0.56km from Via Pre KulWas not happy with reception, was made to wait a good half hour with so many standing in queue to be checked in by one staff. Have more staff when you know it’s peak hour for guests to check in la. When finally attended to, was hurriedly done so with no voluntary info about facilities or any entitlements. Had to come back at a later time to enquire about what’s available for use at the hotel. The sahur set was so sad, tasteless and such little portion for an exorbitant price. Room was clean at least, bathtub was oversized and lovely. Again, had to wait too long to check out with such traffic at the front desk. Do better.

2.11km from Via Pre KulSurrounding environment of the hotel is good, supporting facilities are also good! Not careful enough, no water and toiletries should be provided in advance! And different national conditions should reserve a few conversion plugs for guests to rent, or inform yourself in advance! The front desk service is not available. I can't be reached after work at 9:00 in the evening. I arrived at the hotel at 11:30 that night and checked in almost at 3:00 in the morning! Ctrip's butler has been assisting me to get the job done. Thanks also to the hotel security, very helpful and responsible! Help me contact the cleaning aunt before staying! However, it may be temporarily arranged at the front desk. The room should be unoccupied for a long time. The quilt is covered with dust. It's too late to sleep. Hope the hotel improves

2.12km from Via Pre KulVery nice hotel apartment, each entrance is guarded by guards and people are very welcoming. The service was good except for a bit hard to understand Indian English. Located near the New National Palace, the windowsill can see the top of the palace and the twin towers. The environment is quiet, but it is a bit noisy near the road and needs attention. The life around is convenient, the convenience store is downstairs, the overpass is a big mall, and the food and shopping supermarket is readily available. The room is very clean, although the bedding is average, but the room is large, with kitchen utensils, washing machine, etc. It is suitable for home travel. Highly recommended.

Hotels Near Via Pre Kul In Kuala Lumpur Review
Kuala Lumpur City Centre
The bedding was obviously not changed after the guest stayed last time. Because I checked in around 12 o’clock that night, I was sleepy and didn’t go to the front desk. Parking is free. Take the parking ticket to the front desk and write the car number. He will stamp you with the hotel seal and leave it at the exit. Just leave it to the management staff. The hotel is located very close to the Chinese Embassy. It is only a 5-minute walk away and a 5-minute drive from the Bank of China. The hotel is very quiet. I took my child and couldn’t hear any sound at night. The child slept very well. it is good

The room is good, the only problem is that the hotel customer service is too slow. During the check-in period, we have to wait 10 minutes for someone to come down to receive. We forgot to pick up the things. We have to wait 10 minutes for the staff to go downstairs and take us up, but we took the room card, everything It’s a lot more convenient, the infinite pool’s drawback is that the newly built building in front destroys the beautiful scenery
This was really bad experience stayed in MOMO hotel. The air con is totally not cool at all. I changed to another at midnight 3am as I was sweating until I can’t fall in sleep. But before I changed to another room, I requested to change to chow kit hotel as MOMO hotel is facing the main road and there are car and motorcycle ramping!!! The noise is quite big like gunshots and explosion. Unfortunately, the stuff told me it was full house due to PH. So I changed to another Bunkies room. The most disappointed things happen, the air con problem still same and I called the stuff again. She help me reset the aircon and asked me to wait more 15 mins. Okay! I wait until 4Am and I called them again. This is she told me chow kit hotel got 1 more room and she offer free upgrade me to chow kit hotel. Before I changed to Bunkies room, I asked the stuff help me check is any cancellation room in Chow Kit or not but she said she checked already there is no empty room. At 4Am morning, they asking me to change one room to another room and have to change to another hotel ??? I think they should check properly before asked me to change to Bunkies room then I don need to change room and change hotel! This is double job and it is 4Am morning!!! Me and my husband like zombie at next day as we got really bad night. Also, the Bunkies room is very dirty. But we are too tired and lazy to change room again so at the end we slept with warmer in a dirty room.
I'm using this from a timeshare, is near a night market (jalan alor), shopping malls in walking distance pavilion, farenheit, bukit bintang, there's no need to worry of no food nearby. It has a small kitchen with cooking accessories, pan, knife, plates etc but is mentioned no cooking allowed..., a sofa, its a studio room, tv astro with few channels (which i notice some channels not mentioned but can watch), Cabinet abit spoilt, hardly open up, found some dirty marks on below part of the mattress sheet, a small fridge, oven, safety box, washing machine, toaster, kind alot of cabinet, hair dryer, a dining table of 2, shower head, 2bottle mineral water given with coffee sachet. swimming pool outdoor in middle level viewing outsider buildings, stayed 1night
+ Strategic Location. 1 minutes to Monorail Station (Line no.8/ Light Green) by walk.
+ Solid room amenities (bottle of water/ individual hotel toiletry set are provided per person) and in-room fridge for a 3-star hotel.
+ Friendly front desk.
+ Really affordable breakfast (though did not take it during this stay).
- A bit noisy due to early morning (around 06:30) refurbishment works in progress (at the time of OCT2019).
- Cleanliness could be much improved (some ants on the table).
- Some odor in the room.
satisfied. it is still okay. acceptable for its price.
We had a lovely stay at Opus! The staff was amazing and really friendly. Location is wonderful and the view is one of the best you can get in KL. From the rooftop you can see the hustle and bustle of the city centre in the front and the quietness of the nature in the back. It's a short walk (2-3 min) to the metro station and about a 15-20 min walk to Bukit Bintang (3-5 by metro). In about 5 min you can walk to Petaling Street, with a lot of nice restaurants on the way there (we recommend exploring the streets as there are many hidden gems around Petaling Street). The apartment was clean, spacious and very modern. Bathrooms are very spacious as well with a big shower head at a good height (a problem we encountered many times during our travels). We stayed for 3 months and had the best time here. We are definitely staying at Opus again the next time we are visiting KL!
This is my second time stay to this hotel, like I said this hotel just like the Hotel Name “Easy Hotel”everything easy for me.
Process check in and check out was very easy no hassle ,Arrive @1pm and they allowed us to get an early check in very generous.
From the lobby,to the room very clean and neat nice smells.
surrounded by local delicious restaurant, very close to little india, next to hotel there is ABC bistro and restaurant you should try their Nasi kandar one of the best.
Just Opposite the hotel there is NU sentral mall.
I have many issues with this hotel. Firstly, the manager came to knocking at our door, with no real reason to do so- she asked our room had been cleaned when the cleaner had just come a few minutes before? Another time, a member of staff came knocking saying only ‘room service’, which I’m not even sure the hotel do, and he had nothing in his hand. Both of them had a key card for the room. I have read on other reviews that the staff let themselves into your room without asking, I am sure they would’ve done that had we not been there or answered the door. We then heard the bleeps of other doors opening. This left us feeling uneasy as there are no safes in the room. There were lots of bugs in the room every time we came in and a bug squished into the wall. The mattress was dirty - when sheet came away, the mattress was covered in hairs and stains. Our biggest issue was with the falsely advertised breakfast. We pre paid for the buffet breakfast. When we got there the staff acted weirdly and they all walked away with no explanation. The manager watched us go over to the buffet to find there was nothing in it. No one said anything to us, we were left wondering what was going on. They gave us tea, no choice of tea or coffee. Then 10 minutes later came over with rice and an omelette- again no choice as to whether we liked or could eat this (could be allergic or vegan, as my boyfriend is) and certainly not the buffet we paid for. When we complained the staff didn’t do much, just shrugged and said the chief isn’t here today. They offered no real explanation or anything to make up for the fact we had to pay for breakfast elsewhere. The next morning we came down for breakfast, hoping it would be a different story. Again, the same situation. No buffet or no ‘à la carte’ menu choice, as they advertised on ‘booking.com’, and we paid for !!!! Really poor customer service. They do not care about their customers whatsoever. Oh and the sugar had ants crawling in it! Nice. As well as this, there are lots of taxes put on the bill, and unexpected costs added on at the hotel, not so budget after all. Avoid at all costs! Rude and unhelpful staff.
The service staff are very good and efficient. They said that they had to change rooms and deal with it immediately. There was no delay, but the only downside is that the air-conditioning in the hotel is very hot. People who are afraid of heat are not suitable for living.
Hotel location is good, there is a light rail station nearby, downstairs and breakfast, it is very convenient. The hotel room is small, but it is clean and tidy. In Kuala Lumpur, the price is very high!
Kuala Lumpur City Centre
The location of this hotel is very good and very safe. The elevator swipes the card directly to my own floor. I lived on the 46th floor. From the room, I can see the Kuala Lumpur TV Tower. Before checking in, contact the hotel via WeChat, pay the MYR 300 deposit, and send you the room password, mailbox password, and get the room card to go upstairs. No front desk provided. The hotel customer service speaks Chinese. Microwaves are provided in the room, as well as induction cookers for cooking, as well as washing machines and refrigerators. The washing machines are fully automatic. The shower is very comfortable and the water flow is great. It is not necessary to carry a conversion plug, which is provided in the room. The room is two bedrooms and one living room, with two one-meter beds, and the mattress is very comfortable. Suitable for parent-child travel.
The environment is good, a lot of food around
Stay here for stay cation with friends as we cannot rentas negeri. I'm really satisfied with services offered. The rooms are clean, comfy bed, the ambience was nice, the bathroom are clean. They have coffee machine that you can get your coffee dosage 24 hours. The staff are friendly. The hotel also so easy to access and easy parking. Parking rate is RM5 per entry. Can validate the parking ticket at the hotel lobby to get the flat rate. All in all, I am really happy and satisfied with my stay here. Will book later once the pandemic gone., so that I can enjoy their other facilities.
Ok there are 2 D'OR Hotels and situated just a walking distance to each other. I stayed in D'OR HOTEL BUKIT BINTANG in 16 Jalan Bukit Bintang. And i would say its super clean, bedsheets and towels are super white no stains and the rooms are always cleaned up and tissues and mineral water given everyday. The airconditioning is super cold. The hotel personnels are very helpful. I experienced accidentally leaving my bag with laptops in my grab car and it is the hotel personnel who helped me all the way until i recover it. The hotel location is so good for those who like to go around at night. Its situated just walking distance to all street foods and night life. The downside part of this hotel is that there is no window. There is no hotel food. They do offer free hot and cold water near the info counter. Its very easy to locate its just infront of Federal Hotel.
It is the best hotel in the nearby area, the price is reasonable and breakfast can be included, the room is large and comfortable, the sanitary conditions are particularly good, and most importantly it is safe and worth staying
There are several hotels (buildings) on the same site, and the entrance is accessible from the parking lot, which is a bit confusing. It is very close to the train station where you can get to Padu Cave, so it is convenient for sightseeing. There was a big shopping mall so I could do some shopping. The room was very large and surprised! The difficulty is that the key is hard to open and tighten. There is an infinity pool on the roof and you can enjoy a superb view of Kuala Lumpur such as the Twin Towers. Breakfast was not a buffet, but one plate, and I chose from three types of omelets, scrambled eggs, and egg benedict.
This hotel charged extra MYR 20/- from me even after paying full amount at Make My Trip website and it was clearly mentioned on my invoice Pay at Hotel= 0 But Hotel charged me extra MYR 20. When i refused to pay extra as in my booking voucher and invoice there was no charges mentioned then the receptionist told me that you can talk with your agent or you have to pay. I can't talk with MMT in foreign country as I did not have SIM card of Malaysia. The room of hotel is very small. You have only 2x6 feet space after the bed. The hotel does not provide fresh water in room you have to go into lobby and get it from water dispenser. The room amenities were not according displayed on the website. The bathroom size is very small. It was 2x5 feet only. The shower water was coming out in the room. The lift sensor are not working correctly; I got hurt 2 times by lift doors. The 3 seat room is also very small in size.
The hotel is located next to the Central Market, take the subway to Pasar seni, and there is a bus stop at the subway station. Many famous dining rooms nearby, cheap and delicious. It takes 5 minutes to walk to Chinatown. The front desk reception is local Chinese, the service is attentive, and the language is friendly and accessible. When I checked in, I said that my single room was full and I changed the standard tatami room. The room is clean, with toiletries, elevators up and down the stairs, and you can take the stairs and exercise your body. It is a cost-effective hotel, recommend it.
Good room.. Strategic location.. Air cond very cold complete with Washing and dryer, kitchen and freezer.. But no room service and housekeeping.. No free parking.. And Water shower slow.

We waited quite long for elevator especially during peak hours, might be due to school holiday during our stay. We loved the room, bathroom also nice with great shower. Walking distance to Pavilion. Shall repeat our stay in Novotel. Given us late c/out since we checked in at night time. Our kids love d stay too.
The location is very good, the conditions are general, the bedsheet pillowcase is not changed, the reason is environmental protection, but it is a bit unclean, asking for replacement, but ignore it, the short time to live will endure
Nice people, less at a coffee shop, the front desk is very enthusiastic
Kuala Lumpur City Centre
Advantages: Good location, close to the Twin Towers KLCC, there are two convenience stores on the first floor of the lobby, a coffee shop. The room was lucky and there was a washing machine. If you want to live, please only book one night, don't like me for a few days without a refund. I highly recommend everyone to go to the Crown Regent Hotel! What can't help but spit out: 1. There is no phone in the room. All matters require you to go downstairs to communicate with the front desk. The service staff's service attitude is not good enough, the induction cooker is broken, and it is said that it will not be changed for a few days. I can’t do anything without buying ingredients... 2. No one cleaned for a few days in the sanitation, no one took the rubbish, the temperature was high there, and there was a taste for a long time. I don’t know where to throw it. 3. Do not take the initiative to provide bottled drinking water, do not ask the front desk if you want. I will always praise the general situation, this hotel is really breaking my downline... I can't help but give a general evaluation. Oh, a MYR 200 deposit is required for check-in and will be refunded to you upon check-out.
Stayed for an early morning flight.
The deposit required cash, but it was less than the specified amount on hand. I deposited all my hands and it was OK.
Shower toilets are shared, but there were three or four each, and there was no inconvenience.
The room is a room with only a bed and a table without windows. It was not difficult if it was divisible, but I had a hard time adjusting to Shioume, where the cooler could hit too easily.
There is not much unsanitary, but it cannot be said that it is clean.
I really like this room, clean and tidy, good service, very homely, worth booking
I booked this hotel as it is located next to the AEON maluri as I had some work there. Firstly the check in is very smooth and we are given a room on the 2 nd floor. The room is clean and came with a nice view. The bed is comfortable and the air conditioner worked well. There is a ironing stand in the corridor and a nice common seating area with garden like decoration. My only issue with this place is that all the fixtures and furniture have started showing their age and they are in a dire need of renovation.
I had the most pleasant stay here. The hotel went extra miles to cater my family needs. The check in-check out process guaranteed very fast. We got two bedrooms, kitchen set completed with amenities, living room with big TV and fast wifi, a street view balcony, and there was even a laundry machine. All were perfect, clean and spacious enough for family. The location was perfect, very close to Pavilion Mall and Bukit Bintang street so it was really save times and transportation budget. I will surely stay here again on my next trip to KL.
The room is a little small and the quilt is not too comfortable.
The location on Cangkat Bukit Bintang is perfect, all the nice restaurants and bars are within short walking distance. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I prolonged my initial stay of 5 days with 3 days and was given a honest low price.
