I found this fabulous hotel last minute the day before we were flying back to UK. Only less than 10 mins from milan malpensa airport. I was so amazed by the grandure of this building and the beauty of the surrounding grounds entering the hotel. We only stayed the one night bit it was very pleasant experience. There is free buffet breakfast included in the price and it was quite ok. The hotel room was modern, spacious and had a great view overlooking the garden and swimming pool. There is Tea and coffee facility and mini bar provided.

It is recommended to stay in the hotel in the airport. This hotel is very new, the facilities are still smart, the bed is very high, quite interesting This is also a few hotels with mineral water The hotel is a five minute drive from the airport If you call a car from the hotel, you need to pay 5 euros (T1), if the time period is full, you need to pay 20 euros (T1) to call taxi Overall, it is comfortable to live in a hotel in the airport.

The location is TOP! I have stayed there 8 years ago as well. Very well maintained and it saves a lot of time commuting to the airport especially when we have an early flight to catch. The front office team is excellent. They responded my email promptly and tried to fulfilled my requests. I highly appreciate their assistance! Special thanks to Jonas and Freddy. The room is clean with everything we need. Wifi could be faster!

The location was easy to find, the room was clean and big enough to fit my luggage and move around. I liked how the roof was openable as it was a bit stuffy when I first got there, but then it got progressively colder as the night went on and I had to close it. Like how others have mentioned, the capsule is not soundproof and you can hear everyone outside, especially if you have the roof opened. I brought my ear plugs and had no problem sleeping. The mattress is covered in plastic and then a skinny piece of cloth. As I already knew that from reading other ppl’s reviews, I brought my own bedsheet and blanket. Check-in was stressful, as it was not clear which screen I should use, and there was no one to help. After I had finally figured out that I should be using one of the “reserved” ones, I was prompted to use my phone number to access the room. However, as I had booked through Trip.com, the phone number submitted was not actually my own, it was Trip.com’s! I was not notified of this beforehand at all. Luckily I had a phone card that could call Trip.com, and after a 15 min phone call with Trip.com staff, I got the phone number and could access the room. After that, everything was smooth, going in and out of the room to use the toilet was easy, and check out was easy as well. Knowing how this works now, I would stay again as it’s a really cheap option for an overnight in the airport, however, I would make sure to check with Trip.com for the access number before leaving my home country!

The hotel is very close to the airport. You can pick up and drop off the plane, about 6 pounds per person. We got a taxi at the airport when we came over, without a meter, it was about 15 pounds. In comparison, if there are few people, it is still convenient to call a hotel commuter bus. There is a pizzeria next to it, which tastes authentic. You can taste it.

Planes are flying by like in every 2-3 minute, I hardly got sleep, but i guess thats the necessary price i have to pay, for being able to get to the airport on foot in 20 minutes. So I wont complain too much at this point. At other points, this hotel is pretty good, thx to the owner and crews of the hotel, u are doing a good job!

Hotel is well equiped to accomodate early travellers ∼ breakfast starts at 5am and front desk is ready to handle leaving guests. Staff is young yet experienced. They know airport traffic well and can advise accordingly. One surprise was their restaurant. Home-style food and not salty. I was carelessly slipped my side dish. Team came quickly to clean floor. They then provided a hot water soaked napkin to address my soiled clothing. Few mins after they came with a fresh side dish! Kudo to the team. A point on free airport shuttle - taking T2 to T1 direction and stop at Case Nuove. The stop is right at the interaction where you can walk to the hotel easily.

We were flying out of Milan airport the following morning and wanted to stay in an airport hotel nearby to drop the rental car off…. The hotel, is what I would call a motel you would find in (America or New Zealand ) & not a hotel… It suited our budget. The only negative thing was the walls were paperthin. We could hear one Neighbor snoring and the other Neighbor talking at 4 am in the morning….. Also, the room had mirrors all round the bed like something sleazy in Las Vegas …. Apart from that, all was good, especially the surprise breakfast complimentary the next morning .

Booked at the last minute after our flight was cancelled at 8:30pm. Took a taxi from outside the airport for the short drive, which cost €20. On arrival, check in was processed quickly, and the room was a good size, with a good bathroom and all appeared to be clean. However, the bed was incredibly hard - and I'm a fan of a firm mattress! This meant for a largely sleepless night. No air conditioning in the room, so fairly warm, but fortunately not uncomfortable warm. When I checked in I asked about the shuttle service to the airport, which I was told departed every half an hour, but needed to book in advance. Booked for 5am and asked how much it would be and was told ”about €20”. Check out at 5am was quick and easy (be aware they retain your passport after checking in, but this isn't unusual for Italy). The shuttle service was there waiting, which was great. I tried to confirm the price with the shuttle driver, and he pretended to not understand. We shared the shuttle with one other person from the hotel. On arrival at the airport it seemed that he wanted to collect €20 from each person. I was only prepared to pay €20 for the two of us - not €20 each, and the other person didn't have any cash on them (he wouldn't take card). Fortunately he accepted the €20 I paid and left at that. On reflection, I would prefer to stay at a hotel that provides a fixed price shuttle that they operate themselves - one other I saw did a €5 per-person shuttle service, which if I was in this situation again I'd book. With the time pressure of a last minute cancellation, you don't get to do too much research before booking! So overall, the hotel itself was acceptable - just a shame about the bed. But the cost of getting to and from the hotel was disappointing.
