Staff was kind from the beginning to the end. English speaking & helpful staff, the manager even allowed us to have breakfast before opening time as we were leaving hotel early morning and had to catch the bus to the airport! There was uk plug and when we asked at the reception dest for adapter - we kindly got them, there was kettle missing in our room-we asked for it and got one. Breakfast every day same but enough and tasty. Room wasn’t large but okay for two, side sea view- there are palms so you cannot see the sea really well, just a lil bit , but deffo not a major problem. Balcony was small as well, but for two again-enough. There is fridge and air con and tv 👍🏽. Cleaning service every day ,clean bathroom and the room as well. Lift is very small. Location- Very close to the beach3min walk, 3min to the shops and bars or restaurants, 20min to get to the lively city centre. Good location for couples/family/party people. Bus stop around and airport shuttle stop also 10min by walking. For young deffo recommended as quiet around but close to the awesome night life either on the beach or city centre.

We had a great week at the Nissiblu resort, a one-year-old beach resort at one of the nicest locations of Cyprus. Stylish, interesting design, public areas always very clean. The staff friendly and professional. I have to mention that it was the last week before closing ahead of schedule. Due to Covid-19 the hotel had to close on Nov. 15 as no more guests were coming. Mediterranean Restaurant (buffet) was open for breakfast with a wide offer, only Theros all day dining bistro (a la carte) was open for lunch and dinner. Which is totally fine considering the low occupancy, no buffet makes sense. The salads were the best part of their menu, but also burgers and meat were fine. The portions are large! I expected some more dishes of fresh fish. The room was spacious although not huge and we got an upgrade to the Nissi Beach Sea side with wonderful sunset views and a good balcony. Pool area quite empty and always well kept, also the pool and spa area. Outdoor pool with cool water temperature, even the sea was warmer. Nice and friendly cats on the property, almost like pets and a nice bonus and experience. Very friendly. From all great staff I want to mention Mrs Fotini as extremely friendly and professional waiter at both restaurants. What a charming person with attention to detail. We would like to return and say thank you for a great week in these special times. We felt safe and comfortable.

We decided to finally go to Cyprus as travel was allowed from Germany. I was really surprised how hotel took care of our safety and hygiene. - As we arrived our temperature were checked - Receptionist and all hotel staff had mask on all the time, eventhough they were sweating on this hot summer month. - Receptionist cleans even the counters after every guest is checked in throughly. - Hand sanitizers are available every possible places where hands are needed to be used. - Buffet is not allowed to touch unless hands are sanitized - The reception area couches and waiting room chairs are sanitized and cleaned very frequently. - Sunbeds are kept at 2meter distance and are sanitized frequently. - Pool water quality is checked many times and not more than 50 people are allowed. - last but most important , Aktea has home type rooms which are accessible from land directly or dedicated stairs separately from ground to your room, which u feel more airy unlike hotels where lifts and corridors which lead to rooms might be more contagious. Lets see the hotel amenities itself - Buffet had fresh fruits always and various Cuisine based food( however if you are vegan and vegatarian no much options. No cappuccino available only milk coffee and espresso) - Its based in the middle of the 2 popular beaches, Nissi beach and Vatika Gonia Beach both are accessible by private pedestrian paths at about 4min walk. - A small mountain infornt of hotel gives breathtaking serene views of ocean - Pool has a direct ocean view and sound of waves, however the direct beach has hard rock beds hence non swimmable but wonderful place to sit peacefully or take evening stroll - Bar has the best cocktails - A small shop inside the campus has everything you need and has the same prices as outside ( no tourist pices) Overall since we were concerned more of safety and went only for beach and relaxation we didn't do any Cyprus touristly things hence we never had a need to go out of campus.

We stayed here from 01.09.2019 to 08.09.2019. It is a very nice place, a family business, and that makes the place so warm. The room was clean and also the bathroom. They cleaned the room daily, and change the Bath towels. The staff is very helpfull and very friendly. Breakfast is the same every day, but you have from were to choose. From fruits and vegetables, to bacon, egg, peperoni and cheese, fruit salad, 3 tipes of bread, etc. As a minus, the place is quite far away from the maine road about 800-900 m, were you will Find supermakets, bus stations, restaurnats and bars.

Have to say for a 4 star with a 4.5 score on Tripadviser this was a very poor hotel. I will explain further and point out the good points along with the bad. We arrived missing one suitcase as it had been picked up by another passenger on our flight, luckily we were reunited with it approx four hours after arriving but still gave my wife time to go shopping for additional clothes. Poor information given at reception about facilities at hotel for example not told we needed towel cards so when we arrived at the towel shed the following day we had to return to reception and pay 10 euro deposit to get the towel cards so wasting time. No porters anywhere and given vague directions to our room, number 110 which was pretty small, could only fit two tiny single beds, a desk and one chair in the room along with built in wardrobe and a small balcony where it was impossible to do any sunbathing. Bed was spongy but comfy for a small person, anybody who was slightly larger like me you felt that you were falling in to a hole. Bathroom was of an acceptable standard with high marks for the shower, good temperature and power, good amount of shampoos and body creams. Disappointed that you had to pay 20 euros for the week for the safety deposit box. Room was very clean and bed was made every day with actual cleaning seen once during the week but could have been more. Cleaning outside on the landing was poor, sand seen on our first day on the landing was still there on our last. Lifts were available to all floors and these usually worked without problems although I did get stuck in one lift for awhile. Nothing to do at all during the day as there was no amination apart from pool which was cold but it was November, table tennis table and 1 euro a go pool table,, I can confirm that the pool table was hogged by the staff (Bobbi) and an older man for two afternoons. Lots of sun beds and didn't have to reserve once during the week with good quality pads. Lovely bay called Sandy Bay due to the quality of the sand and hotel opened out onto the beach. Drinks for an all inclusive were poor apart from cocktails where you probably had 12 to choose from, freshly made but made in the glasses rather than mixers, cold beer ran out on the Friday at the pool bar, adequate wine from a tetra pack and good quality coffees and teas. Food was good with some good tasty dishes, didn't cater well for vegetarians, breakfast was poor with the food only luke warm so threw it away , puddings were very good with a good range, presentations of dishes was none existent and meals were in a buffet style with hot on left side and cold on right, never seemed to run out and the Chinese Style Spare Ribs were excellent as is common with these hotels dishes at later meals incorporated ingredients from previous meals but we at no point had upset stomachs. The setting for the main restaurant was more of a High School cafeteria which was fitting as on the Friday a load of Cypriot 16 year olds turned u

Just back from a fabulous two weeks at this hotel. Booked last minute as our original holiday was cancelled, we couldn’t have been happier. The hotel was a perfect location for the beach, which was just a nip over the quiet cul de sac road. We would either take a walk into town on an evening or taxi and then a slow walk back to the hotel. The rooms were spotless, cleaned every day with a towel change. Balconies could have been a bit bigger but hey ho, you don’t spend all of your time on the balcony! The breakfasts were more than ample, something for everybody and again spotless. But, the best thing was the staff, Spiros the manager could not do enough for his guests, always making time for you and giving the benefit of his knowledge for restaurants, shopping etc. Pascal and Gabbie were truly wonderful, service with a smile, Gabbi you make the best Strawberry Daiquiri, and Yiopte on reception, you are so efficient and at the same time offering really excellent advice when needed, thank you all. We will return.

This was my 4th visit to Ayia Napa and the first time I have stayed at Nestor.I can understand why so many people come back again and again. The staff are fantastic,so friendly, helpful and very hard working. The food is great so much choice and EXCELLENT quality. Stayed on an all inclusive basis and I could not fault anything which is praise indeed as I am very fussy!!!! The Hotel is spotlessly clean in every single area.In fact I was so impressed I am going to cancel the family holiday booking I have made for next year at another hotel in Ayia Napa and re book at Nestor.I am happy to lose my deposit so that we can return here instead.Happy staff certainly means excellent customer service.Thank you for making my birthday so special.I can't wait to return.

This hotel should have much higher review scores and I suspect the current scores are based on old reviews. The staff working there are amazing and were one of the highlights of our trip- they are so friendly and really made sure that we enjoyed our stay. The location is great- it is close to the bars and restaurants, yet it is in a quiet street so you can get a good night sleep and is also not too far from the beach. The prices per night were also very low considering the size and the quality of the apartment we stayed in. The breakfast was all you can eat british breakfast + cereal, juice, etc. Overall- I highly recommend staying at this place.

Stayed for 3 nights before moving to another hotel due to Rainbow being fully booked for the duration of our stay. The host was really friendly on arrival and helpful explaining nearby things to do and main attractions. Room was bright, spacious and very clean. Would definitely recommend! Location is fab, only a couple minutes from the main strip and 10 min walk to the closest beach.

Booked Amaos Apartments two weeks before departure as a last minute budget break for myself and my husband. On arrival check in was quick and easy (1am) and we were shown to our standard ground floor studio room (47) by the guy on reception. Room was clean and basic as expected, there were twin beds, a double wardrobe, small dressing table with hairdryer, small kitchenette with kettle, crockery etc, flatscreen TV with a few English channels, bathroom with toilet, sink and shower cubicle. The small private patio area had a small table with two chairs and looked out onto the pool area which was clean with comfy sunbeds and parasols. Pool area was very quiet but this may be due to us visiting in October, we never had to reserve sunbeds at all and a lot of the time we had the pool entirely to ourselves. Pool area was clean and our room was cleaned every other day which included clean towels. Our room was classed as ‘standard’ but we think some of the other rooms have been refurbished and are advertised as ‘deluxe’ so have a slightly higher price. The snack bar prices were really reasonable and the guy serving was really nice and helpful. We would use these apartments again due to cleanliness, location near Aiya Napa main square (5 minutes down the hill) and the price. I specifically liked that we could book our studio knowing we would be on ground floor. The Amaos Apartments were much better than we thought they’d be so we were pleasantly surprised and had a lovely week away.

We were nervous when booking it due to some of the reviews, but honestly this place is perfect for a lads or girls holiday. Pros: - Supermarket on site which sells everything at good prices, a genuine life saver. - Near the beach and the strip - Reasonably priced air con, fridge and safe (which all worked perfectly) Cons: - Loud till the early hours - Fine for us but wouldn't recommend if you're not on a party holiday. - Pool was only 1m deep, not a massive issue. Overall we loved the hotel, particularly considering the low price we paid. The owner, Savos, is helpful and always awake when you return from a night out.

I've been there with 2 of my friends and I've had the best time of my life. We've been to various hotels in Cyprus and this was by far the most amazing one we've stayed in. The hotel was absolutely clean and the pool was super clean too. It had some amazing places to chill beside the pool even at night! We had our balconies and terraces just attached to our rooms and we could sunbathe there itself cause there were so many sunbeds in our personal terrace as well. The rooms were huuuge and the bathrooms were very spacious. The food in the restaurant was very tasty as well along with the best behaviour of the staff members. The manager, Mr. Panayiotou, was such a kind and gentle man, he personally overlooked each and every customers' needs. Definitely worth a visit!! :)

Booked a weekend break with a friend back in July to celebrate my Birthday and was not disappointed. This hotel exceeded my expectations. Despite being within walking distance of Cental Ayia Napa, the lobby and swimming pool area had a very relaxed feel. The swimming pool is so long, they play different music at each end! Check in was smooth, we were allocated a nice sea view room. The room was spotlessly clean and bed was super comfy. Ordered lunch at the pool bar on arrival, service was prompt and professional. Spent the afternoon relaxing by the pool before changing for dinner. Dinner buffet was excellent, plenty to choose from, there was even sushi! We did venture out of the hotel since we were so close, and it was great to not have to negotiate with a taxi driver to return to the hotel, as it was just a short walk back. The buffet breakfast was fresh and tasty and despite it being busy, we got a table quickly. I would highly recommend Seasons hotel for a relaxed holiday in Ayia Napa. Good food, great service, very clean, what more can you ask for?

Arrived quite late at the hotel apartments, to be greeted by a guy at the pool bar who directed us to the reception, check-in was fuss-free and we were given the keys and directions to our room in block B, this room was okay but the view was not the best, so I went back to reception and asked for a room with a view of the pool, this request was granted immediately without any hassle, so after returning the keys to the block B apartment, we took the keys to C205 and we were not disappointed, this room was on the upper floor and looked out on to the pool, the rooms are spacious and okay a little basic the seperate bedroom was large enough with plenty of wardrobe space and the beds were comfortable it had a sliding door out on to the large veranda, the bathroom was equiped well although a little small but the whole apartment was spotlessly clean and the housekeeping service was second to none throughout our stay, we opted for the bed and breakfast option and were not dissapointed breakfast is served at the pool bar and this is the hub of the hotel the guy's make you feel so welcome and nothing is too much trouble during our stay we made firm freinds with all of them Tommy his brother Bambos and brother in law Tsakis not forgetting Tommy's school boy friend and helper George if you have never experienced Cypriot hospitality book a holiday at the Napa Prince and you will see what I mean these guy's go above and beyond the extra mile to make your stay a memorable one

We opted for this hotel as it is a 'beach' hotel. You can indeed see the beach from the hotel but there is no access from the hotel- you have to leave the hotel grounds and walk down the main road to get to the beach. The beach itself is run by a beach club combined with the municipality therefore standard charges apply- there are no beds reserved for this hotel. The hotel next door however, has beds there and direct access- this an actual beach hotel. Ok the other places. The rooms are nice and fairly spacious but with very limited in terms of storage. We had an inland view which was actually the alley between the two hotels. The title of this review refers to the major issue which we had at this hotel - it was a local place for local people. By all accounts we thought this was to do with the covid issues - however it seemed too engrained in the way the hotel operated to be a new trend. Locals, often with their whole family, frequented the hotel pool everyday of of stay, taking up the sunbeds and umbrellas ( which were in short supply due to covid regs) meaning that tourists, at times, could not get a bed by the pool. They were also waited on around the pool - seemingly as they were paying cash, which meant that the tourists who were AI were left queuing waiting to be served. As aforementioned the visitors seemed to be treated to a much higher standard than any other guests, even extending to Greek music being played throughout the day at the poolside - seemingly on repeat. I have stayed on many places here and even listen to the local radio and even that plays a variety of different music. The final straw for us was when we walked in from a night out to find that the barrier to the 'guest only' car park was lifted and the place was over run with double parked vehicles. The carpark itself was often full as normally the guests would not have cars, plus the day trippers filled any spare spots. We mentioned it to the staff inside and initially got a look of 'mind your own' followed by the excuse that - "it's the bank holiday we always open up plus they will all be gone in a few days.'?! Other hotels offered entertainment- here there was none. Other hotels did not open their car park as a free for all but here it seemed policy. As a resident but none Cypriot I felt like a second class citizen in this hotel. No rules were abided by in the pool area ( people smoking and eating in the actual pool and glass bottles in the pool - despite the fact that the AI guests only being given tiny plastic cups.) Finally the AI drinks were a joke, the local spirits they are using are the absolute cheapest and lowest % possible and the menu was highly restricted, simple cocktails which were priced the same as those on the menu were not included. I would not go back to this hotel even if it was free just because of how poorly it was managed. The upside is that the bar and wiring on staff were wonderful and very attentive.

We got a good bargain for all inclusive on this holiday. Stayed for ten days in a ground floor room in the Banana Block which was near to the restaurant area, but not too close for noise or disruptions. There was a double bed and a couch which we converted into a queen-size bed foe my friend. the apartment had a fridge, hob and plates etc. We has free air con. The bathroom was a bath with a shower over it, but was powerful and plenty of hot water. Our patio doors opened onto the pool area very near to the Pool bar which was very handy! The pool was lovely shaped and there was plenty of room for families and groups. There were plenty of pool sun loungers throughout the day and also some double bed cabanas . The food at the hotel was plenty and tasty with enough variety throughout the ten days . We only ate out twice as the food was good. The drinks were plentiful with enough variety on the all inclusive. The area of the hotel was quite quiet but this was probably worse as it was the end of the season. The plus side was the beautiful beach just over the road from the hotel. It had plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas (7.50 euros for 2 beds and an umbrella) for all day with free WiFi code thrown in.(Hotel WiFi was expensive and didn't use it). There were showers, toilets, lifeguards and a snack van that was extremely reasonable. It did great large cafe frappes for 2 euros. If you were self catering, there were plenty of reasonable supermarkets near the hotel and the hotel had its own small market with food, drinks, beach equipment. The entertainment was okay, nothing special but was watchable. The kids enjoyed the mini disco and the adults! Aiya Napa central was not far away, a couple of bus stops or short taxi ride. Nissi Beach was only a bus stop or 10-15 min walk away.

Vacation was perfect. Stayed on 4th of October. The weather was perfect, the water in the sea was 28. We arrived in hotel after lunch, rooms was already prepared. Room clean, modern, after renovation. Perfect view if you choose sea view type. All bath implements were infilled every day. Cleaning every day. At arriving there was bottle of water, and welcome bottle of red vine, water was suggesting only one time on arrival. If you have all inclusive meals, you can ask bartender at the bar to fill bottle of water. Hotel location is perfect. It is 10 minutes walking till the center of Ayia napa. Near is port, from which is organized excursions with boats about 20-30 euros per person. By walk you can reach luna park, and in another side sculpture park. Beach at the hotel, is rookie, but if you go to the left about 5 minutes there is beautiful sandy beach. I loved beach at hotel, because if you like snorkeling, it is best location, we found most of fish there – picaso fish, ornate wrasse , sea snake , trumpet fish, flying fish. About food in hotel it was perfect. In the mornings you have variety of snacks, pancakes, waffles, eggs, also proseco and orange, grapefruit and apple juice. At dinner there was in seven days, themed evenings, Mexican, Cyprus, Italian, barbecue cuisines. There were fish, octopus, calamari, beef, pork, lamb stewed, fired, every time variety of fruits. The food in hotel just PEREFCT. At this time of COVID, when you come to restaurant you need to wear gloves, which is prepared by the entrance :) The masks you need to wear only in the lift. When you go out to city, you need to wear masks only inside of shops.

My husband and I spent 10 days here. First member of staff we met who booked us in was very straight faced and not very welcoming. Luckily everyone else was friendly and helpful. The room was very modern and cleaned every day towels changed every day. Hair dryer and fridge. Plug sockets same as uk so don't need adaptors. Walk in shower very nice. Good air conditioning . We were all inclusive the drinks were good the good was average. We preferred breakfast. We went to George handy food for a kebab few times when we didn't eat much at evening meal (and to soak up alcohol) pool area really nice clean ,pool water fresh water .small play area for kids and a small swimming pool for kids. Jacuzzi effect in main pool at random times. Pool bar lovely with shaded seating areas. The snacks were ok the hot dogs were extremely small. We loved the hotel not to big and crowded. No entertainment in the day and occasionally on a night. Lots of Russians here and as a soon as you heard a UK accent we made friends. Big shout out to George the manager lovely man works so hard. Sebastian waiter/bar young lad very nice lad. Take your driving licence with you they drive same side as uk. Hotel in good position, close to everything. 20 minutes on bus to nissi beach absolutely beautiful there or 5 minutes walk to smaller one. The harbour lovely too.

Nice and fridly staff. I had missed one member in our group in the booking but there was no problem to fix and not even any extra charge. Great location with good breakfast and nice rooms. Beds where comfortable. I recommend it and will most likely stay here the next time we visit Cyprus.

We cannot possibly give this hotel any less than 5 stars considering how well it is running during this crisis. It is under occupancy and the area is mostly closed down for the season but we feel they’re doing an incredible job. We paid a modest price for this week and we cannot fault the accommodation. It is well laid out, easy access to the beautiful pool area and superb beach - the water is crystal clear! The hotel is very clean and you get free beach towels, air con and safe in the room. I am shocked at reviews about poor food because we find the food superb. We spent a week at a 5* hotel in Turkey in August which had more choice of food than you could imagine yet we think the food quality is better here. Everything is cooked exceptionally well and there is a lot of choice. Each day there has been several meat choices as well as fish and vegetarian options. The desserts are beautiful too. It is also great to be able to get a fuller sized beer from the bar during the day rather than the mini cups you often get. We’ve been very lucky with the weather (28deg most days) and enjoyed a wander down to the square on a night where a few bars remain open - live music is good and it’s lovely to enjoy a normal lively atmosphere. The only gripe we have is the room size. I think our room is for 2 people and 2 temporary beds have been added for our children and it’s fairly cramped. But, again, I’m not complaining due to the situation and the excellent price we paid but if we were visiting during normal times, I’d not be happy with this. As mentioned in a previous review, the water features are off (not sure why) and the pool is freezing but the sea is like a bath and makes up for it. We also booked into the 2 restaurants and weren’t notified by reception that these are closed (you’re served the meal in the main buffet restaurant instead) and found out when noticing the places closed for the season and fellow holidaymakers mentioned their experience. We have cancelled these as the buffet restaurant is nice enough and we only booked for a change of scenery. Overall, we’re enjoying a very safe break away from the doom and gloom at home and would happily return in the future. Thank you Melissi Beach.

Under promised and over delivered for sure which was an absolute treat. We would definitely book again. The hotel is much nicer than the pictures show. The staff are excellent, the buffet food was of a high standard. The Sushi night was our favourite. When you go away there aften times you think oh they could have done that better but I’d struggle to find anything. It is often the little things that add to the experience and I think at the Alion they got it right. When you arrive you are asked which sunbeds you would like and they are yours for the stay and you can go to reception and change if you like but you know you don't have sun bed anxiety every morning. You are given the same table to dine at every evening if you are dining at the hotel. The call buttons by the sunbeds all worked. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotels restaurant ‘The Deck’ people would arrive from other hotels to dine because the food and service there is exceptional. The spa, the indoor pool and gym are great. I took part in yoga for 3 mornings that was a highlight. The Tennis courts are beautiful to play on an we played every day. The flood lights worked. It was my daughter’s 13th birthday and they helped us set up some celebrations for her. Did I mention the beach is stunning beautiful white sands – I could have been in the Caribbean. Thank you to all of the Alion staff including all the people who I didn’t see that makes the experience what is was. We are very grateful to you all.

I picked this hotel based a lot of the reviews from others on the site. Just for context, I am an avid business and leisure traveller that has been on each continent / too many cities to count and been an experienced traveler for the last 35+ years of my life. I will say this hotel is okay. It is a bit from the city center which is not a bad thing. About a 10-15 min max. Close to Love Bridge and the sculpture park. There are buses out to Cavo Greco or you can get taxi to any spot. Realizing this is the off season for Cyprus this hotel worked out fine but, did not leave an impression on me or make me want to recommend it to friends/family. The receptionist who checked me in was very kind but when my passport was left with her during check out (first time in my life) and I didn’t realize it until 2 hours later - they never rang up to the room or when she saw me leave about an hour after checking in that they still had my passport! Talk about extreme panic! The hotel is okay cleanliness wise - it is run down a bit and could take a face lift in the lobby and many other areas. The keys are clunky old style with an actual key and this metal slot to turn on the lights, etc. The room itself is “fairly clean” but, could use improvement with replenishment of toiletries without asking. I do have to give points for the cleaning each day - like clock work. The buffet breakfast is nice and sufficient. I would recommend that the staff greet each customer - it was very hit and miss. Again, realize this is the off season - I can not imagine if it was full season - you may never get anyone’s attention. Overall a decent stay but, nothing specifically amazed me. Check out was okay - all that was asked of me, “you used nothing” and no offer to get a taxi or how my stay was...again early morning but, with Ayia Napa being the hot spot it is during regular season you would they would still step it up. The gym is good and the ladies at the spa are extremely nice. Cyprus itself is beautiful and I will return but, not to Napa Mermaid.

We have just stayed at the Petrosana for a weeklong holiday booked through Jet2. The apartment was well equipped and spacious, with an attached balcony which had a table and chairs as well as a nice bathroom with the shower over a bath. As expected from the photos and other reviews, the double bed was two singles pushed together but we didn’t find this to be an issue. Another point to note is that when booked through Jet2, aircon is included so we did not have to pay extra for that. The safe was around €12 for the week which we thought was reasonable. The housekeeper visited our room every day to clean and make the beds; we found the sink, mirror and toilet were often not cleaned but this wasn’t a major issue. The kitchenette was good and had all of the equipment we required - one suggestion for improvement would be to provide a mini bottle of washing up liquid with a sponge. The pool was lovely, with a gradient depth and a pile of inflatables provided; we found it was quiet most days and we never struggled to find sun beds. The pool bar was reasonable too; we only ordered drinks so cannot comment on the food but the menu had a good selection and the cocktails were nice. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Check out was 12pm but our transfer to the airport wasn’t until 8pm; we were allowed to stay by the pool if we wished and reception happily allowed us to leave our cases behind the desk which was a big help. In terms of restaurants we visited, Taipei Town down the road was a brilliant Chinese, and on the strip we went to Othello’s which is Mediterranean and Farmers Tavern which is good for an authentic Cypriot meal. If you are looking to have days out, the location of the hotel is good for a wide variety of activities. We enjoyed WaterWorld Waterpark, the Sculpture Park, Cape Greco, Nissi Beach, and Konnos beach, all of which are easily accessed on the 101/102 bus route with many stops along the strip (€1.50 per person for a single or €5 for a day ticket). We also booked the lazy day cruise on Aphrodite II through our Jet2 rep; this included transfers to and from the harbour and was a great day out. Overall we would highly recommend Petrosana due to its high quality rooms, lovely pool, and good location.

After staying at this hotel I thought it time to review our stay, upon arriving check-in was quick and staff very helpful as you exit towards the rooms through the dining hall there are some steps to go down or there is a ramp. Rooms are in blocks with the ground floor having a terrace and first floor having a balcony, we was lucky enough to have a balcony room overlooking the pool, the room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The TV has a selection of channels not any good English ones so for those of you taking children my advice would be to do what we did get a memory stick and fill it with films etc you can plug it in the TV. The staff during our trip were amazing very helpful and nothing was too much trouble, every morning as we came out for breakfast the cleaning staff were at the bottom of the stairs starting their day and if we needed anything they gave it to us, as for pool towels well we just took our towels from the room down to the pool and got them changed withe cleaning staff. Food, as with all AI holidays it can get a little repetitive that said there was always something that you could get, dishes were always labelled what the dish was but do not list ingredients. They have a hot station where they are cooking different things the usual buffet where food tends to be warm not hot, salads etc and a children's menu area. They also have an ice cream stand to the side which like the rest is self service there is also another food station at the other end of the pool (I think for daytime ) but we never went there. Jet2 Rep was fantastic a local Man who as we hired a car gave us some great island knowledge and tips making our time there even better, location couldn't be better you are within walking distance of the main part which also has the port with some amazing boat trips on offer, in all we had a fantastic time for a budget cost.

Special mention to Yiannis the evening receptionist, he is so welcome and cares about customers and the entire experience, he also advices of things to do in town and where to eat. Other members in reception were great too. There is no swimming pool in the building but you can use it in other hotel, we haven't used it so cant comment on this. Location is very central and there is buses every 10min everywhere you need to, we used it everyday to access different beaches.Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Rooms are spacious , new and modern, same in the restaurant. The only let down was breakfast, it was a bit repetitive and lack of new items but it did not made our stay less enjoyable. I will recommend the hotel to friends. Thank you Yiannis and team for everything. Ana & Matthew

The room was very satisfying! All rooms have a view to the pool, which is very cosy in the evening if you take time to sit on the terrace. The staff has a nice smile to offer if you smile at them. We spent a lot of time at the pool all day, and in the bar at night, so we noticed that the people working in these areas where great fun to talk with. Easy to ask them questions and very helpful. Six out of seven days there was competitions one could attend, and that was a nice break from the swimming and sunbathing. There was also show six nights a week, and some of them was great fun. Even bingo turned out to be nice, great prizes! Taxi to Agia Napa was about 10 Euro, not bad. The beach is not far away, just a few minutes to walk. Right across the street from the hotel you can find a Supermarket which have a lot to offer besides food. (For example beachwear, sun cream, inflatable mattresses etc) The food was very nice, no problems there. We had all inclusive the two weeks we stayed, and in addition to breakfast, lunch and dinner one could also enjoy light snacks in between these meals, so we didn`t exactly starve. We will go back next year, and we certainly hope to find the same staff in the restaurant, bar and entertainment section!

(5 of us stayed for a week in summer 2019) The Good: Great location right on the strip, hotel is clean, has air con and the beds are comfortable. A couple of amazing members of staff (the man with long brown hair and the young man with short hair) who are both amazing and seem to be carrying the entire place, it's a shame all the staff aren't this attentive. The Bad: The pool is quite small and can get bit warm which I suppose is a personal preference but I prefer to get into a refreshingly cold pool on a hot day. There is also not a lot of space/sun beds around the pool so if your in a big group then its likely that some will have to make do on the floor etc. When we got there our balcony doors were broken and we were unable to use the balcony the entire holiday, someone came to look at it after we pestered them but nothing was actually done, and we had no compensation for it. And the lock on our door was broken, so our room actually was not locked ever and none of our belongings were secure, again something that we notified the staff off, someone looked never got fixed no money back. - side note we did pay for access to a safe, but that broke too! Another bad thing was the cleaners, they came into our rooms very early, fair enough they had a job to do but when we said we don't want the room cleaned they wouldn't leave they came in opened the curtains and stood by the beds un till we got up, was very strange. They also threw away so much stuff that wasn't rubbish e.g half full bottles of mixers or half full packets of crisps that were just on the side, not even in the bin so it was annoying having to buy all of them again. If you do choose to go here then I advise on arrival getting a do not disturb sign. We got one and it didn't work the first Time they just ignored it but the second time they finally didn't come in and wake us up. The apartment is also not really "self catered" we got a kettle a cup and saucer no cutlery, hobs, pans, so didn't end up saving any money as there was no decent food we could make with that. To top the holiday off, we had a mare with our booking as the hotels records had one of our rooms check in and out date a day earlier than the other, even though who we had booking confirmation of the correct dates. As a result we were basically being kicked out of our rooms a day before we were due to depart. The young lady with light brown/blondish hair at receptions as so rude and unhelpful. I showed her the booking confirmation we had with the correct dates etc and I put her on the phone to the company we booked with who were explaining to her the same thing that we had actually booked for these dates etc. In the end she told us that we were being kicked out of the room because the hotel was fully booked...then after further conversation they said we can stay in the room one more night if we paid for it. So their hotel could not have been fully booked. This lady was so rude in the way she spoke to me, and re
