The location is very good, there is a big supermarket nearby, the hotel has breakfast, and there is a small tea room with biscuits and wine. Smooth communication. There are paid parking lots and there are also paid parking spaces downstairs. There is also a nice dinner restaurant on the left side downstairs.

The breakfast was good, the waiter was very polite, the breakfast was right next to the pool and I swam after eating. The family room with a fixed price, a big bed and a small window, a family of three is just right, the hotel is at the gas station, bus station, the pizza shop opposite the road and the Chinese restaurant buffet restaurant, the overall cost is very high.

We didn't try the outdoor pool, it was cold. We'll be back in July. The room was great, with a jacuzzi in the room, a view of the river. Great.

We began staying at the Residence Michelangiolo, Viale Michelangiolo 21 in Florence Italy 15 years ago after staying at various hotels in Florence prior. Staying with Angelina and Cherubino is like staying at a Villa but you know the owners intimately. The traditional ambiance of a 1917 Villa in the center of Florence is an experience like no other. Decorations and style allow you to feel the true experience of Italy. The residence offers on site parking and is a 15 minute walk along the Arno River which takes you to the center of the Renaissance, Ponte Vecchio, galleries, food, and shopping. You can take your car to the Chianti heartland with very easy access from RM. Recommended is traveling down the S222 (Chiante Road) to the best scenic drive ever to famous towns and wineries. Angelina is very helpful in directing you where to go, gaining access to impossible to get tickets and the best restaurant tour of Tuscany. Enjoy your travels!

I booked this hotel because I was driving. It feels very happy to come to the store. The taste of the manor is very full and has his own personality. Our original room was small, so I added more than 200 yuan for it. The room type is a bit higher, the room is a lot bigger, and it is very good. The only dissatisfaction with this shop is the service. After arriving at the shop, he found that he was a Golden Key hotel, and it was the Golden Key waiter who received us. We informed that the hotel needed to use the hotel shuttle to Florence at 10 o'clock the next day. He also said that he understood. The next day we arrived on time and changed to a front desk. After we asked her, she said that she didn't know, but quickly called for help. I got a car, and this was nothing, but when we waited for the car, we found that the car arrived, and he left without any handover. He asked the driver, and he was not sure if he was picking us up. We went in to the bar and asked. In addition, there was no goodbye when we left the store. Maybe we paid more attention because he was the golden key? Everything else is very good, only this episode is still recommended.

Clean place and welcoming host as well . There is also a garden if you need to escape from flat for a cigarette PS: Thanks Matteo for hosting me out of normal checkin hours and for the possibility to leave the car there after check-out!

The company has a meeting at a designated hotel. The rooms are large and small. The big house on the side of South wings is not soundproof and can hear the voice of a colleague next door. The advantage is that the location is acceptable. The most dissatisfied is the front desk service, a lot of invoice information entered the wrong place, and finally let the front desk change, the younger brother is still very upset. In Italy, let them fill in the invoices and tax refunds must be carefully checked, all kinds of input errors.

The room is very big and clean, shopping and shopping is very convenient, the only thing is that the location of the hotel is not easy to find no obvious signs, you should carefully look at the picture and then take the elevator to the 4th floor, if it is after 19:00, it will be more trouble, because downstairs The door must be accessed with the door card. You can't find the hotel location from the outside. The breakfast is relatively simple after 8:00, because the staff has not yet gone to work when the train leaves in the morning. We just got back from spending 5 nights at the Ottantotto Hotel in Florence and would recommend it. The hotel is in the Oltrarno area of Florence, across the river from the major sites, but only a 10-15 minute walk away. The area is much calmer and local but still buzzing with activity and with tons of great restaurants, artisan workshops, cafes and pretty squares. The hotel itself is a beautifully restored home with a total of 8 guest rooms and a small garden on the ground floor. We stayed in the basic room and were very comfortable despite its relatively small size. Details and design were well thought out and it was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was pretty good, though we both thought it was a bit strange they wanted to charge 3 Euros additional for a scrambled egg at a place like that. The system for after hours self-checkin was great and I wish more hotels would do it that way!

This hotel is in a strategic location if you have little time to visit the city centre of Florence, just a few steps away from the Duomo, as well as the Ponte Vecchio, the Palazzo Pitti, the Offices and the Gardens of Boboli. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean, and certainly the details of cleaning were missing as angles and a little powder but for the price and last minute choice more than enough. The service is not very well-treated. Breakfast is basic but nothing misses, from sweet to salt. Good selection of tea and infusions. Around 30mt is a convenient garage with a daily price (€25) which also deals with the loading of the loading (in- and out-in), all in a good price-quality ratio.

My fiancé and I found Hotel River very chic and charming, all the details are spotless. The staff are genuinely friendly and attentive. I went to the spa, a tiny but warm and cosy place with a sauna, shower and a warm bubble Jacuzzi, steamed bath (unfortunately closed due the covid rules at the moment but I plan to come back when they open soon). I felt pampered and spoiled from the staff, they use a 100% natural cosmetic italian products. I bought skin care products for myself and my fiancé, and he loves it!!! I should mention, they delivered a written welcome letter to our room, which was sweet. This is our Fiorentina home and we will be here every time I will visit Firenze. Grazie hotel river!

In a motorcycle trip for a month in Europe, it's the hotel I am less satisfied to now. It's only advantage is its location. Otherwise the rest is just disappointing. The hotel is a private parking company, which is located 700m from the receptionist. Second distress, after galling on the way in the bottles under the heat, the first thing I do when I arrive is to take a shower, and I don't understand the water that goes over to the room and the door in and I Then I have to take the water. Fortunately I had taken a double room with two sets of towels. The worst thing is that I just find myself blocked in the bathroom, the handle stuck.... The air conditioning system is dirty, the temperature adjustment is complicated, either too cold or not fresh enough, and it makes an unpleasant noise. In the night I wake up several times and begin to flow from my nose... I cut his story of not getting cold. And just cut, I've got a mosquito that says "I'm not going to leave him alone" . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

Can only agree with what other reviewers have said: this is a small-ish, clean and comfortable hotel made special by the genuine focus on good customer service from all the staff. Special mention to Michele (forgive the spelling) who is one of those people who genuinely wants everyone to have a good time and enjoys helping them out even though he was obviously run off his feet a lot of the time. The distance wasn't a problem for us - it's a simple 10 minute walk straight along the road from Dante's statue next to Santa Croce. It is about as far again from the Duomo as SMN station is to it though, so too far with suitcases on cobbled roads in heat. The roof terrace views of the Florence skyline as the sun sets and picks out the towns in the hills around it were a definite plus, as was the hotel's relaxed views on the honesty bar or just taking your own up to sit and enjoy. The riverside location suited us too - if you're happy to mix with the locals and try out afew basic Italian phrases then this is a great spot for heading where they do for aperitivo. You can either head down in the riverside park (just a basic outdoor bar but very relaxed and friendly and full of locals catching up) or a 10 minute walk up the main road that goes past the hotel away from the river and turn right at the old gatehouse (now in the middle of a roundabout) where you'll find afew decent street bars & restaurants (and a large Coop round the corner). I would have given this 5 stars to reflect the hotel's comforts and great customer service ethos, but for two points: like most of Italy's hotels in converted historic buildings the rooms have been built into wherever they could be fit (it took a couple of days to work out the best route to breakfast through the maze), and on our first night we were put into a ground floor room which looked to be their disability-adapted room. It was just as clean and comfortable as the other rooms but we could see pedestrians' heads as they passed (there are shutters on the windows though). We were moved to the second floor for the rest of the week which was fine. The other thing I would recommend the hotel changes next time they refurbish is the breakfast room - it would be great as a wine bar with its all-white decor, quirky seating and big curved tables at various heights, but not so great for seating guests at breakfast. No doubt social distancing was a factor but I doubt it could accommodate everyone arriving for breakfast in normal times either (you could take a tray away), and even then you're sitting around a big table with other guests, and we could see afew groups who'd travelled together negotiating to be able to sit with each other. Not something that spoiled our stay at all, just something that would make the hotel even better if changed. All in all though a great base for a week and would happily return.

The breakfast is very good, and the variety is much better than the big hotel. Victory is fresh in things. Said to be ten o'clock. In fact, he will wait for you to eat. Because the place is not big, I know which guest has come and which one has not come yet. It usually ends at eleven o'clock. Moreover, the dining is in a small garden, very comfortable environment. The regular room that was booked was a bit small. But it is clean and comfortable. It was postponed for a day and it was good to upgrade a room with a living room. The sofa in the living room is also a folding bed. Although we can't use two, many friends may need it. They are very intimate to provide a room for three or four people, making it easy for families to travel. great.

Absolutely first class small French garden hotel. The hospitality at the front desk is in stark contrast to Rome's five-star hotel Plaza Hotel, which not only has detailed facility introductions, but also actively assists in the planning of tourist attractions. The bartender is enthusiastic and can remember the guests' names. Security awareness is also very strong. When we enter at night, we will ask us to show the room card. I mean during the check in the entire time, the staff ignored me the entire time, I understand he knows I was with my friends, but I have my reservation separately, he should handle it by the order, and not just assigned me the smallest room just because I was a single person.I booked the exactly same type of room just like my friends, and their room is twice bigger than mine. And I can only eat breakfast in bed because there was no room to put it. That’s hilarious actually.

We got the room with a large bed and bunk beds. Service was awesome! They allowed earlier check in because our train arrived to the city before checking, and could arrange very late check out (for a fee, of course), because we had a night train. Everything was great! Very modern amenities, large spaces, clean, working A/C (apparently a luxury), small fridge, coffee machine, nice towels, attentive staff... only drawback could be that it is two flights up, so if might be a challenge. Other than that, this is great! I would certainly return during my next visit. Thank you for everything!

I recently stayed at Granduca for 2 nights. Location wise it isn't that far at all from the city centre, about a 7-minute cab. Rooms were clean, spacious and were perfect for my family. With a decent breakfast and very helpful and kind staff; I have nothing negative to say. My only possible complaint was that the Wi-Fi signal was a little weak from my room, and it did become a little frustrating at times. Overall, great trip and awesome value for money.

Let me talk about the advantages of this hotel: the health is very good, out of 5 points to 4 points; the location is very good to give full marks, the train station is 5 minutes walk, the nearest attraction, Santa Maria del Fiore, go out and go straight, go straight Walking is the famous shopping street in the big brand; the hotel has good quality breakfast, delicious cake, hand-washed coffee and outdoor terrace. Then you have to vomit! Poor facilities, out of 5 points can only give 1 point: the elevator is small and broken, squeaky; the bed in the room is small, the quilt is thin, the air conditioner is not strong, the water flow in the bath hot water is also small, the toilet will also be anti-water... The service could have been given a pass, but only 2 points were given: the last day found that the cleaning secretly took away a whole pack of chocolates we put on the table... and we blamed ourselves for buying a lot. Putting it on the table may feel like taking one and you won't find it, but if we buy it by head, we will not remember the wrong number. Moreover, the cashier is also kept, you can order the number... although 5 euros of small things, but the feeling of being uncomfortable to the residents, this is taboo! Fortunately, shopping is arranged on the last day, advise everyone not to put the valuables in the hotel, it must be locked in the suitcase!

We stayed here for 3 nights. A short 10 minutes walk from train station. We followed direction to reach the hotel. The entrance is cross street from Omega store and next to Velatino store. When approaching to the hotel, you will see many luxury brands leading to the hotel. So.if you like shopping, this is heaven for you. The place has a little elevator can take 4 people at once. It is very small and old fashioned. We were a little bit skeptical about it and until we rode a few times, we started feeling comfortable. In such a hot weather, anything can save us a few steps would be great. When we reach the entrance, it is very easy to check in. Like other Italy hotels. You need to pay city tax separately by the number of guests in the room upon check out. The decoration inside was moden and inviting. We love it. There are 6 rooms inside the unit. Each room hosts different family. I was a little worried that so many families within one unit. It turned out to be fine. Everyone is out for sightseeing so the unit is very quiet even with so many families. Each room has it's own bathroom. They do daily housekeeping. Wifi and air co ditioning works great. The host will provide daily breakfast with meat, cake, freshly baked bread in common area. Lots of choices. The hotel is located in central place. 10 minutes walk to uffizi and other places you need to go. I highly recommend this place.

Love this hotel very much! ! ! Oh, I love it so much! The Pitti Suite we stayed in was very spacious and the room was very large. The double bed was more than enough for three adults. There are beautiful murals on the walls and ceiling, and the furniture and decorations are all retro, like a luxurious palace. The room is decorated with great attention to detail. There is a flower on the slippers and a beautiful heart-shaped rattan on the bath towel. It really suits my liking! After you check in the hotel, you will get the access control code, and then you can enter and exit freely when you enter the hotel gate and restaurant and press the code. I have seen there are no recent reviews so will update you on our visit. First off this is NOT a hotel and they do not have any services at all. They don't advertise that so it is what is says a B&B. Our room way extremely small even for europe rooms. The bathroon was the size of a telephone booth. The drain did not work at all and within 2 minutes the pan was filled and overflowing into the bathroom. You can not use the shower bascially. The air conditioning works but sounds like there are coins bashing around in it and can't really be used at all. No way to sleep in the room with that noise.. its not just a little noise it rattling really loudly. The person that run the place is only there from 2-6pm. He was very nice and helpful. If you need anything after that you are on your own. He said call him and he can come back. But hardly feels right calling a guy to run over to bring extra towels. While the location is excellent..... without a fan or air conditioning the outside noise it unbearable. Loud parties and people have fun below until at least 4:00am. I think I was dosing here and there as I heard about 30 people signing happy birthday at 3:30am. I know we had the smallest room but had I been there a second night I would have checked out a day early. This again is not a hotel I would say its a dorm room with a view.
