1.46km from Villa Park Office Equipmentthese folks hav keeping the building neat, clean and polished under control. everything works well; but if not, they’re there in two seconds to take care of the issue. a variety of clientele seem to stay here... with a few that will get you wondering how/why they got there. technically, way up to date... elevator talks you the floor. brighter-on hall lights follow as you go. gotta hav a key-card for every door in the place: good security. —building even has an small exercise room with some impressive machinery. while the physical plant is outstanding, we must say the front desk could use some “P.R.” training. very friendly, talkative when you get there to first see the place or to check-in. after that, it’s like taking time out of their day to answer even a simple question. come on front-desk folks! we’re paying a good chunk of change for you to keep your happy-face on... all the time! otherwise, not such a great woodsprings calling-card.... —and, oh... (heard this happening to three customers, including us.) get a complete understanding of their pricing structure up front. they’ll quote a great price for the first week... but later claim price was “a promotion,” upping the weekly by $100 or so... without telling you first! —no way to run a railroad.... woodsprings: not bad... if you can put up with the few personal and administrative annoyances. super-quiet. clean as a whistle —rooms, halls, staircases... great for us germaphobes. —comfortable, but all in all, just an ok extended-stay place.
