The breakfast at this hotel is very rich and delicious. The hotel is very close to the airport, 10 minutes walk, the hotel has a free car delivery, 10 minutes in advance reservation. 5 minutes walk to the small train station in the city center. The service at the front desk is very good and the English is great. There is free parking. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.

Our flight on EasyJet was delayed two days so they checked us into the Holiday Inn Express near the airport. At face value, this is a decent budget hotel, but it is just not comfortable. Everything is designed to look nice, but it doesn't "work". The bed was super uncomfortable and I woke up aching both days. Bad beds always leave me in pain the next day - and this was a bad bed. The desk chair in the room is also super bad. There are no wheels so you have to drag it, there is no support and it is not adjustable in any way - looks great but useless as a chair. The sofa in the room looks modern and cool, but is useless to sit on - just cheap foam. Breakfast is ok and the staff were very diligent. The bread is freshly baked, which is a bonus and the selection of cheeses and cold cuts good for a budget hotel. But the "milk" in the coffee machine appears to be powdered. It was strange that the hotel catering is shut on Sundays so guests have to order take-out for delivery.... Overall, the staff at the hotel were the standout - great people. But the hotel itself is just not worth staying at, even for free.

Stayed here for one night in a standard double room having flown in from London that evening. There is quite a bit of competition nearby so I felt the price paid generally represented good value for my room, which was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed and basic amenities. There’s a tasteful aeronautical theme to the decoration of the rooms and public areas which is a nice touch in Toulouse. Access to all main UK television channels was appreciated as a fairly limited French speaker, something I didn’t benefit from elsewhere on this trip. As to the rest of the hotel it’s not all good news. Parking is free to guests who must collect a ticket on arrival and hand it in again when checking out, however access to and exit from the car park is via a rather narrow driveway with an unusual “keep left” system, which is of course at odds with the rest of the road system. The reception desk was only manned by one person, and when I arrived at a fairly quiet time I still had to wait rather longer than I’d have liked to check in. Having arrived hungry off a delayed flight I was disappointed to find that the restaurant is closed at weekends, presumably because the hotel caters more to a business market than tourists like myself. There was a bar and a very basic food offering available to order, but nothing to my tastes (and it’s not very well promoted in the rooms - I had to rummage through the welcome pack in the wardrobe to find a menu). Never mind, there are always the complimentary biscuits! I normally avoid hotel breakfasts which tend to be overpriced and fairly basic buffets, and this one was no exception I’m afraid. The selection of pastries, yoghurts, cereal and meats was enough to fill a hole but not quite enough to see me through to lunchtime. My room number wasn’t taken at breakfast so it’s only through honesty that I was billed for it. There were a couple of maintenance issues with my room including a leaking toilet cistern and a water leak in the corridor outside the room which were reported. All the room doors have a small raised section that’s easy to trip on if you’re not paying attention. Overall a pleasant enough stay considering the very reasonable price paid for the room.

Stayed here twice for late night flight arrival and very early am flight departure, during the heatwave. Arrived at 2am and the automatic check in didn't work so we had to call a phone number and wait for some poor woman to get out of bed and get our keys. Rooms were very small and on the first night a bit smelly. However bed very very comfortable, shower good and bathroom/bedroom clean. It is like sleeping in a metal box with a door and window. On the second visit there were three of us and although the rooms sleep three we decided in the heat and given the size of the rooms, three adults would just be too uncomfortable so booked an extra room. Similarly comfortable beds, no smell this time but the air conditioning wasn't working so had to sleep with small window open - it was very very hot. The walls are paper thin and walkways to room on metal landings so very noisy. Didn't matter to us as we only had time for sleep between 2am and 6am on the first night and midnight and 5am the second visit, but if you wanted a good long night's sleep don't stay here. It is very very cheap for an airport hotel. We walked with three large suitcases from the terminal building and only took 10-15 minutes. Didn't have the breakfast but was only 5 euros each if we had wanted it. So for a few hours shut eye before a flight or after a late arrival it is fine. I'm sure it is also better when there isn't a heatwave, but wouldn't use it for anything else.

We stopped at the Ibis for one night before flying from TLS. Great value, clean, spacious family room. We were very happy with the choice. Bunk bed for the children and very comfortable king for us. Really couldn’t fault it at this price. 5 min drive from car hire return and main terminal. Super convenient. Staff superb. Breakfast was exceptional and included in the room rate. Freshly squeezed OJ (children loved working the machine) and a fantastic selection of pastries, cereal, yoghurts etc. If you need cooked...McDonalds is just over the road. Really good stay.

Stayed one night with this place offering a great value stay - we managed to get room for €55 via TripAdvisor. For all those who have slated this place I have no idea what they expect for their money. Yes the decor is in need of refreshing but is still in good condition. Our room, not massive but I've stayed in smaller, was spotless with the bathroom especially good boasting a large shower and very hot water. Bed was real comfy, on a par with Premier Inn. To complete the experience you also get tea/coffee as well as a 32" TV. Breakfast is optional and €9.90. Again not bad for money as it operates on an all you can eat basis. While not as good as Premier Inn there was still great choice. While we ate that evening in Toulouse there is a Popular Belgian restaurant next door as well as a McDonalds. Staff at front of house couldn't have been more helpful allowing us to store snowboards downstairs. If walking from airport allow 15 mins with luggage. Easy to find with Google. Parking on site is available.

We found ourselves in this hotel having had to leave our skiing holiday early because of the virus. Very comfortable, and Lucas and Valentin were very helpful with our luggage as the lifts were out due to planned maintenance. Valentin was especially helpful and welcoming during our stay. Thank you,

After a horrendous experience at an Ibis budget in Limoges, we were dreading going to this Ibis. Well we needn't of worried, as the room was spotless. The a/c worked brilliant and they also helped us out with an extension lead so we could plug hair things in at the same time. Pleasant staff. We had a great sleep and would recommend this Ibis hotel.

It’s about a 10min walk from Toulouse airport. If this is an important criteria for you, then this is a good option. Rooms are equipped with bare minimum. Hotel restaurant is quite good. Buffet spread is good for breakfast and for lunch.

I have been in this hotel for a number of weeks and I can only say their commitment for service is outstanding. Everyone from the tellers to the reception, from the bar to the restaurant, has been trained to deliver service - and it is consistent. you can expect a proactive attitude and a very quick response against any issue. On top, the hotel is nice, the indoor pool is great - not big but enough and not crowded - and open until 10 PM, the restaurant is great specially the breakfast, good bread and juice (coffee - ask for it in the nespresso machine if you do not like the French style ) and rooms are modern and very clean. THey not only speak English but sometimes Spanish! I have checked the competitors around and noone can beat this hotel.

Our second stay at this airport hotel and not disappointed. Very welcoming, friendly, attentative, clean, practical and very comfortable beds. We were travelling with our dogs and the management went out of their way to accomodate us by giving us 2 adjoining ground floor rooms next to the park area for dog walking. Just perfect. Rooms are a little small but everything you need is there. This time we stayed for breakfast which was fresh, tasty and copeous. Thank you to the staff of this hotel for your hard work and personal touch.

The bad thing about the Formule 1 from accor hotels is that they have a shared bathroom and shower. I had a one night stop in Toulouse and as this was at walking distance I gave it a chance. I thought I would avoid to take a shower. Reception: The french guys hate when you speak english because they dont understand or because they fill ashamed of their pronunciation. But when you speak in french all changes, so I can't say it was a bad reception. Room: I remember when I was in a F1 once, it was a box with 3 beds, now things have changed, there are lot of AC plugs, a TV, a chair and a table, air conditioned, all the goods of a normal hotel. The downside if that the bed is not done, you must do it yourself, kinda bizarre but the sheets were very clean. Location: Indeed is very close to the airport, I went by walking and arrived like in 15 minutes. * Have in mind that the hotel is near a round, and that is behing the more expensive hotels of the Accor chain, is behing the Pullman and IBis, so you have to walk a little between these two hotels, is in the back. Will i come back? Is kinda difficult as I dont have in mind a new stop in Toulouse, nevertheless for a last minute choice is not a bad one. PD: At the end i used the shared shower and bathroom, they were very clean in fact.

I had a morning flight so I just needed a hotel near the airport with breakfast and parking. The parking was free (a plus), the price a steal, good wifi and hot water. However, I ask the front desk about A/C and it is more like cool air is circulated from the basement. Yes, I have a room with a sink next to the bed. Breakfast was decent and the drive to drop the rental car off took like 10 minutes tops. Decent night's sleep and definitely worth overnighting there if you have an early morning flight or you want to sleep in. Excellent staff.
