Hotels Near Wing Hwa In Monroe County Review

I went for my 9th wedding anniversary for two nights and it was perfect! We wanted something different and more than a hotel. I'm so glad I found this place online. The price was decent and actually for two nights some hotels would have been more money! We stayed at Deerfield Cottage and it was so cute! Some of it was a little run down and needed some upkeep and fixing but we didn't mind. Only thing we didn't like was the smell in the bedroom as it had a musty old smell but we just figured it's normal for an old cottage. The bed was also not comfy at all but we still slept fine. We brought our own pillows and sheets and blankets which helped! The location of the cottage was perfect, far away from other cottages but yet close enough to stores and restaurants. Check in was great! I love how Hiram text and then comes out to the cottage for the check in process. We loved having a full kitchen and fire pit. Only thing I wished we were told about was the boat rentals, etc and what there is to do on the property. We kinda just walked around the property on our own to check it out. We enjoyed playing mini-golf! We loved it there overall and we can't wait to return again in the fall time as I think that's the most quietest and peaceful time.

I was planning a 70th and 30th birthday celebration for me and my family on April 18th. I checked the rooms they were wonderful and I had almost 30 people checked into the hotel. As a result of the coronavirus I said we had to cancel. I can't tell you how helpful and how on point this family that's running this Day's Inn was. They help at every end and when I had to cancel they took care of it immediately with no issue. I totally plan to rebook with them and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a clean and caring place to stay. Thank you all for being so wonderful during this very trying time. Highly recommended A+

We stayed in a jacuzzi room for a weekend to celebrate my birthday and attend a local event in Jim Thorpe. The drive to Jim Thorpe was fairly easy from here. It took us a few tries to get the jacuzzi working but after determining exactly how we had to hit the button, we were good for the rest of the trip. The bed was comfortable enough. There was some noise from the hallway that would get my attention from time to time, but I am assuming it was because we were on the main floor right next to the side entrance. We partook in the breakfast both mornings and it was perfect in regards to a free hotel breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed our time here. The staff was attentive and friendly. The property is great, near walking trails, outdoor activities and lots of places to relax and unwind. Karaoke at the club was a blast. Cabins were clean and cozy on a cold fall night. Highly recommend.

Okay so I am currently staying here with my boyfriend and two children. They do not have rollaway cribs available. That was the first negative. They obviously do not change the sheets after each occupant because there was blood on the pillowcase. Im not talking about went through the wash bloodstain blood, I'm talking about an actual blood droplet. The bathroom is really nothing special. Small, cramped, two towels for a four person room. The front desk didnt know how to turn off the outside light, so I unscrewed the bulb (bugs fly right in the room when you open the door). The bed is okay aside from the dirty sheets. Theres a microwave and coffee maker and also a hair dryer. Room is very out dated and extremely simple, not very welcoming. If you have kids, I do not suggest this hotel, as it isn't kid friendly. Unsatisfied with this hotel. Seems like an "hourly rental" kind of place if you know what I mean.

This hotel does not have a kitchen, so breakfast is not included. But there is a cafe with meals downstairs. There is a small supermarket across the road, as well as Starbucks. There are many delicious restaurants around and it is very safe. Convenient transportation, 5 minutes walk from Wugu Station on Orange Line and Blue Line; 10 minutes walk from Dupont Circle on Red Line.

The hotel is in a very good location, 15 minutes walk to the Capitol, 5 minutes from the Space Museum and 10 minutes from the Natural Museum. There is no way to comment on the hotel breakfast. There is Starbucks in the downstairs lobby, two sandwich restaurants next to it, and a McDonald's. There is a simple Korean meal for ten minutes. Eating is very convenient. There is a small convenience store in the hotel lobby. There is a supermarket next to it, but it is closed at five o'clock at nine o'clock, which is useless for early return. Brought two children to stay, no extra cost. I must thank Ctrip for this stay, help me solve a lot of problems, customer service feedback is very fast, foreign countries, language is not good, especially thanks to Ctrip every time to help me solve the problem. after

Chinatown
Let me talk about the reason for choosing this hotel, because the time for the Chinese long-distance bus to return from New York to Washington Chinatown is very late. The location of this hotel is very close to the drop-off point about 100 meters, very good to find in China. In the city archway, with children for safety and convenience, you can only choose here. Besides, the hotel room, I booked a big bed room, the room space is small, and clearly told the friends who are going to book in the future, the bed is 1.50 meters, if it is a family of three with children, it can only be used as a transition room, two An adult can sleep for two nights.

The location is very good, close to Chinatown, and you can get to Washington Station in about ten minutes. It is also a walking distance from the National Summer and other places, and the service attitude is also very good. The bed is large, but American hotels generally do not have a toothbrush and need to bring it. Recommended ~ away

An exceptional hotel that well-represents the luxury MO brand. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, if a bit annoyingly lack a traditional desk/workspace. Though not the best location for in-city activities and dining, I personally like being a bit apart from the hustle and bustle - and it's still an east walk to the Mall, Smithsonians and monuments. Great views from the waterfront side, including planes landing into DCA. An excellent club lounge. Very friendly and helpful staff, from check-in to the concierge and housekeeping. Quite solid breakfast buffet. Nice enough pool, fantastic spa. I'm always glad to stay at this property when in DC.

Swampoodle / Judiciary Square
We arrived at the Hyatt Regency Capitol Hill in Washington on the afternoon of October 2 and checked into the room. We found that the actual room and the Ctrip official website's pictures and text were inconsistent. First of all, the intuitive feeling is that this room does not have the 26 claimed by Ctrip. -30 square meters, should be between 20-25 square meters. Secondly, whether it is a picture or a text on the Ctrip promotion page clearly indicates that there is a sofa in the room, but it does not actually exist. We didn't dwell on whether there was a sofa in the end, but that the type of room we actually stayed in was significantly lower than the one booked. When we called Ctrip to express their doubts, Ctrip's reply to us was that after checking with the hotel, the room was 26 square meters, and the sofa room type was not available. At the same time, we acknowledged that there was a problem with the Ctrip official website's promotional materials and stated that we would use financial compensation To solve the problem. When there was a problem with the Key West Hotel in the previous trip, we considered that it was the first time that the trip had a problem, and that Ctrip's customer service staff was still working hard at that time, so we also accepted Ctrip's compensation of 380 yuan for us. However, Ctrip probably mistakenly thought that no matter what the problem was, they would buy it out to cover up their problems. Therefore, I explicitly told the customer service that in view of Ctrip's false publicity on the official website, we no longer accept any financial compensation. The customer service told us that their hourly leader would call us in an hour. Unexpectedly, the purpose of the "leader" calling us was to upgrade the financial compensation to 500. I may think that this time 380 can't buy it, 500 is always okay. I really didn't see the money open to such an extent and felt the insult from Ctrip. This time in the United States, Ctrip broke our mood for several days. I must leave the original facts in the comments, and hope that latecomers will be more vigilant.

Foggy Bottom
Good location, next to the University of Washington, near the foggy valley station. My room was along the street and the air conditioner in the window was cool. I didn't open it at night. When I was not able to sleep well, I was still screaming by the air conditioners in other rooms. The facilities are relatively new and better. The pothole was mistakenly drunk a small bottle of water 5.5 knife, check out was almost misplaced parking fee of 60 knives, pay attention to check. What I don't understand is that I have mentioned that the house price for three months is as high as 1,700, and the site is set to be more than 1,100. It seems that I have already booked a loss, and the price difference is nearly 50%. I feel that Ctrip’s pricing strategy has problems.

On the street, take the Metro Line 7 from Reagan Airport to the hotel, and take the subway to the right for a few steps to the hotel. You don't have to cross the road. The hotel is on the subway and it is super convenient. Stayed there for 4 nights, the room was small, two beds, each bed is 1 meter wide and relatively small. No breakfast, there is a coffee shop on the second floor, free coffee, fruit and snacks for two days, coffee and hot tea bags for two days.       Less than ten minutes from the White House, turn right at the White House to Museum Street. The subway and road traffic are very convenient and suitable for free travel.        It is inconvenient to eat, there is no supermarket nearby, no fruit bread and vegetables can be bought, and the hotel has a Western restaurant. It is a kind of restaurant. Because I didn't like Western food, I didn't go in and eat. There was a McDonald's and a fast food restaurant like Subway, Starbucks, etc., which were all kinds of food that I had to eat once. If you want to eat Chinese food, you can take the subway blue line and pour the orange line to Chinatown. The Chinese food is more expensive. The tax and tip of a bowl of burdock are about 20 dollars, about 130 yuan a bowl. Figures 4 and 5 are second floor cafes

The hotel location is good, just a few steps away is the yellow line bus to Georgetown and Union Station. Breakfast is a classic western food, everything you need. Free hot drinks, apples and biscuits in the lobby. Apple hot drinks are delicious. The rooms are clean and tidy, in short, the price is super high. There is a problem with parking fees for self-driving tours, car rental is not necessary, and buses are still very convenient.

The Mall
Good location, not far from the main attractions, also next to the subway station. There is a Market 2 Market on the negative floor of the subway station. The 7.5-9 pounds buffet is very cost-effective and closes at 17:00. It's not the Food Court with the promotional sign, it's inside the Reagan Trade Center, it's farther away and needs security. When I went there, I caught up with the baseball team to celebrate the road closure around the parade, and the next day, a long-distance running event closed the road for a few hours. They were all police cars. The lobby bar and restaurant are almost empty during the day and are full every night. The overall feeling is magnificent, the room is very good, that is, the bathroom is too big and almost as big as the bedroom, there are free Evian and slippers and water printed with Trump. The service staff was also very welcoming. You can climb the Bell Tower for free and watch from Starbucks.

Located in the heart of Washington, Washington's main attractions are within walking distance, and the White House is just five minutes away. The Ministry of Finance is next to it. The hotel is magnificent. It is my most satisfying hotel in the US. The front desk service is good. The room is also clean. However, it should be noted that Laomei has now learned the tricks of Chinese people. When I left, I paid the deposit. A middle-aged man told me in English that I had a breakfast. I immediately answered: never. He added, okay, I will check it again. I said, you have to be sure. He even smiled and said to me, there is no. This is not too serious. do not understand the meaning.

American breakfast, breakfast is not included in the room rate, additional breakfast fee of $ 28 will be charged. The rooms are spacious and well located. Attentive and meticulous service. We just arrived that night and the hotel restaurant was closed. We were going to eat outside. The waiter was very helpful in guiding us to the location. Finally the driver asked us to take us there. They were afraid we would not find it. I do n’t know if I can add an extra bed, because we are two people, suitable for children, the hotel is located in the city center, not far from the attractions.

Good location, big room, a bit old fashion, service is decent and the bedding is clean. The disadvantage is that the faucet in the bathtub is a bit malfunctioning. When using the shower, the faucet below leaks, and the shower water is relatively small. The United States is a tipping country. Tipping according to regulations is one of the guarantees of service quality. On the last day, I gave 5 knives when I checked my luggage.
