Location is near Lenin Street, clean and tidy
it is good! (Although this comment is only one word, but the grammar is rigorous, the word is neat, the structure is clever, and it is succinct, it can be said to be concise and succinct, which shows the solid writing skills of the commentator, as well as the writing skills and the astounding creativity of the writer, which is admirable. , plus the end of the exclamation mark, it is the crowning touch)

There isn't really anything to not like about this place (apart from the showers) but it's just a bit odd. Firstly it seems like people permanently live here? You come back from site seeing and the guy in the common area who was glued to the play station all morning is still there... so you have your meal while watching grand theft auto. In the meantime a mother is sitting next to you doing homework with her kids. It's just a very strange vibe like your in their home and it's a bit uncomfortable? This also means hostel etiquette doesn't work like people are constantly just in and out of rooms and being load while your trying to sleep. People seem to treat it like a home too just leaving cups all over the place and food out on the sides in the kitchen. One bowl of porridge had been sitting there for about 3 days (nice) The showers need to be improved as no matter what time I tried to shower they were always freezing and didn't drain very well. You often have to wait to use a toilet or a shower in the morning as there arnt enough for the amount of people staying. We waited to use the kitchen until later also as it was so busy first thing. Previous reviews mentioned breakfast but we weren't told/shown anything about it being included so just helped ourselves to coffee. The place is amazing in a clean sense within the rooms and the decorations are really cool. You can see lots of time has been spent on the decor perhaps at the expense of the practical necessities. For example a cheeky trip to IKEA for some cutlery, sheets that actually cover the whole bed and curtains that keep the light out would be a good start (pictured). You also don't get a key to lock your room if your in a dorm so it's just let open for people to wonder in and you have to rely on small lockers in the hall. Although we got told off when we handed our locker key back in as we should not have had it? Despite another member of staff handing it too us. Confusions like this and with bookings are probably due to the fact that there seems to be around 7 people working here and the communication clearly isn't very good. The staff are brilliant and really helpful. I would probably stay again for the money but as I keep saying it is a slightly odd one.
The hotel has complete service and facilities.
Hotel location is good, more than 10 minutes drive from the airport, very close to the city center. There are shopping centers, circuses and parks in the surrounding area. Hotel service is very good, clean, tidy and comfortable
I spent four days at the Palais Royal at the turn of 2019 and 2020. The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city near the airport and offers a very quiet and comfortable stay. Transfer to the city center is no problem. The stay also enriches the neighborhood "Чапаевские бани" = traditional Russian sauna with an interesting offer of services. The hotel is well equipped for your stay. I greatly appreciated the hotel restaurant, which works at the level of hotels of the highest categories. The menu is great, the restaurant staff is perfectly professional and the chef is a magician. Huge thanks for truly gourmet experiences and great staff work. All staff are the pride of the hotel. Everyone I met made my stay very pleasant. Sales manager-Irina, who organized for me the New Year's Eve, waiter Maxim and his colleagues at the restaurant, Receptionist-Ksenia and Agam - Hotel Protection Officer, and all the others who make a great company. Thank you all for a beautiful four days. Staying in the hotel I highly recommend.
We stayed at this hotel for one night. It was a little difficult to find, but was a great experience. The entrance to the hotel is not on Sverdlova Street, but on Azina Street, which is the first right turn when walking in a southerly direction from the top of Sverdlova Street. at the top of Sverdlova Street, is the train monument. The number 27 will be seen on the wall, and as you walk into the small courtyard, you will see steps leading upstairs through a large window. with the word "Oteab" with three stars over it. Oteab is Russian for hotel. The door has a slight arched covering over it, and the unmistakable green trip advisor sticker. There is a intercom buzzer to the right of the door, where you can request entry from the front desk. Check in was quick and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable, and the wifi worked well. The receptionist did our laundry for a small fee, and while this was being done, we walked back to Sverdlova Street where there is a small supermarket, and stocked up on supplies. The only problem that we had was ordering breakfast, as we didn't understand a few of the options on the menu. Breakfast was served early and was perfect. The receptionist kept our bags at the front desk for no extra charge, so that we could explore the city until early afternoon. This was a great experience, and we would stay here again. it is very convenient for airport transportation, as the electric train (Koltsovo Express) has two trips a day to/from the airport. If the train schedule is not convenient, Bus # 1, which is a direct route to the airport, can be taken from in front of the railway station, and departs at least once hourly
The hotel is very clean and located in the centre of the city. The room has a hairdryer, dental supplies, disposable comb, razor, soap supplies. There are 2 tables, so if you travel together, there will be a place to work for both of you. The main advantage of the hotel is that it's very clean: towels and linens were clean, no foreign spots. Because of cleanliness, I can forgive the hotel its shortcomings. The main disadvantage is that it's very noisy because the walls are super thin, you will be able to hear your neighbours and what happens in the corridor.
The hotel is old, not far from the city center.
It should be the best hotel in the area. The room was clean, hygienic and tidy, facing a river with a nice view outside the window. Hotel front desk service is general, it may be a language problem.
Overall not bad, will stay again next time!
The hotel is close to the commercial street. I didn't know the road at the beginning. I walked a few times and then found the commercial street in a few minutes. The hotel is clean and clean, that is, the breakfast type is less. The restaurant waiter will ask you what to eat. Such as porridge, cakes and other, these are not placed outside.
Good option to stay for layover, rooms are new and well equipped, receptionists are professionals, restaurant staff need more trainings. Safety box was broken in my room although I didn’t report it..
Looking at other reviewers comments, they have captured the key points of this hotel, that being a good location, clean, good breakfast, hot water, English news channels and so on. As such I can only reinforce the previous reviews. What I would like to add is that for my two and a half day stay, the reception team were outstanding. They helped me arrange a taxi out to the military museum and return, did a couple of pages printing for me, gave guidance to a nearby supermarket and all in great English. So a huge “Well done and thank you” to the reception team. Such service only enhances the other fine aspects of the hotel.
The room is very small, don't even think about an extra bed. The location is opposite the train station and should be good. The room is too small.
We booked this hotel last minute while in Yekaterinburg for the Worldcup. The hotel is small yet the room was very confortable, clean and tastefully decorated. The lady at the front desk was very friendly. Would recommend any time.
Friendly staff, convenient location, delicious breakfasts
Breakfast is good, the hotel location is superb, located in the main road! Most waiters had a good attitude, but the girl who checked in to us was very unprofessional in eight rooms for two hours, and was extremely impatient in the later period. The hotel helped to call the taxi 1,500 rubles to the airport, calling it 500 rubles, and comparing the pits. Former Hilton, I don’t know why I changed my name. Overall is still good, recommended.
Travelling with toddler son, I had booked this hotel after reading about so many other hotels. It turned out to be a good choice. For a 4 star hotel it is a bit small, and our room was smaller than I had imagined. At first, Internet or rather WiFi, was not working, but the staffs were helpful to sort it out quickly. A few things like hair-dryer, or the little fridge, were not working, but I didn't complain about them since I didn't use them. Of course, I spoke no Russian and the (reception) staffs spoke a very little to no English, so the communication was a bit challenging. Even then, it was possible to work things out through translation apps! Due to flight issue we arrived a day later than expected, but still the staffs didn't charge us for the night we didn't stay. That was very considerate of them! Breakfast was fine, many different things to eat, except that there was not much choices for bread, and no cornflakes/muesli choices for my son. We had a delicious dinner. On my 2nd day, at the restaurant/bar I met a very nice young (bar)man, who spoke English well, and he was extremely helpful with everything. That was really great! Overall, for our budget, it was a very good deal, and me and my son had a fantastic time at the hotel. I would definitely stay there again.
Very good hotel is not luxurious, but the European style is also very high-end.
We stayed at this airport hotel for one night, due to having an early flight. We took Bus # 1 from in front of the railway station to the airport. The bus runs at least once an hour, but is a mashrutka, so leaves when the driver is ready. The electric train (Koltsovo Express) is also an option, but it only runs the route twice per day, so is usually not convenient. It may be a little difficult to find the hotel if you are looking for the name "Liner". The name is in red Russian characters," лайнер" at the top of the hotel, and the red sign for the 24 hour cafe (also in Russian) is probably more noticeable. The name is also over the entrance to the hotel, but is difficult to see as it is in Russian characters again, and the same colour as the grey background. To the right of the entrance is a red and white sign that has in enlish, "Liner Hotel". Our check in was efficient, and we were happy as we had been in the rain all day and were soaked. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The internet worked well, and despite being beside the airport, we had a good rest. We had a great meal in the cafe which was reasonably priced. The next morning, we arrived for breakfast at 4am, and the front desk had already scheduled it, as it was included in the room rate.. If you are interested in seeing the attractions of Yekaterinburg, this may not be the most convenient location. We consider it perfect for a short stay. The only negative that we saw, was the small elevator.
On the edge of Victory Park, the air is very good, the price is very good.
Nice place, located in the center of the city. Good view around and it’s easy to get everywhere.
The location is very good. Everything is new and in good condition. Service is normal for Russia. In other words, they could be more pleasant. You come in for breakfast and three people that work there just stare at you like "what do you want?"
This hotel has a good location from where it´s easy to walk to the city´s main tourist attractions. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The only problem remains with the hot water. This was my second time at this hotel and both times there have been problems. Sometimes hoter water takes time ( a long time!) to come out and other times it simply doesn´t. The management explained that this is due to the fact that the building is old. This is an issue that needs to be solved even if it requires a major investment.
Location on the pedestrian street
Despite its frosty name meaning "winter", the hotel is warm and cozy. It's located just 15 minutes walk from the city main square and the convenience store and KFC is at the doorstep. The only drawback is the complete lack of sound insulation: you can hear every whisper through the walls (and so they can hear every breath of you). So if you want to make love in Zima, think twice ;-)
The place was good and clean the staff are nice, and simple to sleep over, also very close to the metro station and the center of the City and the stadium. The were busy but they managed to give the room on time. And they allowed us to keep our luggage there even after the checkout. The Cafeteria staff were kind enough and the room was clean and quiet.
