Pros: Free parking, steaming hot water (shower). Cons: On arrival to our room, the strong pungent smell of mold greeted us at the door. Despite efforts of trying to use aerosol lysol to mask the smell, we decided it would be best to return to the from desk and request a new room. After checking into room #2, we were greeted with the same dilemma. The strong scent of mold filled the entire room. Although the second room was tiled and not carpeted like the first, we were hoping this issues wouldn’t have arisen. This time, rather than heading over to the from desk, a telephone call was made regarding our issue. This time, a call was made to the front desk requesting that another room change occur. A representative met with us and assigned us another room option. Initially, upon arriving to our 3rd room, the smell of mold was not immediate. But after a few hours, it was as strong as the first and second room. We drove to the local Home Depot to purchase items to help with the mold problem. I decided to do a thorough clean of the room and found that the towels and wash cloths were dirty, the beddings was worn and needed replacement, the counter tops were filled with hair. The room was dirty. The toilet was engrossed with fecal matter. This establishment is disgusting and I would definitely not return or recommend this hotel.

Pretty decent water slides, they were just what the Dr ordered for my daughter who's autistic and has no idea what I'm talking about if I mention any virus. She just wants a water slide no matter what and she's 19 yrs old. Okay the reason for the 3 stars is I rented a room with a jetted tub and it took well over an hour to fill it up the tub, the faucet was barely running any water. I had to compensate by filling up an ice bucket in the sink full of hot water and walk it to the jetted tub. So after getting out of tub after finally getting in. I notice the tile floor's pretty wet from all the trips I made with the ice bucket to the tub. So I grab a bath towel and put it on the floor. I walk with it under my feet to get all the water up and as I'm doing this the towel starts to turn dirty very quickly, almost black. VERY dirty floors is what I'm getting at. My sleep. Sucked, I'm a light sleeper. Around 1 A.M. or so I got woke up by the next room running their hot water and the pipes were LOUD. So I'm up from 1 to about 3 or so. Next thing I get woke up at 4:30 in the morning by a garbage truck emptying 4 dumpsters on at time each time backing up with that back up horn beep, beep, beep each and every time. Fell back to sleep around 6 or so. So 3 stars it is for the dirty floor, the tub taking an hour and 20 minutes to fill up, plus the lack of sleep.

Very easy check in, arrived very late, no issues. Only about 25 minutes away from the airport. Excellent hospitality, beautiful home with tatseful decor and thoughtful amenities. Great selection of snacks and beverages - candy, chips, cereal bars, Pop tarts (!), milk, juice, coffee, water, etc. Booked the Verona room (accommodates 2; with private bathroom), clean, comfortable, loved the decor and bedding. Huge TV and kcup machine with accoutrements in room (variety of kcups, sugar, tea, etc.). Homemade American style breakfast included - delicious, fresh, and the home fries are made from scratch, yum! Would absolutely book again, and plan to stay again for my next visit to Kissimee. The hosts were friendly but not intrusive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the Kissimee/Orlando area and attractions. While I had originally booked the room for just one guest, they were incredibly accommodating and allowed my friend's 10 year old daughter stay with me. Thanks for a pleasant stay!

We were in town for the Mecum Auction and stayed here two nights. We've stayed in all levels of hotels - this stay we were going for frugal. For a place to lay your head the price was right. In saying that, it's an old hotel/motel meaning it looks as if it was some kind of a hotel/motel previously. The bedding, carpets, furniture were all dated. The bed sheets were clean but again if they were once white now they were off-white. The bed was actually comfortable and I did get a good night rest. They jerry-rigged a light (see picture) above the sink which I'm sure wasn't up to code - and I tried to turn it on but nothing. One of the light shades was broken, the handle bar in the shower was sloppily repaired, and spots on the walls could easily be covered by paint. The lights were very dim so if you like lots of light bring your own. There was dust everywhere - even on the bath counter around the tissue box; mostly on the fixtures and in the corners and baseboards. The room doors all lead to the outside and we were on the second floor. The cement walkways could use a good cleaning. Dirt and splotches of spilled coffee and other stuff looks like it's been there a while. The outdoor pool, although we did not partake, looked very clean and the whole pool area did look inviting. The breakfast area for the continental breakfast was nice and clean. This is a simple continental breakfast with coffee, juice, toast, yogurt, oatmeal, cereal, and the second morning they added a waffle machine. All the staff I interacted with were very nice and friendly. This is on an extremely busy road and you can hear the traffic very well - I noticed it mostly in the early morning. We were midway towards the back second floor. I think if they took a couple rooms a week and revamped the rooms or just did a good deep cleaning at least, this rating would have gone up a star. Better yet, management should have quality checks on the cleaning staff. I guess it's all in what you want your guest to be left with as a lasting impression.

Front desk staff were always very friendly and helpful. When we got to our room my daughter noticed one of the pillow cases had some fresh stains on it. We had to call 3 times to get replaced. The carpet was threadbare in several locations. Bad patch jobs on the walls. Tub spout was broken. The mattresses were completely worn out. The hotel rooms are in DESPERATE need of a remodel. We went out and got fast food a couple of nights and brought it back to the room to eat. Housekeeping would not take the trash out when they cleaned the room. We had to take it down to the dumpster ourselves. The free breakfast was very basic but good. The staff worked hard to make sure everything was fresh and stocked. The location is pretty far from any of the big theme parks (Disney, Universal). We were looking for an inexpesive hotel and didn't spend much time in the room, only to sleep. That is what we got.

Staybridge, suite, slightly smaller in size. Two bedrooms have a double bed and a large bed, the bathroom in the double bed is too small, and the bathroom in the large bed is large. The sofa in the living room is also a sofa bed to sleep. A small road across the back of the hotel is the Winndixie hypermarket and several restaurants. Diagonally there is walgreen, similar to cvs. There is a shuttle bus to Disneyland parked at the EPOCT gate of one of the parks, and several other Disneyland parks can be connected internally. At 10:25 in the morning, there is a shuttle bus to a nearby small Ole. Little Ole has no luxury brand and is suitable for casual wear. Free soft drinks, beer and wine, as well as vegetable salads and trifles are available every Monday, Tuesday, Tuesday, Wednesday evening from 5:30 to 7:30. Don't expect too much from chat.

This hotel is worth 5🌟 ❤️The hotel is very new and the environment is very good. The gym and swimming pool have all the facilities and are very new and advanced. There is also a VR game hall. However, there is a bar on the roof. The scenery is super good. You can see the volcano. ) ❤️The price is relatively low. This hotel is a hotel of Universal Studios. You can send an express card to other hotels. You are really new and cheap. ❤️ Location is quiet, although not in the City walk, but next to volcano bay, it is a good choice for volcano bay to play with the water. Every day there is a shuttle bus to and from other parks. ❤️ Hotel lobby has Starbucks. The buffet is also great. There is also a car rental counter. It’s very convenient, but the temporary car rental is really expensive. 💔The only reason for this deduction is that we have no parking. The last credit card is deducted from the parking fee. After returning, it is not helpful to pass the Ctrip and the other party.

The front desk was not very enthusiastic. I stayed for 7 days and prepaid all the room rates. When I checked in, I received a deposit of $300, saying that there would be a city consumption tax and so on. When the checkout is calculated, it is said that it will take a few days to return the balance to the account. One and a half months, there is no news. Complaints to Ctrip, waiting for the results.

Home2 Suites is exceptional! I was warmly welcomed by Valerie, the most amiable receptionist I had ever met. Upon entering my room, I felt at home immediately. Home2 Suites was aptly named. The interior was spacious with impressive high-ceilings. The use of curtains and sliding doors allowed me to feel as though the entire environment flowed in a comforting manner. I booked a second evening to soak in the cozy atmosphere. The following morning, I had a question for the receptionist, who responded genuinely with brainstorming and a response that put me at ease. I’m thoroughly pleased with my experience at Home2 Suites, and intend to stay with them again in the future.

We travel quite a bit and I am fairly specific in things I like and dislike in a property. The Marriott Harbour Lake was excellent all around. When staying in Orlando there are SO many choices so researching what you want and need is important. I also called to see what was open/closed. This trip, I knew we would be staying mostly on property with 2 teens and a 6 year old making it more important than ever that the property suited our needs. The 6 year old loves to swim but gets bored quickly of the regular pools at resorts. I knew we needed something fun to keep us busy all day. MHL has 2 pool areas, each directly across the resort road from each other making it easy to go back and forth. 1 is the shipwreck pool. There is a pirate ship with several slides and fun things like a ships wheel. Around the pool are features that squirt water at the kids while they play. The buildings in this area are 12. 13, 14 and 15. This area also has The Patio where you can get food, drinks, ice cream etc. Also a nice jacuzzi area off to the side. The Florida Falls pool area has a fantastic splash pad area with 2 giant dumping buckets. While we were there the splash pad equipment was repainted. The pool is beautiful, with a slide on one end. Just behind the slide is a jacuzzi and outside the gate is The Outpost where you can get drinks and quick serve snacks like hot pretzels and chicken bites. The mini-golf course and playground are also on this side. The playground was roped off for most of out stay and we saw at the end of our trip that a new awesome looking playground was installed. The buildings around this pool area are 28, 29, 30 and 31. The employees told us that during non covid times their activities department has things going all day long for the kids as well. Definitely a great pick of resort of you are traveling with younger kids. The condos were updated and very modern with everything we needed available. The beds were soft and comfortable. If like me you are picky about which unit you stay in based on property location, a few things to note is that unlike many resorts we have stayed in there is only 1 door. No back door access. Blogs 12 and 13 form and L with the screened back patio area of 12 facing the water and 13 faces the pool. These buildings are closer to the garden area and there are also a few bench swings along the water behind the buildings. 14 and 15 form and L. 15 faces the water from your back patio. 14 faces the volleyball court and shipwreck pool. Behind these buildings is the boardwalk trail. Lots of walkers and joggers on it. The gorgeous dock at the edge of the lake is also on this side. For those that like to be closest to playground, Golf, activitoes or the slide pool then 28 is the closest with 29 being the other half of the building. 30 and 31 are away from all of the activities if you prefer less traffic. The gym is open 24 hours and had very up to date equipment. It should also be noted tha

I was in town attending my graduation with family and friends. After that trip, I was suppose to head to another state for work, but that second leg of the trip was canceled due to the Corona Virus. This left me with a few days layover. I decided to try Extended Stay based on a friend’s recommendation and it was close to where I was and around lots of stores and restaurants. I was exhausted but stepping into the Extended Stay perked next up. The scene was right from first sight and followed through with good rest through the night. The room was just what I needed to feel at home but perhaps the part of the deal was the warmth and friendliness of the people. The manager , Camille Huyghes went out of her way to ensure I had a good stay. She answers all my questions, attended to room preferences, and was cordial by nature. All of the workers that I encountered had the same demeanor. My only problem was that I wish I could stay longer. Looking forward to returning. Stefan.

There are not many varieties of breakfast, and there is no problem with eating. The room is large and the bedding is comfortable. There is a supermarket at the gas station across the road from the hotel. It is very cheap and much cheaper than the hotel's own supermarket. If it is not directly from the Magic kingdom, it is not recommended to make a free shuttle bus to the hotel. The shuttle bus was built by several hotels and they all departed at the entrance of the Magic kingdom. If you are playing a few other theme parks, you must first take the Disney bus to the Magic kingdom to get back to the hotel shuttle bus. The first time I took the shuttle bus back to the hotel at night, we came out of the Disney Animal Kingdom at 9:00, waited 45 minutes before waiting for a shuttle to the Magic kingdom, and then waited for the hotel shuttle at 10:40. The whole journey took almost 2 hours. During the day, the park was not tired. The bus was tossed. The key is that the number of buses is seriously exceeded, and it seems that the refugees have to get on the bus. Uber has 10 yuan for 15 minutes! Take a taxi in the next few days! Remember, it is not recommended to play the Magic Kingdom!

We used Uber as the location does not provide transportation, but driving ourselves would have also been very easy. Our room had clearly been recently updated. There were two bedrooms, two full baths, fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area, and screened in lanai. We had a great view of the golf course. We booked multiple rooms for me to copy. Satisfied, I have stayed at a good motel near Disney. The layout of the room is still a typical motel, but the conditions are better than normal, and it is cleaner, big, and many houses. Check in at the front desk will require map I found my own house, which was opposite Universal Studios. We booked a room without breakfast. The next day I went out for a three-minute walk and had a McDonald's. I had breakfast and packed the food for lunch in the park. The room is good in hygiene, the hot water is great, the Ferris wheel can be seen in the corridor, and the surroundings are lively. We went back to the hotel at more than nine o'clock after watching the light show from the animal kingdom. Doors, such a scene is normal in China, but in the American large rural areas, I think it needs to be mentioned specifically. I feel safe when I have a light. Next time I visit Universal Studios, I will continue to choose to live here. In addition, Ctrip is really a conscientious merchant. For the same room, Ctrip is much cheaper than Booking. Therefore, even if it is settled in RMB and the exchange rate factor is removed, it is more cost-effective to choose Ctrip.

I took the time to look for a good hotel option, since my trip was with my daughter, the hotel really seemed good to me but I looked for "breakfast included" and in the photos they put the restaurant. When I got to my first "breakfast" they told me ahhh it's not here it's in the store! Continental breakfast? They gave me a tray with a cold tasteless bagel, an apple and a juice! That was not a breakfast! It looked like food for a beggar! I did not go back for my "continental breakfast" I was very disappointed by this! On the other hand, I sought help with a couple of issues: I didn't get a good internet connection and they couldn't help me when I asked for help on where to test for COVID. I would recommend trip.com but not this hotel. It is a pity because it is beautiful and very well located. But I did not feel well cared for.

Used my points for a free night for a solo shopping trip. This hotel is very close to the outlet mall- 10 minute walk. Lots of food in the vicinity as well- Mcd’s, Outback.. etc. Also a Publix nearby. Hotel is new and very clean. The front desk agent (unfortunately I forgot her name) was very sweet. Breakfast options were grab and go and were generous. My only negatives- the pool seemed a bit neglected. There were no towels available. I used the pool in the evening and the following morning and there were dirty towels left overnight on the tables and chairs. Not a big deal- just a note. The view from my room was a bit depressing- it was a construction site (see photos) I was in the area last year and it looked exactly the same- like an abandoned project. Not the hotels fault but just to note that there is lots of construction happening around the hotel. I think in the future once this area is built up more it will be nice.

The standard room can accommodate three adults. The price is very beautiful and the location is very good. A taxi to Universal Studios can cost up to six knives, and you can also take a bus, which is very many. It's also easy to go to Sea World. That is, the service charge of $ 2.50 for Ctrip was included in the order in the room overnight. I originally wanted to ask Ctrip, I was too lazy to ask, and told the front desk that our English was not good, and they had to charge it. Also, remember to bring a US credit card with the deposit, I listened to a lot of cash. The deposit was refunded without my being confused and unclear. In short, I think it's a good value, and around 300 is really good in Orlando.

We've stayed at this hotel many times over the last few years. We've tried many hotels in Lake Buena Vista and International Drive, but this is always our first choice now when visiting Disney(we usually stay 2 to 3 weeks at a time). We're glad we discovered this little known about gem. We choose the room that has 2 queen beds and a fold out sofa bed which is great for three adults and a child. We don't know of anywhere else in the area that has this configuration. Rooms are only cleaned and bedding / towels changed once a week but you can go to reception as often as you like and get clean towels and bedding and anything else which you need. You can pay for extra cleaning if required - either $5 or $10 depending on which level you choose. Pool is very basic but jacuzzi is always hot. It is located very conveniently for all of the theme parks - just a short hop to the I4. The local area is quiet, but there are plenty of places to eat and drink within a short drive, or even walk. Staff are great and on the whole hardworking, always willing to sort out any problems. Waleskja and Sarah are particularly helpful and pleasant. Although basic, breakfast is a bonus and saves quite a bit of money. There is cereal, porridge, toast, bagels, waffles, yoghurt, cereal bars and muffins as well as juice and coffee. It can get quite busy at times, so you have to pick your moment; alternatively you can take it back to your room and eat there. Crockery and cutlery for rooms has to be requested on arrival, but this is clearly notified on check in. You can also get a toaster, coffee maker, saucepans and a frying pan. Dishwashers are useless! The fridge / freezer is huge - great to chill or freeze drinks to take to the parks.
