. Upgrades are amazing, but just know they aren't always possible! Food - We at breakfast both mornings in the lobby lounge. Which saying sounds odd... but it is such a cozy spot. Food and service, again were fantastic. Room Service was also delicious! Concierge was so genuinely interested in ensuring we enjoyed out time in Vancouver! I look forward to a return trip where we will likely include some time back at the Hotel Georgia and some time in Whistler as well. Thanks to all at the Hotel Georgia for making our two days such an incredible experience!

This hotel could be so much better, especially for the price. On the positive side, the staff, including the concierge, Lisa, and the whole crew on the G floor are outstanding - the most friendly and helpful people. My suite was comfortable and quiet. The king size bed was firm. The air conditioner works well. The bathroom is big. The hotel location is good, near museums and Yaletown, with restaurants and boutiques nearby. The gym and the pool area are also good and, not many hotels in the city have an outdoor pool. The negatives are the extreme neglect regarding renovation and cleaning. For example, with COVID still an issue, after I checked in and stayed the first night in the hotel, I found an empty bottle of water behind the sofa and an used and dirty shirt near the bed. I did not noticed it immediately, because I arrived at 2 am and went straight to bed. To get my room cleaned daily was an ordeal. The hotel apologizes for being understaffed, but the prices were high, around CAD $5.500 for a week’s stay. If you cannot deliver the service, you should not be charging for it, The carpets and the curtains look old, dirty and shabby in the room and common areas. But by far the worse things about the Hilton Vancouver are the elevators. It is not unusual to wait 15 minutes, I am not exaggerating, to go from your floor to the lobby. I understand there is a shortage of workers in Vancouver, but some of the disappointing features of the Hilton could, in my opinion, be addressed by management that cares and is committed to providing guests with what they deserve based on their rates.

This time at Ctrip.com, this hotel first encountered the problem of Ctrip's promotion of Chinese services and found that there was no Chinese service at all. After communicating with Ctrip, it helped to provide a temporary solution. I did not expect that there was another unpleasant episode during the check-out at the hotel. After the check-in, the front desk did not take the initiative to give me an accommodation bill. To be honest, I did n’t remember to ask, or another guest found that his bill was wrong. It was there that I remembered that I should also take a look at my bill. As a result, there was an error in printing, and I charged 44.47 more for parking. I felt wrong even though my English was not good. They immediately took back the bill and tore it off. They recalculated and printed it out, and then came back. They only returned me 35 yuan and asked why it was not returned in full. Then the front desk tore the bill back again. Then recalculate and print it out correctly. I was very unhappy with their inattentive service. The end result was that they wrote this small note to me, and apologized and explained it. To be honest, I apologize for their apology. I really regret it. I booked this hotel on Ctrip. Ctrip introduced that there is Chinese service. In fact, they did not provide any Chinese service at all. The latter mistake led me to this so-called five-star Wedgewood leisure hotel with ancient European tradition Wedgewood Hotel feels very bad, this is the only regret in my Canadian trip [naughty]

The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. The lobby, elevator and room seemed old and rundown. There were no washcloths in the bathroom, and I had to make two requests to get some. When they arrived, one had three holes in it. None of the vending machines were working, so I had to ask at the lobby about where to get a soft drink. The employee pointed in a direction and said a store was located two and a half minutes walk away. She did not make the effort to elaborate and tell me that it was inside a building in the basement food court area. It was OK for one night before a cruise, but I would not stay here for more time.

Because the chartered car travels, it is not easy to evaluate the convenience of the location. It is a quiet street. It is a good place to watch the sunset from the sunset beach. In the area where the whole down town should be safe, the famous rainbow is on the edge. Street, we only know when we arrived, just to catch up with the weekend, go to the evening to watch the fun, very fun to say, there are simple Chinese restaurants and Japanese restaurants, fast food restaurants, more bars, many rainbows flag. It is not far from the gas town and Chinatown, and it takes ten minutes to drive. The facilities in the hotel are apartment-type. We have booked two rooms with kitchens. Because there are old people and children, it is really convenient to have a kitchen. A few days before the old man’s time difference, we packed hot porridge from the Chinese restaurant. Once I didn't have porridge, I bought a small packet of rice and came back to cook it myself. It was the most difficult time to get through the safe time. The bed is soft and hard, it is suitable, there are no slippers and toothbrushes, you need to bring your own, the front desk also sells, the hotel is prepared for shampoo conditioner and body lotion. In addition, there are garbage sorting in Canada, which is divided into: general garbage, recycling garbage and kitchen waste. It is described in the kitchen, and it is better to sort it according to the color of the trash can. There is a Sichuan girl at the front desk, very enthusiastic and thoughtful.

After three days of driving we arrived at this hotel only to find out they had cancelled our reservation. They claimed we were a no-show the day before even though I had confirmation that I had messaged and had also called them to change the arrival date to one day later. They couldn’t have cared less about the inconvenience and just blamed Expedia, which it wasn’t there fault. I spoke directly with the hotel but they said I did not even when I showed them the message on my phone. They are rude, uncaring and awful. We will never ever attempt to stay at their hotel when we come to visit our daughter. I won’t ever give them a dime of my money after that nonsense.

You can buy your own food, the pots and pans are all available, and there is an oven. The hotel does not provide slippers.

I'm not sure why people are complaining about the cleanliness, it was very clean when i stayed there. Yes, the room was small, but the view was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. I was placed in a room by the road and It wasn't loud at all. I would definitely stay here again.

The St. Regis is one of my favorite hotels. It is centrally located so that walking to venues, shopping and restaurants is easy and convenient. Our suite was clean, tidy, comfortable, and elegant. Even though our room looked out on Dunsmuir Street there was very little street noise. The hotel is quaint, elegant, yet comfortable and not fussy. The lobby is small, yet efficient. A small library is located between the business center and the lobby. The library chairs are comfortable, the room is light and bright thanks to the tall street-facing windows. Our room service experience was top notch - the food was hot and delicious. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and hearty - servers were all pleasant and friendly. One of the most wonderful aspects of the St. Regis Hotel is the people who work there - Juan, Eduardo, Matt, Miguel, the housekeeping staff, breakfast waitstaff - all were friendly, courteous, accommodating, and approachable. I don't know when we will visit Vancouver again, but when that happens, I will stay at the St. Regis.

I stayed here for two nights recently for my trip to Vancouver. This was a last-minute booking and my first time here. I chose this hotel over the other I had previously stayed in just for the location. The location is a roughly 5-10min walk to Granville street Skytrain. The location also offers a lot of restaurants nearby and 7-11 and McDonald's which are 24hr if you are hungry in the middle of the night. When I arrived it was just at 11 am and they had my room ready and let me check in early which was nice. The room itself was really small but okay just for one person. The only things I didn't like were the pillows heart my neck being so big and the small shower with a rain head, very inconvenient when you don't want to get your hair wet.....right ladies!!! For sleep quality it was okay, my room faced the Staples right on Seymour it was quite a noisy street to be on so just beware. To note I had only booked for the night but ended up having to stay another the hotel offered me a better rate than what I had originally booked on Expedia for roughly $10 or something less and then also offered me a late check-out.
