We've made reservation for two apartments but had to cancel one of them few weeks before our trip due to circumstances. First they charged us for both apartments even they said payment on arrival. When contacted for any explanation and refund they've asked for bank details (they charged credit card and refund suppose to go there). The next they they charged us again but this time for one apartment. No word of refund though. At some point they stopped to answer our calls or answer to emails. We had no clue when or if we'll get our money back. They before arrival we received a txt message informing lift will be out of order into days. On arrival appeared lift is already out. Receptionist pretend she has no idea about it even though lift is next to receptio and there is huge sign out of order on it. Now the funniest thing....our apartment was on 6th floor. No apology about the lift. No apology about the over charges. I understand this place was cheap but some customer service would be nice. Obviously they don't care about possible return of their customers. We received our refund eventually after two weeks.

However, it is 5 minutes walk from the Old Town and on the main tram route. The downside is that the trams are extremely noisy, and if you have a room overlooking the road you will certainly hear them. Rooms are dated but clean and the buffet breakfast very good (coffee is excellent). Breakfast room is quite compact for a large hotel, so you have to pick your time. One issue we had was the lack of a bar for an evening drink. The bar only appeared to be open while the restaurant was serving in the evening. Good value for money and we would certainly return, but with courtyard facing rooms.

Rooms nothing fancy but clean and well thought out. 24 hr bar was useful , although not a big selection of drinks we used it on our first evening after arriving. We didnt book breakfast but plenty cafes and bakeries around, we visited Jolie Brasserie twice and sat in the park ( after the opera house) with fresh rolls, coffee and pastries twice . The location is perfect for the market square . We also visited the little square behind the opera house and wandered down towards the canal to Domek and Fosa a lovely little bar/ restaurant. Wasabi is a busy bar and resturant outside the hotel with great cocktails . Hotel kept our cases on our last day as we had a late flight.

|1.91km from city centerWe have visited during our journey from Spain to the east of Poland and this was by far the best hotel we stayed during our 5 days journey. Nice staff at the reception, clean and nicely designed rooms, and fast room service from the restaurant on the ground floor. On top of that, they accept dogs! The bed was super comfy and pierogi and schnitzel to die for. We have also ordered breakfast which was super big and balanced. A big plus is also the parking behind the building. We will be definitely back.

|0.16km from city centerAs a family we stayed here in May earlier this year. I've stayed at this hotel many times now and it's always the first place I look at when I'm booking my return to Wroclaw. What has always stood out at this hotel is how excellent and helpful the staff are. Some have come and gone over the years, both in reception and the breakfast area but there are still some familiar faces and they are always more than happy to assist. I've stayed in a few different rooms at the hotel and as mentioned on a previous review some of the rooms do need an upgrade, not all but some do. The ones that have been upgraded are really excellent. In no way luxurious but clean, comfortable, tidy and modern - perfect for what I'm looking for in a city break hotel. The rooms that haven't been upgraded - most from what we've stayed in are fine, especially for a lads weekend, the odd one that we've stayed though probably did need an overhaul but generally speaking the non upgraded rooms are OK as well. The breakfast, as ever offers more than enough to start the day. Fruit, yoghurts, cold meats, cereals. It's not the most extensive and some people may want more than what's on offer but if its included in your stay it's good value. Location - again as mentioned many times, is excellent - a short walk to the main square and well positioned for jumping in and out of taxi's if you want to go a but further afield. As with all my previous reviews I give it 5*'s again, that's based on the value in relation to the location, the standard of the hotel, cleanliness, comfort, breakfast and as important as all those things - the staff, they always push it over the line when I come to reviewing the hotel. I'm about to book my trip to Wroclaw for the Xmas, it's highly likely we'll be staying here again,

Only drawback was the need to take a taxi or Uber to the main square for restaurants unless eating at the hotel. It’s about a 20 to 30 minute walk which might be challenging at night. However, we found no problem with Uber. Breakfast is somewhat scaled down but for this boutique hotel it was good.

|3.08km from city centerI chose the hotel because of the location. It was perfect for me. The rest didn't look so well anymore. I got hit after the first hot weekend. Outdoor 30 degrees on plus. The air conditioning worked, but the windows out to the BP station were very sunny. You can still put the crates in, but it would be better to just air the room. Unfortunately the windows are permanently closed .The double room per person is OK , but at the two will be tight . Bathroom without charge and even on plus . Breakfast [ still brought to the room ] very average . ”Artificial” raisins and bad cheeses . For the heat to choose a steam or egg . I chose this second , but the room was reported to the room was at most summer . For this large selection of sweet cookies [ very bad ]. it is some kind of attraction , but I didn't even have time to use it . Clean and proper service , but I wouldn't go back to this place .

All was perfect from the localization (back to the cathedral), accommodation (nice room with great view and wonderful bed), tasty breakfast and helpful staff. The view from the well-kept spa is an incredible and unforgettable. However, to be an idealistic one it should be adult only or +16 (as an option spa should be open only for adults). Moreover, the spa should be open at the morning (6-11 am) and afternoon (4-11 pm). On Mon-Sat it works at 4-9 pm only.

|0.88km from city centerVery nice hotel right outside the main railway station with very little walk if you arrive by train, lots of tram and bus stops across the road that you can take tram or bus to the city center and other attractions within minutes.Lots of cafe and restauratns nearby so wouldnt have to walk long to eat somehtung, rooms were very comfortable and most important the airconditioning was best thing about this place as it was 30+ degrees from early morning the aircon was on all day and night and couldnt feel bit of heat in the room making sleep comfortable. Very good value foe money as it was one of the cheapest places to stay in Wrocław with very good distance to Main station and city center, Only concern id the quality of service provided by the ukrainian cleaning staff which can be very rude if you dont speak ukrainian

|4.3km from city centerThis hotel hates trees and loves concrete. Its whole property is either concrete or stones. With an exception of a few thin tall shrubs in front. Terrible if your room is facing the car park in the back or its (dark brown..) windows come out onto the hot black roof. A couple of very nice guys at the reception, but most others just indifferent. Cleaners come in regardless of Do Not Disturb, even early in the morning. Beware. The rooms are HOT.. impossible to sleep in without the fan on and every room has one, seemingly.. rooms come with kettle and supposedly some coffee, tea and bottled water. Yet, upon check in, there was just one stick of coffee and one teabag per person per night.. Are you guys serious? For 24 hours? When you ask the next day, you also get exactly the same amount.. come on.. There is no rubbish bin in the room.. just in the bathroom. Toilet seat is so high up most people will have their legs dangling.. The noise at night is quite bad so most probably you'll need to keep the windows shut.. there are few nice little greengrocers round the corner to get fresh fruit etc from. This hotel has NO BAR whatsoever. If you'd like a quiet drink before bedtime, you'll need to look elsewhere.

|0.15km from city centerI stayed here for 4 nights in June2022 while on a city break to Wroclaw. Good points 1. Excellent value for money. This is a no-frills hotel but it provided everything I needed. My room was clean and comfortable and the shower was vey good. 2. Very friendly and helpful staff on Reception. 3. Air conditioning in my room. This was a pleasnt and welcome surprise - it was very hot during my visit with temperatures reaching 36 C. 4. The buffet breakfast was basic and repetitive but at the same time very good value for money (around £7 per day). 5. The location was ideal - easy to find and about 20 minutes walk from the airport bus drop-off. The Old Town Square was less than 10 minutes away and all the other places of interest were within easy walking distance. 6. It was great to be able to buy snacks, water and other drinks at the Reception. 7. I had a room a the back of the hotel and there were no issues at all with noise. Bad points For the price I paid I cannot think of any bad points.

Free unlimited coffee and tea, quick check in, warm and clean room with very little noise from outside given its proximity to the city center. The rooms were cleaned daily and towels changed. The breakfast was amazing! Everything from cheese and salad to waffles, scrambled eggs, polish sausage and spinach cake! The hot waffles and spinach cake were the best! When leaving at 5 am Monday morning there was a packed lunch ready for us to take on our flight. Much appreciated. We didn't use the pool and sauna. We will definitely be back to stay in future. The staff were super helpful also and it was all in all a very nice relaxed atmosphere.

In recent times, I and as many of us from the health service crew have traveled many times to support colleagues and colleagues in the profession and stay in a hotel. I must admit that the place is located on the outskirts of the city, but it is the perfect place to mark the peace and silence. Nearby you can make shopping in one of the online stores or in one of the larger outlet hypermarkets. As for the hotel, very kind recreation, helpful and friendly. Not forced kindness, but sympathy and help shows us that you can meet nice people to yourself. My room with a double bed perfectly fit for needs. The mattress that does not fall somewhere will certainly not override the spine, and will rest. Cleanness for 10! Fresh walls and bathroom or sanitary batteries are not available, which is 10! The phone will certainly make it easier for business stays, which is in the room. The breakfast coffee or tea set in the room is also a convenience. And what is important for me is a shelf-contained wardrobe and a separate one for hangers. Of course, a separate one for shoes, bags and jackets. Night table and night lamps on the bed is the basis the hotel will not forget about. Simply. On the 1st floor there is a restaurant, a large parking lot for cars behind the slave is a comfort and a sense of security, which is important! Also at the bottom is a large conference room or under other events with full equipment for some of them is also an atut. For my part, if you want to stay in Wrocław and be close, but you value peace, comfort and order together with a nice service, it's just here.

Anything they could help us with was done pleasantly, and with a 'Happy to help' attitude. Anything they couldn't help us with (no uk/EU adaptor), when we came back to the hotel later that day, they had found one for us. They ordered us taxis, recharged our phones for us after we had checked out, printed route on map, etc. A++ for Customer Service. -Breakfast, was delicious and hearty. Some healthy options - salatka, salad, ham, tomatoe, cheeses, fruit salad but also hot sausage, and warm sweet cream-cheese pancakes. Croissants, bread rolls, rye bread, butters, jams, honey, Cereals, mueslies, yoghurt. Nice coffee machine, nice selection of teas, selection of juices. Cons - The hotel bedrooms were a little dated, but clean and comfortable. That's it.. There really were no 'cons'.

|0.89km from city centerThe elevator was broken and nobody repair it. My stay is in the 4th floor which means I moved my luggage from underground to the top floor then move back . It was a big trouble. I checked with the receptionist and received “ sorry” only but without any solution. During stay, all of guest can only use the stairs with big luggage. So did me. And the receptionist didn’t know when the elevator can be recovered. If I knew the elevator broken, I wouldn’t chose this apartment. A terrible stay !

Has everything you need in it. Kitchen has plates and utensils as well as a dishwasher and fridge. Bathroom has either a shower or shower with tub combo and washing machine. Great internet , clean and comfy. Area is next to main square and across the street a main mall Lots of stores downstairs to do groceries or basics. There is parking available at the hotel. The staff are what makes the place even better. Very helpful and we will definitely return.

Clean, very affordable prices and something that is very important to me - balcony! breakfast can be bought on site for 9zł. Expect what you can expect for 9Zł :) Eggs of two eggs given to each individual and bread, cheese and ham to your will. Quality food is ok, but modest. But I think that for this money it is fair. You don't have to go out early to combine what you eat here only eat a nut, even a modest breakfast . Just prepare that the rooms are quite small but not claustrophobic . If I ever need a cheap accommodation in Wrocek I'll definitely come back to you because I have no one objection:)
