Living in Langham, Melbourne for the first time, located on the South Bank, and found it very good! You can run along the river in the morning, and there is a bridge downstairs to the north shore. Lang Ting's pink is really a pink girl's heart! Everywhere is pink. The lobby is beautiful and delicious. The room was well-ordered. Two nights were booked through other channels. The third night was booked by Ctrip. The first two nights were river views. It looked like a photo. The third night Ctrip booked a beggar room. So it's good. Langting's breakfast is good in Melbourne, special fruits, all kinds of fruits, such as cherry, strawberry, berry, and watermelon cantaloupe are neglected, so I am very happy to eat fruit, I ate it without much interest Pile of cherry tarts. Another praise is Benedict's Egg! It's really delicious and must be tasted. There is a sky bus directly to the airport 2 minutes downstairs. The airport is also here, so it ’s very convenient. I bought a ticket online, and then arrived by bus.

[Location] The location of the hotel is very good. It is in the center of the city. It is a short walk to the Yarra River. There are many bars and street performances along the river. It is quite lively. There are many foreign friends gathering and drinking there. At the same time, it is close to major well-known buildings. [Parking lot] There is a paid parking lot. We stopped for 2 days and collected more than 40 Australian dollars. [Facilities] Personally think that it is similar to domestic budget hotels, but with microwave ovens and refrigerators.

Can add an extra bed, suitable for children. The location is really good, quiet and quiet. Crossing the bridge is the largest train station, which is the downtown area. The train station is a few hundred meters past and it is Chinatown.

The hotel is in a good location, right on the banks of the Yarra River, across the bridge to the old train station, and within walking distance to various dining and main attractions. Sanitation and facilities are good, two rooms, two bathrooms and one living room. The room is small, and there is no air conditioning in the room. There is only one in the hall. The 2-7th floor is the parking lot. To use the room card to open the gate and take the elevator, the parking fee of AUD 35 per day is not expensive or cheap in the local area. Overall it is more recommended!

Hotel location is very good. It takes only 5 minutes to walk to Eureka Building to the State Art Museum and Royal Botanic Gardens. It is no more than 10 minutes. We chose to go to Eureka Building as a convenient hotel. The only flaw in the evening experience is that the price is slightly higher but still acceptable.

WE stayed in the hotel for 3 nights soon after it opened and were very pleased with the visit. Reception is on the 7th floor, shown on a sign just inside the building entrance. Checking in and our were very simple and all details were correct. Our room was fine, the bed was very comfortable with great pillows, and no noise from the corridor. The bathroom has a shower, handbasin and toilet in a convenient arrangement. There is sufficient clothes storage space. The buffet breakfast was fine with a range of choices both hot and cold with juices and coffees. The bar and restaurant area is adjacent to reception and is very spacious, the dinner menu is not extensive but we found the meals to be good with quick and very pleasant service. The location is very convenient only a few minutes walk to the river esplanade with a direct bridge connection to the railway station. We live in the outer suburbs of the city and when we noticed that IHG were opening this hotel we decided to try it for a weekend - we thoroughly enjoyed it and would not hesitate to stay there again.

The Adina Apartment Hotel Melbourne Southbank is one of the newest hotels in Southbank, having opened in 2020. Traveling to the hotel is easy with Flinders Street Station located approximately 900m away and Essendon Airport roughly 21km away. Transportation around the city is also convenient, with Flinders Street Metro Station within walking distance. Famous local attractions Williamstown Ferries, Williamstown Bay and River Cruises and Testing Grounds, can all be reached with a short walk. After a long day of sightseeing, guests can retire to the comfort of the hotel. For those driving themselves, parking is provided on site.

I was lucky enough to be staying at the Quest in Southbank during the pandemic. The staff were wonderful, and so accomodating. Nothing was a bother, and it made for such a pleasant stay during the time there. The amenites were exactly what I needed, including consistent high speed internet, grocery delivery service, and affiliations with local restaurants and cafes for coffees and hot meals delivered. I would highly recommend staying in these apartments agian.

The building itself is very nice with modern furnishings in the apartment. Great views as well from the room. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, good location as well. However the room itself was definitely not cleaned to an acceptable standard for what is meant to be the premiere new building in Melbourne. There was old bottle caps and crushed biscuit in the centre of the main carpet, not even hidden. Clearly not vacuumed. There were very obvious stains on the bedroom throw pillows, toilet paper left in one of the toilets, obvious stains on cabinet fronts. Considering COVID-19, you would hope they had enhanced cleaning, but it appears they are barely cleaning. In the morning we had organised with front desk to check out at 11 as is available for all guests, however the cleaner barged in at 10:20 while we were still lying in bed, not even knocking just coming in!! They then checked their sheet and were like “oh sorry you checking out at 11”?? The door itself to the room does not lock properly without you pulling it shut fully as mentioned by other comments. There was also already plaster damage on several walls, which for an apartment no more than a year old shows lack of care. Also do not expect to get a parking spot even though they list them as available, was told they are always full by apartment owners by the reception person on arrival even though we checked in advance and was told it should be possible to get one. Ended up paying $80 for Wilson parking which we were directed to by the staff. Very disappointing for such a heavily promoted new building in Melbourne, and concerning about poor cleaning standards during a pandemic. Many better options in Melbourne.

Although it was originally designed for a hotel near the concert venue, it was unexpectedly found to be very close to the CBD. The hotel is a tram stop for five minutes, very convenient, and there are also 711 convenience stores nearby. It may be because of the nearby decoration + I was the road idiot at the beginning to find the wrong, but after finding the right place, I found the lobby feels good! The staff is very nice, the room is comfortable and beautiful, the facilities are complete and the heating is adequate. Slippers and toothbrushes need to be brought. Towels and beds are changed every day. Breakfast needs to be added, and you will be asked if you need a parking space. It is also very good to mention the safety of the hotel. The elevator needs to be swiped to pick up the floor keys. With a photo of my sister and my geese. I will choose here later.

This time was a bit of a let-down for services. Staff were not as nice as expected (I won't mention nationalities of staff in this case to be fair) and informed me that the check out time was 10am instead of what was indicated on the hotel website or on trip.com (check-out time before 11am). Some staff were nice enough (really appreciated this). Overall, services should be improved and staff should be more educated about how they deal with customers in a more professional manner.

What an awesome flawless experience after spending two days at the relatively new Peppers Shadow, Melbourne. Apartment had heaps of space and the facilities were high end. Beds, towels and robes were amazing and comfy. All the staff were easy going, helpful and professional. Dinning in at Edwin wine bar and bistro highly highly recommended. Huge thumbs up to mr Isaac on floor duty and mr Luke on the grill (ps the stuffed zucchini flowers was sublime, that grass fed beef cooked to exactly as order and too perfection! And we loved the heirloom veg with saltbush....divine). I can’t speak highly enough about the dining experience and quality of service, food and the extensive selection of Australian wines. Worth every single cent of the indulgence. Very close to crown and I hope the hotel don’t mind me saying parking at close by crown for a tenner per day make this hotel very accessible. Great hotel ambience and a shout out to the very welcoming Matt and Ruby on reception. Great hotel close to crown and Jeff’s shed great staff so a high recommendation from me for leisure or business travellers. Particularly for those discerning travellers that love the finer things in life. Great job team Peppers Shadow Play, Melbourne. Mr Dean
