0.12km from Koi TheThe service at the front desk was really bad. When I went on the first day, their elevator broke down. Then a woman at the front desk could speak Chinese and told me that there would be a waiter to take it upstairs because I was on the second floor and the elevator was out of power. So I put my luggage on the first floor for a while and the waiter brought it to me, but I didn’t know how to tip it. Since then, I ordered the takeaway and the waiter didn’t deliver it. I went to the front desk who could speak Chinese. I said it can be delivered but I need a tip. I said that I can wait a while. There is a takeaway to help me upstairs. The girl at the front desk was still white. I was very upset because I didn’t eat for a day and I went to do the nucleic acid serum. I was very uncomfortable with anemia. In the end, I was a waiter. Come up and knock on the door and let me go down and take it by myself. Didn't I say it was delivered? He said he went down and take it. The service attitude is really bad because I didn't tip once. The security outside the door was my most satisfied in this hotel. I finally went out of the hotel. When he helped him carry the suitcase, he knocked on my window and said goodbye to me. Really, there is a feeling of home in a foreign country.
0.21km from Koi TheGenerally speaking, the hotel can only be regarded as a very average hotel. The location is quite good, very close to attractions, and there are many good restaurants nearby.
But the room is quite small and the furniture in the room is very old. There are a lot of dirty things in the gaps between the white chairs, obvious scratches and burnt marks on the table, and large pieces of damage to the bamboo decoration on the door, which needs to be updated or replaced. There are no drinks in the minibar, so you need to buy it and put it in the refrigerator. There was a wall outside my window, which was very depressing. After I proposed to change to a room without a wall, the front desk said that it would arrange it. I stayed in this hotel for a total of seven days without notifying me.
The hotel comes with breakfast, but the category is very limited, and sometimes it is not even available on the menu. The environment in the restaurant is average. When having breakfast, we often find bugs crawling on the table. Fortunately, the chocolate croissant is very delicious, so it can make up for it.
Security measures also need to be improved. Once I ordered a takeaway, the delivery staff went directly to my door and knocked on the door. I don’t know if anyone can enter and leave the hotel at will.

0.31km from Koi TheI like it! If you are looking for a relaxing holiday, love the silence then here. Do not expect super comfort like in hotels, everything you need is there. Change of linen, or must be removed in the room, ask the Masters. They are very friendly and will help immediately. The most important thing is the Ocean, the water is clear, blue and very warm. And what sunsets! In general, I am satisfied!

0.33km from Koi TheThis hotel is in a great location with a good menu for eating and a short trip worth the trip, the breakfast is not much variety, but for my taste it is very little done, not much pool and gym they are a great thing, but it is very comfortable and can do some exercise, And the sunbathing was perfect and I would have enjoyed it here
0.35km from Koi TheWe have stayed 2 times at the Grey Guesthouse. The place is kept incredibly clean - shocking for a smaller guesthouse. The price is excellent for budget travellers! The staff greets you and provides a cold bottle of water upon checkin! The rooms are basic, we had a fan room - and the fan was very strong and kept the room cool enough for us. We were on the second floor but there is no elevator so upper floors may be a difficult walk. The room is basic but clean. The bathroom was a decent size. The location is close to a few bus stations and a 5 minute walk to O'Russey Market. Sadly it is not in a location to walk to any of the major tourist attractions. Luckily there are plenty of tuk tuks available nearby. There arent many restaurant options nearby - we went to Mama restaurant near by that had good and cheap food. There are also many good restaurants near Tuol Sleng (S21) that can be reached quickly by tuk tuk. This is a good budget guesthouse for a night or two in Phnom Penh. We will be returning on a future trip.

0.37km from Koi TheThe hotel is nice. The breakfast was very generous, and I had a lot of choices. I was very happy to eat them. There were fried eggs, freshly cooked rice noodles, and vegetable salad, sausage, bacon, milk, yogurt, juice and fruit. The overall room is small, the decoration is not smelly, it is very good, the socket is complete, there is no need to bring a conversion plug. The hotel recommends downloading the Grab app to and from the airport. It is cheap to get a taxi or tutu quickly. If the airport direct taxi costs $ 18, it only costs less than $ 7 to grab a grab. The 12.13.14 floors of the hotel are equipped with swimming pool, gym and sky bar. Overall good, worth staying at!

0.37km from Koi TheExcellent experience, recommended! Good service, good breakfast buffet, fresh fruits, staff are very friendly and welcoming, especially the lovely sister at the front desk, great praise! Good English, patient and professional, very proactive service, see me With my parents, let me check in in advance and help me confirm the pick up of the next day with the bus company, which is very considerate. The service in this home is really willing to choose again. The only problem is that the facilities are a bit old and the bathroom is slow to drain.
0.38km from Koi TheThese attractions can be reached within a ten-minute walk from the Grand Palace. If you book early, you don't know what to eat outside. The breakfast at the hotel was good and I was full before I went out. Hair was found in the hotel towels, a little disgusting, everything else was ok, no bathtub.
0.41km from Koi TheEspecially small and friendly hotel, everyone at the front desk is very friendly and professional. In a small courtyard in a secluded alley, it feels like coming to someone. The decor of the room is exquisite and artistic. Traditional quaint and modern facilities. The name of the room is named after the historical stages of Cambodia, and there is a very good explanation. In short, it's a small hotel with great care.
0.41km from Koi TheThis place is perfect for the low price you pay. Great location near a lot of cool things. It’s just unfortunate that the Chinese are invading the country, everything was much better before that. But yes - Lucky 2 is a Great place if you want to spend very little money & still have a professional staff & nice hotel.
0.49km from Koi TheRoom adequate and clean, average bathroom. Close to Monivong Boulevard. Meals are available but poor facilities for dining.Better to go to various restaurants close by. Staff helpful but with limited English
Hotels Near Wau Restaurant In Phnom Penh Review
Overall satisfied hotel :)
Pros- A hotel with a historical feel. Traditional music in the lobby
It flows out and is greeted by friendly reception staff.
It is a safe and warm hotel~
Even if I go late, the security is secured outside, so I can travel with confidence, and when I get in a car or cross the street, I escort you carefully.
There was a spa (quiet and good massage) and the gym was neat and nice.
The swimming pool was clean, pretty, and very satisfied.
Disadvantages-The breakfast menu is small, flying flies are flying 😫 The breakfast restaurant staff feels a little colder than other staff...
A hotel that wants to give 100 points if only breakfast changes~
Advantages: Right on the bar street, within walking distance of the Grand Palace and the museum, and just over one kilometer to the Central Market. It is very convenient for eating, shopping and taxiing nearby. The staff are nice, sanitary, and the key price is affordable.
Disadvantages: The layout of the room is very strange. After opening the door, you need to go through a narrow corridor to reach the bed. No matter how you adjust the air outlet of the air conditioner, it is either facing the head of the bed or facing the foot of the bed. There are some homeless people on the street nearby. Foreigners who look strange, suggest not to go out and run around alone at night.

The apartment is located in the Royal Palace, near the Independence Monument, and is easily accessible on foot. Breakfast was varied and very good. The rooms in the apartment are adequately hygienic, and the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. The restaurant and front desk staff can speak English and communication is fine. The gate security staff was also helpful. The balcony of the room offers a bird's eye view of some of the palace buildings.

The hotel is not bad, close to the airport, there are a lot of sports facilities, tennis courts, swimming pools, etc. There is also a racecourse, children like to play. Hotel health is also OK, lived for a month before and after, breakfast is relatively simple, but it can be seen more carefully

The room we stayed in was good. The only thing which is not mention on a website is that there is no room with a tub AND the balcony, so you need to choose between them.
Breakfasts r pretty good there is a choice in variety of dishes, so everyone can find smth for himself)
It's true that the pool is closing early, dk why, but the pool itself is clean, and as far as I understood, they do the water disinfection every evening ( maybe that's why it closes early).
The sky bar is good (u can see the roof of the bar from the far distance, so u won't get lost in the city while coming back to hotel😂), but it's EXTREMELY expansive! Comparing with other bars it's gonna be like double/triple priced...But when u go for vacation, you probably ready to spent some money, so that's not a big deal)
The location is great! All the stuff were nice and friendly so we really enjoyed our staying there.
The overall environment is good. The only disadvantage is that there is no electric kettle and no hot water. It is about 3 kilometers away from the scenic area and large supermarkets. It's the center of Phnom Penh. No breakfast, it's good. I walked to the Russian market to eat snacks. The price is affordable and a lot of delicious. I personally think that as far as possible don't drive, the local TUK TUK cars are very convenient and the price is cheap. The hotel has parking spaces. There are also motorcycle rentals. I stress again that try not to drive in Cambodia when you are there-you will know!
The location is great, just across the street, and the lobby is just across the street. A morning and evening flight is a good choice, but the surrounding environment is not good to say, there is no good restaurant nearby, the roadside booth is particularly dirty, don't go. . . . . However, they have a Korean restaurant upstairs, very good price tag, there are Chinese chefs, Korean chefs, and performances at night, very good, room hardware facilities are good, the new decoration should be. This
The hotel is only a few hundred meters away from the airport, which is very convenient and the overall sanitation of the hotel is also good!
I've been staying at this hotel a few days now and love it so far. The only downside is the noise from construction can get out of control during the day and noise in the hall carries. Even if people are being loud in their own rooms it seems to be easily heard. However the room is new, updated, and comfortable. The bed is one of the more comfortable ones I've slept in and puts me out like a light. I wish they offered rates for long stay especially as I feel they probably struggle to get guests with this noise situation so those wiling to put up w it should be a priority. Great staff especially the housekeeping.
The rooms are really nice, the interior design is simple and clean, clean and tidy, and the transportation is convenient, and the surrounding facilities are complete, and the outing is very convenient. It is worth next time the room is really nice, the interior design is simple and fresh, clean and tidy, and the transportation is convenient. . Worth the next stay
This shop is very good, it is a kind of Southeast Asian style hotel, the room is very clean, the service is very warm, the boss is Japanese, chatting with the boss and hearing that his mother is Chinese, will speak a little Chinese, the boss is very good, Going out to help us call the taxi, my friend's wallet fell under the bed, the waiter cleaning the room deliberately waited for us to come back, let us check if there are few things, breakfast is also very good, there are several options, this is the hotel and friends The photo taken, once again stressed that the boss is really good, we went out to play, it came back to rain, the boss took the umbrella to pick it up, and when I left, I personally sent us on the train.
The hotel rooms are very good. The rooms are large, clean and transparent. The balcony is large. The room has a refrigerator. There is no problem in living in isolation for 14 days. The waiter is very polite, the breakfast is good, can be brought back to the room, the waiter will help press the elevator. Someone at the entrance of the hotel is responsible for temperature measurement and disinfection. It feels very safe. You must book breakfast in advance with Ctrip. Thanks for the coordination and help of Ctrip's customer service because my English is not very good. The customer service staff has been helping to communicate with the hotel and answering questions in a timely manner, thanks!
The service was really good, there was an airport shuttle, $ 13 to the hotel late at night, and there were luggage to carry throughout. Special aspects of sanitation and disinfection are very good. The front desk and restaurant services are available in Chinese and English, and I was really satisfied with the stay.
The hotel is located near the Independence Monument, with passapp If you take a taxi to the palace, you don't have to pay $1. There are several restaurants around the hotel. Aeon is also within 1,2 km. The location is good. There is a swimming pool, a rooftop bar, and a spa. The whole body is $15 for 60 minutes. The breakfast is also rich. There are American and Asian styles. The selection is not too many, but it is delicious, especially the egg roll omelet and fruit. The room we booked had a balcony, not too big, but the bed was latex, very comfortable, the bathroom was large, the water was very good, and the hotel was a miserable hotel for many days. This is a paradise for us.
Several management members of the company, together with drinking and throwing coins, decided to go to Cambodia for the first time. Hotel location is relatively biased, but the environment is really good. Very suitable for emptying. The room is also big. Because the environment outside the hotel is not particularly good, relying on the Mekong River, we dare not go out at night. Breakfast is an order system, we have not eaten at the hotel, the taste is also very OK, the taste is more westernized. But it looks good too. In the evening, I called beer, fries and peanuts by the pool. I used to drink and play games until twelve o'clock. The waiters are also all in English, not Chinese, but the whole service is super good and very enthusiastic. In short, I really like this accident trip.
This place is perfect for the low price you pay. Great location near a lot of cool things. It’s just unfortunate that the Chinese are invading the country, everything was much better before that. But yes - Lucky 2 is a Great place if you want to spend very little money & still have a professional staff & nice hotel.
This hotel has a nature-friendly atmosphere, and I spent 10 days in a penthouse.
The good thing is, because it is a penthouse, it is spacious, there are two toilets, and it was quiet because it was only us. They cleaned up every day. However, I used a package that included 3 meals, but it was said that only 1 main food and 1 soft drink were included per person. I ate the same food almost every day because there were a lot of food that didn't work.. This is enough to ruin my travel mood, so I hope it can be fixed)
The main swimming pool was pretty and I was able to wake up with a bird sound every morning,
It was nice to have a Sunday BBQ on Sunday.
The downside is that there is no staff in the spa.. We wanted to get a couple massage, but it was not possible because there was only one employee, and we couldn't even call on a business trip massage from outside.. This was really uncomfortable and hated.
And when checking out, even though the payment was already completed, it took time to check again.. It took too much time.. The staff was not organized.
But...I like the atmosphere of this hotel, so I plan to stay again...
However, I hope that the parts that may make customers uncomfortable and upset are fixed.

The breakfast was very good, the bakery at the door, the wide range of options, stayed in Phnom Penh, did not meet a better bakery than this (because we were very rushed to eat Malis Restaurant on the last day, the impression is average, if you come back Once, I will choose to dine at the hotel). The hotel is hidden in the alley, but almost every driver knows it. I like the flowers that are welcome in the hotel. I hope to go to Southeast Asia to experience the floral class next time (if the hotel has lectures, haha), the room is quite large, the ceiling fan and the black wood cabinet are full of colonial style (no derogatory, simple description), the only The shortcoming is that there is no bathtub, I am a little surprised. In addition, the hotel has a Chinese service lady, thank you and other staff for their introduction, and the impression of Phnom Penh is better than Angkor Wat. Ps. Traffic is recommended to use Grab, no need to charter, no need to worry about language problems.
Although the room is not big, it is cost-effective. The only drawback is that the WiFi is too bad, and it is not easy to use. The Internet TV is also not easy to use due to network problems. The others are relatively satisfactory. If the WiFi can be improved, it will be perfect It can be said to be the most cost-effective, clean and tidy hotel in Phnom Penh

Generally, it is no different from domestic chains. It’s not convenient to go anywhere. It doesn’t support staying. It is cost-effective. Just like the accommodation in a rural urban village, it’s still okay to live in.
Chinese-run hotel, rare high-rises in the area, very new rooms and large, good night view at night. Because it is an apartment hotel, there is also a stove and oven but there is no place to dry clothes. The service staff is very good and can speak a few words of Chinese. There is a swimming pool. I ordered it by looking at the photos of the swimming pool. The location is very good, between the National Museum, the Russian market, the central market and the long-distance station, very close to the Royal Palace.
Sangkat Phnom Penh Thmei
The hotel is very convenient from the airport, the price is 9 dollars, the hotel staff is warm, and the room is very clean. However, the consumption level of Phnom Penh is quite high, surpassing Shanghai and Beijing. Drinking a cola for $ 1.65 is more expensive than eating in the United States, and eating for $ 5-10.
Well located and off the busy streets this is by far the safest and most comfortable hotel we have stayed at in Southeast asia. We stayed at this fabulous boutique hotel as a couple about five years ago when first arriving in Cambodia. We recently went back for about 3 weeks in total in february-march 2020, and had again a wonderful stay. Highlights are: sustainability-minded hotel (social and environmental), small cozy garden and pool, breakfast (especially traditional pork and rice), kitchen staffed with an amazing chef cooking up some delicious Khmer and western recipes, the happy hour cocktails, especially the ginger infused martini and passion daiquiri, and above all the kindest staff imaginable who will always greet you with a smile. We were so glad to meet the same staff as five years ago upon our return. Also, the management is super flexible and helpful. The rooms are great, really nice interior and comfortable bed (though the bathroom is a bit peculiar). The compound feels very secure with a 24/7 security guard. For the location BKK area is full of great restaurants. So definitely a 10/10 and will return! A special thank you to Ms. Rattanak, Ms. Sreyleak and Ms. Raksa :)

Cambodia is my transit country back to China. I finished the 14th quarantine and checked into this hotel because I still had something to do.
🏨 The whole stay was very comfortable. Whether it was the room or the waiters 💁♂️, they were very active in helping me solve the problem (because the process of returning to China is very troublesome, I encountered the Phnom Penh city closure after isolation!!!).
🍜There is a restaurant on the 9th floor of the hotel. Breakfast is also very rich. Chinese food is also very good when eaten in the hotel.
🏊♀️There is an infinity swimming pool on the 9th floor, which is very nice.
💰Really value for money, five-star service at 200 yuan
🙏Thank you for your care these days!

Similar to other auberge or pension places I've stayed, this small hotel has a nice cafe on the ground floor and pretty much any service you need is available. As you would expect, they'll sell you tickets to many attractions and activities, and arrange transportation. Just ask. The operators are French, so if you speak the language you will have the best time. For me, it's very close to the school I'm visiting, so it's quite convenient. The neighbourhood is quiet, so the hotel is mostly quiet. My room is large, with a large separate bedroom and a reasonable-sized kitchen with a microwave, average-sized fridge/freezer and a gas cooktop with three burners and an extractor fan. There is a decent selection of knives but few other utensils (no soup ladle or tongs, for example). Although the hotel is nominally "non-smoking" and my room appeared smoke-free, I couldn't help notice the telltale smell creeping into my room occasionally. My only major complaint is that they don't have the mosquitoes under control. They don't provide a mosquito net on the bed, the windows don't have screens and at night I was bitten relentlessly - they disregarded the repellent I slathered on before going to bed.
Leo runs a first class hotel. My wife and I stayed for 3 nights on two separate reservations, and had to switch rooms before our final night. My wife left some difficult to replace cosmetics in the first room, and didn’t realize until many hours later that she had left them. The staff went to great lengths to chase down those items and returned them to my wife.
The loft is a great room and is worth the extra money compared to the most basic room. The balcony is very comfortable with a great view of the river, some even have large fans to help keep you cool. The room itself is very modern, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. You can tell that Leo put a great deal of thought into this place. It is the only place I will stay when I am in Phnom Penh.
The hotel is in a very good location, very close to the Royal Palace and the museum, just walking distance. The view from the balcony of the hotel is very beautiful, and the facilities in the room are relatively old. If these details are not so high, the hotel is still more cost-effective.
This hotel is amazing to me:
-First of all, the location is in the city center, it is very very convenient, it is too convenient to book a car at the door.
-Next door is the front desk, bar, swimming pool, many foreigners swimming in the pool, basking in the sun, very comfortable.
-The room design is too attentive, very modern and has an art gallery, the favorite is the bathtub on the balcony, it is too comfortable, and you can see the pool view from the balcony.
-The waiters at the hotel are all local, everyone will smile for you, the service is very very good! Stay here every minute and enjoy!
Good location, right next to the night market. The bar on the roof overlooks the Mekong River. Not far from the Grand Palace, Tashan Temple is within walking distance. Eat a lot around ~
When booking a room, pay attention to whether it is mixed, originally 4 people were booked but didn't pay attention and found that it was mixed. Had to change to 12 people, but the difference was not refunded.
