On site parking is a plus. Takes ringing the doorbell several times to open. The elevator only goes up from the parking (not down). First experience is ‘booking in’. Some kind of local police form to complete, and a photocopy of your passport. Not sure I like this. This is an official document. It shouldn’t be photocopied. No other hotel in France has asked this of us. The room, on a floor where there’s no lights? Final found a light switch - but never needed to switch the corridor lights on before in a hotel. The rooms are air conditioned. They are small but functional. The bathroom is also small. The water has two settings. Too hot, or too cold. The noise levels from the hotel are obscene. All night the sounds of loud talking. Every footstep and slam of a door resonates in the room. Early morning departures rattle down the corridor. The breakfast was good quality and plentiful.

The Hotel is located at the end of a airport perimeter road. The area is hostile to pedestrians ads there are no continous foodpaths, and the area has the construction of large building works for a new station. This was my second visit. I booked a room for 1 person and 2 nights. Having paid €68 for a taxi from CDG to the Hotel, on arrival before 24:00 hrs, I found the main entrance locked. After searching for the door bell, one of the 2 receptionists eventurally notice my plight, and let me in. Not a good start Very friendly staff, but "MrBishop you have booked 2 rooms !". Infact I had in error booked 2 rooms and for 3 people. Well, at 61 my eyes are no good, as I suffered a accident in May 2018 resulting in a broken arm, and part paralysed hand and fingers. Sorry, somone of my age can not be expected to be 100% perfect, with the mouse. I doubt the Hotel was 100% booked out, and was disappointed at the inflexibility to my obvious error. BEWARE !! The names of the other 2 guests (never given), and the room allocation was never flagged, which would have probably corrected error. The receptionist said she "would speak to the Manager". This was not followed up, and communicated by the Hotel. The room was fine, TV very good, the room window was small, but with requested super view of the airport apron. The room was very cold, and remained cool during my whole stay even though I turned it up. There was also a errie noise from the heating system. Breakfast was fine, but there was no scambled egg, and the coffee machine aparture did not allow me to get my mug in for anothr cup of coffee. I looked for the fitness room, but only found a cold sauna room switched off, so gave up looking for the Swimming Pool - as no doubt - it would be equally cold and switched off. There was no shuttle or taxis waiting outside. I was somewhat marooned at the end of the airport perimeter road. On checking out, I asked if I would be billed for 3 guests and 2 rooms, and was told that as I had pre payed, nothing could be done. Rules are rules Mr Bishop and must be followed. I mentioned that I own a large company, and said I can select which Hotels are used in future...…..rules are rules Mr Bishop AND MUST BE FOLLOWED !! Although no fault of the Hotel, I expect most guests will have business at the Hotel or Museum. There is no continuous footpath to the Museum, and it rained all the time. After my event at the Museum, I was told that at the Museum entrance someone would help be obtain a taxi for the return. I was then directed to a green roofed Hotel in he far distance. By now it was raining, my mobile phone had stopped working, but eventurally after 15 minutes a taxi stopped and picked me up. Great Hotel, but pettiness (cold room, sauna, swimming pool ?) was very disappointing, and a mismatch to the business jets immetiately opposite. Why bother when there are other Hotels - and no courtesy shuttle

I have stayed in this hotel many times, for me it was like a second home. The management, the reception and the waiting staff are all so very friendly. They always made me feel very welcome and would give me a huge smile. Even on my very first stay they were lovely. The lobby is very nice and you feel like you step into your own home. I have stayed in lots of different rooms in the hotel, and some are nicer than others but that is the case with many hotels, but overall the rooms are nice. I always liked staying in them and liked the little lights by the side of the bed. If you get to stay in the even numbered rooms you get to be on the side of the airport, which means if like me you love planes, you get to see many landing and taking off. The sunsets on this side are beautiful as well. There is a little gym and a sauna for those who want to keep fit or relax. I like the breakfast except I wish there would be more brown bread choices and perhaps little pans so you could cook a fried egg as not so keen on scrambled eggs, but there is a good range of teas and coffees. I especially like the fact that you can make fresh juice in the morning with varying ingredients. All the staff in the restaurant are lovely and there is one lady there who always said good morning, smiled and talked to me. Unfortunately I cannot remember her name but a lovely lady with brown hair, very friendly. I think the reason the staff is so friendly is due to the management. Another thing they have is the karaoke night and there I got to sing with the management and the reception staff on occasion. This hotel and their staff are really exceptional and really make you feel welcome. They will always try to help you when they can, and with me they also helped a lot with driving me to work in their shuttle. I won't be there so much anymore as my work has moved me, but I can honestly from the bottom of my heart say that I will miss them. I want people to know that when you stay here you will truly have a lovely experience. I really have lovely memories from there. If you want to stay in a good hotel with excellent customer service, great management and friendly staff then I recommend to stay here, they will truly look after you.

The hotel is located in the 93 provinces of Paris. It is a black North African immigrant area. The surrounding area is unsafe. People are often stolen and there are no supermarkets nearby. The advantage is that there are 350 buses at the entrance of the hotel, which can be reached by bus from Charles de Gaulle Airport. We are exhibiting and living here, and the 350 bus can go directly to the exhibition hall. The key is that the price is ok.
