13.89km from True ReligionStaff is top notch. Friendly and helpful. They were very overwhelmed by the amount of guests thoughout during our visit. Very grateful that our room request was fulfilled. The room had a big cut out in the wall which probably was a recent repair. I hear there will be a refurbishment soon. I don't know if it started, but I would recommend requesting a refurb. We had reservations about travel during Covid, but thought Disney would be the safest bet after being fully vaccinated. We were very disappointed to see so many guests without masks. The staff would refuse service to maskless guests at food places. Guests would grab their masks out of their pockets so they could order, than swiftly take it off again. Not a safe situation to wait 15-20 for food in line with whole families of maskless guests. Wish they had mobile ordering. It would have made things so much easier and safer. Our biggest disappointment was the cleanliness of the pool area. So much trash!!! We got up in time for the opening of the lazy river before our check out day. We were the only ones in the Stream for a good 30 minutes. We saw plastic bags, wrappers, and other junk floating in the river. It was obviously left by others the night before. No cleaning before opening? The grossest discovery was a sanitary napkin. We brought it to the attention of one of the lifeguards. We left the lazy river and went to grab breakfast. Came back later and guess what was still there? I ended up grabbing it and putting it at the feet of a very disgusted cast member. I understand it was a Spring break visit during Covid, but Disney can see their occupancy and bring in more staff. Long lines for food, little mask enforcement, and dirty water will have us looking for alternatives.
