My husband and I had booked at a different hotel and it was beyond terrible so at the last minute we drove to the Holiday Inn & Suites in London. The front desk clerk, Ricken, was simply wonderful. He quickly booked us into a terrific room and calmed me down. His kindness and thouthfulness were greatly appreciated. The rest of our stay was equally wonderful. Thank you to all the staff we came into contact with at the Holiday Inn in London.

A hotel that has won many awards. The staff is friendly and the room is great. Breakfast is buffet style and rich in variety. From the whole to the details, from the lobby to the room design (including furniture, fabrics, lighting, etc.), the concept of design can be seen. It is one of the most tasteful hotels I have ever stayed at.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! This is the second time I've stayed here for Christmas for ten nights, in order to visit my son as a Divorced Dad from the UK. I went for the suite this year as my son is 8 years old and we needed the space to play! The suite was perfect, beautiful corner bath and lots of space. Despite being very happy with the room, it's not the rooms that makes this hotel such a pleasure to stay in, IT'S THE STAFF! I'd like to name every single brilliant member of staff, so if I didn't name you, forgive me. Special thanks to Mo, Obi, Sanchita. See you next Christmas legends! The staff are wonderful! Check-in process was smooth and easy, the rooms are huge and clean, its easy to get extra towels (Kudos housekeeping!), the breakfast is perfect, and i just love how friendly and helpful their staff are. My friends and I will definitely stay here again when we’re in London!

Nothing early, don't know how to breakfast? Two queen beds, suitable for children! The hotel is located near the city centre and the transportation is very convenient. There is a parking lot next to the hotel, but I didn't drive, so I don't know if I have to charge! The parking spaces on the roadside are all charged, self-service payment!

This hotel is ok for a one-night stay, the kind of place you visit just to sleep and then get back on the highway without spending a fortune. The hotel would benefit from a deep clean. I found black grunge on the soap holder in the shower (housekeeper probably too short to reach it). The duvets should have a proper cover. If you take the ratty bedspread off you uncover the duvet and your arms/face will make contact with a bedding that isn't likely cleaned often. A family staying in a 2 queen room would definitely be cramped, however the room had a cozy vibe to it. There is very little space, the room is similar in size to a cruise ship cabin. The TV is awful, and the WiFi was difficult to contact to using Android devices. The front desk people were about as friendly and outgoing as border guards. Anyways, this isn't a destination hotel and I guess management is comfortable with the attitude that ”you get what you pay for”.

The Ivey Leadership Centre is very close to University Hospital. Although in the heart of the city, because of the spacious and beautiful grounds, you feel like you are in the country. The accommodations are excellent (super comfortable beds!) and the staff friendly. They are also very accommodating if special requirements are needed. It is the place to stay in London.

The hotel room clean service staff is very warm and friendly. Instead of changing attitudes depending on nationality or tipping, we only pay 1-2 Canadian dollars on the bedside to express recognition for their work. The front desk staff was indifferent but with discrimination (to the Chinese).

Special thanks to Manager Ken Sutherland for assistance with my new mobile telephone, making digital key access a success! And a very special thanks to him and Dulce for finding my wedding gift card that I left on the lobby table. As a team,They figured out who it belonged to through our casual conversation about our heading to a wedding event. Telephoned me to let me know they had found it! So grateful as it contained a large sum of cash! Room was clean, well tended and ready on time. As always, Hampton beds were comfortable and bedding soft and inviting. Great choice on the breakfast bar and good coffee. Thanks for a lovely stay with a good ending.

Just referring to the feeling of staying here, it is still good. However, the room rate was repeated. I have already asked once at check-in, saying that it is a deposit, and I will refund it when I check out. As a result, I still deducted my money when I checked out. Fortunately, Ctrip's service is still good, and the refund is successful.

If you are very budget conscious, and your only concern is a clean bed to sleep in, this will meet your needs. We checked in during the Brier so rooms in the downtown area were scarce. The only rooms available here were their studio rooms. One had a kitchenette and the other did not. The one without the kitchenette had a small fridge with a microwave seated on top and a coffee maker on top of the microwave. It was dark and very small. There was little space around the bed. The heater/AC unit was situated next to the bed. As it was very warm in the room, we turned the AC on. But we had to turn it off when we went to bed as the cold air was blowing directly on the person sleeping on that side. The bed was very firm. The other limited furnishings (there was not place to unpack your clothes) were old. The tub in the bathroom was very narrow and dangerous to stand in as you showered; it was an old fashioned tub with curved sides and a very narrow flat surface so you had pressure on your ankles as you stood there. The staff were friendly and overall it was clean. But, I would not recommend for more than a 1 or 2 night stay and then only if you can't find anything else or are looking for cheap accommodations.

Because my daughter is studying in Ontario, this is the closest hotel to the school. 15 minutes walk to school. The environment around the hotel is good, the public toilets and bathrooms are also very clean. Bring your own toiletries, slippers and more. There is no place to eat near the hotel, it is best to prepare some dry food.

I'm giving this a 5-star rating relative to other Best Western properties I've visited; this was easily the best. The gentleman at the front desk was splendidly helpful, and we did have a lot of questions: Is the guest laundry available? (It was.) Can you give me change, in quarters, from an American $20 bill to pay for the guest laundry. (Yes, but without consideration for the favorable American exchange rate, but I was in no mood to quibble over a few bucks). Can you direct us to the on-site electric vehicle charger? (He walked my friend out the front door to show him exactly where it was.) The desk clerk was patient and cheerful in allowing me (during a lull in lobby traffic) to trade in my accumulation of small Canadian change into Loonies, and the growing number of Loonies into bills. The room was comfortable, the Wi-Fi was good and the included breakfast buffet was fine (and would have probably been better had we not waited until the last minute). The hotel seemed pretty new and is convenient to the 401 expressway as well. One oddity: The fact that our room # was 3xx didn't mean we were on the third floor (which doesn't exist). It's simply the 300 wing (which happens to be on the ground floor). Your desk clerk was clear this up for, and heck, this property isn't so vast that you will stay puzzled for long.

We stayed here for 4 nights in August of 2022. Check-in was good, the room was nice. Big enough and clean. I noticed the bathroom exhaust vent was extremely dirty but not a big deal. First morning I went to make coffee and went for a shower. I came back and there was only about a cup in the pot. I checked and the filter basket was full because it had the wrong coffee pot and the lid didn't touch the button on the bottom of the basket. No big deal. I made it work and went to the front counter to get a different coffee pot. I was told one would be brought to the room but none ever was. Friday night, 1:00 am and it started getting noisy in the hallway, people coming and going loudly, partying across the hall. Finally at 2am I called the front desk and the noise quit 5 minutes later. Until 7am the next morning when the partiers started leaving, loudly. I do require more than 5 hours sleep so this was annoying. Saturday night, 1:00 am I wake up to the sound of a young child running up and down the hallway squealing with delight, 5 minutes later and adult running after the child playfully chasing him yelling too. At 2:00 am it gets really loud, must have been 10 people in the hallway laughing, joking, yelling. I've had enough and open the door and yell at them to stop making noise as some of us are sleeping. The noise quits. 3:00 am, there's a knock on our door. I ignored it but I'm thinking it was somebody from the front desk. When I go to a hotel I expect to be able to sleep reasonably well, maybe a bit of noise but I've never had a room that was this loud. EVER.

The hotel is very close to Exit 186 of Highway 401. In a hotel group, there is a lot of space to choose from. 15 minutes drive to the city, the location is not very biased, there is free parking. The room decoration is relatively new, the furniture facilities are better, clean and tidy. The room has a mini kitchen, pots and pans and other kitchen utensils, you can make a decent Chinese meal. A rice cooker can also be served at the front desk to make rice. There are coin-operated washing machines and dryers, and we wash clothes almost every day, which is very convenient. The room door is not very soundproof but it is quieter to sleep at night. The restaurant has a sun room, very comfortable, a lot of breakfast, you can enjoy a sumptuous, laid-back Western breakfast. The front desk service was very good. I had a 2 hour free check-out due to the late flight. The supervisor was very happy and agreed. We were very happy. There are a lot of shopping malls and restaurants around the hotel, and the gifts we buy for our friends are purchased at nearby stores. The hotel has a large free parking lot, and there are actually 2 charging piles, which are very considerate for the passengers. All in all, this is a very nice hotel. Recommended!

It is the dormitory of the college, newly built. There are 4 bedrooms in this suite, we used 2, and the other 2 are locked. The hall is large and the facilities are practical. Breakfast is good, eat a lot 😀
