The Hotel is very beautiful with Middle East style interior decoration. I felt like travelling to Morocco while staying in the hotel. Bringing some beautiful clothes to take photographs with the hotel was highly recommended. I think middle east style clothes is better than renting the Indian clothes provided by the hotel . Breakfast is great. Room space is highly satisfied with excellent full amenities.

A very good homestay, it should be located in the city center, the city is very small, and the airport is not very far past. This is a private villa remodeled. There are only four rooms in total. The business is very good. I grabbed the last one. I went quite late, and the big iron door was locked. The boss came out and opened the door, checked in for me, and then took me to the room. The room is quite big and cozy, with a kitchen, and the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, very clean. Breakfast on the first floor the next day, the set meal is also very good.

This hotel is away from the hustle and bustle of a downtown hotel. It is in a very quiet location so you do not hear the constant traffic you would get elsewhere. The rooms and rest of the hotel are clean and in good repair. Water pressure in the shower was very strong with lots of hot water. We really appreciated the modern decor of our room. My favourite spot was outside on the restaurant deck overlooking the fish pond. For ฿10, you can get a container of fish food and feed the fish. The sound of the waterfalls, the birds singing and the shade from the trees made this a local paradise. The bed was comfortable and they had a modern TV, but we never watched it. The WiFi was strong throughout the hotel. There were restaurants close by and even a couple of night clubs within walking distance. We even found a great massage place about a five minutes walk. There is a huge city park five minutes walk away with separate walking and biking lanes. The walking path is rubberized to make it easier for joggers. Beautiful trees in the park. There is a restaurant that supples breakfast in the morning. Their signature breakfast was very tasty. The only drawback was the distance from the central business district. If you want to shop and be with the night life, it is about ฿100 to get downtown by tuk tuk.

The first thing I noticed about the hostel was its good energy. I met the owner-couple who are young and vibrant - and they nurture that culture. Art deco is everywhere from wall murals of The Beatles, musicians, and radical-thinking revolutionaries. Wifi is everywhere, the staff is helpful and friendly, egg on toast breakfast, and they also serve the best burger in Udon Thani (check out their MUG BURGER)! Great place to meet travelers too. Highly recommended !!!

This is at least my third visit. I returned because it is a quiet, simple, and inexpensive stopover in UT for 1 night on my way to Laos. The communal part of the hotel is tidy, well maintained and clean but unexceptional. However, I only want a good comfortable room rather than paying for frills I do not use. The rooms themselves are very clean, in a good state of repair and exceptionally well and thoughtfully decorated. Tea-making facilities, hair dryer, toiletries, safe, fridge, It almost seems like a 4+ star hotel once inside the room. I have no need to look anywhere else in UT now I have found this hotel. I will continue to stay here in the future.

This very comfortable room with opaque gardens and a very pleasant shower room. All very clean. Excellent breakfast and very varied. Four of us shared a family room just for one night and we were really impressed. The hotel looks a bit old from the outside but once you step inside it’s a different scene. Our room was really large with a magnificent king bed and two king singles. The bed was among the most comfortable I have enjoyed over the years. There was a large lounge to relax on as well as a big flat screen tv. Also tea and coffee facilities. We ordered room service for dinner and it was good quality food at a reasonable price. The bathroom was large, with two showers and two basins as well as one toilet. Well you wouldn’t want to go to the toilet as a couple would you? Our booking included free breakfast (no doubt added into the room price) but it was very good. A nice variety of dishes, Thai of course plus some western items. It is served near the outdoor pool in a nice relaxing environment. We also had a free shuttle to pick us up from the airport, about 10 minutes away, and we had no trouble finding our driver, who was extremely courteous and delivered all of our luggage direct to our room. The desk staff were also very friendly and obliging. Overall I was very pleased with our stay and honestly I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone. I will certainly stay here again.

Convenient and simple stay. We stayed here for a 2nd times. Easy to get here and just a walking distance to Nong Prajak park and we just walk from the hostel to get a street foods and nearby convenience store. This time we book two nights and they have only twin beds left which is good for us. Small simple and clean . We recommend.

Stayed in a new room across the road while in Uson Thani for a Hospital visit. Really friendly staff and couldn’t have been more helpful with excellent English. Room was brand new of good size, comfy bed and all appliances worked well. A really pleasant stay with great meals a very short stroll. Will be staying here again. Great value for money

The location is across the road from UD TOWN McDonald's. You can take the CITY BUS at Gate 1 of the airport. Tell the driver in advance to remind you to get off, because it doesn't show where you are. I took this bus back and forth. I had no problems here. The room was clean and quiet. The balcony was nice and the decor pleasant. The staff were always available. Shampoo and soap dispensers were in the shower, but there was no separate hand soap. The parking lot was ample and easy to navigate (I was in a rental car) and Google maps led me to within one house away. The entrance is on a narrow side street. Lots of trees in the area. The surrounding neighborhood is very local. The nearby Wat was under construction. The hotel felt a bit ghost-town-like. The pandemic has taken its toll on hotels and you can feel it when traveling here. They still provided hot breakfast and I also ordered dinner here. Neither were particularly ample or delicious but they were good enough. No complaints.

Have booked a room for 3 nights there. Me and my girfriend arrived at the hotel in the evening with heavy legs after long journey, then we walked in for check-in. The receptionist wasn't really pay attention at all. No eye contact when speaking to us. She told us that all rooms are fully booked and did not let us stay during that evening. How come?? The woman asked us to stay at the other hotel (UD residence sister hotel) and did not confirmed whether the room will be free the day after or not. We went to the other hotel as she asked us to do so. Moreover, the quality of the room was bad compared to what we've booked. Then the night was gone. We came back to UD Capital in the morning. Different receptionist this time. We asked about the room again. and what surprised me the most was that ”the room was free yesterday and how come they put you in different hotel?” she said. And I was thinkig to myself yeahhhh We are the one who should ask you this question. Finally, we gotten to stay at UD Capital for the rest of 2 nights left. I do understand that not everyone is going to be in the same situation as mine but I write this review just to help member of staffs in the evening time that service complaints is normal and and each one should be taken seriously for the sake of guests as front-desk is the face of the hotel. So my all in all experience with the hotel is bad. Not gonna go there again. However, the location was okay.
