|2.78km from city centerStayed 2 nights for a meeting. Clean hotel, friendly staff, firm mattresses, good shower, free tea and coffee (not in room). Located on a very busy roundabout towards the south of the city. Buses nearby to get into centre (no 7) and beach (no 99). More of a backpackers, workers hotel. Not too many families, reception is basic, bar has seen better days (you have to get cold drinks from the fridge and pay at reception). Luckily my room faced the back of hotel away from continual traffic of the 4lane roundabout out the front. Avoided breakfast as looked very school canteen. 100 euro a night, but it was summer in a coastal city.

Staff gentile e sempre disponibile ma non conosce l'inglese. Cibo a volte ottimo (soprattutto la colazione) ma a volte pessimo (un mio conoscente si è sentito male per della carne servita a cena xd), servizio in camera sempre presente. Unica pecca, il bar: i cocktail costano troppo, il biliardino e gli scacchi sono vecchi di 50 anni, e il wifi non prende in alcuni punti.

|4.56km from city centerWe stayed here for a week as I was attending and international conference and this was one of the recommended hotels from the conference organisers. A two-star hotel but with an amazing restaurant, Sabbia who provide excellent food and free evening cabarets with your evening meals. The rooms are clean and airy, the hotel staff are excellent and very helpful. The location is on the beach, bust stops close by. Perfect. The only downside is the disco further round the bay which does not close down until 4 am. Even with the windows and shutters closed you can still here the bass drum music.

Lovely, spacious apartment. Very clean. Bathroom stocked with a good selection of toiletries, and a hairdryer too. Good WiFi. Very friendly staff - the receptionist was very helpful. Would recommend and would definitely stay here again.

It only takes 5 to 10 minutes to walk without taking the wrong road. It is very good for two people or a family of many people, and for several couples. Friends are also very suitable, two bedrooms and a living room, one of the bedrooms can be two single beds, there is a fully equipped kitchen, you can cook immediately, there is a washing machine on a small balcony, two bathrooms, the whole apartment is very new , Clean, quiet, and feel very good at home. If you have plenty of time, it only takes 10-15 minutes to walk into the city center. The hotel does not provide any food, but there are many restaurants, small supermarkets and many Chinese restaurants nearby. The bathroom was a fair size but could get very slippy and no gripping for showering which could be a problem for elderly or less mobile guests. The breakfast was buffet style. There was some choice in cereals, toast, bacon, ham, cheese, fresh orange juice and a drinks machine for tea, coffee and hot chocolate. I would have preferred more egg choices such as scrambled. The downside was the loud music from an open air nightclub nearby. This would go on until 3am. Staff, with one exception, who worked in the restaurant were nice and friendly.

The apartment was exceptionally clean, spacious, easy to get to, in a great location with great amenities and the reception staff were very nice also. I would absolutely bring my family here to stay. My only slight issues were that It was not 100% clear that reception is in another building one street away. But once we released this, it was all very simple to check-in.

Very central and staff go above and beyond to male your stay comfortable and enjoyable. We booked the Duluxe Double room with hot tub. The room was spacious clean and very comfortable. Slippers and Gowns included too! We didn't eat in the restaurant, as we were out and about so much but from what we could see it was very nicely decorated and the menu looked good! Highly recommend a stay with You & Co Boutique. We will be returning for sure!

Valencia is well walking so this hotel is good to move easily and reach the places to visit. It is a hotel for those who are satisfied and are not claiming much; fortunately the room was quite clean and, above all, I had no chests in my bed or scarfs, which I feared after reading the reviews of other travelers. The bathroom is completely re-realized, the shower is open without tents so if you use the bathroom is flooding. I have not used it. nice staff. I don't think I'll come back to this hotel, it should be completely renewed, but my vote is enough for the central position.

Laughter, pay 2 beds ... they would have to charge me price for 4 nights on 1 sofa, and price for 4 nights on 1 bed Whether all apartments for 2 are equal the answer is that, There is no one with 2 beds, even advertising the opposite on your web site ( unless it is a reservation for 3, in which case if there is 2 beds available, and the price is obviously high ) Please, renew your beds...135 cm are already obsolete, and go alternating rooms with 150 cm bed with others with 2 beds Otherwise, noisy bed all night, poor sound isolation ...insufferable!! cleanness and location, acceptable General Note 4/ 10 First and last time, I will not re-foot, nor much less recommend it misleading ad supported and justified with * (as available ) and no predisposition by the staff, in a attempt to solve

Staff very friendly and efficient, nothing was too much trouble. Stayed on the first floor, small lift was available. I had noisy neighbours in the next room, I mentioned it to reception. The issue was dealt with straight away. I only had two issues, 1) the front door step is hazardous, no warning and takes a bit of getting used to. The second, no tea or coffee facility in the room. There is tea/ coffee facilities near reception, however, if you’re an early riser your sat waiting around. Other than these 2 small issues, the hotel is lovely, would stay again.

Location is excellent, right on a shopping street with a supermarket and metro station opposite. Taxi rank also opposite in front of the shopping center. A quick walk brought you to the main squares with gorgeous bars and restaurants. We walked everywhere except to the beach. Stayed in room 101 which was v clean, beds v comfortable and pillows good. Mattresses encased in a metal frame which was V close to the wall and we banged our legs off it every time. V little space between the bed and wall with TV on. Right beside the lift and stairs. V noisy A/C. Bathroom lovely, shower excellent but the sink was in the bedroom as opposed to being in the bathroom. Room V dark with no natural light. Soundproofing excellent, we heard no noise from the street below, wardrobes are these new modern type so lots of open shelves but nowhere to hang a dress or long shirt. Safe and fridge with products to buy but we filled it with water and wine. Breakfast fine, fresh eggs, hams, cheeses etc. Something for everyone. We stayed as a group of 8 and were able to find space to sit together in the back room beside the kitchen. Staff were excellent. For the price and location I would return but I would prob upgrade to a better room.

|1.55km from city centerMy adult son and I travelled to Valencia from Benidorm by bus to go to the burning of the Fallas 'La Crema'. The hotel was great for the bud station as it's next door and there's a taxi rank outside, as well as a huge shopping mall with an El Corte Inglés opposite. However during La Crema, roads into the city centre are all closed so we had to walk everywhere and by the end of the Two days we were absolutely done in. It's a hood half hour walk across the old river bed to get into the main city. If I ever went to the fallas again I'd stay in the centre for sure. However the Turia itself is decent - great bathroom with soap and shampoo and a little balcony. Biggest issue for me was no kettle - I was dying for a cuppa in room! But aside from that it was clean and comfortable! Valencia is a beautiful city and if you are there outside of the Fallas fiesta it's s great location as we would have jumped in a taxi to town.

Arrived late for check in, a friendly member of staff from the restaurant below checked us in and offered to make us some food despite the restaurant being closed. The restaurant below is great too really nice fresh food and friendly staff. The rooms are well equipped and the air conditioning was very good. The bathroom was a little tired but not enough to spoil the experience of the room. The cleaners were very friendly and accommodating and left the rooms really tidy. We had a late flight out and were able to leave cases at the hotel to enjoy our last day. We arrived late one night and the system to get inside the hotel was a little tricky so maybe that could be simplified. Overall I would absolutely recommend and stay here again.

The location really couldn't be better - right next to the Central Market and walking distance to everything you will want to visit in Valencia. (If you have time, head over to the market for lunch and check out Central Bar by Ricard Camarena!) There are many different room types to choose from. We had one facing the plaza on the street side. The view was fantastic and the street noise wasn't too bad. Our room had a kitchen, which we didn't use, but it would have been nice had we stayed longer. The room was spacious. Wifi worked OK (not the fastest). Modern bathroom with hot water and good water pressure. All the furnishings were in good condition, good quality, and clean. We had wonderful massages at the spa. Don't miss the breakfast - it is really excellent! Three courses with multiple options to choose from for each, plus your choice of drinks. So delicious! We did experience what some other reviews have described with the air conditioning turning off in the middle of the night - they told us they were not allowed to let guests adjust it below 21C per Spanish law, but they manually turned it down to 19C for us (adjusting it from the front desk). They promised to keep it running overnight, but it seemed to get down to 19 and then turn off completely until we would overheat and call again. 21C would have been fine with us had the fan been running, but it wasn't running at all in between and the room got so stuffy. Not a huge deal for two nights, but it would have gotten really annoying had we stayed longer.

|0.69km from city centerStayed here for a week. Easy to find from Xativa Metro station, 5 minute walk. Was welcomed by Nathalia, she gave such a warm welcome, very helpful in telling us how to get round city, places to visit and how to get to the Mestalla for the football. If she was In reception when we were passing through she like rest of staff always made a point of greeting us. The hotel is in a great location for Ruzafa area, loads of bars/restaurants. Metro to get to Science Museum is on doorstep and it’s a 5 minute walk to old town . Room was comfortable with street view, could have done with a couple of wine glasses though. Reception is not 24 hrs but there’s a side door which you open with key card. If you go to beach you can rent towels/umbrella and also bikes at reasonable prices. We want to visit Valencia again and would stay here again. When we were leaving Nathalia was finishing her shift and made a point of coming to see us and wish us a safe journey home. Would recommend this place to stay.
