The hotel's English butler service is meticulous. The room is a historic British fan. The Executive Lounge offers all-day food and beverages in addition to breakfast. In addition to the charge, the wine is free, and a delicious hot dish is served during dinner. For two nights, I had a free dinner at the hotel, stewed beef, super lame on the lasagna, and the fruit was very fresh. It can be said that it is the most amazing part of the London line. I will choose 41 next time I go to London.

The best hotel we have ever stayed in . From the first moment we arrived till we checked out service unreal . We arrived very early and our room was ready the girls on reception are so efficient and always smiling and always say hello and are there to help with anything we asked. The breakfast was out of this world and again it’s the staff who make it such a joy . Food tasted unreal . There is nothing that anyone could fault about this hotel . Tony on the door so good with people . A special mention to MOHAMOUD he was so efficient and couldn’t do enough for us . He was always smiling and we noticed he was watching his guests all the time to help them with bags or door etc . He will go far in the company . We already booked to come back next year . Well done everyone at the Rubens

The hotel is small overall but exquisite and has a century of history. The Queen's badge is hung at the door, which means that the Queen can be served. This badge is also available in London or the Ritz Hotel. 1. The hotel is not 5 minutes from Victoria Station. The Royal Stable Museum is next door. It is only 10 minutes to Buckingham Palace. After visiting Buckingham Palace, you can walk along St. James Park through 10 Downing Street to Big Ben. These attractions All within walking distance. If you want to shop, choose a hotel in the Mayfair area. In addition, three or more colleagues in London recommend UBER, the subway is really expensive. 2. Upon entering the hotel, the bellman was very active to help carry the luggage, and then a special housekeeper would greet him. After the name was determined, he would take the guests to the cafe for check-in, and the drinks were free. 3. The room is relatively large in London. Aparsel is used for toiletries, aerated bottle of mineral water and hilon is used for a normal bottle. These are all royally certified products. The service of turning the night bed is also very attentive. On the bed is a little sheep, a mascot of the hotel, which can be taken away. There will be water on the bed, slippers on the bed, and pajamas on the wardrobe. There is no small refrigerator in the room. I don't know why. 4. If you book a room with breakfast, you can choose to dine in two places of the hotel, one is the hotel's restaurant, here is 1 Michelin star, here is a la carte system, providing full English meals, but dining here is more slow. In addition, if you choose to dine in the cafe, only bread and drinks are provided here, which is suitable for guests in a hurry. In addition to the hotel is not very convenient for shopping, it can be considered perfect, it is worth the experience.

Great location and Sustainable Hotel! Stayed for 5nights here. It’s my first to stay in a “modern/selfcheckin” hotel, and I must say, it’s extremely efficient! Staff is there to help you if needed, but the process itself is actually quite simple and the ability to choose the “view” of your room and if you want be on low or high floor is strangely a very satisfying experience! 😅 Now this is a SUSTAINABLE hotel-and i love that they stand by it, unlike the others who just tick the box! No single use plastic and those amenities that’s usually ok the bathroom sink- nope! You request if you really DID NOT BRING YOUR TOOTHBRUSH! 😂 no single use plastic or bottled water- so BEST TO BRING YOUR OWN(which i always do when travelling!) because the Free water in the bar is a choice of STILL OR SPARKLING- whic was SOOOO lovely! Now the staff- only good words for them! Always so helpful and cheery! I forgot the name of the guy that checked me in - Prashanth?- he is of Indian ethnicity and was ever so helpful for my whole stay. Of course- LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! It’s 3mins walk from Victoria station, so if you’re coming from Gatwick Airport, it’s the perfect hotel to stay in. We stayed at the clermont the last time we were there on February, but most definitely will not hesitate to book with CitizenM again when back in London!

I recently stayed at the Claremont Hotel in Victoria, London, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I stepped into the elegant lobby, I was struck by the perfect blend of traditional charm and modern amenities. The staff were incredibly attentive, making me feel welcomed and well-cared for throughout my stay. My room was a haven of comfort, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The location of the Claremont Hotel is ideal for exploring London, being so close to Victoria Station and several major attractions. This hotel is not just a place to stay but a complete experience, epitomizing London's charm and sophistication. It's undoubtedly my top choice for a luxurious and memorable stay in the heart of this vibrant city.

I stayed at this hotel the first time I came to the UK. This time I came to London for two days to travel with friends and chose again. Very good value for money, relatively safe in Kensington area, good attitude at the front desk, will come next time.

Overall we had a nice stay at the Riu Plaza. The reception area is very lovely and our room was spacious. The location was literally across the street from Victoria station so we were able to get all around London quickly. The included buffet breakfast was wonderful. It reminded us more of a Riu resort breakfast rather than an included hotel breakfast. The shower was nice and large, and the bed was very comfortable. We were disappointed with a few things. First, the elevator at the back of the hotel near the breakfast area was impossible to get. We ended up using the stairs each morning. It was easy going down, but harder going back up. Next, the lights in our hallway didn't come on right away so it was very dark. I didn't feel safe walking in the dark. The floors in the hallway were some sort of vinyl. It felt like we were in a hospital corridor, very sterile. The rooms also had no carpet. I had specifically booked a room with a window as we wanted a view of London. What we got was a view of the rooms backing up to our room. I was so upset that we paid more for nothing. We should have paid less for a window-less room because there was absolutely nothing to see. The window was the biggest insult, but other than that we were overall pleased with our stay.

Wifi is fast, air-conditioned, well-equipped and new. The only thing is that the room is so thin, the two seats are not enough to open at the same time, and the bed is so short that if it exceeds 1.7m, it will touch the foot

Took advantage of the great location of the Park Plaza Victoria London hotel to walk to Buckingham Palace, alongside with different restaurants and theatres nearby. But what makes this trip even more wonderful is the superb service of the staff at the hotel. Would definitely stay at this hotel again next time I visit London!

This hotel is in a great location near the Victoria coach station and we stayed in a junior suite (2 parents in a queen and 18y.o. on pullout couch). There is no train or traffic noise to speak of and we had no disturbances from the outside. They were doing some construction which started about 8 AM but since we were early risers, it really did not bother us, but I could see how it could be a problem for those who want to sleep in. We opted to have breakfast at the hotel in the mornings and it was quite good and we enjoyed it even though it was basically the same buffet everyday but they do have a la carte options. We also enjoyed having a nightcap at the bar before heading up to bed and they have a nice seating area. Some other reviewers mentioned a weird sewage smell at times that comes from the sink. We did note it intermittently, but did not really take away from our stay. There’s a great breakfast place around the corner, called giraffe and two decent pubs around the corner Victoria taps, and Warwick. There also is a pastry place as well but we cannot recall the name on the same block. All in all, we would recommend with the caveats noted above.
