We stayed for 5 gorgeous nights, the hotel was very nice . We are a family of 5 , stayed in 1 large room. The breakfast was great. The hotel supplies free shuttles to the city and train station, which we used once. The staff were amazing!! So helpful and kind. If you need information about how to get to places, or what is the best route , they leave an envelope with maps and information. We had a great time

The locanda is even more beautiful than the photos seen on the web. The owners have clearly invested careful consideration into all sorts of details. The rooms are huge compared to most European hotels. The floors are beautifully decorated with tiles and pebble mosaics, the locanda's interior is fully outfitted with lovely furnishings (it looks like lots of time was spent at the Lucca antique market!). The room I stayed in opened onto a beautiful terrace with a marble-topped table, shade umbrella and flowering vines. Everything worked great (AC, plumbing, WiFi, etc.). Breakfast is offered in a charming dining area with ample choices of pastries, fruit, hard-boiled eggs, cheeses and choices of juices, teas, and coffees. A separate room (also beautifully outfitted with antiques and a frescoed ceiling) offers a fridge, sink, snacks and beverages. The housekeepers are excellent - the locanda is spotless. Co-owner, Lorenzo told me he wants his guests to feel like the locanda is their home during their stay. The staff are courteous and very helpful offering maps, recommending restaurants and sights, calling taxis and asking if there is anything they can do to assist. Although it is only a three minute walk from the main piazza, I found the locanda to be very quiet. I highly recommend this locanda.

Lovely Marble palcial hotel , clean comfortable room . Food all inclusive . Variety and plenty . Lovely pools although bitter in March , fronting the beach which I am sure without the storm damage on the beach would of been lovely , Sadly the weather can’t be ordered and was British style , the 3 days we had of sun were very hot though . Catch a bus to sousse just a few yards from hotel !! Less than 50p return , handy to have about £5 of Dina change but English pounds are best , if you are offered a bag for £ 40 they really mean £20 or less , good leather goods to be had , Check out the boat trips in the local marina about 2 miles walk , some are dirty and shabby , You will be nicely harassed by touts but ignore or they will pester if you show interest, on the whole if your sensible the locals are respectful! The areas outside hotel are are Tunisian standard ,, politely shabby !!! And they don’t care about dropping their litter , Camel rides and pony rides on beach and touts of course who keep their distance from hotels beach space . Good hotel for a beach sun worshipping holiday maker , of which I am not !!

In the middle of beautiful Pistoia, we stayed in this lovely restored guesthouse. Huge room with ceiling, and very tastefully decorated, feels like a palace, with a lot of charm and coziness. Beautiful colors. And very comfortable bedding, with crispy linen. Seriously GOOD! Equally, the owner's taking care of us was outstanding. We enjoyed delicious apple cake and Tuscany biscotti for breakfast, on a terrazzo with beautiful garden view and onto St. Bartholomew church. Pistoia itself is Tuscany at its best, but without the crowds. Easy access to all the other beautiful places like Florence, Lucca, or Siena. But what is Pistoia wonderful in itself! Stroll around, enjoy the views and get pampered by some world-class restaurants. Heaven!!

We arrived late but the hostess was waiting for us and could not have been more welcoming. We just had a single night but the place is convenient for the centre of a Pistoia so it would worth staying longer. Breakfast is a range of dishes, home cooked, using produce from the property. They also make their own olive oil and wines. It was an effort to leave the next day, we felt more like friends than guests. Antonella provided a mass of recommendations for the rest of our stay. We never used the pool, which did look welcoming, and the views mask the fact that you aren’t very far from the town.

A very poor stay experience, the hotel is in a good location, five minutes walk from Milan Cathedral, but the hotel service is really average, especially the two female executives in the restaurant, went to breakfast three days during the stay, never with us Say hello, expressionless. This is not the case for non-Chinese tourists. Instead, the waiters in the restaurant were more enthusiastic and smiling. On the second day of check-in, we also painted the wall and did not notify the guests in advance, so that the children's clothes became dirty when they walked. The most annoying thing is that the hotel ’s scheduled visit to Da Vinci ’s “Last Supper” costs 50 Euros. Five-year-olds are also charged in full (but in Europe, five-year-olds are basically free) Since the fee was notified by phone, there was no written confirmation, but the fare printed on the tickets we received was 15 Euros, so that we did not know this until check-out. The hotel explained that this is a VIP service and this charge is totally unreasonable.

[Location] Super convenient. The airport train is just a five-minute walk from the Central Station. [Service] Check-in at the front desk will take the initiative to call for procedures. [Room] The theme is red and black. The rooms are not large but they are generally the same in Europe. The shower in the bathroom is particularly flush. The air conditioner is very cool. There are hair dryers. The floor-to-ceiling windows are facing the train station. [Characteristics] Breakfast and dinner are included, I feel very rich, there is a drink for breakfast, there is no waiter at dinner to ask if you need it, foreigners order more, white rice for dinner and some dishes are salty, and fruits, mainly worry about the day The unsafe black out of the house happened to be solved in the hotel. [Note] Dinner must go to the lobby bar on the first floor to pick up the roll, indicating whether it is to be eaten at 7:00 or 8:00, and the actual meal at 7:00 is half past six. [Details] The lobby on the first floor does not need to go down the stairs. There are public spaces in the lobby. There is a sofa lounge and a small bar. In the early morning, there are two sofas on the basement floor to sit and wait. [Overall] High cost performance is recommended.

Honeymoon + Birthday Trip: • Upgraded to Executive Suite (Pleasant surprise , much appreciated 🙏🏻) • Champagne & Fruit Tart/Cake on compliments (Thankful 🙂) • Was informed by Front Office personnel whom guided us to our room that everything from the minibar were complimentary. However, we were charged for consumption instead upon checking out. (2 different staffs for C/I and C/O) Attitude of staff assisting with our C/O could be improved as he ‘explained’ and gave us the same reply that “No, our minibar are never complimentary.” to our doubts. ** I’m a hotelier too and I believed better response could and should be extended for mentioned situation. ** Nonetheless , my husband and I paid for the additional charges without trying to be difficult as our ride to the airport had arrived too then . It was a modern yet stylish property overall with a little unpleasantness experienced towards the end of our stay .

I have stayed at this hotel in many room types, including standard rooms, executive rooms, standard apartments and superior apartments. If you are preparing to cook your own meals, then choosing an apartment is a good choice. The superior apartments are large in size, the horizontal and living rooms are two separate rooms and are very comfortable. If you are traveling alone, the executive room is also very good. The area is large and the living room is large. There is no sense of cramp. In summer, we will open the outdoor swimming pool, sunbathe, and read books in the sun. I always stay at this hotel every time I come to Milan, the price is moderate, about 8 minutes walk from TURRO subway red line, the traffic is relatively convenient. There is a small supermarket PENNY MARKET opposite, which is convenient and cheap. Especially the best thing is that every room type in this hotel has a large balcony, which is rare in Milan and super convenient.

At 9 o'clock in the evening, I went to Milan to check in. The wind is light and telling me that a double booking has occurred. The hotel has no room. When I came up, I came to a waiter to take us to another home. Even the introduction did not, and there was no advance mail. The focus is on the Europeans coming in and out. The only hotel in the world, the first is located in Dubai. The restaurant of this hotel in Milan was a Michelin before, but now I change the chef. The smell of the room bath and shower products is my favorite tobacco taste. The service is really nothing to say. At night I thought the tram downstairs was too noisy at midnight. I upgraded a quiet suite the next day. I discovered that the iPad was out of control and could not turn off the lights. The air conditioner did not work before going to bed at night. I mentioned it when I checked out. After a while, the front desk deeply apologized and sent a scented candle as a gift. Milan gave me too many surprises, and I look forward to seeing you next time ~

There is no kettle in the room, there is no hot water (it is estimated that only the second floor restaurant can pick up hot water) but many drinks in the refrigerator are free. The bed is soft and comfortable and the pillows are not high. After check in, although the front desk beauty will take the room, but the whole process did not help me with luggage, including the steps, people feel that the five-star hotel is not worthy of the title. The so-called gallery hotel, the "painting" of the room is also a print, not a real painting. In short, the price is not high. Tonight, I changed to the Domo Townhouse Hotel next door, which is also a five-star hotel. The service is much better than the Vickers Gallery. My room rate includes breakfast, breakfast is order-based, according to the menu, the chef is ready to serve, which is also the style of a big hotel. The breakfast tastes very good too. From the arched windows of the restaurant you can see the center of the arcade of the Manuele II, seeing tourists and luxury shops coming and going. The hotel door is not facing the inside of the arcade of the Manuelle II, but the small road towards the outside. The door is small and not easy to find, but there is a waiter welcoming at the door. He looks like you are looking for it. The hotel will come to ask you.

The location was near the station and there were many trains so there was no problem getting out into town. The hotel faces a residential area, and it seems like even a single girl is not as dangerous. The appearance was cute and I was excited to stay in Europe. The room was retro and cute as shown in the photo. There are no slippers and bathrobes, and you need to bring a toothbrush. The unfortunate point was that I prepared coffee and tea so that I could boil the water myself and drink it, but the pot was broken and I couldn't use it. When I asked the front desk if I could replace my cold body with warmth, I asked him to ask him to raise something he had come to see. I was told that I would give hot water when I wanted to drink, but I was told to come down to get it and decided that it was troublesome. After that, there was often a timing where Wi-Fi was difficult to enter when it was a room.

Big buffet breakfast area with a huge selection, however breakfast attendant service lacks quality, food is good though, unfortunately this doesn’t go for all the food ordered via room service, hands down the most scariest tasting pizza I have ever eaten, bad, so bad.
