I needed a place to stay quickly when I found out last minute that my apartment was being fumigated. Extended Stay promptly accommodated me AND my cat in a comfortable room, for a great price. The lobby staff were friendly and helpful, particularly the manager, Tekajah Marshall. My only criticisms would be that the walls are pretty thin, and I could hear people in all the surrounding rooms, and in the halls. Also, when I wanted to confirm the check-out time, there was no answer when I called the front desk. Otherwise, a great experience for a fair price! Thanks, Extended Stay!

The free breakfast is a bit better than most breakfasts, with a few more hot options. Free parking! Cost-effective. The front desk was friendly and enthusiastic, and I also like to make fun of it. It was very relaxing. We gave us a double bed on the top floor. The checkout and refund deposits were very fast.

There are several big supermarkets in the surrounding area. There are also a variety of Chinese-style Japanese restaurants in Southeast Asia. There are more restaurants and more restaurants. The hotel is quite clean. The front desk is nice and close to the beach.

A good place to stay of reasonable budget. Free parking, breakfast and rooms ok. It is a busy road but our room was upstairs and overlooked the courtyard so was very quiet. Lovely staff who are very helpful and accommodating. We were able to check in hours before and park our car. There's a good wine and beer shop on the corner next to a petrol station with a couple of good restaurants - great Chinese!! Turn left out of the hotel and there is a brewery with great craft beers, sports bar and great food Firestone Walker. The hotel is about a mile walk to Venice Beach but there is a public bus you can take along Washington Boulevard. It is about a 2-3 mile walk along the beach to Santa Monica pier. You can book star line HOHO tours direct from the hotel. I'd recommend the LA with Beverly Hills, walk of fame and Hollywood homes. You stop at Venice beach and Santa Monica.

The plane was booked here at six o'clock in the morning. It is very close to the airport. There is a shuttle bus to and from the airport. It seems to run at least every half an hour, and it is convenient to arrive in about 10 minutes. The standard room has two beds. The bed is quite large and can sleep two people. There seems to be no place to eat around the hotel, but it doesn't matter if you just catch a plane. It feels pretty quiet and will not be noisy by the sound of the plane, that is, the sound of the air conditioner is a bit loud, but it is not cold before turning off. An additional deposit of $ 50 was charged at the time of check-in. At present, two days after check-out had not been refunded to me. It said that it was 5-7 days. In short, this price is not bad, it is recommended to catch a plane.

I chose Homewood Suites as an Honors member for the proximity to the airport. In their introduction, they invite guests to have more time to relax as they are 5 minutes from the airport terminals. As we had a 24 hour layover, and didn’t want to run around LA in the middle of Covid, we chose the hotel for its room size and small kitchen. We arrived at 12:30pm and were told it would be $60 to get into our room early. And they meant it. They didn’t let us in till 4 on the dot. No complimentary half hour early release into the room that probably was clean by noon. The lobby was empty and we sat watching stuff on our phones and reading, as we would have been doing in the room, so our choice, but considering how much we’d spent on the room in our loyalty program, I was surprised at the extremely subpar check in experience. (There were a few interactions- Internet access, getting a restroom key - that left me feeling more like a homeless interloper than a valued guest waiting to check in to her suite.) Then, to add insult to injury, when inquiring about the shuttle service to the airport so I could plan my morning, they have no schedule and instead of saving ones time so I could “spend less time in travel mode” as they promise on their website, they wanted me to come down an hour (!!!!!) before I wanted to be at the airport (2 hours before my flight). So, they get an epic fail at customer service and breaking the fundamental promise of why I chose this hotel (out of the dozens of choices) and I am making this promise to you, Hilton. I’m done staying in your hotels. Train your people to be kind and accommodating to their guests. Till then, I’ll check out some other hotels.

The American white skin is really speechless. As an international student, I really feel that Americans are bullying and hard. Because I rushed to the plane at the end of the semester and hurriedly set the wrong room date, I hope the hotel can help adjust the check-in time, even if I pay some penalty. Who knew the hotel was so arrogant that the Yankees were so arrogant that they were not prepared to refund any money, and did not even agree to change the room. There is no way to call the local report phone number, and after talking to the hotel, this group of talents obediently withdrew the previous deposit ... Seriously, the Chinese still have to be tough when going out, and seek assistance as much as possible when they are arrogant and opposite. In order not to be bullied

Stayed just one night before a flight but I would have gladly stayed longer. Very nice hotel extremely close to LAX. First the hotel: Very well appointed rooms and bathrooms. I thought at first the HVAC didn't work but it was so quiet that I couldn't tell. Nice large TV and a view (remember this is an airport hotel) of a couple runways. Room was clean and spacious. My only complaint is the beds were too soft. That is personal preference. Check in was easy and when you scan your card at the elevator, it tells you what lift to take and then goes straight to your floor. Ran into a robot helper on the ground floor, almost literally. Location: You are right at the entrance to LAX. Any closer and you're in the airport. The day was overcast and I easily walked from the Avis return to the hotel in maybe 10-12 minutes. Perfectly safe though not a lot of pedestrian traffic. The shuttle ride to Term 4 might have been 4 minutes. Rate: I thought really good consider it was LA and right by the airport and I have paid more for much less in other places so no complaints there either. There aren't a lot of convenient eating places. The menu for the inhouse restaurant was ok. There is a Krispy Kreme on the bottom floor and a Rinaldi's Deli just across the entrance. I ate there. I would definitely stay again.

The transfer stayed here for one night, and there was a shuttle bus to and from the airport. The driver was very nice and helped carry the luggage. Thanks for paying the tip. Special reminder: remember to take the elevator to the departure floor on the third floor when you get off the plane, go out and look for the stop sign with the word Hotel shuttle and wait there Seeing the car with the hotel name on the body, it waved. Stop beckoning. Because this is the site of all hotel shuttle buses, you leave without beckoning. I left early for breakfast, but when I went downstairs, I saw the restaurant at work. Guess it should be ok. The front desk is small and there is only one waiter. When I arrived late, no one helped take the luggage upstairs, but it was also convenient to provide a luggage cart. The next morning, go downstairs and take the luggage cart to carry your luggage downstairs. Overall a good choice for connecting flights. 5 minutes to the airport terminal 7. I flew over from China to transfer and took the domestic flight the next day. The night view of the room is very beautiful. See picture-night view outside the window. It is recommended to choose here.

This is your typical Embassy Suites - nice large area for chatting with friends and family at the happy hour and for the free breakfast. The breakfast was great as is normal for this brand of hotel. The room was nice with two comfortable queen beds and the second room had a sofa bed that pulled out. The bathroom was large and clean. We had a fridge, microwave and a coffee maker which is very nice. I will say that parking here isn’t the best. There is limited parking on level and a small garage underground. However I realize it’s at the airport which makes things more cramped. The road to get in to the hotel was under construction so it wasn’t the easiest to get in and out of. Hopefully that is completed quickly so it’s not so hard to access. There is an airport shuttle for those who don’t need a car, which is quick and convenient. Other than the parking, We would stay here again for easy access to the airport with a nice clean room.

Great location but check in was rather long wait. Must take the correct shuttle bus as Sheraton Gateway is NOT the same as Four Point Sheraton. Took me 10 minutes walk 😂

The environment is very good, because several hotels resident on this day moved to here for three nights without rooms, the price is slightly expensive, but the hotel environment and room settings are really good, super warm and sweet feeling, Small promenade and open air area outside Big Love Hotel

Amy Bloch, the Concierge, contacted us about 2 weeks before our arrival asking if there was anything she could do for us either setting up any tours, restaurant suggestions and reservations or anything we might need. After asking for suggestions on restaurants she did send me quite a selection of different types of restaurants along with things to do around Hollywood and Los Angeles. When my friend and I arrived Amy greeted us at the front desk, welcoming us to the Roosevelt Hotel. The entire staff from the front desk, the guys at the valet parking, housekeeping and room service were outstanding. They couldn't do enough for us. Everyone at the hotel, especially Amy made our stay simply fantastic. The Roosevelt Hotel is the only place we would stay in Hollywood.

Downtown Los Angeles
It's a big place like Los Angeles, and the room is so small, I feel drunk too. It is too small to open the luggage, which is inconvenient to open. I specifically explained that I want a quiet room. The garbage truck on the street started to pull garbage less than 5:00 in the morning. The staff talked. I thought the window was not closed. As a result, there was no window for you to open. It was just a piece of glass with light. Just come in. A small refrigerator, placed on a shelf, but not in a cabinet. There is nothing in the refrigerator, but it is plugged in, and the operation noise is noisy all night. It will collapse when you live one day. No one will help you. Carry luggage. No one asks if you need help. Is this still Los Angeles I know? The beds are ok, moderately hard and soft. The location is good. It is convenient to walk everywhere, and around breakfast. Walking on HIlls street towards 3rd street, everything is there. May not stay here next time, unless there is no choice.

Los Angeles International Airport Area
Because of the proximity to the airport, the sound of the plane taking off and landing has never stopped, quiet is not enough, and I can sleep. The hotel room did not actively provide slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste. It was okay to call to ask the housekeeping to arrive. The bathtub has no glass door, just a plastic shower curtain. The shower faucet is fixed to the wall. There is a free shuttle to the airport 24 hours. The driver also helped to carry luggage up and down. The service was good.

My family has been using the Anza hotel for all of our trips to the Calabasas/LA area for the past 4 years or so, and we love it here. I hope we can continue to rely on the Anza for years to come. Beautiful rooms, superb location, and best of all they allow pets! The prices for rooms are very reasonable and they all have a nice "boutique feel" to them which adds something special. I want to add an extra note about my last stay here, which took place during the first days of the Covid-19 outbreak. I traveled alone without my husband and child to Calabasas/California because I needed to be with a gravely ill parent who soon passed away. Being able to stay in a comfortable hotel during this awful period was such a comfort to me, and I want to add that Ryan, who works at the Bistro restaurant and bar, was especially great to me during this time. Ryan prepared delicious meals for me, got to know me and my love for an evening glass of wine right away, and was a warm, friendly presence when I came home from the hospital at night (and in later days, came home to the hotel after days spent making final arrangements). Ryan and the team at the Anza who continued to work during the stressful days of Covid-19 "stay at home restrictions" were truly a blessing to me and I value, and am so grateful for, their work on the behalf of me and other guests who really needed a hotel stay for emergency reasons.

Everything was on point! All the staff were very accommodating! I arrived early Saturday and I was lucky to get a room early. Which helped a lot since we were on the go per our Soccer Tournament. When we needed a space to have our potluck in the evening they helped with our set up. Everyone was very friendly and customer service was amazing!
