Hotel location is OK, walked from the train station for ten minutes, there is also a Cantonese restaurant on the road, the taste is not bad, is Hong Kong master cooking. Hotel service is very warm, lock the door at 10 o'clock in the evening, after 10 o'clock, the tenant will send the key to open the door. Breakfast is simpler, but the basics of a Western breakfast are available.

Booked balcony room, small balcony is very good to smoke, the room is relatively large, the only shortage of small flying insects in summer, roadside parking at night and Sunday free, hotel parking hourly hourly looks like 2.5-3 Euro Look, 24 hours up to 18 euros, if you drive in and out multiple times is not cost-effective, but the location of the hotel is good, walking can reach many places.

Stayed for two nights. It is a newly open hotel. The interior is really nice. The room is big enough (20 sqm), had a nice decore and excellent view from 10th floor. Good value since public transport was included (if avoid paying for breakfast). Very close to the trainstation. Overall a nice stay. The negative: Avoid walking to the hotel in the underground walkway from the station (many homeless, beggers and vagrants). Any other way is fine. The front door is locked at all times (with a ringbell, phonenumber or keycard reader). The breakfast turned out to be a hot bevarage and a papperbag with water, a waffel, a chocolate bar, two triangel sandwiches and two fruits. Not even ok if they had lowered the price for breakfast which they haven't. Unfortunately bought breakfast in advance. Should be mentioned that the sandwiches is almost 600 calories (185 g) and the the entire bag close to 1 000 calories. So dismal and unhealty.

This hotel is 130 years old and has a very good location. It is opposite the train station. The breakfast is superb. A variety of fresh ham and mushrooms are super delicious. There are many kinds of yogurt. There are many kinds of cheese. I have seen the most hearty breakfast in Europe and the United States, just as rich as the buffet breakfast at the luxury cruise. Marriott, Hilton's breakfast is simply weaker than this one. Seeing that we had a five-year-old little at the front desk, we asked the waiter to put the two beds together and added a small pillow. The breakfast was also free for the little ones. Come back to Hanover. Awesome.

Come and stay in a peaceful yet central location in the heart of Hanover and enjoy the intimate atmosphere of this hotel. The convenient connections to the A2 and A7 motorways as well as the quick route to the trade fair guarantees fast access also to the main railway station and airport as well as all destinations in the city. There is also a bus stop right near the hotel. Stay in our comfortable and affordable rooms, which are individually furnished with varying décor and linger over breakfast in the cosy morning room or on the spacious sun terrace.

Because it is a plane at 7:00 in the morning, it is necessary to stay in the vicinity of the airport in advance, and the hotel's drop-off service will ensure that the plane is caught. And because of the early, certainly can not eat breakfast, it also chose a room without breakfast, this is better, sometimes the airport hotel encountered obviously can not eat breakfast is also a unified charge

The location of the hotel is perfect. Central but quiet and within walking distance of Hannover main station. The hotel has a boutique feel and we were warmly welcomed on arrival with the guest form ready for us. The breakfast, for only 9,50€,was a bargain and is definitely worth having. The room and en suite bathroom were fine. Only one pillow per person was not a problem for us but might be for others.. The lift needs time to arrive so if you're in a hurry to leave then allow extra time or take the stairs.Free coffee varieties from a machine were available all day in the lounge area, which was nice. All in all an excellent experience.

My absolute favorite hotel in Hannover. Rooms are always clean, breakfast is also worth its money and the hotel is perfect for anyone who wants to have a great and cozy place to sleep. Lunch and dinner are not offered, but in the surrounding area you can get good and cheap food. The city centre is only one metro stop away and therefore within 5 minutes. This is our eighth hotel in Hanover and we absolutely love it. Very well located, with sauna and fitness and modern, large rooms. The breakfast is outstanding: in addition to the standard, there are many vegan dishes, ginger shot, filet, pancakes, waffles, Kaiserschmarrn, salmon, lots of fruit, cookies, freshly squeezed orange juice, Bircher muesli, desserts, homemade jam and much more. Unfortunately only hotel guests can have breakfast here at the moment, so we couldn't invite anyone else here for breakfast. Hopefully this should be possible again after Corona. We'll definitely be back.

The room was really big and it was very comfortable. The young lady at the front desk was so nice and very nice. She took me to find the room and then explained to me how to use the things in the room. I forgot to bring the charger when I went out this time, and I asked the lady at the front desk to borrow it. The surrounding scenery is beautiful, right next to a cathedral, every hour on the hour will ring the bell, accompanied by the bell in the evening, really enjoy it. It is also very close to the University of Hannover and the dsh test center, which can be reached within a 5-minute walk. Although the room was showered on 5th Street, I couldn't hear any traffic. A great experience.

A hotel close to the airport, more than ten minutes to the airport. The room is not too clean. There are some shops around, but not too busy, ordinary. There is a paid parking lot in the backyard in the downstairs. If it is staying at night, stop at the front street or on the sidewalk. Before 9:00 in the morning, you can go without money.

The hotel is centrally located and therefore very well suited for a city tour. Personal was very friendly and attentive. Breakfast is kept overview, but no one should still hungry. Price-performance is ok. Rooms were conveniently furnished and clean. When selecting the rooms, you should be careful to see that they are behind and not to the marketplace. Then it is also quiet 😊 If I should be again in Hannover for 2-3 days, I will certainly consider the hotel again.

During recent storms, Deutsche Bahn rerouted and cancelled my train which left me stranded in Hannover unexpectedly. I quickly booked the first Marriott property I could find on the app because I needed a last minute room guaranteed late at night. When I arrived at checkin, Inga Zarzycki welcomed me after a long and frustrating day of travel. She answered all of my questions, and even provided me a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful suite because of my Platinum status. I was also informed that I had the minibar and breakfast included and could choose between a welcome gift or bonus points. The suite itself was beautiful! It felt like a small apartment. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The bathroom was also great, with a big tub. I am 6’4” so it was a nice surprise to be able to soak in the tub after a terrible travel day. The following morning after a hearty breakfast, I spoke with Olga Schmidt at the front desk and explained I was going to go to the train station and try to get home to Berlin, but that I might need to extend my stay for another night. I asked her to hold my room and not send housekeeping, just in case. She kindly agreed. After a terrible experience at the train station, I returned to the hotel disappointed that all trains were cancelled again and I was stranded for another day. Olga welcomed me back with a cappuccino and some candy and suggested I check out the sauna and fitness center to relax. The sauna is beautiful and had a roof top terrace, perfect for cooling off. Shortly after this, I learned that my friend was driving from Berlin to pick me up and take me home, and that I would not need to stay an extra night. When I explained my situation to Olga, she informed me that I could have a VERY late checkout and would not be charged an additional night for the room. This is top notch customer service! She totally understood my situation and made every effort to accommodate my ever changing needs. When I finally went to checkout, I was happy to see Inga again. Olga had already updated her and it was an easy checkout experience. Both Inga and Olga are fantastic representatives of excellent customer service and I truly appreciate their help and consideration during an otherwise stressful travel experience. If I am ever in Hannover again, this will be my first choice of hotel because of the level of service I received.

Exterior appearance is dated. Only when I was in room noticed I had been “charged” an EXTRA 50€ per night on the credit card which they described to me as being on an EU initiative. I do not like this practice happening WITHOUT MY CONSENT and that it was not even explained to me at Check in. Had to go downstairs to get TV remote replaced only to go back down later that night because that one was not working either. (btw remote in Hamburg was individually wrapped – here it came with a small pack of hygienic wraps – so much for Covid cleaning). Duty Receptionist/Manager came up and made me feel inferior because it worked for her. Then there is the safe that works when it wants to. I didn’t bother mentioning that for fear of being told off again. Internet – only allowed two of my three devices and it had to be reconfigured every day of my stay. Staying in the Hamburg Courtyard I had none of these problems. Good large room with my lake view being excellent (despite the torn mosquito netting on the opening window). (I fully appreciate requests cannot always be met but the hotel was not full and they consider 3rd of 5 floors as high). Furniture and carpeting very dated. The electric switches had a mind of their own. Excellent bathroom very hot water, good towels. Bed very comfortable with very good assortment of pillows. Easy chair and table NOT good for working on (unlike Hamburg). Clearly resting on its laurels with proximity of Arena next door and the lakeside location. Personally I would not recommend this hotel purely on the basis that it seems to be living in the past. It needs a lot of care and money spending on it. Apparently this is a “franchise” hotel – it creates a bad impression of what Courtyard can do (see my Hamburg review).

Overall, the hotel is recommended. Beds, bathroom and the entire ambience are harmonious with each other. The breakfast menu is plentiful but not overloaded. The staff is also very hard-working and friendly! There is criticism of the cleanliness around and in the hotel. There is rubbish almost everywhere outside and the windows are dirty. The room looks superficially clean. However, when you look at the toilet roll holder, which is sinking in the dust, but also the mirrors that still have stripes, stainless steel applications that are colorfully clean.... The sink did not drain or drained very slowly. We were offered a room exchange. There is a need for action. We are used to something different. Pity

We stayed in this hotel for three nights in early November (as far as we were aware there was no major Fair on in Hannover, which events escalate prices across the city) and found the cost reasonable. The hotel is a 20 year old seven-storey block on the edge of the city centre. It has been upgraded to provide many of the current ibis standards (sweet beds, public area décor etc) but equally much of it is still unaltered, although well-maintained, from its construction. It has 125 rooms with charged car parking on site and has good disabled access. The location is excellent for access to the city centre either by car or by tram. Walking would be difficult and we believe the estimate of 30 minutes without luggage to be slightly optimistic! Traffic always appeared dense on the road and we therefore used the tram. The tram journey to the city centre via the railway station is less than 10 minutes and trams run frequently and the fares are low. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance but we did not use them. The hotel has a small soft seating area immediately by the reception desk. There is a computer for public use. In room wifi was free and acceptable. There is a bar which serves the restaurant area. This restaurant area also doubles as a breakfast room. The hotel would appear to take local groups and certainly was well enjoyed by one business organisation, but remarkably the breakfast room and the self serve counters coped, unlike other hotels we did not find these groups overwhelmed the facilities. As a pleasant surprise - in our experience - the restaurant provides an extensive menu for lunch and dinner. Reasonably priced although with limited choice for vegetarians, but given the willingness of the kitchen to accommodate special diets we had no problem and indeed ate in the hotel restaurant on two occasions. We took breakfast which was the standard ibis continental fare with three hot options (scrambled and boiled eggs and bacon) but no toast! Akin to other German hotels there were no pastries but rather a lethal-looking waffle machine - we didn't try this. The spread was generous, of good quality and reasonable value - although we could not have found an alternative close by. Rooms reflect the age of the hotel, but ours was perfectly clean and housekeeping was attentive. The bathroom was the standard ibis shower pod - clean and fully functioning but showing its age. Heating/air-con worked on the top floor. We were at the rear of the hotel overlooking the car park and we experienced no noise. There was some cross room noise but it was not intrusive. Rooms on the front of the hotel might be noisy because of the main road. Throughout our stay staff were helpful and professional, most had excellent spoken English and all were prepared to help out with our requests. There are building works next door and although these did not trouble us they may cause noise problems during the day when the work advances

This hotel is very conveniently located, with easy access to the train station by subway (direct line). The hotel is a congress center, so it would probably not be my first choice for a family vacation. For business trips, however, I can only recommend it. My room had a view on a field (which was quite amazing, I even saw a stork!), and was the most quiet I ever had in a hotel for a very long time. This was absolutely perfect as I had to get some work done. Breakfast was the classical buffet (bread, ham, sausages, eggs, cheese, fruits). The hotel has a lot of space for meetings and small group discussions. From the hotel start several small paths going to the fields, which are perfect for running or simply walking.

This is the 2nd time staying in this hotel and yet again not been able to use the lovely spa facility it provides. The reason for this is that they only have it all operating from 5pm even when you ask at the reception desk. Im currently toying in a show so this timing is not useful to me as im only in the hotel in the day time. Has a good size gym. The rooms are comfortable and very modern with a good selection of movies and I do love that you get a free mini bar. The shower attachment this time didn't work which should be a basic check by the cleaning staff when preparing the room for the next guests.

The Mercure in northeastern Hannover is very good at A2/A7 and receives an outdoor charm of many seminar hotels, as you know from America. A concrete bunker with light letter. The lobby looks friendly and modern. Despite the size of the hotel, there are only 2 switches. The Lord of the reception is extremely friendly and helpful, great host! On the hall I fear worse, but then will be surprised by a beautifully renovated room. All works clean and clean. The bathroom has not been renovated and works like in the 1990s. It is clean at first sight, when you turn the heat lamp on, you see the defected furnace and some “corners” that should be cleaned a little more. So everything is okay - except for breakfast. The room has the atmosphere of a station hall. The two young ladies are coolly friendly, the breads are not cooked to the end, the stone sticky, the selection is rather oversightful. The standard of the coffee machine and the quality of the products produced is not appropriate! This all fits well in an Ibis, but does not meet the 4 stars promises at all. A DB lounge has more sympathy per se. Declared as a 3-star house, then it fits super - or even one night in another 4-Sterne-Haus Hannover, for example, the Pelikan Hotel gives an idea how the service can look in this category: personal, hearty, perfect.
