As far as the facility goes, this place was very good - clean, quiet, friendly staff, fridge and microwave in room along with a coffee maker - apparently this is a lot to ask for in the SF region so I thought I’d note it! Really nice showers too. Front desk woman was very friendly and welcoming. My complaint is about Berkeley in general. As a New Yorker who has traveled a lot I guess I have been taking 24 hour food options for granted. Stock up on food or eat before 10pm because after that you’re not going to find anything in Berkeley. I starved two nights in a row and had some epic Uber adventures culminating in a homeless person offering me food out of the trash (I didn’t take it lmao). Also be prepared for your Uber driver to not speak any English. That’s fun. I won’t be staying in Berkeley again but if you have to, this is not a bad option for accommodations.

This time I used Ctrip to book hotels during my trip in the United States. Compared with priceline, booking, and tripadviser, I found that Ctrip's offer is still quite competitive, and the information is basically accurate, including parking fees and whether you have to wait for meals. I used to come back to review less frequently. I will refer to the user reviews here before booking this time. I feel that it is generally fair, so I also plan to take a moment to leave my personal feeling. Although subjective, I hope to have some reference.  Holiday Inn Express Berkeley is in the heart of Berkeley. Holiday Inn Express has always been standard. If you choose to live here, it is recommended to watch the sunset near the seaside, and the Golden Gate Bridge and the Bay Bridge can be seen. During the period, I saw a lot of homeless people in Berkeley.

The location of the hotel is great, right by the sea. The front desk attitude was very good, because we arrived early and hadn't cleaned up the room yet, leaving us with the cookies we just baked. Really delicious Hahaha, but the entire hotel is not as good as the photos, the wood on the balcony has been corroded, and then the kettle in the hotel has a lot of limescale. Such an expensive hotel should have updated facilities.

Stayed here for nearly a week. There is a supermarket nearby. You can buy some simple food and heat it in a microwave oven. There are also many restaurants nearby. The nearest bart is about 5 minutes walk away. Like most motels, this kind of house is not soundproof, but the others are pretty good.

The breakfast is very simple and fixed. There is hot water to play at any time. The room is very small and there is no place for an extra bed. The hotel location is OK. There is a large supermarket not far from the supermarket. The supermarket has more fruits and food. It is a 20-minute walk from Berkeley. The surrounding area is quiet. There is a parking lot in the yard, parking is convenient, and in general it is cost-effective.

Bart stood out for a few minutes and was close to Berkeley University. The boss was very good. There is a refrigerator, coffee machine, electric kettle in the room, and the toiletries are Neutrogena. It is the soundproofing, the sound of the walk upstairs is very clear, surrounded by McDonald's, 85 degrees C, Chinese restaurants, supermarkets, it is convenient.

Very old American style, the rooms are clean and tidy. Because of the old style, the facilities in the room are different from the modern ones. The room size, bed and bathroom are smaller. Breakfast is an ordinary American breakfast, a variety of bread jams and coffee and juice, very convenient. It would be better if the price could be cheaper. The key is to be too close to the University of California, Berkeley, to go to school to work or visit relatives should be a good choice.

The main reason for staying at this hotel is that it is close to UCB. You can live here by visiting the university: you can walk to Sather Gate 15 for 20 minutes and CKC for 20 minutes. Another major feature of the hotel is its beautiful environment. The outdoor environment is like a garden villa, with flowers, green plants and beautiful houses. It is small and exquisite. The room facilities are very old, especially the carpet is estimated to have never been replaced, and it is not flattering. However, the size of the room is exactly the same for two people.

Older hotels, there is no hot water for a while in the shower. It was very deserted next summer, and at 8 o'clock in the morning, except for a few tramps, no one was seen. The nearby breakfast shop will open at 10 o'clock. The bed was slammed, but I got a lot of little red dots on my legs in the morning. The children in the same room didn't have it. I don't know if I was bitten or allergic. The hotel is just across the UCBerkeley campus and it is quite convenient to go to school.

The biggest advantage of the hotel is that it is close to Lake Tahoe and built next to the lake. The lake is a beach and the lake is super clean. Others have no advantages. The room is small, reference to the size of the country for 7 days; no bathtub; there is a fireplace; when I came, it was not the peak season, the guests were few, the room was thick and gray when I checked in, and there was still gray on the furniture for the next few days; there was no breakfast. If you have to say one more advantage, the coffee provided in the room is a Starbucks bag, but it is not good.

Very large hotel with all the facilities. The rooms are large and comfortable. There is a free breakfast and the quality is good. It is very suitable for family discharge. The area around the hotel is very convenient, ski resorts, shopping centers, food, ice skating rinks, hypermarkets, cinemas are all very close. However, the disadvantage is that the pickup time is slightly longer, and the indoor air conditioning noise is a bit loud.

The two-bedroom and one-living room are very large. The rooms are well-equipped. The hotel is the most satisfying. The parents are also satisfied. There are three bathrooms in the three houses. The rooms are private and have a family gathering feeling. There is a supermarket next to it. The hotel is a resort nature. There are many entertainment facilities inside the hotel. Starbucks pizza and burger restaurants are very convenient. Parking is required. Please ask my little brother for 29 dollars a day.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable, the decoration is quite new, but there is no peculiar smell; although it is not very big, it can be opened completely. When we went there, it was cooling down, but the air conditioner was very warm, so it felt very warm, but the noise was still a bit loud, so I turned it off before going to bed and added a layer of quilt. The bathroom is also very clean, the space is also large, the hot water is very hot, and the bath is very relieved! Parking is also free. The hotel is in the South Lake Tahoe area, you can walk to the lake across the street, and you can see the starry sky at night. In short, it exceeded expectations!

We booked breakfast without breakfast. It is very suitable for bringing children. Next door to our room is a family of three with children. There is also an outdoor swimming pool. There are not many people swimming, but unfortunately there is no swimsuit, just We are coming from the holiday in the United States. The price of the room is more than 500 RMB higher than usual. Others are good. The self-driving tour can also park the car at the door of the room.

We stayed here on Valentine’s Day weekend. The location is excellent! Walking distance to shops, casinos, restaurants and ski gondola ride to Heavenly. Pros: •Bed is comfortable, comfy sheets and pillow soft •Excellent location •Free hot breakfast (biscuit & gravy, toast, fruit, juice, oatmeal and etc) we didn’t try it...chose to sleep in. •Free parking •Amenities in the room: small bottles of Shampoo, Conditioner, & Lotion, soap bar, hair dryer, iron, iron board, safe, mini refrigerator (no freezer), tv •Dogs allowed •Restaurant on site...X Crows (BBQ this is also the place you get your breakfast) Cons: •Loud!! Bring ear plugs to sleep. You can hear doors closing (more like slamming), dogs barking, people talking outside. Does not have double pain windows •RESTLESS SLEEP!! •Water pressure horrible. Takes a long time for the water to heat. •No pool •No gym •No DVD • Only one outlet by the bed. The nightstand closest to the bathroom did not have an outlet. Had to charge my phone on the desk. •Limited parking even though it is free •No fireplace This place received a cosmetic upgrade but not a construction renovation. There’s a few items that needs to be addressed and can make this place a 5 star. For us if we are waken up every hour of the hour with loud noise, it’s not a hotel we would like to experience again.

This hotel is the most cost-effective one since coming to the United States so many times! For skiing friends, this hotel is the best choice. The location is right next to the Heavenly Ski Resort, about 2 minutes' walk. The hotel has a parking service, free of charge, and of course free tip. The price of more than 200 RMB per night is super value, and there is no one and only one! The room is large, at least it can accommodate 4 people, the room is a big bed, the living room is a sofa bed, there is a spa bath between the room and the living room that can accommodate three or four people, the room is clean, the microwave and refrigerator are complete, the lobby front desk also helps me Print documents for free, friendly staff, and take the initiative to introduce how to rent skis. Can I give 10 stars!

My family of 5 (3 kids 11,13,15) stayed here for Spring Break to snowboard at Heavenly. I’ve read the reviews that it is a little dated, and I was a little worried. But this place was awesome! 1) Less than 5 minute walk to the Gondola and Heavenly Village shops and restaurants. I’d say 3, even with kids laden with gear. 2) Free breakfast had tons of yummy choices. Bacon, sausage patties, scrambled and hard boiled eggs, bread (cinnamon raisin toast was a family favorite), bagels, danishes, premade waffles (and syrup of course),fresh fruit, cereals, yogurt, cottage cheese, juices, Starbucks coffee and one “special” - we saw quiche, Belgian waffles with fancy toppings, omelettes and biscuits and gravy. We were warned that things might run out if we got there too late (hours between 6:30 and 8:30). Latest we ate was 7:30, with a big crowd, and everything was plentiful. As a family who has wasted SOOOOO much on hot breakfasts for the kids before we get up on the mountain I cannot rave enough about this great feature! 3) The website and TripAdvisor reviews don’t mention onsite laundry rooms, but they have 3 separate ones in 3 different buildings. Wash was $2. Dry was $1. Hallelujah! 4) Units were spacious - we had a 2 bedroom. Sure, the units and decor are not brand spanking new, but everything is comfortable and functional. Floors are creaky, but REALLY, come on. Kitchen has oven, microwave, full-sized fridge, plenty of dishes and utensils. Grocery store is a 5 minute walk. A little lean on cookware. We had a big pot, small pot, and very small frying pan, but I have no doubt they would have helped us out if we asked for anything else. Also, the beds were REALLY comfortable - and I am very picky. 5) Wine and cheese reception every night from 4-5 was fun FREE! and always well attended. 6) The kids enjoyed foosball and “basketball” in the game room off the lobby. They also have board games and Xbox games. 7) Pool is closed during the winter, but the family enjoyed the hot tub, which was clean and big enough for at least 6. All in all, I would highly recommend this place to anyone - especially families. We’ve stayed at higher end condos at other ski areas, and I would prefer this experience to anything else we’ve encountered. And the price is terrific. Hope to return next year, as long at there is snow at Heavenly!!!!
