The hotel room was very clean and there was a free bottle of water on the first day. Breakfast at the hotel is discounted from 25 euros to 16 euros. If you are too lazy to eat, the hotel is also a good choice.        There were sounds of fireworks for two consecutive nights, and I started to think it was a gunfire ... I didn't sleep well.        The front desk staff was also very welcoming. The only disadvantage is that the hotel room is too small for a bed and a place to walk alone. But this price is already very affordable to live in the central area, can't ask for more ~

Great location, within walking distance of the main church, Picasso Museum. The nearby alleys are very good. The hotel is modern and well-equipped. It is difficult to have slippers and toothbrushes. It is really not available in general hotels! And the service staff is very enthusiastic, will choose this next time you go to Barcelona!

The general hotel in general, the most commendable is the location of the hotel, the absolute golden location, to go to the sights and shopping streets to walk (within 1 km); the metro station is within 500 meters. The cathedral is right behind the hotel. But the rest of the hotel is average... Breakfast is an order, and there are not many varieties available. Breakfast is considered to be below average in similar hotels. The hotel facilities are simple, even ridiculous, no tableware. The so-called executive room I have set up is a boudoir type. I don’t think it makes sense to set a high-grade room type in Ctrip. Last year in Venice, Italy, the room type was not correct.

We loved our stay at the Catalonia Magdalenes and hope to return in the not too distant future! The hotel is located in the Gothic Quater, and is within walking distance from the metro and several must see landmarks. The Kiss of Freedom is literally just around the corner, as well as Las Ramblas, and one of the oldest markets, La Boqueria. There is just too much to see, or mention. The hospitality team is warm, attentive and beyond helpful. Sergi gave us a map of the city with many great attraction recommendations. He is simply amazing! Each time we left and re-entered the hotel the team greeted us warmly. Our room had a modern feel and offered so many amenities. It was airconditioned, and the curtains fully block out light (this is great if you are in need of recovering from jet lag, or simply want to sleep in). The rooftop lounge offers a beautiful view, an infinity pool and cabanas. The service offered by Silverio was phenomenal, which is why we went every night. We loved chatting with him and learning more about Barcelona, and added landmarks that are a must see. We never had an empty glass. On our last night Adam recommended one of his favourite tapas restaurants which we highly, highly recommend for an authentic tapas experience. We added breakfast to our accommodation and we were very pleased with the selection offered. It gave us just what we needed for a jam-packed day of sight seeing! Ten out of ten for this hotel and the hospitality team!

Hotel location is very good, very close to Barcelona Cathedral, go out and turn right about 100 meters. The interior of the hotel is very tasteful and you can see Barcelona Cathedral in the room. Going to the Sagrada Família, the Mila House and other places are all within 10 euros. 5-6 minutes walk from Plaza Catalunya, it is also very convenient to take the airport bus. Personally prefer this hotel to the Grand Hotel in Cologne.

We had a wonderful couple of days at Denit Hotel. The hotel is centrally located for walking and bus tours. Wonderful sites, restaurants and the best gelato nearby. The service by Pablo and his fellow workers was fantastic. They were very gracious and helpful. They spoke English very well. I give them five stars.

Good location Downstairs is Brandon Avenue Opposite is a big Carrefour. 5 minutes from Plaza Catalunya, 7-8 minutes from the Bodega Market. The beach is about 30 minutes. You can wear the alleys to feel the time passing through, and the atmosphere of the city, but also pass by the Barcelona Episcopal Church. The hotel itself is like this. The room is not too small. A little noisy along the street. Service is OK.

My credit card was stolen in Barcelona, the day before and I was unable to find a room to stay in. I actually spent the night sat on a subway floor with my bag, until I could call my family the next day to wire me some funds. The hotel let me charge my phone so I could call my family and I was so thankful for the clean bed and hot shower, so I could visit the Spanish police the following day to cancel my card and report the incident! What a nightmare! but thanks for the charge! A little expensive

We wanted to test the Sarria area where this hotel is located. It is a very quiet and relaxing area. Bar Tomas - which has Barcelona's best ”patata bravas” - is reason enough to visit this area. The room price is reasonable and reflects that this is totally outside the city center. But it also has its advantages. It was a little dirty in the shower and it pulls down. The breakfast are simple, but also very cheap. The net was good and the service invisible. If you get a good price, like quiet and quiet, this could be an option. But no more than the middle of the tree on all levels.

Ive had the best stay ever - I can recommend this hotel to everyone! It is very clean and the workers are the most friendly staff I have ever experienced! Me and my boyfriend shared the ‘Patio-Room’, which was very large. The bed is very soft and big too. The bar in the lobby is very cosy and the cocktails look and tasty amazing, hence the pricing.

Pros: Great location; beautiful, clean modern rooms; great coffee, lovely appointed kitchen that guests may use. Cons: Lack of communication; no sound proofing between rooms & halls; AC didn't work. I would not stay here again & therefore would not recommend this hotel. I’m still baffled as to the high ratings on this website and other travel websites. I’ll be wary to go by ratings again for accommodations I find on this website and other popular travel websites. 1) When we arrived there was no one available to let us in. The reception is open only from 12:00 pm - 7:00 pm. Check in is at 3:00, no one was even available to leave luggage. It's extremely inconvenient. We wasted a lot of time the day of check-in. We sent multiple WhatsApp messages & could see that they had been received, but there were no responses even though I requested responses. A phone call ended in a hang up on their end. There was a sign on the door stating the hotel would be closed until after the day we had a reservation to check in. This was disconcerting (see photo). Someone should man the desk during normal business hours, 9-5. In speaking with other guests & even the hotel staff at another nearby accommodation, this is a frequent event. Other travelers there during our stay had a similar experience --- wasting a lot of time trying to check in or drop-off bags. 2) Temp control didn’t cool the room. The thermostats in the room don’t control the temperature in the rooms. We had left one of our keys, which work the outlets, plugged in the entire day. The room was still hot when we returned early evening. The owner suggested we leave the key in the outlet totally disregarding my comment that we had done exactly that — left one of the keys in the outlet all day. When we returned at midnight, the room was still hot & this was May. I cannot even imagine the inferno the room will be in the summer months. 3) There's minimal soundproofing. You can hear guests from other rooms and in the hallway.

The plane was early the next morning, so I chose this one. The uncle at the front desk had a very good attitude. He called the front desk after landing T2 and told him in detail where to wait for the hotel shuttle. We landed at about eleven and the shuttle at eleven thirty Booked the shuttle bus early in the morning the next day, very punctual, about ten minutes drive to the airport

Absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was both friendly and professional...from the staff up front (perfect English), to the doorman, and cleaning staff. Everything was perfect. Very clean and great amenities. It was also my boyfriend’s birthday and they brought him a really wonderful surprise!! I was very happy with the stay and I will come again. Please note the pool is small, so don’t except much swimming.

The Hostalin placed in the middle of the main streets of Barcelona named Passeg De Garcia. It is near all the famous fashion stores for those of you who look for Gucci, Tommy Hilfiger, Luis Vouton etc. Near by lots of restaurants - I recommend Bella Italia & Ciudad Conda. And in five minutes more or less you can reach the metro. It also placed exactly in the middle of Gaudi's well known buildings - Casa Balio & Casa Mila. The Hostalin has no breakfast or any other extra accessories so in case you are looking for a pool or launge that's not the place for you. Fit for those who wish to sleep and stay out of the room most of their vacation period. Price was decent compared to other hotels/hostels in the same area.

Stayed here for one night before getting on a cruise. We've been to Barcelona several times before and chose this Hotel because of it's great location. It's at one of the main roads with all the action. Only a 10' ride from the port and only a 10' walk from our most favourite place in town: Quimet & Quimet. So for us it has the perfect location. There's a bakery / coffee shop just around the corner as well and several mini-marts. The room was very nice. Modern, really clean and also very quiet. TV, aircon/heater, free WiFi and all the usual stuff. Had a very good night here, very comfy bed. We really have to point out that it's a very very clean place and for this price a great value. Front desk were really nice and friendly folks. A quick and easy check-in and check-out. Organised a taxi for us as well, very convenient and on time. It's great for a night before cruising or also for a city-trip. Becaus of the central location you can walk to many sights easily or the the subway, which is near. A great place to stay.

The environment is the feel of an old European hotel. The toilet space is particularly large, the hygiene is good, the pillows are a bit dirty, and the overall is OK, but the door of the bathtub fell several times, almost smashing my feet. Irregularities, and the buttons are often sprayed with water, the sound insulation is very poor, the sound outside the door and the next room may be clear, it may be too long, but the sunlight scattered into the room is good, and the service attitude is very kind Very nice.

Sant Antoni
I really wanted to give the hotel a perfect score but due to the below issues I cant. This review is my honest opinion and experience. The good: Good WIFI signal in my room . Room was clean and spacious. Receptionist at noon / evening was very friendly, she tried her best to solve any issue. Hot water in the shower all day with good pressure. My room had a lot of natural light with a big window. Very close to a metro station also small supermarket is nearby. Great breakfast with variety of choices. The bad: I contacted the receptionist about a water leakage from the ceiling outside my room on Friday night and I got to know that it can only be fixed on Monday, I had a bucket outside my door's with water dripping to it for 3 days. I wanted to use the blanket in the closet at night but it seems the hotel will not provide any sheets to it the receptionist asked me to use the bed cover and open the window instead, I understand its a 3 stars hotel but a blanket and sheets are basic services. Room isolation is not great - I could hear other guests on the other room coughing, talking, walking etc... My room was located on the second building of the hotel - The entrance to it is through a covered car parking - it doesn't feel very welcoming. Late checkout until 6pm costs 30 euros and its not for free even if you stayed 7 nights. I suspect I got overcharged for the Tax fee I payed 21 euros for 7 nights when checking it now it seems like I got cheated. since for a 3-stars hotel it should be: A city tax of 0.65 Euros + VAT per person, per night in Barcelona Please be aware of this tax trap dont overpay like I did.

My husband and I got the grand suite and it was absolutely amazing! I love the back lighting of the bed, which can be turned off. Also, this bed is heaven, so comfortable, which having a temperpedic at home, this definitely compares. I love the jets in the hot tub, shooting out from the bottom plus the shower combo. It was lovely the hotel provides shampoo, gel soap, and even bath bombs. His and her sinks were a lovely touch along with a couch sectional. Mirrors are all around the room, the one in front of the bed is adjustable. I booked this room for 2 weeks, still staying here, but I have been enjoying my stay so much, I figured I would write a review. I enjoy enjoy this being an adult hotel. Do you hear adult activities? Yes, but I play music at night and since the mattress is so comfortable, I have been getting so great sleep. The customer service is top notch. The woman working helped us book massages and any other needs we had. On New Year's Eve, she gave us a bottle of cava and grapes, which was available for all guest. Cleaning service is exceptional. This is perhaps the best cleaning service I have ever gotten in all my travels. This is my first time traveling since the pandemic and overall, I felt more than safe and comfortable. I enjoy this place so much, I would actually stay here again if and when I travel back to Barcelona. Tons of restaurants in the area, plus bus and metro in walking distance. You can actually walk to the Gothic Quarter too, about 30 minutes or so. I also love the fountains and castle are so close too. Overall, this is a wonderful place to stay at, which made a much needed vacation that much better!
