Hotel location is good, convenient to major attractions, there are connected rooms, family stay is very convenient. There are also some celebrity restaurants around, which can be reached on foot. There is a parking service, $ 63, a bit expensive. At that time, because the surroundings were unfamiliar, I gave the car directly to the doorman. Later, I went out to eat and found that there is a parking lot less than 30 meters away from the hotel.

Located in the heart of Washington, Washington's main attractions are within walking distance, and the White House is just five minutes away. The Ministry of Finance is next to it. The hotel is magnificent. It is my most satisfying hotel in the US. The front desk service is good. The room is also clean. However, it should be noted that Laomei has now learned the tricks of Chinese people. When I left, I paid the deposit. A middle-aged man told me in English that I had a breakfast. I immediately answered: never. He added, okay, I will check it again. I said, you have to be sure. He even smiled and said to me, there is no. This is not too serious. do not understand the meaning.

It is very comfortable to live, it is also close to Chinese Street, to a series of attractions such as the World War II Memorial Lincoln Memorial, and a ten-minute drive to the Captain white seafood market. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the service is perfect. Overall good. The only drawback is probably that wifi is too slow. US apps such as Netflix are fine, but normal Chinese ones such as WeChat or using a laptop to go online are very slow. This network really makes me uncomfortable, choking people who have not bought a card in the United States ...

There is no breakfast, but there are quite a few meals downstairs and around. There are two bedrooms, a living room and a sofa bed, which should be able to live with a family. I didn't know the parking situation without driving. A few steps away is the White House, and the surrounding environment is very good. Would highly recommend to friends who want to go to Washington to play.

I stayed at Kimpton Monaco Washington DC 3 years ago during the Cherry Blossom Festival. I loved the hotel. The service, amenities were amazing. Loved the full size Milton Brown Shampoo, Conditioner and shower gel bottles ( I didn’t have to pack toiletries) I live in NYC and I love visiting DC. I arrived May 13-15 2022 for Police Memorial Week. I booked the premier King Room. I requested it to be close to elevator if possible The picture showed the same room I stayed in 3 years ago. It had a king size bed and two chairs which were the same as in lobby photos. When I checked in after a long drive from NYC I saw they had a water dispenser w infused fruit on side of main reception desk I had to lean dispenser in order to get half of cup of water. I was parched after being on the road so long. The front desk attendant who was two feet away from never offered to have it refilled or offer me a cup of water. I’m not one to make a fuss so I let it go. I then proceeded to my room 302 when I saw that it was a very small room. Let me explain small : enough room to walk around the bed and directly to bathroom. No chairs other than a desk chair which was was hidden by a very small desk in the outside corner of the bathroom. So I called hotel from the IHG app and girl told me I was in a standard room not the premier room. She instructed me to go down to the front desk. So I did. The lady at the front desk told me that in fact that was the room I booked and would have to speak to the person that told me otherwise. I said ok. I figured maybe I didn’t read the fine lines or something. So I re checked. The pictures for the room advertised the room having two chairs. I let it go. I asked about the breakfast included with my reservation. The front desk lady said yes I was entitled to breakfast costing 25$. After that amount I was responsible for additional cost. I said ok. I arrived at check in time on Friday May 13 3 pm. Saturday morning I called the front desk to find out what time was breakfast being served until. The lady advised until 11am. It was 9:45 am so I headed downstairs to the restaurant where I was greeted by a young male Hispanic w glasses a young Hispanic girl w red dyed hair color ( red as in the color red. No issues w that I’m stating it for identifying purposes). They asked if I had a reservation I said no. I did tell them I called front desk and was told breakfast was being served. I told them my hotel stay included breakfast The young man told me that was only valid Monday thru Friday. That was never stated on reservation or By front desk lady. I said I would do the lunch. The red haired girl took us to last section of restaurant where the second bad was located. (Note : there were many empty tables in front part of restaurant). We sat down at last table by back wall. There were several people at the bar being served. After 15 minutes waiting for a server I poli

The hotel rooms are large and the location is good, not far from the attractions. We went on Thanksgiving and there were few people. Unfortunately, many restaurants were closed that day. Fortunately, whole food is not far away, you can only buy something there to eat. Because it is a suite, there is a kitchen in the room, and there are all utensils. When I go next time, I will bring some ingredients to burn.

The location is excellent, in the dock area, it seems to be the local high-end living and entertainment area, the restaurants are relatively high-end. The night view is not bad. The hotel is very new, the door is small, the lobby needs to take the elevator to the second floor. The room is large, the health is good, and the view is good. The only downside is that the water in the faucet is not very clean at first, so it will be fine for a while.

The hotel is in a very good location, 15 minutes walk to the Capitol, 5 minutes from the Space Museum and 10 minutes from the Natural Museum. There is no way to comment on the hotel breakfast. There is Starbucks in the downstairs lobby, two sandwich restaurants next to it, and a McDonald's. There is a simple Korean meal for ten minutes. Eating is very convenient. There is a small convenience store in the hotel lobby. There is a supermarket next to it, but it is closed at five o'clock at nine o'clock, which is useless for early return. Brought two children to stay, no extra cost. I must thank Ctrip for this stay, help me solve a lot of problems, customer service feedback is very fast, foreign countries, language is not good, especially thanks to Ctrip every time to help me solve the problem. after

The breakfast ingredients are not many but fresh and enough. If you need different types of food, you can also zero. Very nice, we ate for 2 mornings. $ 25 for adults, $ 12.5 for children under 12 years old. The hotel is large and the rooms are normal. The service staff were very patient. Self-parking prices have risen by $ 52. 25 minutes walk from the attraction (White House), Uber called a car for 7 dollars, which is also very convenient. The hotel is cost-effective and highly recommended.

The room is good, it feels that the service does not match the hardware of the hotel, it seems that their front desk is more enthusiastic to serve whites! The small refrigerator is still locked, it is speechless, and I have lived in many high-end hotels. This situation is unique... Overall, the experience is not so good, it needs to be improved, there is no coffee machine in the room, the front desk says that the lobby is always available. However, after the first day of drinking, there was no more 😓😓😓😓😓 friends lived next to Hyatt, which is a good price.

Later that evening I found out I needed to stay another night. OMG !! Loud noise all night long KIDS sounded like they were running the olympics called the desk they said they would send security. We went with another couple - we stayed using our Marriott Bonvoy points and they used Vacation Club points to stay on the Pulse level (floor 7). We both had suites and the rooms were very similar. We were all Titanium level, but they could not utilize any benefits since they were on a Pulse stay. It seems that there were some disadvantages to staying with Marriott Pulse points. While my husband and I each enjoyed a $27 credit for breakfast, they had to pay for their breakfast - a policy that had recently changed in January 2022. We enjoyed early check in and also late check out while Pulse rooms stay strict to check in and check out times. Upon their check in, apparently the clerk forgot to ask them for their credit card, so the hotel locked them out of their room until they came to desk to show credit card. When questioned, the manager told them it is “hotel policy”. There was no received warning or communication from hotel before they were locked out. The Edgar room staff and valet staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Be aware that DC taxis are significantly cheaper than Ubers - almost half the price.

The hotel is in a university, the university environment is very good, everywhere is quiet. Room facilities are relatively simple, free mineral water is not provided, but there are machines selling snacks. The waiter attitude was ok. There is a free shuttle bus to and from the hotel and Union Station every 15 minutes. The car is located at the 50th parking lot downstairs. If it's called Lyft (cheaper than Uber), you need to enter the hotel name, don't enter the address, or the driver will stop at the entrance of the university, and it will be a little far away. The most annoying thing this time is Ctrip. It was obviously a single bed, but got a double bed. Anyway, the rooms booked by Ctrip for the entire North American trip are singles and doubles, everyone should confirm more.

I've stayed in 6 different hotels in D.C. in the past year. This is one to which I'll definitely return. The location works well when I'm visiting my daughter at college. And, as I like to walk, it's an easy walk to a good Whole Foods and the Foggy Bottom metro station. Its also a fairly long--but pleasant--walk to the White House, Lincoln Memorial, etc. The rooms are large. The bathrooms are extremely well thought out. The shower was huge with a textured floor that prevented slipping. Our room on the front of the hotel was quiet enough for us to sleep well. We liked the front desk staff. The housekeeping staff did a great job! The only thing that gave us pause was that you have to go up a small flight of stairs to reach the elevator and there's no bellman. However, the front desk staff immediately offered to carry our heavy suitcases up the stairs, so we were fine. We liked the neighborhood, and there's an excellent bakery/coffee shop (Tatte) nearby. This hotel is definitely a keeper.

An exceptional hotel that well-represents the luxury MO brand. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, if a bit annoyingly lack a traditional desk/workspace. Though not the best location for in-city activities and dining, I personally like being a bit apart from the hustle and bustle - and it's still an east walk to the Mall, Smithsonians and monuments. Great views from the waterfront side, including planes landing into DCA. An excellent club lounge. Very friendly and helpful staff, from check-in to the concierge and housekeeping. Quite solid breakfast buffet. Nice enough pool, fantastic spa. I'm always glad to stay at this property when in DC.

Good location, big room, a bit old fashion, service is decent and the bedding is clean. The disadvantage is that the faucet in the bathtub is a bit malfunctioning. When using the shower, the faucet below leaks, and the shower water is relatively small. The United States is a tipping country. Tipping according to regulations is one of the guarantees of service quality. On the last day, I gave 5 knives when I checked my luggage. I chose the AC DC Downtown as the base for my travels within the nation’s capital back in July 2020. The location is absolutely unbeatable, as everything you’d need for a fulfilling DC adventure is no further than a few blocks. I appreciated my stay at this AC property and consider it to be worthy of four stars, but I hope to see improvements on just a few small aspects of my experience for next time. I should begin with the highest compliments to the staff; they were kind and attentive to all my needs. They worked to ensure I had a room facing the interior courtyard space, rather than the street, which is always a preference for me. A few guests in an adjacent room to mine were hard at work partying or goofing off or whatever, blasting loud music at around one in the morning (when I arrived after my late-night flight), and the night auditor quickly phoned that room to make them aware of their excessive noise. It stopped within minutes. And when I had to check-out early the next morning instead of stay one more night, my reservation was edited professionally and without hassle. Bravo to the staff! (Moreover, I also wish to shout-out managers Donald LeCompte and Leroy Turnquest for personally following up via email on my stay—I could tell they cared about guests’ experiences and how to best serve them again in the future. Much appreciated to receive these messages!) Now I wanna sort of sway into the aspects of my time at the AC I would’ve enjoyed better had just a few tiny improvements been made—and much of this can stem from my proactivity next visit. The rooms were COVID-clean, comfy, and very quiet from the outside air/sky/atmosphere, but their functionality was a bit questionable. I realize ACs are geared toward shorter, urban-focused stays during which the idea of a hotel isn’t as paramount, but I would’ve loved to utilize larger bedside tables/stands and more spacious walkways. If I remember correctly, I was specifically given a mobility-accessible room, which is basically false advertising for wheelchair-bound folks. For me, I managed since I can walk just fine inside my room and park my chair elsewhere, but I always try to be a voice for the disability community—please reconsider the choice to label this room as accessible if the space can’t be expanded to ADA standards. In general, I wasn’t too impressed with functionality, but I managed fine when I spent the night. Additionally, the noise from adjoining rooms is incredibly amplified. Next time I come, I will ask to sleep in a room around which no other guests are staying. I know how tough it is to fix the mechanics and structure of a big building, and I know nothing can ever be perfect, but I still desire to do my part by asking to avoid others to ensure my stay is more private and relaxed in the future. It is true I’ve dedicated a significant portion of this review to describing negatives, but please please trust me that my rating of four stars still stands. I recognize that the ma
