This hotel will only hand in the room at 2 pm. If you need to arrange your own time in the morning, there are many massage parlors outside the hotel. The door opens at 10 am. I booked a so-called superior room, but there is no window. If you ca n’t stand it, you have to book a more advanced room. The room is newly decorated, and it is very comfortable when you check in. It should meet the requirements of most people. The hotel is well located and the transportation is very convenient. The concierge will call for a car, and the breakfast is good. The price of more than 300 yuan is good value for money.

I finally received the baby I needed. The things are very good, the price is good and the price is cheap, thank you shopkeeper! To be honest, this is my Taobao shopping to make me the most satisfied shopping. Whether it is the attitude of the shopkeeper or the items, I am very satisfied. The shopkeeper's attitude is very professional and enthusiastic. I have to answer questions and respond quickly. I asked a lot of questions. He didn't feel annoyed and would answer me carefully. I would like to pay my respects to the shopkeeper. . Besides baby, it is exactly what I need. When I received it, the package was complete. To my surprise after opening, baby was better than I expected! I had to give thumbs up. I will come back when I need it next time, when the trouble comes to the shopkeeper to give a discount!

First of all, I would like to state that Vietnam is a country that is not suitable for free travel. There are too many people, especially people who do not speak the language. The customs specifically for people who have difficulty holding a Chinese passport, they have to tip back. Will be better I have not participated! The hotel is good overall, breakfast is average, the hotel is close to many internet celebrity check-in points, the doorman is Chinese, not suitable for bringing wives and children, there are many places that are not suitable for children

When we arrived at the hotel it all seemed fine, the staff seemed friendly and we even booked an excursion through them. The room was a bit dark and didn’t have a window but for what we needed it for was not bad, we felt at $20 per night it was a little expensive, nevertheless in a great central location so we extended the room for a couple more nights. On our last evening we needed to get some more dollars as we were crossing the border to Cambodia the following day. I already had $20 in my wallet which I had put on my bedside table, so we set off for 1 hour to get our dollars and come back. When we had got back and went to the room, I was surprised to see that the room had been made up so late by the staff. Not only that but the $20 we had left there had disappeared. Both my girlfriend and I knew we had left it there as we only popped to get a few more dollars but searched high and low anyway to be sure it hadn’t been misplaced before informing the hotel of what had happened. When we went downstairs to tell the staff they immediately said they needed to call their manager and get the cleaners to come reception. It was awkward as they said they hadn’t seen any money which was clearly not true. When I asked the hotel if they could let me have one free nights stay instead to make up for it they said that it is hotel policy that anything that goes missing in the room is not their responsibility. I said that they don’t provide a safe and that whenever the room has been cleaned before, they asked us if they could come in rather than just helping themselves in such a short window of opportunity. They told me that they always clean the rooms (that’s untrue as they did it twice in 4 nights) and that anyone at the hotel should store all of their valuables at the front desk. So every time I go out the staff expected me to leave my laptop, camera, iPad, passports with them rather than the safety of my own room. I don’t understand why they are even putting locks on the doors when they are allowing staff to enter without consent to take things knowing that the customer has no leg to stand on when they just say “sorry hotel policy”. One of the new hotel ladies who worked behind the desk was also taking sly photographs of my girlfriend behind her back, when I asked her what she was taking them for and if she could show me and delete them, she absolutely lost it. She got up told me she had copies of all my passports anyway so could do what she wanted with my information and was threatening with it, it was disgraceful how she spoke to a customer and even her own colleagues were embarrassed by her actions. All in all it wasn’t resolved, they made me pay my full bill even though I said I’d have to share my experience as other customers need to know about what system they are operating at the hotel. They said they didn’t care, the $20 is more important than the bad review apparently. I’m stupid to have left any money on my bedside table and won’t do it again, but

I arrived on the 17th December and at first impressions, everything was great. The lady on reception was welcoming and checked me in to my room quickly, even though I had arrived quit a bit earlier than the check in time (I had an early morning flight from Hanoi the same day) my room was ready and I was allowed to go straight up. They had a porter took my large and heavy back up to my room for me, which was great. I only stayed for one night, because the next day I had an early morning flight to Bali. In the evening, around 9:30-10pm, I started getting all my things packed up again, as I had a 5am start the next morning, and I realised my passport was missing. I remember handing it over at reception for them to make a copy, and realised that I hadnt received it back. I headed down to reception to retrieve my passport, and was greeted by a very rude lady - a different person to the one that had greeted me in the morning and been so welcoming to me. When I asked for my passport back, she refused and immediately became unnecessarily agressive, and demanded that I give her money for it before it could be returned to me. She insisted again and asked me for 500,000 VND. I again refused to give her the money, and informed her that she had no right to withhold my passport from me, under any circumstances. I told her to go ahead and make a copy, but that I wasn't leaving reception until I had my passport back. I informed her that I was leaving early in the morning to make an international flight, and it was vital that I have my passport with me so that it isn't lost / misplaced / forgotten. Again, she got even angrier and shouted at me, "no money, no passport!". At this point, I certainly wasn't going to back down, but despite her aggression and rudeness, I managed to stay calm and polite during the entire exchange, because I knew she had no legal right to keep my passport. As a long term traveller I'm aware that hotels cannot withhold your passport from you under any circumstances. I informed the woman that the passport was not actually my property, that officially, it belongs to the British Crown - which is true. I also informed her that I was fully aware the foreigners in Vietnam are required to carry photo ID with them at all times, and that the police would be interested to know that my passport was being withheld from me. At that point she realised that she had lost, and literally threw my passport at me and it landed on the reception counter. She then shouted at me, "Go back to your room!". I asked her what the problem was, and she literally yelled, "GO TO YOUR ROOM, GO NOW!" I guess she didn't like the fact that I knew she was wrong and made her look stupid. She knew she was wrong, and I know for a fact that had I needed to get the police to help, they would have certainly made sure she returned the passport to me. A real shame, because the greeting in the morning was lovely, the bag porter was kind and helped me wit

There is a cute wee rooftop area above the hotel for chilling at the end of the night. The staff booked all our tours as well as our bus to the next destination. Happy new year! This concept of serviced apartments is a great alternative to hotels. At $34 USD it was very affordable and the location was perfect. Next to a bank to easily exchange currency, a circle K for last minute necessities and several local restaurants. The room includes the basic toiletries and kitchen accessories (pot and pan, utensils, dish washing detergent, and coffee maker). The front staff will provide you with anything else you need like water, extra towels, extra coffee. And the plus: free laundry. Meaning that after 10 days away I came home with clean laundry! Can't say enough about the staff. Traffic is difficult in Saigon and the valet was always ready to help your taxi get in and out. There is no parking on premises. There is a small cafe at the lobby which I did not go to but I could tell it has some coffee and pastries. I felt safe during my stay in the hotel.

recommend! Hotel location is very good, service is good, facilities are very new! The room is small, with windows but blocked outside. There is no free electric iron. There are fewer types of breakfast, but the service is particularly good. If we have any questions, please find the front desk or waiter. It is about twenty minutes by car from the airport. It's just a few minutes walk to the Central Post Office, Binjiang Market, etc. Although I arrived in Ho Chi Minh on the New Year's Day, I never expected that Vietnam will also have a Lunar New Year, and all places are closed!

I don't revel writing this review. I stayed here with my family for several nights in December 2019. It was an awful experience. Unfortunately, the hosts -- whose names I believe are Ruby, and someone else named Kevin who emailed us -- are just not ready to put in the work and/or expense to host guests at their properties. They were not responsive to our concerns about cleanliness or the lack thereof. The apartment, which had high end fixtures, was dirty. Upon arrival late at night, we were first struck by the beautiful city view. The excitement soon faded when we noted the smell of urine in the front bathroom and that the A/C in the living room did not work. We spent 30 minutes cleaning around the toilet until the smell dissipated. We had to climb up onto a chair to turn off the A/C which was blowing hot air as there was no remote. While daily cleaning services are indicated, the housekeeper did not want to clean. She preferred to drop off towels and bottled water, minimally clean, and depart shortly thereafter. She was annoyed when we asked her to sweep to get rid of the two inches of dust bunnies, hair, and old pills that had accumulated under the beds, dressers, curtains, couch, corners, and tables. There was a pervasive smell of mildew every time we opened a drawer or cabinet. The furniture, which was white laminate, had black scuff and crayon marks on almost every surface. The white kitchen counters were also stained. All of the bathroom vents had black lint in the grates. The shower caulking was black in the bottom corners. The washer/dryer on the balcony wreaked of mildew/mold when opened. When we requested hangers to hang our clothes, we received 10 mismatched dirty plastic hangers. The stove hood was so filthy, that after I swiped it the ensuing black tar-like mark on my finger only came off by scrubbing it with soap and water. Again, we had to clean the hood ourselves since the maid noted she could not reach it. Also: all the glass surfaces were streaked, there were finger prints and marks on the white walls, there is no coffee maker, no microwave, and hardly any pots and pans or silverware/kitchen utensils in the kitchen. In addition, the apartment advertises a pool. What they don't tell you is that you will have to give passport copies and finger prints, which will take two days to process with building management (not the hosts). We quickly realized that it was just not worth it. I note that (oddly) there are a number of good reviews for this place on multiple sites with the same canned response from the company. I question their veracity as there is just no way that our apartment was an exception. It was just too neglected. It is my sincere hope that this review will force the company to immediately deep clean their apartments, and if it does not, I would stay away. In conclusion, I would say that Ho Chi Minh is known to have more expensive accommodations. If you are a family who is coming to visit f

Not recommended or find it an ideal hotel to stay if travelling with children (in my personal opinion). We travel in big group size - 2 families with 3 and 4 children respectively. Booked 4 family rooms and all of us stayed on different levels. Total disaster as we had to go to different rooms to settle our kids. There is only 1 family room on each level and no connecting room. Limited big tables for breakfast and you need to be early to get 4 seater table. Food spread is acceptable as able to fill children hungry tummies. Had some unforeseen, bad experiences in hotel: - stay on the last floor, my husband experienced no water supply during his shower and need to call reception for assistance. The water flow (shower head) is small, also we are not able to flush the toilet clean. - no TV connection (the tv box was not setup or found) in one of the rooms. - found ants everywhere on one of the lower floor rooms and requested to chg room. Cons: - Need to cross the busy road in order to reach hotel via coach (due to the side of door opening). - Rooms are not sound-proof. If you are a light sleeper, be prepared to noise such as foot steps or when someone drags the chair above your room; you will be able to hear your neighbours when they close the door; and noisy street "football fever SEA Game" at night. Pros: - Close to Ben Thanh Market, walking distance. - Circle K is just a door away from hotel. - many massage parlours near to hotel

Overall: Satisfactory and enjoyable stay ~ There are not many hotel brands at the top of the Ho Chi Minh Pyramid, Park Hyatt Park Hyatt in the city center is one, and this M Gallery is one.            The Social Club on the top floor of the hotel is well known locally and is often overcrowded. Much better than M Galley in Hanoi. Transportation: Although in the third district, it is a 10-minute walk from the city center cathedral. It takes 40 minutes to the airport and the location is good. The city is not big, and Grab is easy to go. Environment: Colonial French designs are everywhere in Vietnam. But the scale of this design is well grasped, concise, modern, without the complexity and cumbersomeness of the old era.            For example, there will be no very old wood color, and there will be no special bling feeling. Old-school art, old-school elegance. Service: Staff smile service throughout, professional ~

This is a charming little guest house, run by the loveliest family. It's down a very narrow alley but it is well signposted. As soon as we arrived we were given a very warm welcome and were given lots of information about Ho Chi Minh City. (The city can be rather overwhelming for the first-time visitor so good to find a haven!) Our room was on the third floor (note, there are no lifts, which may be important if you have a suitcase) and it was basic but lovely. Good size, air conditioned and had a strong but noisy ceiling fan for your more immediate cooling needs. It had a fridge and TV, and the bathroom was clean. Please note, this guest house is in Ho Chi Minh City, and as such you will hear noise from the street - even on the third floor. But it was comfortable for us, and the price for a night is very very good. And, they even sorted out a cab for us, including walking with us to the main street and literally helping us into said cab. Completely over and above our expectations!

Just coming from the big hotel in Nha Trang is a bit uncomfortable, but after a day I feel pretty good. The breakfast was very good and the taste was good. In the afternoon, I walked to the plant animal yard next to me. It was a surprise, a lot of animals, and it was very clean. The animals were very healthy, elephants, giraffes, hippos... It’s quite cheap to eat at the cafe on the left hand side downstairs. Turn right on the right hand side and have a beef noodle in the alleyway. When I checked into the hotel, I found that there is a door in the room. The two rooms can be opened and connected to each other. It feels very unsafe. I immediately added money to exchange for a room without this setting. I spent more than 300 RMB. Ctrip.com clearly wrote about the special circumstances of the room (especially this design that seriously affects the privacy of the room), which resulted in misjudgments during booking and exceeded the cost budget. In addition, the hotel as a whole is better, more like a domestic kapok hotel, but the exterior design is very French, and the interior design also has a range hood and a sink for cooking. It feels like a tourist route and a bit wasteful.

In fact, it is not so easy to find, from Hainan chicken this road is impossible to enter, from the coffee shop, just in the middle of the small alley, will also pass the name massage shop miumiu; another just happened to meet the market in the city A large piece of land is being built, and it has to be around to get past. It is not very convenient. Fortunately, the lively place of Fanwu Old Street can be reached in about 10 minutes. 1. Accurate positioning. In an alley, there is an iron gate at the entrance of the alley. It will be closed at 11pm (the key was given at the front desk, but it is basically useless), which is safer. 2. The environment of the room is OK, and all of them have (safe, refrigerator, TV, air conditioning, separate shower room, hairdryer, slippers). 3. The equipment is relatively old, the headlights in the room where I live are broken, I called the front desk and said that I would contact the master and leave it alone; there is a nest of ants in the bathroom, and the toilet cover is broken; At night, when it was close to 30 degrees, he was directly turned into a monkey and could not sleep at all. 4. The highlight is the window, the view is wide and not depressed, which is more praiseworthy. 5. The MM at the front desk was very good. I gave a lot of suggestions for eating and drinking.
