The hotel's English butler service is meticulous. The room is a historic British fan. The Executive Lounge offers all-day food and beverages in addition to breakfast. In addition to the charge, the wine is free, and a delicious hot dish is served during dinner. For two nights, I had a free dinner at the hotel, stewed beef, super lame on the lasagna, and the fruit was very fresh. It can be said that it is the most amazing part of the London line. I will choose 41 next time I go to London.

The best hotel we have ever stayed in . From the first moment we arrived till we checked out service unreal . We arrived very early and our room was ready the girls on reception are so efficient and always smiling and always say hello and are there to help with anything we asked. The breakfast was out of this world and again it’s the staff who make it such a joy . Food tasted unreal . There is nothing that anyone could fault about this hotel . Tony on the door so good with people . A special mention to MOHAMOUD he was so efficient and couldn’t do enough for us . He was always smiling and we noticed he was watching his guests all the time to help them with bags or door etc . He will go far in the company . We already booked to come back next year . Well done everyone at the Rubens

The hotel is small overall but exquisite and has a century of history. The Queen's badge is hung at the door, which means that the Queen can be served. This badge is also available in London or the Ritz Hotel. 1. The hotel is not 5 minutes from Victoria Station. The Royal Stable Museum is next door. It is only 10 minutes to Buckingham Palace. After visiting Buckingham Palace, you can walk along St. James Park through 10 Downing Street to Big Ben. These attractions All within walking distance. If you want to shop, choose a hotel in the Mayfair area. In addition, three or more colleagues in London recommend UBER, the subway is really expensive. 2. Upon entering the hotel, the bellman was very active to help carry the luggage, and then a special housekeeper would greet him. After the name was determined, he would take the guests to the cafe for check-in, and the drinks were free. 3. The room is relatively large in London. We stayed here for 2 nights and loved every minute. The staff were amazing, always on hand to help out with a smile and were all so friendly. The bedroom had everything we needed and was modern and clean. Loved the shower and had the best nights sleep with the huge comfy bed and black out blinds. Loved how you could control everything from Tv to temperature all from a pad. The only thing we missed in the room was tea and coffee facilities. The breakfast was perfect, plenty of choice and all very tasty and the dining area was very relaxed, comfy and modern with bright furnishings. The location of the hotel was spot on with everything we wanted to see a short walk away and the tube station round the corner. Would highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back

What let's this hotel down slightly is the attitude of the reception staff. The other staff are always very good but reception staff appear rather unwelcoming and quite miserable. When we checked in with prepaid vouchers the reception staff were rude and confused. Checking in took at least 15 minutes. On checking out their attitude is aloof and unfriendly. On the whole our stay was enjoyable and very convenient for Victoria Station. We would stay again.

A old Hotel, the rooms are in not that good condition and overall cleanliness is nit that good. The staff is friendly, the breakfast buffet choice is small and every day the same. Location is ditectly beside the train station, very easy to get to trains and underground. We have no troubles with the train sounds, but for somebody who needs it really quiet, should choose another double tree location in London.
