Very nice hotel for a smaller up country city. I only stayed one night as I had to cancel the other days due to a change of plans. This hotel has the best staff and management I’ve experienced in Isaan. Such accommodating and warm people I was so impressed. They ensured you felt welcome and even though I had to cancel they waived my cancellation fee. Totally professional and ensured you and the best experience. Even the cafe’ next door had wonderful staff that went over and above. This is the place to stay in Ban phai hands down. Beautiful rooms too.

This was once a very nice hotel. The rooms are still spacious and clean, but as so often in Thailand, it is saved at the wrong place. At breakfast the dishes and drinks go out, but are delivered on request. Putzemer is not part of the buffet. But also something good. The cooked S*****s are not swim in the water, but is kept warm in steam. The water on the rooms is only very loud. In the tile fugs there is fungi. But there is nothing better in Ban Phi. Unfortunately, I prefer to pay a little more and have a better fruit lock. As so often in Thailand, there is a lack of manager, making control.
