I stayed at this hotel for 16 days. I chose the hotel very long and carefully before booking. I never regretted that I chose this hotel. My expectations were fully justified. The hotel is modern and well equipped with minimalism in the interior and in bright tones, which is perfect for rest and work. The hall always smells very nice freshly cooked coffee. My room was quite spacious and bright, clean and fresh (classic double room). The staff (cleanness fairies) carefully monitored the order and cleanliness of my room, regularly changed towels and bed linen. And the most important thing in this hotel is staff. They are really professionals of their business, very friendly, kind and very attentive. They have never shown competence, negligence or rudeness. The hotel has a restaurant (Italian kitchen) and a bar that was very convenient for me. The restaurant staff are professional and very attentive. In general, a great place to stay comfortable and safe during the trip. The hotel is 5 km from the center with sights. Very recommended.

Compliments to the staff, for their professionality, courtesy and availability. To be a three-star hotel, to be honest, there are some disturbances. In particular with regard to the aspect of infrastructure. Some improvement work would not be bad for us, and given the time we are dealing with and the respect of people who observe the rules, we should ensure some control. I saw some customers quietly serve their maskless buffet, without paying attention, in fact, one client has even cleaned his nose with his hands and then began to serve. As I am in health care, I feel that it is a contradictory and a little respect for others, but the cartels were present, but some people don't read them.

They had an excellent price, and if you have a car it is a good option. The room was clean and the service is in line with the hotel categorization. It should be pointed out that the hotel is very far from the city center - I walked, and it was a nice walk, but it is too far for ordinary guests without a car. Breakfast was in line with AC hotel standards. As an Elite Marriott member, I received all I should receive. The room was also in line with standards. The problem I had with the service happened after I checked-out. I booked a price with an additional 2000 points which I did not receive and they were completely ignorant about it - they ignored every message and Marriott should solve it by itself. Because of that, I am not sure if I will be their guest again.

The hotel is situated near the motorway and a few km away from the centre of Padua which means it's great if you're for travelling by car. It has a secure underground garage with direct access to the hotel by elevator. Parking is free but limited space is offered. We stayed without reservation and Elenora on the reception desk was kind to make a three day (prepaid) plus three day extended reservation (not paid) with breakfast offer at a very reasonable price. The room was standard due to the reason we asked for a hard floor room (others are carpet). The room was clean and spacious enough. Large comfortable bed and bidet shower equipped bathroom. Flat screen TV. Windows maybe opened half way. Rooms are not sound proof and you may heard noises from other rooms and ground area. The bad side is that the heavy front room doors do not have a good retracking system so when left to close there will be a loud bang (quite annoying when a neighbour returns late at night!). One thing which is hard to understand which one needs to be aware of is that the internal temperature regulation is limited within the predetermined ranges, in our chase it could not be altered below 22 degrees which made it very warm. The only way you can regulate the temperature is by opening and closing the window. What happens in the summer period?! The breakfast is good but not better than that. The hotel restaurant has a very good menu and serves great meals. A local bus service stops in front of the hotel.

This is our second stay at the Garibaldi Hotel, and we definitely plan on going back to it if and when we might travel to the area. The staff is very accommodating, breakfast is wonderful, and it's also conveniently close to the train stop (about a 10 minute walk), which makes trips to any destination (Verona, Milan, Venice, Trieste, etc..) an extremely easy task. On top of everything, prices are more than reasonable, considering that a double with breakfast was roughly $60 a night. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Venice (a 20 minute train ride, at the incredible cost of $5 each way) or any other place in the area given its proximity to the railway.

It is obvious that the this hotel has known glorious days judging its architecture and its grand hall and yes - as stated in many reviews - it is a bit outdated and the area is a bit grim but it has many pros (which is confirmed by the category of guests you can see in this hotel) : its location just outside the train station and next to the bus station (very easy to step on the bus to go and visit the beautiful Palladio villas along the Brenta canal or the grandiose Contarini Villa in Piazzole sul Brenta), 10 mn walking from the extraordinary Scrovegni chapel and 15mn walking from the historical center. Rooms are very decent (even if dated) with large beds and are quiet. Staff is very welcoming. Room prices are not expensive. Breakfast could be better (quantity is not the problem but quality could be better).

Padova City Center
The hotel is fine although some defects may be observed in it. Its situation is excellent. It lies in a quiet street with hardly any traffic in the center of the city of Padua, therefore at a few steps from the most interesting monuments of that city particularly Sta. Justina church and the church of St. Anthony. The bedroom I was allocated as a whole isn’t in fact very comfortable. It’s too narrow and nowhere in the room there are any sockets at sight into which for example the mobile phone could be plugged for recharging the battery. The only socket available was that in which the TV set was plugged. It’s located at a low level behind the desk so that the latter must be shifted in order to use the mentioned socket, what, given the weight of the desk, implies a considerable effort, the more so if the small size of the room is taken into account. It was therefore rather hard to ascertain the existence of other sockets by the aforesaid one. Besides, there was no table lamp on the desk. Therefore it could just be used at daytime for writing or reading unless one wished to take the risk of getting a hard headache. Apart from those nuisances it must be admitted that the bed was comfortable, the mattress having the perfect hardness to assure a good sleep. That room was, by the way, very peaceful, what no doubt is also essential for sleeping in the best possible conditions. In accordance with what I requested, it’s located at the end of a corridor so that one hardly hears any voices or other noise made by people walking towards their respective bedrooms. The bathroom is also quite proper for the functions one may expect of it. The staff members are kind especially a Brazilian bloke who was working at the front desk upon my arrival. He was very kind and diligent, and even helped me to park the car on the right place and he himself unloaded my baggage off my car luggage rack. The gentleman working at the breakfast room at breakfast time was also helpful. The breakfast was good. There was everything needed in the buffet to eat the sufficient quantity of food so as not to feel hungry until dinner time. Everything there was of a high quality particularly the fruits which were very fresh and savoury as well as the pastry; the croissants for instance being tasty and crunchy on the outside but soft in the middle. The orange juice was also very good. By and large therefore, it’s a hotel where one may have a good stay as long as he doesn’t need any sockets in the bedroom. If it were not the case it would then be advisable to consider carefully aqny possible booking in the hotel concerned before actually proceed in that sense.

This is basically a good hotel with spacious and comfortable rooms, and reasonably convenient for walking into the old city (about 10-15 minutes away on foot). I also appreciated being able to have a very nice evening meal in the restaurant at the hotel, where the waiter was charming and the food was excellent. However, I had a few reservations: 1. The quality of the food at breakfast was rather poor - dry croissants, cold scrambled egg, watery fruit juice and yoghurts. Also the woman who served me was extremely rude and showed no patience for the fact that Italian is not my native language. 2. In the room there was a fridge with some bottles of water and a can of coca-cola. I could not see prices indicated anywhere, so perhaps naively I assumed they were complimentary, only to discover they were not when I checked out. 3. I checked in online the day before my arrival, and received an email stating that I would therefore "enjoy the privilege of going straight to out priority desk for a faster and easier check-in". However, when I arrived at the hotel no such priority desk existed and I had to wait 10-15 minutes while the one member of staff on duty checked in 4 guests ahead of me.

There is nothing special about this hotel, particularly for such a fascinating city as Padua. Nevertheless, the rooms are clean and spacious, and they have a private balcony. Bring up a bottle of wine and enjoy it "al fresco" in the privacy of your own room. Though breakfast is included, it's nothing special, and you are better off wandering outside until you hit one of the many local bars. The location, however, is very good. While the street itself is nothing to brag about, it's steps away from the must-see site of the Scrovegni Chapel (painted by Giotto), and minutes from all the other major sites in the city.

The hotel is close to the station, and about 20 minutes walk from the center of Padua. The location is right, but the area is a little lonely, you have no bars or shops near. The hotel is a good option if you are in car, the hotel charges €10 for parking in your parking, and next to the hotel you have a discovered parking Parking Sarpi APS for €6 per full day (ey, in that parking you can only pay with coins). The rooms are very large, but something old. The hotel was very clean and the room was very clean and the room was very clean. E Breakfast is quite varied and constantly repositioning. Quality price correct. Double room with breakfast about €70
