I REALLY enjoyed my stay at the Casa Linger! The pictures in the description do not do the hostel justice, it I so nice! The bunk room I was in was recently remodeled & the historical touches kept in place of the 600 year old wooden beams! The bed was comfortable, new heating, new tiled bathroom, new fully functioning kitchen with an oven too, lockers with your own key (no extra charge) and very clean! Good internet signal, excellent communication with the staff who were very helpful. I liked that there is a door code to the front entrance, so that you can come and go easily. There is a key to your bunk room, very secure. It was a very comfortable 'like home' stay for me! Once you find your way around, the public water taxi's drop right off at ”Aresenal” from either airport. ”ACTV or Alilaguna” are economic (15 euro one way)! Nearby the hostel area is a post office, self service laundry and market/grocery store. (in the direction away form San Marco.) Highly recommended!! Just a heads up for people with knee problems. The stairs are very steep (no elevator) it is a wonderful 600 hundred year old building that is super strong & historical. No complaints...just a heads up! :-)

Quiet and comfortable hotel with beautiful garden in which to relax, and staff who give you a very warm welcome. There are two ground floor rooms, 1 & 2, which are accessible for people with mobility impairments. We also stayed in the junior suite, room 12 on return to Venice, and that was lovely - big beds, rooms separated by a heavy curtain, two separate bathrooms, a terrace overlooking the garden. The buffet breakfast offers a good choice and there is always fresh fruit. The hotel is set by one of the smaller canals, and is a ten minute walk from San Zaccaria vaporetto stop. The Alilaguna boats - which service the airport - also stop there. I love Venice, and will return. The Sant Antonin will be my go-to hotel, and I'd like to thank Joey and the team for their help in booking (there were several changes due to Covid) and their very warm welcome.

I stayed here 3 nights 22 - 25 august 2022. Check in was efficient and friendly. Because we arrived early, the room wasn’t ready. The room itself was ok. Wood floors, fairly efficient air con. Terrace with a view over the rooftops and a glimpse of St Mark’s Basilica. A small television with international channels. Old style furniture in keeping with both the room and hotel. The bed was hard but comfortable and we both slept well. The WiFi is adequate. There have been a couple of sites I couldn’t reach which may have been the sites not responding. It was ok for emails and the social sites. The shower worked well enough, but we both found the bath floor slippy when showering. The toiletries, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and soap smelt nice, but were in miniature plastic bottles. We both agreed the soap smelt awful. The water in the sink was hot enough to wet shave in. There were plenty of towels but the towel hook spun round, so was basically, useless. Also, no face cloths were provided. Breakfast was good. Juice, cereals, cooked breakfast and the usual meats and cheeses. There is a small courtyard, which is great for an al fresco breakfast.

Good location, on the island, within walking distance of the attractions. More than 100 meters there is a water bus stop and an airport bus stop, which is very convenient. When you are tired, you can eat something in the restaurant downstairs to see the sea is very comfortable. Hotel facilities in general, although small but basically meet the needs, in Venice, this place is almost the same. I don't like breakfast, I can basically eat enough. There are no elevators in the small hotels in Venice Island, but the third floor is still digestible. I mentioned two boxes to receive my little brother and I was very enthusiastic to help me with the suitcase. Of course, I have to tip the suitcase in a foreign hotel. Although he is so arrogant, it is also a kind of foreign culture.

Hotel location is relatively biased, but the hotel is very special, health is very good, breakfast is very simple, 20 euros a person. Ctrip is very disgusting. I checked the room type according to the 2 big 1 small (and chose the 10-year-old child). The room that came out was only the price of two people. When I arrived at the hotel, the hotel said that the room can only accommodate 2 people and cannot live 3 people. If you want to live 3 people must add 60 euros per night, call Ctrip, Ctrip said they communicate with the hotel front desk, let me wait 15 minutes, then let me wait for 30 minutes, then tell me their details are marked 2 More than 100 years old are charged by adult. Having said that, I would like to ask: I clearly check the room according to the conditions of 3 people. Why do you pay the default and only pay 2 people? The key also sneaked my order description, because I also took the order details to explain to the front desk in the previous minute. At that time, the charge under the age of 17 was displayed as ”-”. After Ctrip knew it, I changed the order. I checked again and changed. Into 60 euros, too ***, the person who handles is also a look that you deserve. Advise everyone, after booking, all order information must be screened in advance! ! Fortunately, the hotel came forward to solve the problem, but it must also be added to the children's breakfast of 20 euros a day to be resolved.

I like it very much and I have recommended it to my friends. The outside of the hotel is very well-maintained, the facilities are very good, there is a very good smell in the air, the service staff is very warm, the breakfast is simple, but it is very particular, and finally eat hot bread. The palatial feel of the room decoration. The wall covering of the full house. Specially designed for Italian decoration. The single room that was occupied on the National Day, more than 800, the price is good. I also came across a wedding photo with a good mood.

Worth the wait! A whole new experience of Venice. For years a friend has been suggesting me this place, and this year they finally had a place for us. It is easy to see why Pensione Accademia is always full. Every detail is considered, first and foremost the comfort of each guest in a way that one might call 'old fashioned'. Names are remembered, wishes are considered, and every effort is made to contribute to the magic of Venice itself. Antonio and Andrea an excellent team at reception, equal parts enthusiasm and humility - from our first moment we felt at home. Sara ready with a smile and words of kindness bid us farewell. All this in a physical environment of genteel elegance and clear professionalism. Honestly, I cannot say enough to recommend this wonderful hotel. Thank you to all, named and otherwise, who made our stay memorable.

I really want to keep this wonderful hotel a secret but I also want to highlight what a fabulous place this is. I am currently writing this review from the secret garden sipping a cappuccino & wishing I could stay. The hotel is beautiful, room was clean & comfortable & breakfast was excellent but what has made our holiday are the extremely friendly staff. When I booked this hotel in summer 2019 to visit September 2020 I would never have imagined that it would be 2022 before I would be able to visit however over the past 2 years Luca & Marco have kept in regular contact & it was lovely to finally meet them & the rest of the team. Our special time in Venice will live in our hearts & we hope to visit again one day 💕

Lets make one thing clear: the staff and the location of the hotel are impeccable. The staff are welcoming and would help you change your room if problem arises. The hotel is also literally right next to St Mark's Square. With that said, everything else are just too outdated and dysfunctional. Rooms are small, doors could not close properly, toilet did not stop flushing... so many problems. If you decide to open the window for some fresh air because the air con did not work, you will be greeted by mosquitos and spiders.

Hotel & service was fantastic! We went for our honeymoon (Venice, Rome, Pisa & Florence). We LOVED Venice the most. St. Regis hotel is clean, employees are nice & helpful, maid service was exceptional - she kept our room tidy, turn down service was great! Room service at 12:30am was alittle slow but very good. We dined in their restaurant - my husband had the ravioli & I had their filet mignon + 2 drinks for 220€ - over priced but it’s okay, we only had dinner there once. Our stay included breakfast which was delicious!! We explored & ate out for our lunch & dinner. (Monday-Saturday) - Saturday we left for Rome. We would definitely recommend St. Regis!! We hope to come back again:)

We came here just after Venice flooded in mid November. We got upgraded to a larger room with a larger bed which was nice. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was very quiet, even with having someone in a room above us. Coffee was available in the morning in the reception. Location was good, a simple 10 minute walk to St Marks Square and they gave you a free map upon arrival. Only drawbacks: WiFi in the room was spotty and slow when it was on and the water took about 5 minutes to warm up. Despite that I highly recommend this hotel especially given it’s very good price. Would stay again if I were to come back to Venice.

In fact, this price of the hotel did not expect high, but at least the cleanliness of the mattress should be a must, after taking a shower at night to open the quilt to see all hair, or a variety of colors, gold brown black. . . Nausea is dead and the air conditioner is turned on for a long time. It turns off automatically before 10 pm. When we went, it happened to catch rain, and the location of the room was on the shade, so the room was extremely cold. opened. In addition to the front desk service is ok, there are also cheaper prices, it can't find any advantages

This was the cutest most quaint place to stay. Upon our arrival they reassured us they would handle our luggage after we had been traveling from a cruise and were very tired. The girl at the front desk offered us water, and even walked us towards a great restaurant she had recommended. She was very sweet. When our room was ready they upgraded us to one of their suites to make us more comfortable. The suite was very big and decorated beautifully. It felt magical. Each time we were out and about exploring, we felt excited to come back to our home for the next two days! Five out of five!! Definitely a hidden gem!

Our room was tiny, two single beds and fridge as bedside table. Reception didn't tell me there was a step down on opening a door so very dangerous. We had to walk two flights of stairs to the room as lift only went to 4th floor, ours was 6th but reception told us only a few stairs. Rooms weren't much bigger than the twin beds, wardrobe had a hole in the door and not much cupboard space with only 3 hangers between two folk. Bathroom wasn't much better, long and extremely narrow. Two folk couldn't get ready at the same time in either room as it was so small. The room also had a musty smell. Bathroom window wouldn't close either. Stairs to room were steep, not like the rest of stairs of hotel and there was no aircon units on our floor apart from very noisy one in room. This was our 2nd stay in Venice and I know the rooms are slightly dated but this has to be the worst room my husband and I have every stayed in. Maids also threw the bed covers and bolster cushion on top of the wardrobe rather than on the bed, we found this bizarre. I booked this city break through a travel agent as it was a multi city break. Photos on the website look lovely which is why we decided to book with great a great location. This particular room is not shown at all and the hotel should not be putting paying guests into this room. My in-laws were with us, their room was slightly bigger with canal view, more storage, furniture and aircon for same price

The hotel is small, but the suite has two rooms and two bathrooms, which are in line with the requirements of family or friends, and can be left alone in a single room. Breakfast is good, very rich, the hotel is very convenient, very close to St. Mark's Square, because St. Mark's Square has many attractions, such as St. Mark's Basilica, the Governor's Palace, the Bridge of Sighs, etc., and it is an important water The dock, so the location is still very good. But the hotel's facilities are too old, the keys are metal rather than room cards, and the sheets are often damp, which makes people very uncomfortable. There is still a bit of expensive, I don't know if Venice's price is very expensive or something else, close to the price of 900 for one night, but it still feels a little uncomfortable.

This hotel has gone above and beyond in every situation! We arrived late after struggling to find out how to reach the hotel from M.Polo airport however, I was emailing the hotel and they guided us here which was amazing 🤩 Our room was perfect, air conditioned and had refreshments in the fridge on arrival. Our room was cleaned and fresh bedding each night (we stayed for 3 nights) The food in the restaurant was impeccable and we enjoyed the breakfast! So much choice 😍 Venice is 20 minutes away from the hotel and you can purchase tickets from the hotel. They are €1,50 each person each way, for us €6,00 total to venice and back 😦 amazing! Venice is beautiful and a truly mesmerising place to visit. We stayed here for my birthday and had dinner right on the canal in Venice, where my now Fiancé proposed to me!!🤩🥰💍 On our last day we arranged transport directly to the airport which costs €40,00 for 2 people. We were offered a free drink and snacks just an hour before leaving. Such a lovely gesture and we appreciate it a lot. Truly an amazing stay and would recommend to all! Thank you so much Smart Hotel Holiday, you have made us fall in love with Venice and hopefully we will be back next year to celebrate our anniversary 💍😍❤️

The hotel is in a very good location near the centre and the San Marco Square. We crossed several people to the reception all very friendly and friendly! Our room was quite spacious furnished in Venetian style with mini bars and a very big and warm bathroom with a shower with various sofas. The only sin (certainly the covid situation does not help) is breakfast. The breakfast room is almost the space between the doors of the rooms so quite narrow and there are only 4 tables (the hotel has more than 8 rooms),so either you are lucky and arrive in a quiet moment or you have to go on the row to sit. It is also managed by a single lady who has to take orders to unwash tables and serve you all; you can't take a yoghurt or a box of packed cereals in autonomy. I understand the food that is out of the market, but the rest is not because it is only more ****** and more time is spent for people waiting for breakfast. In addition, there is really little choice of both sweet and salt and it is a real sin!

We booked four nights and had a lovely large room, room only, overlooking canal. Large airy pleasant room. Comfortable bed. Clean good linen. Great bathroom. Hot water . All very clean and in good condition We had tea and coffee and biscuits and complimentary toiletries. All replenished. Room cleaned daily. There was a kitchen with fridge and toaster and hob etc which I assume was for general use. The arrangement is you call staff to check in if you are outside their regular slots. You need to call a mobile. Don't think front door bell was working. It's an odd arrangement trying to get hold of staff by phone especially if you don't speak Italian. But they are very helpful and obliging indeed when you manage to communicate. Would definitely recommend this as a good option for all reasons above plus its central location, and it's near San Marco. We managed to get very lost every day and Google maps don't seem to give answers so do orientate yourself

The hotel is diagonally opposite the train station, very close! It is the most comfortable place to live in Italy. There are supermarkets and many restaurants next to it! The room is also big! The owner can speak Chinese and recommended the restaurant to us! It also gave us a lot of directions to the main island, how to ride and play! Let our trip in Venice go very smoothly! Will choose to live here next time!

I'm sorry to give 4 stars for a simple reason: booked the room with balcony about a month and a half before, two days When they arrive, they contact me saying they have a heating problem and they have to turn me into a apartment. Of course, the start is imminent and acceptable with a thousand doubts. We may be in 2021 l, in Venice, a problem of this kind cannot be solved in real time?? 4 stars for girls for their gentleness and patience. I can't judge the hotel having stayed in a small apartment

Quiet, comfortable and still central. Nice and neat. It was a pleasure to stay at this small pension and I enjoyed having only 5 Minutes walk to the sea. I had a swim there at the Beginning of Oktober! Temperatures 21/21 degrees. From here to Marcus Square max. 30 minutes.

We stayed here as a family of 9 in August 2020. The hotel is great for larger groups as they have triple rooms which comfortably fit 3 people and are large and airy. We had 4 rooms in the hotel, all were impeccably clean and had great views of the canal. Breakfast has been adjusted to comply with the latest Covid guidelines and works well. You have to make your breakfast selection the night before and your breakfast is brought to your table once you are seated. The breakfast choice was great for us and we really appreciated the service of the breakfast team who were so kind and attentive. The hotel is perfectly located and is just a 5 minute stroll to San Marco square and probably about 15 mins from the Rialto Bridge. Wearing a comfy pair of shoes is a must as you will do a lot of walking in Venice. A special mention must go to all of the staff who were always efficient and friendly with all members of my family. Giovanni on reception was great throughout the booking process, our stay and helping out with our departure - thank you so much. I would return to this hotel in a heartbeat. Book through their website to get the best rates and choice of rooms. Thank you from the whole family for making our trip to Venice a happy and memorable time.

The location is very good, just 80 meters on the edge of St. Mark's Square, but it is really worthless. The canal view room is a very poor small waterway, then a construction site, the room is very small, if you don't talk about a hundred-year-old shop, Domestic Samsung

Booked two rooms for kids and ourselves through a travel agent but may have been cheaper online but they found us good flights. + First of all the rooms are cheap and clean and reasonably well maintained - always vital ! + Located near bus stop to Mestre central and tram to Venice. Bus stops at 23:15 pm I think. + Nice Staff and a pretty reasonable breakfast. - TV not really usable at that hight and above light - pretty unique position.. - Like most Italian hotels room has tiled floor but as bed not attached to wall if you lean on wall to read book you will push the bed across floor ... - thin walls and small lift - may struggle if in wheelchair for those interested. Overall a good budget hotel and worth considering given + points. I don't bother with Italian TV and dubbed westerns and stairs are fine if necessary - if the hotel spent £100 on non-slip feet for all the beds the main issue would be resolved.
