19/03/2022 - Primeiro transtorno: Chegamos ao Hotel por volta 11:30, fizemos o checki-inn (tudo manual, papel e caneta), pós check-inn pensamos que seriamos liberados para ir para os apartamentos, nesse momento fomos informados que o hotel estava com lotação máxima e teríamos que esperar até as 14:00h para poder sermos acomodados, mesmo estando em um grupo de uma criança de colo e 3 senhoras com mais de 60 anos. Segundo transtorno: Passado o tempo de espera fomos informados que devido a lotação do hotel não seria possível os 2 apartamentos serem no mesmo andar, isso foi de extrema falta responsabilidade uma vez que a reserva era a mesma e por se tratar de pessoas idosas tínhamos a responsabilidade sobre elas, mas como não tinha outra escolha tivemos que aceitar. Terceiro transtorno: um hotel de 19 andares estava com apenas um elevador social funcionando e o de serviço. Quarto transtorno: No apartamento 306 onde ficaram hospedadas as três senhoras o quarto do apartamento só comportava uma cama de casal e a cama para a terceira pessoa foi instalada na sala tirando completamente a privacidade da pessoa (em nenhum momento isso foi nos passados com antecedência e nem no ato da compra). Quinto transtorno: Em ambos os apartamentos 306 e 1505 não tinham os utensílios básicos de cozinha disponíveis, tivemos que fazer uma reclamação para nos disponibilizarem, uma vez que o ponto chave de termos escolhido o hotel foi pelo fato de ter cozinha, sem contar que não tinha micro-ondas. Sexto transtorno: o apartamento 1505 no qual fiquei hospedada não possuía ar-condicionado na sala e o do quarto não estava refrigerando o ambiente e fazendo muito ruído. Abrir outra reclamação sobre os ar-condicionado e fui informada que iriam resolver, porém isso não aconteceu. Nesse momento chegamos a pesquisar outro hotel para nos hospedar pois estava inviável continuar ali, pela quantidade de problemas ocorridos, o nível de estresse foi as alturas, só não mudamos por não ter encontrado hotéis disponíveis com as características que precisávamos e devido ao concurso que aconteceria no final de semana todos estavam com superlotação. Sétimo transtorno: Na madrugada do dia 22/03/2022 por volta de 00:20h, tiver que mudar de apartamento do 1505 para o 1306 pois, o ar-condicionado do quarto aumentou o ruido e parou de refrigerar o pouco que refrigerava. Agora ponham-se em meu lugar tendo que trocar de apartamento de madrugada com uma criança dormindo no colo e o hotel não disponibilizou nenhum colaborador para nos ajudar na mudança. Oitavo transtorno: na tarde no dia 22/03/2022 por volta das 17:00h eu, minha mãe e minha filha ficamos presas no elevador que parou por problemas mecânicos entre o 15º e 14° andar, passamos aproximadamente 10 minutos presas até que consegui falar com eu esposo via celular e o mesmo entrou em contato com a recepção informando o ocorrido, devido meu esposo ter conhecimento de elevadores ele consegui abrir a porta do elevador com auxílio do colaborador d

Although it was a good hotel, some problems occurred in my hostel. On a day of cleaning my room, I received a dirty makeup towel, probably makeup by color, and that was very unpleasant. They could also have more food options in the morning coffee without gluten and without animal milk, and the hair dryer is also bad, and they could improve. However, it is a hotel with excellent location, staff and a good general structure.

This beachfront hotel is at heart of Av Beira Mar, next to everything you need: nightlife, good beach, restaurants, big supermarket, at walking distance from Mercado do Peixe. Friendly staff are very helpful on advise and helping in any needs. It charges for using the car park, which is a shame. Apart of that everything was fine. Covid vaccination certificate was verified by reception to complete the check in. The room was clean and fitted with safe box, which is very useful. On ground floor there are also a good size restaurant where breakfast are also served and a pool in an area adjacent. Worth to note, the beach just across the streets is very good. We enjoyed hotel, beach e walking along Avenida Beira Mar.

Not a very good hotel. The bed was terrible, the check-in took forever, the corridors do not have an elevator button to go up so if you want to go to the roof top, where the pool is located you must get inside the lift and hope that it is going up before it goes down. The towels were in bad conditions. One night we were tired and decided to eat in the hotel restaurant, a mistake. We ordered hamburgers. The bread and the meat pads were disintegrating, falling apart, it had no taste and was also over cooked. One the good side the breakfast was nice. There was a senior gentleman, that seamed to be in charge who was very nice to everyone and looking after details. Also, the front desk agent during check-out was very nice too. She offered to look after our bags and called the restaurant to make sure they would let us in since it was a little before opening time and we were leaving very early.

The reception is the visit card of a hotel and this cosy Blue Tree has a well-prepared frontline, I highlight here the receptionists Dione, Paul and Damiana, performing, sympathetic, very attentive, effective. Well located hotel, with large facilities with beautiful carnaval decor (we were in the carnaval hotel), 3 elevators, being a panoramic, with business center, restaurant, lobby bar, event rooms, swimming pool, sauna academia, massage providing a good stay to your guests. The wonderful breakfast, with congratulations to Claudia (A&B) always very educated, nice and dedicated and its very cordial, affectionate, courtesy team: Dangelo, Patricia, Irion, Marcos, Nadia and Marilene (this makes omelets and tapiocas delicious and always with a The Norma and Ivone rooms, careful and gentle, large room with king size bed, TV with various channels, and good Wi-Fi.

Exceptional officials. All cordial. Very clean, very good food. But we had a problem: with the strong rain the hotel was without energy. The generator was not enough for all rooms. We were unconditioned by 24h. We could not open the windows, because the generator is a little below us and the smoke generated by it entered our room. I asked the reception to change the room, because they had air-conditioned rooms working and said they couldn't; I asked a fan to sleep and they had no. Result: sleep (due to fatigue) at 2:30 a.m. with a humiliated towel on my body to try to threaten the heat.In the morning they would solve our problem, but we were already going away. I know that the lack of energy was not the fault of the hotel, but they could have put us in another room, because it was not stuck or then obtained a fan to avoid such disorder. The reception was with my number to the administration to contact via WhatsApp to try to compensate (through discount in the stay), but so far, almost a week later, they did not enter.

The perfect location for anyone going to a event at the Ceará Event Centre.It is 15 minutes from the road, and type 3 minutes from the Event Centre, along with the very persistent Iguatemi. The room was comfortable (i stayed in a executive room), with good cleaning and quality bed linen. cable TV, wifi, air conditioning ok.My reservation is in relation to the size of the bathroom box. I saw several comments from people who have already been home there, but I paid to see with my eyes, rs. The box is MINIMUM! I have no problem with small spaces, but that box gave me claustrophobia. And the water of the shower falls all widely, so it was impossible to take a bath with the open box. I took a bath at the hurry to get out there. I've got 1.57 and 60 kg, so if you're a big person, you'll have a worse experience. I asked for dinner to eat in the room and it took more than 1 h to arrive because the kitchen official was in rest time, even being 19h. But ok. Breakfast fat and varied, staff, modern building.

The hotel is close to everything ! The hotel has a less pay in front and a bakery in the side. A close supermarket is very close to the seaside . The room was clean and organized . I have lactose intolerance and I can eat several things in coffee 😍😍😍 I have cuscuz , beiju and fruit already is one thing and so much 😍😍😍😍😍 . I have returned to host myself!

Tiny rooms with no windows and terribly maintained. The worst breakfast I have ever had the displeasure of coming across. Not only is the food bad, but the space is ridiculous, 6 tables in a 4 floors hotel hotel with 7 rooms each. Service is as bad as the rooms, I left a message asking them not to clean my room (there's no do not disturb sign) and when I got back, the room had been cleaned. When I asked they said they had to go in because of a leakage in the room next door. No one was able to explain why they had to make the bed in the process of cleaning the floor. The manager, of course, was not at the hotel and even after being asked to contact me, did not. I'm never coming back andif you're in the process of searching, keep looking. If you have already booked, I'm so sorry! Quartos minúsculos e sem janelas, péssimo estado de conservação. Pior café da manhã que já tive em um hotel não só pela qualidade da comida como pelo espaço, ridículo, de 6 mesas para um hotel com 4 andares e 7 quartos por andar. Serviço péssimo, deixei avisado que o quarto não devia ser limpo, e eles entram e remexeram tudo. Pedi pra falar com o gerente que, claro, não estava no hotel, mas mandou recado pela recepção dizendo que entraram no quarto devido a vazamento no quarto vizinho. O motivo pelo qual fizeram a cama e recolheram o lixo, mesmo só tendo entrado para secar o vazamento, segue um mistério. Se você ainda está pesquisando onde ficar, continue procurando. Se já reservou, meus pêsames.
