0.2km from UrokoMy wife and stayed here for two nights in twin room 1, overlooking Mount Fuji. We arrived on the 23/10/2019 and left on the 25/10/2019. For the price and location, this is a great place to stay at. It is about 7 minute walk from the bus station. It is close to restaurants and a short walk to the 20km Lake. The bed was comfortable but the pillows are way to soft which can cause a bit of neck strain. The facilities are clean and the shared toilets were near our room which made it convenient. There are two toilets on the second flloor (one is a urinal) and two toilets down stairs. There are also two shared showers. This was never an issue for us as there was only about 10 guests staying here. This place can hold up to 20 or so guests which may cause a line to use the shower and toilets. We had a clear view of Mount Fuji from our balcony, it was a sunny day when we arrived. I do recommend you check out the terrace as the view is awesone on a clear day. The kitchen has cooking facilities, microwave and a big fridge. The main sitting area is near reception. They have free bike hire which is really good, considering some places in town will charge a 1000 yen. It was raining heavily on the day we were leaving and the Manager offered to drive us to the bus station which was very nice of him. He also allowed us to check in early when we arrived and was extremely helpful in providing useful information on things to do. Customer service was amazing and I would have rated my stay as excellent if the pillows were more comfortable. Very good is still a good score.
0.23km from UrokoI stayed at Kawaguchiko for 8 days and lived in 3 stores. The location is moderate, and it takes about 10-15 minutes to go to Kawaguchiko Station and Bell Shopping Center. There is a parking space. Breakfast 600 yen. There is a nice restaurant/bar and a small outdoor space. It is inconvenient to wash clothes and go to the coin shop outside. The kitchen is too thin, and the bar-shaped tabletop makes people look for food. On the first floor, a mixed bed of 8 people enters the room and has a U-shaped bed. There is a dead angle and the air is not circulating. It is allowed to wear shoes into the house. It has a taste, and it has a fan fan. The bed is close to the floor, people walk by, the floor is old. It’s far away, smelling shoes when you approach!
0.24km from UrokoThis small, very new, and super-clean hotel is exactly what we needed for our first visit to Kawaguchiko. It doesn’t provide any resort amenities, but it is within walking distance (or a short sightseeing bus ride) of everything you’ll need to do here at the foot of Mt. Fuji. If you get lucky with clear skies, the iconic Fuji is visible in all it’s splendor from the front step of the hotel. The handful of guest rooms range in size from 2-bedded to 6-bedded accommodations, with modern facilities, including microwave oven, fridge, and dining table. Jinya is a short walk from the Kawaguchiko train station, a 20 minute walk to the lake, and is close to lots of good restaurants, including a very popular tempura restaurant just down the street. There is only one room (the upstairs room with 6 twin beds) that has a direct view of Mt. Fuji, and it requires opening the opaque sliding glass door to see it. Too bad more couldn’t have been done to build a proper viewing balcony into the hotel’s design. But for sleeping comfortably, and being close to all the attractions, this little hotel is a winner.
0.24km from UrokoThe hotel's room is separate from the front desk, and the front desk is just off the street opposite the Kawaguchiko Station. The host will have a little Chinese and English, and the little brother is very nice. It will give you a picture to tell you the location of the hotel. It is better to find. The room is a bit small, but the whole is neat. The bathroom and bathroom are shared, but they are also relatively clean and can be used!

0.29km from Uroko👍The location of the hotel is very close to the station and can be reached by walking. It takes about 6-8 minutes depending on the navigation. The environment is actually very good, the room is very big, there is a sofa, and the tatami floor can also put the bed to sleep, the best There is also an indoor hot spring, the pro-test hot spring is real, with a bit of sulphur. The facilities are also quite complete. There is a washing machine (which can be used for drying). After washing, it will be dried. Then you can wear it the next day! Service: I have to focus on it. We arrived at the hotel in the evening. Two people received us. One Japanese waiter and one Indian waiter service are very good and very patient! Also gave us an appointment to arrange breakfast at 8 am the next morning! I arrived at the hotel to arrange the breakfast the next morning. The breakfast actually didn't have anything to eat. The Chinese waiter arranged for us to go to a table. I felt that the location was small and I asked if I could arrange a bigger position at the window. The answer can't, then I have to add one more sentence, the child will be noisy to others (this sentence is very rude to the guests in the morning, it will affect the mood) I don't know why the Chinese waiter is so bad) because the children are troubled by us. I don't want to, I also try not to disturb other people. I will take the initiative to tell the Chinese waiter, otherwise we can sit outside (there is also a table outside), the waiter is still cold, do not. Then continue to say that we would not accept 15 Children under the age of (this is her original words) After saying this, I am really sad. I have to pay for the service in 1660, but I have to look at the children with different eyes, because there is no reminder when I am going to Ctrip. People have lived in it, so this can be euphemistic. The hard-paced tone is hard to accept. In addition to being dissatisfied with this waiter, the other is not picky.
0.31km from UrokoOpposite to Kawaguchiko Station, convenient transportation, easy to find, the front desk is on the 1st floor, accommodation is on the 2nd and 3rd floors, 2nd floor and 3rd floor have public restrooms, 4th floor is free bathroom and bathing pool, free shampoo Water shower gel and hairdryer are provided, as well as a paid washing machine and dryer. - The first floor is a leisure room, with newspapers, books, coffee and more. There is no elevator and the stairs are steep. Set a Japanese breakfast, 850 yen for one person, more abundant, relatively light, in line with our taste.
0.33km from UrokoVery close to the station, the opposite is the older hotel, but the space is big, the furniture is old, but there are some, the front desk is three old uncles, cleaning is big, this should be a group of Japanese elderly Yes, English is OK, basic communication is no problem... There is a car rental store next door. The guy is very good. It’s really good to ride to Kawaguchiko and watch Mt. Fuji. The room we stayed in was not facing Mount Fuji, the room window opposite. Open should be able to see, but also look at the weather, the overall is very good, the price should be the most affordable, and generally enough to travel, if the demand can be more expensive, the surrounding periphery is this Old, good hotel with high level on the side of Fujikyu Paradise, and on the lakeside
0.34km from Uroko対 お か 対 お か い ち, the occupants were very happy, very satisfied, and very Japanese.
Hotels Near Uroko In Fujikawaguchiko Review
I wanted to see Mount Fuji with my husband. After checking this hotel, it was good, so I booked a room that could see Mount Fuji. The hotel turned out to be really good.
First of all: I booked a lake view room in Japanese style. Because I haven't experienced it, I find it very interesting. Sleep on the ground. However, the bathroom in the room is large and all facilities are good.
The scenery is really impeccable.
The location of the hotel is on the hill, and I was a bit pant when I walked by. But the scenery is beautiful.
The hotel's hot spring room is free for men and women. We are useless.
It is private to make an appointment outdoors, but it seems to be around 5,000 yen for 45 minutes.
There are many restaurants near the station. Depending on personal preference, there are many options.
It is exciting to see winter fireworks in the evening. I really enjoyed it.
Breakfast: Choose Japanese or Western style. My husband doesn't like any seafood, so he chose western style. It ’s very delicious and feels good.
The hotel has a shuttle bus to the town, which is very convenient.
All in all, it was definitely an unforgettable experience.
This is my most satisfied hotel in Shizuoka, Japan for 7 days and 6 nights. I stayed for 2 nights. The hotel is about a 13-minute walk from Kawaguchiko JR Station. There are also buses. I was assigned a lake-view room. I was a little disappointed, but sitting in the room at night drinking and looking at the lake across the lake, the light on the lake is very beautiful, much better than looking at the black tudu mountain.
The hotel hot spring is on the roof, just a large pool. Soaking in the hot spring in the morning, you can see the Mount Fuji outside the floor-to-ceiling window.
Good breakfast, set meals, good service from two aunties, and fruit platter. Every day my aunt helps make the bed.
Free buses are available every half an hour before 10am when you leave.
The only drawback is that the toilet in the room is not Japanese.
The hotel is similar to a Japanese-style homestay, it seems to be a family work, very hard work and good for the guests, so there is always a sense of comfort when staying in, in short, the service is ok, and the boss will give all the guests a praise! There is Mount Fuji on the front left of the hotel, so I have enjoyed the gift of Mount Fuji too much. The hotel is equipped with bicycles for guests to travel. Also: Ctrip, please thank the hotel on my behalf: I left the mobile phone and charger in the guest room due to personal negligence, and contacted by a third party. The hotel delivered it to me immediately. Thank you very much!
The hotel is located in the northeast of Lake Kawaguchi. You can see the view of Mount Fuji + Lake Kawaguchi from the window of the room.
You can call the hotel when you get to Kawaguchiko Station, and they will arrange free pick-up.
Affected by the epidemic, there were very few guests during this period, so the hotel upgraded us to Japanese-Western style rooms for free. The next day I saw that we were going to the nearby Music Art Gallery but couldn't wait for the car for a long time. The hotel directly sent us a car for free. This service was really sweet.
There are four types of dinner to choose from, all of which are very delicate and sumptuous. There are also self-made wines in the store, which are super delicious, like it!
Breakfast is also great
The hot spring is on the top floor, not open-air, but you can see Mount Fuji through the window~
In short, this price-performance ratio is really super high, recommended by full marks! ! !
It's a ten-minute walk from Kawaguchiko Station. It's opposite to an apartment that is quite high in the area and it's easy to find. When entering the main entrance, you need to go up several stairs, no slope is found, which is a bit inconvenient for passengers carrying large suitcases and using wheelchairs. Although the hotel looks a bit old, it is comfortable and clean, the front desk service is in place, and luggage can be stored before check-in time. It is also ten minutes walk from the hotel to the lake.
The room was large with a small balcony and pajamas were provided. We booked a mountain-view room. We expected to see Mt. Fuji directly, but the one we lived in had to extend our head on the balcony to see half of the mountain, and we had to go out the corridor to see the whole through a large window. Mount Fuji. However, this is also harmless, after all, there are more and better places to watch the shooting spots of Mount Fuji by the lake.
The room facilities are perfect, and there is a small portable hanger in the closet. The front desk can borrow a mobile phone charging adapter for free. Everything is comfortable and tidy. Like the whole hotel, although a bit old, it just gives a sense of calmness in the sanatorium, so you can enjoy the comfort of the town.
Generally speaking, I think it should be a higher-level guest house than the hotel. It is very cost-effective, and the pace of travel is not fast. I don't mind going to the station (if you can't catch up with the several free shuttles they arranged in the morning, make an appointment in advance) and the lake Travelers who have to walk for more than ten minutes are worth staying.
My wife and stayed here for two nights in twin room 1, overlooking Mount Fuji. We arrived on the 23/10/2019 and left on the 25/10/2019. For the price and location, this is a great place to stay at. Customer service was amazing and I would have rated my stay as excellent if the pillows were more comfortable. Very good is still a good score.
The location is very nice. The balcony is very beautiful. The three-bedroom room is very beautiful. There are sofas, tables, three beds, bathrooms, and large bathrooms. The bathrooms are separated and the whole is very satisfactory. There is a free bus transfer to and from the hotel. Dinner and breakfast price of more than 300 yuan a meal is very satisfying, the hotel is relatively traditional, so the facilities are relatively new, but the location is very good. The price is very good. There is no restaurant near the lake in about five minutes. Can be recommended in the hotel!
Breakfast is shown in Figure 4 and dinner is shown in Figure 8. The hotel is very attentive. Everyone has a free outdoor hot spring opportunity. We arrived on December 2nd and booked the hot spring in the morning on the 3rd to watch the sunrise of Mt. Perfect, the location of the hotel is definitely biased compared to Kawaguchiko, but because of this, Mt. Fuji can be seen more beautifully, and rooms and hot springs can see Mt. Fuji, but it takes 40 minutes by bus from Kawaguchiko to the hotel, 1,500 per person Here, the transportation costs are more, but it is recommended if you have time, you can choose to live in Hekou Lake if you do n’t have time.
The hotel's room is separate from the front desk, and the front desk is just off the street opposite the Kawaguchiko Station. The host will have a little Chinese and English, and the little brother is very nice. It will give you a picture to tell you the location of the hotel. It is better to find. The room is a bit small, but the whole is neat. The bathroom and bathroom are shared, but they are also relatively clean and can be used!
Confirmation emails were sent to all hotels before check-in. Only this one never returned, so Ctrip asked Ctrip that they could only urge them to read the email. The weather was bad on the day of check-in, so there was nothing to look at. The first impression of this hotel was very average, not even good.
But in the early morning of the next morning, with the bright light of sunrise, the picturesque Mount Fuji appeared, very beautiful. It's a pity that the child has a high fever and can't look good at the view. When they had dinner buffet, they saw that the child had not been down, and they asked if they would help her pack. excellent service.
4 adults stay, 2 beds on the 2nd floor and 3 tatami, separated. The main dining room is downstairs, the kitchen facilities are complete, the pots and pans are all there. We take the weekly bus (No. 3 station) to the supermarket to buy it and do it ourselves. There is a separate bathroom in the house, there is a bath, and it can also be public. Small open-air hot spring bubble. The bosses are very enthusiastic and have a very good service attitude. When they go there, they take a taxi. Four people are 1900 yen. The bus is about 400 yen when they travel by bus. Many people on the bus travel in the queue and have more luggage, so they decisively take a taxi and don’t follow the boss. Contact, contact in advance is possible. Sitting on the bus around the 16th, there is a comment on the 18th, I went wrong when I went back to the supermarket. I went to Kyoto the next day, and the boss sent it to the station. The bus ticket to the Mishima Station was also given the day before, telling the detailed route. Attractions are also recommended in detail. I didn't see it in the evening. I saw the beautiful Mount Fuji in the morning. The best time to see Mount Fuji was also told by the boss. The surroundings are very quiet and I really want to stay for a few more days to cultivate my body. Looking at the best location of Mount Fuji, the price is very high.
The older Japanese-style hotel on the Mt. Fuji Lake mouth is very convenient from the Kawaguchiko Station. It is convenient to go around the lake bus stop. The distance between the two stations can reach the Tianshangshan cable car station, and the cable car can be taken at a time when there are few tourists. It is not necessary to take the cable car and have a leisure view to enjoy Mount Fuji. The hotel's two hot springs are great. On the second floor, you can soak in the hot springs to enjoy the lake. The first floor is relatively large. There are 4 pools. There are not many people. I am a one-person shop. Book a one-period food, a typical Japanese breakfast. The grandmother's waiter was very active. After listening to the check-out, I went to take the cable car. I immediately told you to wait five minutes for the hotel shuttle to send the guests to the cable car station. The grandfather at the front desk was not bad at English.
I was able to choose this hotel after seeing many netizens commented. Because there is less experience in living in B&B (generally choose a hotel), I am a bit worried. But as the feedback from netizens, the boss is a father and a daughter, the person is very nice, and the living process is very pleasant. The female boss is still OK in English and can communicate easily. Therefore, I have to write this review carefully, which is convenient for other netizens and thanks to the boss! Location: The villa is in the country, this must be reminded, but the country of Japan is very clean, quiet and safe. If you are traveling with public transportation such as the JR line, you must make an appointment with the boss in advance, or you will not come. We are directly from Haneda Airport to the villa, and we can book a car directly at Ctrip for about 2,000 yuan. Landscape: This is the villa's biggest selling point, because you can see Mount Fuji from the balcony, which is a big one in front of you, very spectacular. The villa is also built on the hill, in the field, so the 360-degree view is good. Hardware facilities: 2 storey villa with a small independent yard. The wooden structure of the villa is very warm; the first floor is the living room, open kitchen and bathroom; the second floor is the tatami bedroom and bathroom. It can be said that the sparrow is small and complete. Especially the open kitchen, you can cook yourself, very convenient. The female boss will seriously introduce the method of garbage sorting, so that you have to admire the environmental awareness of the Japanese, and it is really true. Software facilities: High-speed wireless WIFI is available. If you go to a nearby restaurant, convenience store, station, etc., the boss will drive his Toyota car. You can buy a kimono for a hot spring, rent a bicycle to the surrounding area, etc. When the boss checks in, he will provide a map to explain the surrounding attractions and conditions in detail. In short, staying for two nights, the impression is very good. The children liked the stairs in the villa very much. They liked the swing facilities in front of the villa and liked the small display at the front desk. If you say that you have to pick a thorn, I will advise the boss to change the hair dryer, a bit old, haha.
The hotel environment is shown in the picture, and the Japanese-style hotel is quite satisfactory. Breakfast is a traditional Japanese breakfast, but the taste is still very unsuitable. Looking at a lot but the actually delicious is the pot and fish, others are similar to side dishes. There is no private soup but there are public baths, and the environment is ok. I ca n’t see Mount Fuji in my room at the hotel, and other rooms should be difficult according to the geographical environment. If you go for cultivation and scenery, you can consider a higher price. If you are considering a transition or just want to experience a Japanese-style hotel Good to good, moderate price
There are a lot of supporting facilities around, but if you want to play, you should do it early
Sensational experience of staying 2 nights during January2020 at hotel HAOStay of Fujikawaguchiko region. This is beautiful hotel owned and managed by husband and wife team ( of course plus other staffers: manager, breakfast staffs) Down to earth hospitality from a new hotel in the region with Mt Fuji in front of your eyes- what more can you ask? 5 minutes walk to lake side even provide full view of this majestic mountain scene. The down side is that dragging the luggage for long distance from the train station in narrow road ( fast passing cars) is not a good feeling of 15 mintures walk.( Ideally if the hotel provide free shuttle services in the future then wonderfully achieved higher stars/rating) However, the owner generously provided shuttle /dropped off luggage at train station when snow came down heavily- a real kind help at the time.Location is really convenient with all supermarkets nearby like Orgino, plus a lot of good restaurants around.
First answer the question that many people are asking: breakfast is buffet. See the last picture, there are Japanese-style grilled meat and salad, dessert drinks, tempura and so on. The hotel location is very good, facing Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi. It is quiet and elegant, with a wide field of vision. The vicinity is not very prosperous, because we went there on the day of heavy snow. At the Kawaguchiko Station, they contacted the hotel. They sent a car to pick them up and there was a large parking lot. We arrived at the hotel at 2 pm. One night in Kyoto I saw that Kawaguchiko was getting Japan's first snow. I thought that when we arrived, the snow would stop and we could see Mount Fuji. But after we arrived, Xue Fei kept flying all day without stopping. So on the first day, we couldn't see Mt. Fuji, so we turned around the hotel. In the evening, it seemed like we had fallen into a fantasy world (p2p3). The dinner was very rich, served in the room in turns, exquisite and delicious, p5 is the best dish is matcha red bean dumplings with grilled pudding. Although we did not see Mount Fuji, we were very fortunate to see the Kawaguchiko Winter Fireworks Festival, which started at 8 o'clock for 20 minutes. Even if we did not see Mount Fuji, we did not feel regret at all. Every moment of fireworks bloom was very beautiful. Then I wore a bathrobe and went to the hot spring. The water was hot and comfortable. It was very comfortable because it was too hot and only soaked for twenty minutes. Later a grandma came to help us make the bed and was ready to sleep. I had a little insomnia that night. I got up and drank a glass of water on the balcony to blow my hair. The snow stopped and the fog dispersed a little. I woke up before the next day. As soon as I opened my eyes, Mt. Fuji was quietly printed in front of our window, just like the lover who had been thinking for a long time finally met. The sun came out, it was a fine sunny day, there was no cloud shadow, and the heavy snow fell everywhere. It was a beautiful scenery. After breakfast, we rushed to Tokyo. I feel like I didn't choose the wrong hotel and time.
Asafuji gave me the overall impression of a hotel like "home", simple and warm. The hotel has a total of 15 rooms. When arriving, the service staff will meet at the door. When leaving, they will send out the door. Everyone has a smile, politeness and go out. I like this warm heart. The hotel is located at the Kawaguchiko Weekly Red Line 11th. Opposite the station, it is very convenient to take a 15-minute bus ride from Kawaguchiko Station. The hotel also provides pick-up service and take another non-sightseeing route, which takes about 6 minutes to arrive. The staff will bring in the room to explain and make tea at check-in. Will take the initiative to help take pictures, commemorate the beautiful moment, the meal is exquisite and delicious. We are very fortunate to see Mount Fuji this time. The next time we look at the snow in winter, we will choose to live here.
In the forest, there is a free shuttle bus from the hotel at Kawaguchiko Station, but you must make an appointment with the hotel in advance. The room is large and clean! We booked breakfast and dinner, all buffet, although the type is small, but it tastes good, there is roast beef at dinner! Hot springs must go to the front desk to ask for a password! There are also daily departures and return times to make advance reservations!
Great hotel! The rooms are large, tidy and clean, all kinds of new, the view of Mount Fuji outside the window is unbeatable! The buffet breakfast was of a high standard. It was the most satisfying breakfast on this trip to Japan. The meal was full and the taste was amazing. The restaurant is also invincible with the view of Mount Fuji. The dining mood is great. There is a place to bathe in the hotel on the first floor, the environment is good, men and women are separated, like a traditional Japanese bathroom. Although no Chinese service was encountered, every waiter was very enthusiastic, without communication barriers, and smiling without borders!
Well, there are disadvantages. For example, it takes more than ten minutes to walk from Hekou Lake Station. There are no buses and the route is very remote. It is on the highway. If you bring luggage, it is recommended to book a hotel shuttle. There are no convenience stores nearby and no place to eat. The closest seven-day convenience store is at least five or six hundred meters away, and the night is quite desolate ...
I stayed at Kawaguchiko for 8 days and lived in 3 stores.
The room is very large. When I enter the house, I find that the hot water in the drinking fountain has already been full of hot water. The hot spring water temperature is just right, and children at 40 degrees can also soak. The pool is large and the baby is unwilling to soak. Breakfast is very comfortable. . There are three or four sets of bathrobes.
The disadvantage is that the hot spring water will continue to flow at night, and people who do not sleep well will be noisy. Then the quilt is a bit too heavy.
The toiletries are complete, and the fragrance of shower gel shampoo is very elegant.
In general, for a hotel that can have a private bath in the yard, the price/performance ratio is very good~
My mom and I went to Japan for a mother daughter trip. When we reached the Mount Fuji area at Kawaguchiko station we took a taxi to the wrong hotel and got lost. We stumbled upon a resident tail area to a man watering his yard and asked for directions. June kindly drove us to the hotel and turns out he was friends with the people here at the hotel! They (multiple people) welcomed us in, checked us in (very fast) and even escorted us to our room. The room is very clean and the biggest we have ever been in for one of the most reasonable prices we’ve found. We got hungry and the convenience store attached had the tastiest and sweetest grapes we’ve ever had. The produce was all fresh and everything else was delicious too. The place is a little out of the way but highly worth the extra step. I’m a very happy traveler now! Highly Recommend
Perfect place to stay for photographer of videographer alike who wants convenience of viewing Mt Fuji. You just need to cross the street and Mount Fuji is visible clearly. On top of that, the shuttle bus (red line) will also alight you right in front of the property, convenient! However, if you are particular about upkeep, amenities - then this is not what the property is offering. During our stay, I had to deal with insects, giant moth and spiders. The bed arrangement doesn't smell and look like the most hygienic too. In conclusion, the place is old - but the only motivation to stay here is the view of Mount Fuji!
We arrived at Kawaguchiko Station at 11 o'clock in the evening, took the mobile phone navigation and marched forward, pulling the box all the way forward, a small road and a small road, and finally arrived at the hotel. You can take the bus to the hotel during the day and go to the Kawaguchiko Station during the day. The hotel is by car. There is no photo taken during the big night. You can see Mount Fuji from the back room. This is when I check out, I went through this room and took it.
Features The previous comments are basically mentioned, the kitchen is large and the public area is large, but it takes a lot of time to cook for a long time. Toilets and wash basins, showers are on the corridor, are public, or some inconvenience. The highlight is that there is a medium-sized supermarket within a ten-minute walk. The supermarket is not a convenience store, and the price is definitely cheaper than a convenience store. Buying back ingredients in a large kitchen is also an alternative enjoyment on the road. The most unusual thing is that the registration here is very strict. Every passport must be photographed, and a form should be filled in, which should indicate where to go from. This trip to Japan only met once.
The inn-keepers are very accommodating and will pick you up and take you back to the rail station if you arrive by train or bus as we did. But the hospitality doesn't end at the station. The Inn has large nice rooms and a very pleasant dining area. Definitely include the wonderful breakfast in the morning prepared by the owner's daughter-in-law. It is beautiful, tasty and filling. A highlight is the like-an-onsen on-site (not a natural hot spring), but a lovely, private showering/cleaning area and a hot, outdoor soaking bath to be enjoyed with your partner. There is a common area where you can sit and enjoy a beverage. The outdoor areas look lovely, but we were there in March and too cold to enjoy. The Inn is located in a deeply wooded area with Mt. Fuji as a backdrop. It is a couple miles from the town center and the lake, but we love walking. At night, walking the narrow two-lane road with no shoulder in the dark can be challenging and probably best to taxi home. Those with a car can take the short drive into town. The owner travels to the station almost daily and gave us a lift so we could walk to Lake Fujikawaguchiko. It was definitely a highlight of our holiday as we spent most of the time in large cities like Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka. Recommended!
Next time I go to Kawaguchiko, I will live in his home sakuya. The family runs a small shop. I have been watching the guest message for ten years. The room is tatami. Sleeping three or four people is no problem. Outside the window is Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi. The shop is halfway up the mountain and can be picked up by the boss or by phone. The breakfast is 700 yen and the dinner is 800 yen. All reservations are required. Hot springs can be reserved at any time for family time.
Opposite to Kawaguchiko Station, convenient transportation, easy to find, the front desk is on the 1st floor, accommodation is on the 2nd and 3rd floors, 2nd floor and 3rd floor have public restrooms, 4th floor is free bathroom and bathing pool, free shampoo Water shower gel and hairdryer are provided, as well as a paid washing machine and dryer. - The first floor is a leisure room, with newspapers, books, coffee and more. There is no elevator and the stairs are steep. Set a Japanese breakfast, 850 yen for one person, more abundant, relatively light, in line with our taste.
The hotel is very close to Kawaguchiko Station (about ten minutes by car). After arriving at the station, call and then wait at Platform 10, there will be a car to pick it up. When leaving the hotel, there are also shuttle buses that can be returned to the station, but the departing cars have a fixed time. You must know them in advance and make a plan.
The booked Japanese-style room facing Mt. Fuji is not particularly open, but you can see Mt. Fuji very clearly without any obstruction. When you wake up in the morning and open the curtains, you will see Mt. Fuji. Baton. The view of the open-air hot spring on the top of the building will be better than in the room. Enjoying the hot spring in the morning and admiring the red-headed Mount Fuji at sunrise is even more indescribable.
I should also especially boast about the hotel's service, which is really intimate. When I left the hotel, there was a oolong. When I arrived at the station, I found that I had forgotten my bag. I called and asked. I couldn't find it in the room or the lobby. At that time, my bus was almost there, and the whole person was in a hurry When the last 15 minutes were left, I remembered that it was locked in the safe, and the clerk immediately took it. The driver couldn't catch up. The lady in the store drove it over directly. It took me less than ten minutes from the moment I remembered to send the bag to me. It was really moving.
In addition, the occasion of the fireworks convention also added a great surprise to the trip. Turning off the lights and sitting in the room watching fireworks is full of satisfaction.
