I still have one night to go. But our experience has been fantastic. We came with no expectation and were totally surprised with the beautiful property, the helpful staff and good food. The rooms are big and spacious. Bathrooms very clean. The property itself has a lotus pond at the centre and a rustic yet elegant vibe and feel. Look forward to tomorrow night and to try out the spa.

This was part of a package tour. The property is quite charming and rustic...with a Thai feel throughout. The room itself was a bit quirky but in a good way. There is a river flowing through the middle of the property with lots of trees. This is good and bad since there seems to be a lot of mosquitos. The restaurant had decent breakfast and dinner. The property is close to the historic landmarks. It is possible to walk out of the property for local restaurants.

What a lovely place! Clean, new, nicely located (about 30 minutes from Sukhothai Historical Park, market and busses to Chiang Mai and Bangkok. The gentleman at the front desk is very friendly, attentive and helpful. Worth renting a bike from the hotel and move around. Even you can enter the park by paying extra 10 B for the bike, which is very convenient for seeing everything in an hour or so. Big C and a shopping center are a few km away from the hotel, there there’s only place to exchange money.

We have stayed at a variety of accommodation types on our 12months of travels and this is the only one we walked away from due to the following reasons. 1. Appalling check in. 2. Aggressive manager 3. Lost trust in all staff We turned up to an empty hotel, nobody insight, we soon found out why. Booking.com details welcoming drinks, room service amongst other normal resort features however this doesn’t happen, to the point the check-in staff couldn’t be bothered to show us which room was ours. We understand being in Thailand not everybody speaks English but many Thai people can assist without speaking English, the Thai staff have no interest in wanting help and are happy to pretend they can’t so they don’t have to help. Commutation was through a translator on the phone, who eventually came down to answer some questions to which we found out was the manager. Meeting this guy is what lead is to feeling uncomfortable and unsafe, with his aggressive interruptions and careless manner, comparing the cost of England to the service he had provided, consisting telling us ‘I have served you, what else do you want?’ Our questions were, 1. Can you arrange a Tuk-Tuks into old town? 2. Do you provide bicycles? 3. Do you offer breakfast? Our questions were easy hotel like question when you have just arrived. To be fare to the hotel the room was beautiful and spacious, but the hotel surrounding are ugly and cold. After we decided to leave the hotel for other accommodation the manager said he would sort out a refund, this was an obvious lie and we have received no money back. We went Tharaburi Resort next door and our faith was restored into the kindness of Thia people.

I think the location of the hotel is very good! Coming from Chiang Mai and getting off the bus, it’s only 300 meters away. It’s not far from 7-11 to eat around, especially the central scenic area. I rode my bike around all the attractions in the morning. The sincere smile of the lady boss made You feel the happiness and kindness of the Thai people. The family room I live in is relatively large, and there is free coffee and water. The facilities in the room are relatively simple and basic enough, but there is no desk and it is not convenient to use a computer for temporary office work. It’s very large, with plenty of tables and chairs. You can work in the courtyard if the weather is right.

A long-established four-story hotel located on national route 12 (in front of Sukhothai Historical Park) from the city of Sukhothai to the west. It is a historical hotel that the Japanese imperial family, such as the imperial Prince Akihito, and the wife of imperial Prince Akihito, stayed in the past, and it is characterized by a new appearance that drifts out of the group in Sukhothai city. Nearly 30 years have passed since the opening of the museum, and although the deterioration of the building is irrefutable, the design of the colonial-style guest room building surrounding the pool in the courtyard and the design around the lobby reminiscent of the temple, You can get a glimpse of the envy of a long established luxury hotel in the interior of the guest room which reminds me of the traditional Thai house using wood and smoked furniture from northern Thailand. If you arrive at Sukhothai Historical Park (also known as Sukhothai Old Town), you can call a TUKTUK car to the resort, 100 baht is the most! In fact, it is more like a family village. There are small wooden houses on the outskirts of the field. The exterior is inconspicuous, but the inside is still very clean. The shopkeeper's aunt and her son are very enthusiastic. The five kilometers of the road were really full of wild dogs because there were no street lights. , I use my mobile phone to illuminate while avoiding these wild dogs. If it weren’t for car technology, I’m afraid it would have become dog food! Therefore, if you want to see the sunrise, it is best to discuss with the owner and let them send it! Otherwise, life alone cannot be guaranteed! If I hadn't run into a family on the road, and the uncle would take me back to the hotel in a car, I would have been so scared that my legs were so weak that I would not be able to ride the car! By the way, wild dogs will not attack the locals! The hotel aunt will help you book a bus ticket to Chiang Mai, and then send you to the Old Town Bus Station. It's just that the bus is really long, and can't stand it for more than six hours! It is recommended to go to Chiang Mai first, then train to Phitsanulok, and then to Sukhothai. Anyway, I have agreed with my aunt, and I will go next year!

In front of Sukhothai Historical Park, a little walk, the room is old, narrow, no refrigerator, a fan room. The bathroom is in bad condition. Great place to chill. If you stay a few days, make sure you get a room overlooking the ponds so you can relax on your balcony in beautiful surroundings. Rooms are clean and comfortable, but you do need to get used to the early morning cock crows and radio wake-up call at the back. The lady on the front desk seemed a bit abrupt at first, but turned out to be really friendly and helpful. We rented bikes from here for 90 Baht a day. They need maintenance so check the brakes and seat before you set off. Yes, you can rent bikes near the park entrance for 40 or 50, but you have yo get there first. We also needed them to get to the Phum Por and Sinvana restaurants. The hotel restaurant is ok, but the others offer much better choice and fare. Breakfast is the usual Asian 3-star Hotel offering

We loved this place. A simple bungalow made lovely by the owner who cares about pleasing the guests. Artistic touches everywhere. The grounds are open and gently landscaped. The service great.
