It's up to everyone to forget a phone clock to load the mobile phone in the hotel. In this structure I had been hosted in two previous occasions for work (in one of which they had forgotten to make my room again); I had already realized that the Lady was not shining for courtesy to the guests but patience ... in This third occasion, when I came home and I realized I left the cave in the hotel, I call the manager, asking for courtesy, to be put in a simple generic and shipped bag. I assumed that this could be part of the normal courtesy to a client and the sense of good sense. Two-three euros shipping seems to me a normal courtesy to a customer...For all answer I receive it from a Mailer via a over-size package and with a charge to the recipient of 20 euros! It is not for money but for gesture: the lady, who had already answered me shocked at the phone (which I should have foreseen), loading me so ridiculously high for a very slight hill, could at least have warned me; in that case, I could also have decided differently. No, if you look for courtesy is definitely not the right place ...

The hotel is exactly as it promises, and as soon as we arrived, we were welcomed by a strong smell of candle, which I personally do not regret, because it gives me the impression that the room was cleaned carefully. The rooms and bathrooms are perfectly suited for a short stay, clean and medium-sized. I have not found the noise I read in some reviews, I have sleeped more than well. The hotel is very central, literally close to everything, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, station. The hotel is a very good hotel, and it is a good hotel for you to stay here.

One of the most positive notes of this hotel is certainly represented by the staff who are very kind and professional in the reception. The furniture is elegant, the room in which we stayed was quite wide, the bed and the comfortable couchs. The room was blind but the air conditioning was well functioning. The hotel offers guests a variety of swimming pools, including a very large pool, to which outside people can also access. In general, it was quite comfortable, although sleep was a little disturbed by a little too intense smells, present in the room and some night clacson (but it was feragost). The style of the outdoor bar where breakfast is made does not reflect the style of the hotel.
