The Hotel just open this year in May 2019 and can say we was realy suprised everything is ofcource new but the Hotel has a very high standard the Hotel staff is great and very polite the rooms are nice and quiet and on the upper floor you will have a ocean view… The food concept is great the chefs stands in the middle and preparing the food fresh and you can come from all sites and take what you like it´s not a huge buffet the food is very well selected nice prepared and well presentet there is also an outside terrace where you can eat... The pool is small but who needs a pool if you have the ocean in the front, the Ai drinks are included only till 11pm better would be 12pm hopefuly they will change it next year when we will come back... We are traveling over 10 years to Alanya and have been to many different Hotels before Grand Zaman was our favorite but over the last 2 years the quality of the food is less and less the service is bad the rooms are getting ugly and should be updated but finaly we got a new favourite the Riviera Zen - thanks´s

In this hotel were staying my wifes mother. We were staying in hotel nearby. We were spending time in this hotel for some time. Very nice lobby outside. You feel like in some coffee shop. Hotel stuff pretty friendly. Turists is mainly older people from Germany. So its pretty quiet hotel. So we liked that were is relaxed atmosphere and no animation. Very high level in kitchen. Food has a lot variety and good quality. Waiters professional and polite. View in restaurant is astonishing. On the top of hotel you can sea Alanya castle, sea and Cleopatra beach. Only minus that the room window was looking directly to other hotels wall in 2 meters. So room was dark. Mother in law did not complain and said that it is fine for her. But this room is not for everyone. Still, the kitchen in hotel and amazing view compensate disadvantages.

Arrived early hours on the Tuesday easy check in with a small packed lunch from reception (nice touch) next morning unfortunately my hubby was not well so rang reception explaining the situation & asked could I have a kettle as I couldn’t see me leaving the room that day so being able to have a coffee sounded good, the guy said 1 hours all good 3 hours later still no kettle so rang down again 1st guy did not understand a word I was saying so passed the phone to his colleague I tried to explain that they said 1 hours but still had not got kettle well the abuse I got down the phone was horrendous I was totally took back I said it’s ok your busy I will come to reception to get it he butted in & said No it’s on it’s way & the phone went down, kettle arrived by lovely maid but no cups ???. All I can say this hotel is not British orientated the staff just look right through you (apart from when there manager was walking round) they was so rude, served all other nationalities before the British at one point my husband was stood at the bar for at least 10mins before he was acknowledged, this is an all inclusive hotel but to me it’s the worse all inclusive I’ve ever been to & let me tell you I’ve been to a lot, drinks wines vodka gin white rum & effes don’t expect anything else not even a cocktail in sight, snacks 4-5.30 cakes from the lunch time service & if you was lucky you would get waffles, now for the restaurant food omg who has broccoli cauliflower roast flat potatoes & soup at breakfast yes there would be boiled & scramble eggs & on odd days you was spoilt by getting omelette hotdog sausage & mushrooms, lunch & dinner were no better, we understand they cater for all nationalities but to us they never once catered for the British apart from fries, the Germans Dutch & Norwegian loved the food as it catered more for them. The staff in this hotel need to go on a course for customer service as apart from the manager who would say hello, all the other staff were miserable rude & abrupt,it’s a shame really as this hotel is beautiful clean & ideally located but most definitely NOT for the British, jet2 need to look at this hotel & be truthful to there customers !!!!!

We just came back from holidays with our family from this hotel and we liked it. The hotel worth its price. We were with a 2 year old child. The food was really good, every day we found what to eat for the kid, who is a picky eater. Also, for adults there was plenty food to choose. The breakfast was the same all time, but lunch and dinner was different. They were cooking something outside like kebab, pasta with sea food and etc. The only think that I didn’t like was cats, they were always seeking for food outside when you eat. The hotel needs some furniture change, there was free wifi. Hotel is in a great city place, near nice Koepatra beach, that is just in front of him. 2 sunbeds and umbrella cost 5 Eur. Also, next to the beach there is a nice park with fountains and kid playing area. So, we spent a lot of time there. Also, just in 5 min walk there is a hoist that takes to the Alanya castle and the hill with a nice view.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Okan for a family holiday last June. The hotel was such a great find in a great position in the town at one side and the beach at the other. The hotel has great rooms, great food and friendly staff. The beach is across the road from the hotel with its own bar and comfortable sun beds which are always ready for you when you get to the beach. You can pay daily or their is a deal for the sun beds available at the hotel reception if you book for 5 days or more. The meals in the hotel are a good standard, we had a half board option, their is an option for full board if wanted. The bar has a good drinks selection, their is a basic gym to use, but their is so much more to do in Alanya than the gym😂. Definitely worth booking this hotel if you are visiting Alanya.....

My friend and I stayed here all inclusive for a week, we paid less that £100 each for the week. The room and bathroom were clean, modern. Beds are very hard. Shower, air con and tv all worked well. Great sea view on balcony (we paid for city view, but could still partially see the beach between other hotels and stunning hills the other way) Most tourists are German and staff at hotel spoke German and Turkish. Some of the staff spoke a little English. Buffet Breakfast, Lunch, Tea and Dinner, was basic but great value for what we paid. There are a great number of good restaurants and bars nearby. Wifi worked well. The hotel pool is always in the shade and as it was unheated, was not popular with most guests, except us sunburned brits returning from the beach. Beach is 2 minutes walk away and sunbed vouchers are available at reception. Reception also helped get us a hire car to visit the many tourist sites in the hills behind the Alanya. I would stay here again if on a tight holiday budget.

Just a few steps away from the seafront, Aysev Hotel is 500 metres to the Alanya city centre. It has an outdoor pool and air-conditioned rooms with a balcony. The rooms at Hotel Aysev come with simple furnishings. A private bathroom with shower is standard. Some rooms overlook the sea.Daily breakfast is available. You can taste local dishes at the hotel’s restaurant. The bar serves refreshing drinks. You can relax and watch TV at the common lounge. The pool area is ideal for sunbathing. The front desk is available 24/7.Only 300 metres to the Damlatas Cave, Aysev Hotel is 1 km to the Alanya Castle. Antalya Airport is 125 km away.

Have just returned from 1 week at this fabulous hotel. It was truly wonderful. The staff could not do enough for you and so friendly. We were in 603 overlooking pool area. The apartment was spotless with every attention to detail. Thick fluffy white towels and a shower big enough for a football team. Everything was brand new. Domestics came in daily. Public areas lovely with quirky furniture. Really cannot praise this hotel more. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment. Hotel just around corner from cable car to castle. Some great restaurants in area. Avoid the ones that promise you the earth - they are rubbish. Avoid aqua park (top of road). Little gem of restaurant nearby called Rami family. Please don't be put off by the street or exterior. Food was lovely, very reasonably priced and staff so courteous. All in all brilliant hotel and would definitely visit again. If I had a tip, though my husband disagreed, it would be to ask for room looking overlooking street rather than pool area. Street is very quiet so no noise, but proximity of hotel opposite meant balcony wasn't too private. But very minor point. X

It is licated just a ten minutes walk to the city center and has own, very well-kept beach and a large pool with bar. The rooms are neat, clean and disinfected and the food varied and very tasty. A special emperor gives this hotel the care of quests. Mr Sezgin and his staff take care of everything and fulfill your every wish. You can enjoy in romatic dinner at the beach or spend your time in amazing spa center! You will experience special pleasure through animation during the day and in the evening. Ok, this is in no real way a 5* hotel. But gets a full 5 stars from me because of its location, staff and price. The rooms are a little dated, but it’s an old building with high ceilings and a balcony that sits two people comfortably four at a push with the table. Tiles a little dated in the bathroom, but honestly, who spends their holiday in their room, and the room was bigger than some 5* hotels I’ve stayed at. A fridge was brilliant to have but this was in the lower floor room. The staff speak many different languages, so you won’t be stuck at all, the outside of the hotel is a closed street too with no traffic allowed a pedestrian street. less than one minute walk will get you to the beach, caves, cable car to the castle and water park. So don’t be put off by the price, it’s not a hostel, it’s worth more than they are charging due to location but don’t expect a bathroom perfect or the building polished, it’s clean comfortable and the staff are great and I would 100% recommend and come back myself.

Reading all the reviews, we were very dubious about booking this hotel, because it wasn't for the British tourist and almost everyone was Russian. But we booked it anyway and loved every second, yes the Russians cheat the queues, yes they storm the restaurant for breakfast dinner and fight for snacks at the pool bar, and take 2 or 3 plates of food to the table, but they don't live like us so don't expect them to act like us then. We talked to them in English and broken Russian, and quickly won their friendship, we were invited to their tables to eat and drink together, they were so hospitable, so don't be put off, just get to know them. The hotel itself is fine, the staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, with new towels every day and the beds are made up to look like elephants one day or covered in rose petals. Though the food more suits the Russians there's always something there to eat, the pool is big enough and we always managed to find empty sunbeds, the Russians even took their towels off to free one for us in the sunniest part of the pool area. As a bonus the hotel is right in the centre of the town with shops restaurants bars and excursions all around you, we used Patriot tours opposite the hotel, good prices and he speaks great English. The beach is a 5 minute walk, with plenty to see and do, and try the cable car to the castle in Alanya town, only about £5 return fare with spectacular views.

We really enjoyed our stay at sea star hotel. It is a boutique hotel so the service is of a personal touch. The staff are incredibly hospitable and welcoming. Lovely charming people who make you feel at home. The pool was great, beautiful infinity views and the beach was amazing. The service is great, the food is delicious and fresh and the hotel rooms are so gorgeous. The manager Farda was especially attentive ensuring we were happy with our stay. The only slight issue was the WiFi which didn’t extend to our room, there’s no disability access to the rooms so there’s a few stairs to climb but other than that sea star hotel is a beautiful hotel with Islamic values that make it a great hotel choice for families, couples or even friend groups! Give it a go if your ever in Antalya! P.S they also have an amazing wedding venue overlooking the sea if your wanting a destination wedding.

My family and I stayed at this hotel at the start of this month and just returned yesterday. We had a fantastic time - Amazing hospitality. The staff truly care about their guests and even managers take time to ensure guests are well. My son cracked his head open on the trip and well the staff were fantastic and so quick and caring. Especially with how panicked I was when the incident happened. They dealt with the situation amazingly and I can’t thank them enough. The food from this hotel is great, I enjoyed it. At first I was sceptical of the breakfast as I believe it was catered for Russian guests (they have loads of Russian guests). But you do get used to it, not the beans and eggs I have for breakfast but it’s still okay. The home made bread is fantastic. All other meal times are brilliant. I am Greek so our food is similar to the Turkish cuisine so I adored all the food and thought it was tasty. The entertainment is in Russian/German and very little English but actually the language doesn’t matter as such because you can understand what’s going on and they do speak English if they realise you are English on stage or something. The staff members are fantastic, all reception staff, bar and restaurant staff. Merdan always working hard and cleaning, cansu is so friendly and lovely, ugur, hasan and asil were also super friendly and lovely. And adil was great and friendly. Had lovely photos taken by the photographer and also a lovely man. I left Avena with positive vibes and serious holiday blues. Situated in a fantastic place in Alanya, this hotel was worth every penny. Full of Russians (which is no problem) and can get a bit lonely if you do not find any English families or couples, but it’s fine. The other guests who are in the hotel do not matter. Thank you Avena! I cannot thank you enough.

This hotel is around 2 hours from Antalya airport. I took a private return transfer from the airport which cost only 25euro. This got me to Alanya much faster than a shuttle transfer and for relatively not much more. Alanya has a large beach which has a road alongside it. There are relatively few hotels situated on the beach side. At the end of the west side of the beach is the marina and along here is the multitude of restaurants, clubs, shops and markets. M.C.A. Marquis is conveniently situated at the end of the west side of the Alanya beach on the beach side of the road, therefore providing a lovely view. It is only a 5 minute walk to the Marina. The hotel itself is small and functional. It has a small reception area with small shop selling convenience items on the ground floor. It has one lift and a set of interesting stairs to access the 4 floors of rooms and on the 5th floor is the dining room. My room was clean, functional and well laid out. It had a comfortable bed, bedside tables, dressing table and wardrobe. There was a TV, however this seemed to not have any English speaking channels on it. The bathroom was small with a shower only. There was a large balcony which looked onto the street side. On hindsight this was probably better than a sea view as there was more to watch and look out on in the evening. The room thankfully came with AC as the temperature was particularly hot. There was wifi in the room which was free and open to connect to with password. The room also came with a fridge and bottle of water. The room was very clean and had clearly been updated recently with modern furniture. In the week I stayed here, there was no cleaning service. From what I learnt the room is cleaned at request as are fresh towels and linens. The breakfast is served on the 5th floor which has a nice view over the beach. This was very traditional Turkish breakfast such as meats, cheeses, breads, fruits and lots of interesting dips. The only hot items were eggs and a sausage. The hotel owns the Miami Beach club. You therefore get free access to the pool and beach front. You are provided with a bed, umbrella and cushion each day of your stay. You will find that in order to get any bed on the beach, you must purchase from a beach club which seems to have divided up the beach. Of course each club has different amenities and prices. The Miami Beach club had a nice bar, pool and snack food restaurant which was all reasonably priced. This hotel does not have the thrills, luxury or amenities of what you would expect from a 3 star hotel. However, when you compare it to Turkish standards, this was a very clean, affordable and convenient hotel. It looks exactly how it does in the pictures, the staff are friendly and welcoming. I would choose to stay here again.

Ok so it took me weeks to decide whether it was was `safe`enough for me to travel to Turkey for this trip and I have to say, I was mightily impressed! We had booked a weeks stay at an all- inclusive package at the hotel and we both thoroughly enjoyed the hotel! It was fairly clean and there were sanitisation places right across the lovely hotel and its gardens and beach! We checked in , all have to wear face masks in the Reception area. One receptionist , I think called Zeynap - short brown hair checked us in and wads really very lovely with her manner and interaction with us.. the other 2 girls, a dark long haired girl and and one blond haired girl werent particularly pleasant but on the whole, great. We had a bungalow which were great in size and had a lovely balcony but I have to say, too noisy as theres a main road that runs along the hotel and theres traffic at all times plus, exceptionally noisy corridor traffic with residents. The hotel caters to a German and Russian clientele with few English speaking staff members, having said that, I cannot fault the F&B staff members such as Cibrail and Turgei .. They were soooo hospitable and accommodating of peoples needs- they all work soo hard and deserve every penny! The gardens are kept immaculate by a lovely garden team and its a beautiful well kept site... the Coco bar is a great place to soak in the sea and pebbly beach sand but some amazing views of Alanya!.. The doctor on site a gorgeous Turkish Paramedic, AJ speaks English and was soooo compassionate and affable with us... God bless her!... There is a hair salon and parlour on site, a clothes shop and 2 great pools...deck chairs and towels are provided as well as a spa and gym... the constant plethora of food and drinks was just never ending- Well done to all staff who work in this great hotel....the security staff take a temperature each time you leave and enter the hotel , however you do need o get the bus number 1 o 2 into Alanya which is about 10 TL for each person single way.... Do deffo head out into Alanya - they have amazing cafes, bars and restaurants and of course, ample shopping! Theres a superb bazaar on Friday till late- deffo pop by.. the weather was in its constants mid 20`s but the temperature increased to about 30 one day so ensure you bring the sun tan lotion! We found a super place called Paradise Piknik which is set in the lake with traditional ! sofra`style seating...Migros is a 15 minute walk away and we made the 50 minute walk into Alanya centre from the hotel which is doable but boy we were tired! Rooms are cleaned daily, AC is provided and theres also a Washing/ Drycleaning service......we LOVED our stay here minus the rude Russian and Germans .....Deffo consider the hotel!

We stayed here a week in July and were happily surprised with the very friendly staff. They were genuinely eager to make sure the guests had a good time, always with a smile on their face. Everyone, from the receptionists and housekeepers to the servants and beach staff, were brilliant. The food was delicious, both lunch and dinner, all days of the week. The house wine was a lot better than expected and became a favorite. If the glass was empty they came to give you another one in a blink of an eye! You can order at the beach from your sun-bed and the drinks come in real glasses instead of plastic cups which is often the case. You can also for a very small sum reserve sun-beds in advance for your entire stay. We really hope the hotel management value their brilliant staff because they make this place shine. This is definitely worthy of being a Sunprime hotel!

I stayed here for three nights in August as a solo traveller and chose this hotel based on it's location. It couldn't have been more perfect, literally minutes from the beach, the cable car up to the castle, the museum, caves and about a 15 minute walk to the other side of the castle outcropping and the harbour area.Turkey is very hot in August so I was grateful that I could pop in and out all day and bask in the beautiful air-conditioning! The welcome was great, the check-in easy and all the staff friendly, well turned out and with name badges. The room was lovely, clean, nice linens, decent shower, plenty of towels ( which is a bug-bear when you travel alone, for some reason many hotels think that if you are the sole occupant of a double room you only need one bath towel) and right above the street so perfect for people watching from the balcony and not at all noisy, as you might expect. I was pleased to have both BBC World news and Nat Geo on the TV in English. The food was tasty, with a range of salads and a hot buffet , also a grill chef cooking whole sea bream one day, marinated chicken the next and fresh mackerel the third. Perfectly cooked fish..delicious! Unfortunately I couldn't get a late check-out since it was a big holiday the day that I left, but the staff were happy for me to use the pool, eat, and drink in the bar until finally got picked up at half past nine at night. The only negative thing I can think of was that though the vodka shots were large, the fresh coffee was scarce and fresh juice non-existent. All in all though, I thought the hotel, was excellent value and I would definitely stay again, despite being the only English guest there I think!

This is great apart hotel for those who like more peaceful hotel, not a party place. The location is good although it's not by the sea. From some of the balconies You can see a bit of the ocean (see the picture). Rooms are quite different from each other, the once ending in number 4 are the biggest. There are good kitchen for making breakfast etc. To keep it simple: we come to this hotel every year.

I stayed at Wasa hotel in Alanya from the 19th to the 26th of July 2020. I was very impressed with the level of dedication and professionalism of the staff at the hotel. From the cleaners who made sure my room was clean and tidy everyday to the cooks who prepared the most delicious food. A very special thank you to Hilal Karabacak who worked at the front desk. She was so kind and so helpful with anything the guests needed. This hotel was so hygienic and this was something very important to me especially with the COVID situation. I felt very safe and comfortable staying with them. I definitely plan to stay at this hotel again in the near future and I highly recommend Wasa Hotel to anyone and everyone. Keep up the good work WASA HOTEL !!!

We loved our stay in this hotel. The service was really good and the staff were so friendly. The food at lunch and dinner were tasty and good for a 3 star however there needs to be better breakfast options. Loved the sea view from our balcony in our suite room. 🌴☉ My family and I will hopefully be returning to Alanya. Missing it already 😌

"+" Should be noted: - very good food. Breakfast as usual - eggs, sausages, cheeses, vegetables, flakes, etc., at lunch and dinner mostly chicken (cooked differently), sometimes fish (whole fried) and nagets, almost always potatoes, various vegetable stews, salads, desserts and fruits ( melons, plums, watermelons), soups. Delicious! ; - The sea is right there, just crossing the road. On the beach, sun beds are for free. The entrance to the sea is good, only a few meters small stones, further sand. There are also large stone blocks, but they are not sharp, the legs were not injured. The sea is clear, especially in the morning; - just a 10 minute walk to the center; - staff friendly,as family; - hotel quiet, despite of all include, there were no drunken noise (albeit dependent on existing guests); - Changing slippers and shampoo, conditioner, shower gel (regularly renewed); - very spacious room, two rooms, each with air conditioning (also working), two balconies; There is a kitchen but nothing special. Useful when we bought crabs in the market. - 1st line bus stop 20 m , 2nd line bus stop 5-10 min. "-" Should be noted: - Used furniture; - renovation of rooms is required. The hotel has a small pool and sun loungers by the pool. It should be noted that this hotel has a very good representative /guide from Teztour. There is no animation at this hotel. But it is nearby hotel and it is very, very loud, around 23.00 ends. During our stay, there were mostly Russian-speaking guests, families.

I've heard many things about Acar Hotel, some good, some bad, but I have to say that my experience was entirely positive. I went for ten days this May and, as someone who has not been abroad for over a decade, I couldn't have asked for more. I didn't spend too much time at the hotel (as I wanted to visit Side, Manavgat and Aspendos, as well as Cleopatra Beach, all of which are really close to the hotel), and ten days was the perfect amount of time. I had a single bed and a double bed in my room (so I could alternate!). There was a 'do not disturb' thing for my door, so I could decide when the cleaners did or didn't come. They changed the towels, toilet rolls and bedding frequently, always arranging everything perfectly. They were also very polite. I was also very clean, and the bedding smelled lovely. You get a hairdryer, slippers, bars of soap, a kettle, cups and saucers, Turkish tea, some sachets (which I think were for cappuccinos), sugar and three bottles (with water, flavoured-water and orange juice), TV (but the only English channel is BBC World News, which is to be expected), fridge, bathmat, blankets, flannels and other towels. The food was buffet-style, with breakfast, lunch and dinner served at regular intervals everyday, as well as an outside snack bar (with a chef ding kebabs and burgers) and little biscuits and bits of fruit available all the time. Everything but the ice creams and spirits (like for cocktails) was free, and the Efes beer really is fantastic (it's just a pity that I can't find it anywhere in England!). The cocktails really were special -- they bring them out with sparklers and umbrellas and everything. The food was very varied, with eggs, chicken, fish, rice, loads of beautiful salads, fruit, cereal, soup, bread, pasta, spaghetti, noodles, pork, burgers, chicken nuggets, sauces and chips. You really won't want for anything, and you can alternate what you have each day. The desserts were lovely as well (and there was baclawa). For all the people who have said that it's repetitive or whatever, I really don't know what you expected for such a low price. The hotel itself is really close to the beach, and I could see the sea from my balcony. Sunbeds were £2 a day. There are two lifts, inside stairs and fire-escape stairs. The big pool is 5'3" deep and is super clean and big enough to have a good swim, and there is also a little children's pool (which I think is 40cm deep); it's great to just dip your toes in if you're a bit pool-shy. There were a few stray cats wandering around, but they were perfectly pleasant and seemed accustomed to humans. Above the canteen and the bar is the terrace bar, which is where most of the entertainment takes place. There was a belly-dancing show one night (which was amazing) and there were also mini discos. Music-wise, it tended to be the same things (such as 'Hotel California' and many film soundtracks -- I now know all of the moves to Tarkan's 'Simarik'!). The music

I came to Turkey beginning of March. When I travelled to Alanya the Hotel I originally had booked was closed. So I just walked in to the Enfi, they were shocked to see someone walk in lol. It was just before the Corona lockdown in Turkey and most flights already had been cancelled. The room was spacious, so was the Balcony with Sea View. Only down turn, the internet was really bad in my room. Staff is super friendly and helpful. If you dont work online, depending on perfect internet the Hotel is great. They offer Full board as well, if that´s what you are after. I decided to rent an Apartment áfter approx one week, as I had no idea on how long I would not be able to leave the country. However, friends of mine remained 2 Month in the Enfi, before taking a charter flight to their home country. They always stay in this Hotel when they come to Turkey.

We had original booked another hotel just few mins away from Comfort Suite, however when we arrived they told us to go to this hotel as they had just recently opened another hotel and we was one of the first to have the experience there,as we arrived early hours of the morning this hotel put a smile on our face, it was a little apartment rather than a hotel room, it has it own little kitchen which was done up very modernly with all the kitchen equipment and dining area with TV, the bathroom was modern and it was very clean and the room was cleaned on a daily basis, the staff were all amazing and helped us with everything. We was so glad that we got a chance to stay here. i wouldn't change anything about the hotel. we will be visiting again this year and coming back to this hotel. The location is perfect you have everything nearby. i can not fault this hotel. thank you to the lady and the guys who work in reception and management for a brilliant stay.
