My husband and i stayed here for 1 night on our way to Seville. We had a great room which was very clean and spacious. The hotel is in a quiet area of Salamanca but also not far from the main square which is about a 10 minute walk. it is located across from one of the universities and near a very big park. We enjoyed walking to the main centre as we got to see the beautiful streets of Salamanca. We really enjoyed visiting this town and will definitely be back.

The hotel is central and the good price, it cost me about €50 per night but they would have to solve several things because with the excuse that is cheap leaves to desire. One thing to improve is cleaning, I have to say that the second day was a little cleaner but the first day when we entered we noticed bad smell and found dirt through the floor and in the bathroom. Our room was like a green plastic chair that was broken and I say, if it's broken because they leave it in the room, I don't understand the truth. But the worst of all was when we saw a big sleeve on the bed, I think it was the typical blood sleeve of the rule of some woman, the truth that people who make beds would have to see whether the bed clothes they put is clean or not, In the other room we had, it was just as unclean and this time they had a swab over the head of the bed hanging and several sockets off the floor. By the way, we had breakfast contracted, since we had no reception they sent you a message from WhatApp indicating the bar where you can go, the surprise was that the first day they sent us to one that was quite far, The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. By the way, on the second day we had to go to another bar that was 50 metres from the Hostal because the first day was on holiday, something we told the hostel managers why they had no idea of this, The service is the truth that is flogite, if we don't get to warn that the breakfast bar would not have been there the next day they would not know and tomorrow we would have been worried about calling them to know the new breakfast bar. The hotel is a very good hotel, and it is a very good hotel. My advice is that if you are very bad with money, stay in this Hostel but if you don't get 10 or 15 euros, find another. By the way, if you touch a room that this place hangs up to the place ready not to sleep until 1 p.m., the terraces of the square bars are filled and people's voices will not let you sleep because the windows of the hostel They have not very fat glasses that do not well isolate the sound of the street.

Salamanca City Center
I have to start by saying that this hotel was in an ideal location to walk around what is an absolutely beautiful city. The issue that I have with it is that we booked here as it advertised parking. The warning I would give is that the small print then states that this is situated elsewhere and is chargeable. We booked whilst still on the road and when we arrived we struggled to find the hotel as it’s not really accessible by vehicle. We ended driving up an ‘authorised vehicles only’ road just to get to it. We were then told that they had no parking and were given a map with the two nearest locations of public car parks. (The receptionist was very patient as I was none too happy at this point due to being on the road for the better part of an entire day). The issue was that there was an Easter celebration event and we spent nearly an hour then driving around trying to find somewhere to park. The room was nice but was overly hot. Due to it being their winter the AC was only kicking out hot air albeit it had been 27c during the day. The window wouldn’t close properly which normally would be good due to the heat but the noise was unbearable. People were out drinking and celebrating till nearly 5am and then the refuse collection started around 7.30am even though it was Easter Sunday. Maybe some of these issues are not directly the fault of the hotel but thought it best to mention them. Great location but beware the noise and poor access for vehicles. The staff were kind and patient and went out of their way to help us.

It is 2 km from the railway station and only 5 euros by taxi. There is no need for a bus for 3 people, and there is no bus in front of the bus. The hotel is very quiet, there is a net red restaurant 50 meters walk, you need to book in advance. The room facilities are relatively new, the room is large, the bathroom function is partitioned, but the bathtub and shower are integrated. The toilets in the public areas are also clean and can be seen with care. The front desk was very welcoming and the breakfast was great, especially with the savory fritters and a variety of hams for a fee of EUR 9. It is the operation of the hot drinks machine is not very convenient, causing queues.

We stayed in a standard double room at the Hospes Palacio de San Esteban for 2-nights in mid-June (€144/night). The upscale hotel was located just inside the old town, easy to access and a short 10 min walk to all of the tourist attractions (cathedrals, university, Plaza Mayor). It was housed in 2 buildings, with reception and some of the rooms in the older 16th century convent, and most of the rooms in a 19th century addition to the convent to the rear. Our 4th floor room, in the newer section, was long and narrow, seemingly comprising 3 former convent rooms, with a wood-shuttered window in each of its 3 sections: the bedroom, the closet & vanity area, and the bathroom. While compact, the layout worked and the feeling was spaciousness & light. The bedroom had a comfortable king bed & side tables, desk & chair, mini-refrigerator, 52 inch flat screen TV; the vanity area had double built-in closets and a 2-sink vanity with plenty of storage space; and the bathroom had a bathtub/shower. While only a standard room, the 4th floor location gave us views over the roofs to the Santo Domingo monastery and its stork nests right next door, and to the cathedrals, both quite magical when light up at night. The hotel had plenty of parking (€14/night), and a nice pool amid a huge grassy area with plenty of loungers. The staff were friendly and helped with every request. Overall, everything you would want in an upscale hotel in an historic city.

The hotel was better than expected. There is a petrol station with good oil prices and free parking. There is also a white line in the side lane of the hotel to park for free. Do n’t put valuables in the car. The room facilities are a bit old but not affected at all, and the bath products are also very good. The only thing that can be said is that the breakfast for 8.5 Euros / person is not good enough, and there are too few choices, such as few types of bread, no fresh tomato puree ... It is recommended to eat in the city.

Camera grande con finestra molto alta per cui non è possibile vedere fuori. Letto confortevole, bagno moderno con doccia ed amenities. The hotel advert proclaims it's great location which is true however, there is no mention of the problem of accessibility to those of even the most minor physical limitations bought about by aging. When you arrive at the hotel you are greeted by steep steps which you need to carry your luggage up there is no immediate visible sign for obtaining assistance. The rooms are large, comfortable and well appointed but not without some problems such as the heating control is difficult to set a comfortable temperature as one example. The room is provided with a coffee maker, a kettle and a bottle of water marked for the use however, this was not replenished during the daily servicing of the room. In an example of perverse logic when I requested for a replacement at the reception we were advised that water was only provide on the first night!! The wifi in our room (311) was so poor that my laptop would not connect and my phone failed to maintain connection and defaulted to a 4G signal. When I raised this they did come to check but I was left with the distinct impression that they thought it was my fault not that the signal was so weak in the room which was born out when I ran a speed test. All in all with the exception of the location and room size my opinion is that the 4 star rating given to the hotel is somewhat questionable but could be rectified.

We would highly recommend this hotel for those travelling through Spain wanting a comfortable place to stay along the way. It is very easily accessible from the motorway, has a very secure underground car park and has great staff and good facilities. The rooms are large, well equipped, and extremely clean. The hotel has its own large car park for easy self-driving tour. The hotel is in an excellent location, overlooking the old town of Salamanca. The hotel restaurant service is very good, the breakfast is rich and the quality is high. The ”Spanish sirloin” in the local dinner set is full of heat and meat, which is worthy of special recommendation. The hotel lobby and room cleaning service maintains the brand's consistently high standard and is satisfactory.

I thought it was excellent, we started with a very simple thing, the photos, the internet data, everything right. The room/apartment was small, but as I say was what they offered and the price was good. If you want a chalet at €50 night, then no, you pay it. We went with 2 dogs, border collie and schnauzer. More location? Well, it would have been good, but it should also be said that it was more than enough. A vitreo with two fires, one oven and a microwave. Cooler, water, the larger bathroom proportionally than the room. All perfect. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. But also being responsible, most of us are making a great effort to keep everything clean and to disturb the least possible. Our behaviour with dogs will be judged otherwise, so we need to be extremely careful. I insist, good location, good price, good service, good apartment. Now for note, My wife left among the sticks a little cheap pends just from Tous. They found them and send them to us by mail. Better than that little things. Thank you very much. But much.
