I'm not sure how real the good reviews are... 1st room looked like a UK council house room from the 1970's! Decor was very dated and room in need of refurb. Noisy central heating. The worst hotel I've stayed in in Paris. I stay in Paris a lot for business. I complained the next day as it was late. They moved me to another room which was a bit nicer but the bed was full of hairs! Clearly staff hadn't cleaned the room! Bath had no shower curtain and just a hand set shower hose! Brought back memories of my childhood living in poverty! The ceiling bathrooms in this hotel are are clad in plastic laminate..this wouldn't pass UK fire regulations.FromUS$108.00

I've been used to great service at Adagio in general and specifically at Kleber, but not this time. I was unable to have a quiet/decent night of sleep 5 nights in a row - out of the 9 of my stay. Whereas the hotel was contacted every night regarding the noise from the upstairs room. The issue was only addressed the 6th night, following a detailed complain email. Having stayed there several times within the past 3 weeks (back every 2 to 3 days) to get some quiet time, when I live only a few minutes away from that hotel and being on top of that a silver ALL member, I would have expected more reactivity. Customer service is key in this time, especially with the given sanitary situation and people choosing specific hotels over others and their deals is because of an expectation of standard. ALL/Accor seems to be failing to understand this lately. When a member of ALL customer service France tells you she can't send you an email because her shift is ending and she has to leave or that 2 weeks later, after you follow up on the request, for that same representative to candidly and with nonchalance bring you back - as a solution - to the very first step you did 4 weeks prior, so literally not addressing your issue, you can only wonder why you spend your money in this group if your investment and loyalty is not valued? Anyhow, back to Kleber and its amenities - past the lack of reactivity this time regarding the noise and lack of sleep. - The rooms are nice with sunny balconies, which are always a definite plus for this hotel. The other Adagio in the area, except for Puteaux, do not have balconies. Furthermore, Puteaux's adagio's balconies are not sunny. - The COVID sanitary rules are followed. It is advised 2 people at a time in the elevator. Some people do not wear masks and would want to squeeze in with you. In my case, I just left them the elevator and waited for the next one. Hydroalcoholic gel is available at the entrance. It could be nice to have it on every floor too. - Breakfast is not worth it, at this time, if you're there for a long stay. For a weekend, why not? Otherwise, I would advise skipping it until healthier choices are suggested (adagio normally serves really nice scramble eggs with ham and bacon, fruits, freshly pressed orange juice). Right now, it is only sugary food (cake, brioche, packaged orange juice). For 15 euros, you have plenty of choices around the hotel - supermarkets, restaurants to cook yourself, be delivered or for takeawayFromUS$89.00

We had an early breakfast in the lounge the morning of our departure. When I asked the lady setting up the breakfast about the delicious specialty bread that was not yet set out, she got it for me and fixed a small bag for me to take on the plane. It traveled home to Texas with me, and I had it for breakfast this morning. It brought back lovely memories of our stay in Paris and the kindness of the Marriott employee who was so gracious and thoughtful. I accompanied my husband on a business trip, but this is a hotel we'd consider for a pleasure trip, too, because the employees were so thoughtful and kind. The hotel arranged a taxi to the airport with the G7 service. Highly recommend them! Our driver arrived early and was super friendly. We had a lovely conversation on the way to the airport. Alas, he seemed to be a smoker since the car smelled a bit like an ashtray (not as bad as others, though). Next time, I might ask for a non-smoking car... not sure if this is possible, but it might be if more ask for one.FromUS$156.00

Advantages Hotel breakfast is more suitable for Chinese stomach, although not as much as the five-star hotel, but things are more refined, which is very helpful for the Chinese stomach, this is the best breakfast in the 5 hotels in this 18-day trip. Next to the subway M1 La Défense station, to the Louvre, the Arc de Triomphe, the tower is more convenient, there is a ticket office at the entrance to the subway can buy a 7-day pass, etc., very convenient. During the stay, there was no subway in the day due to the yellow vest parade. The overall room is small, the sanitation is good, the facilities are OK, there is a kettle, the windows are small, because it is mainly planned to go out and play in Paris, so this is fine. Disadvantages The hotel is located in La Défense, a small business district in Paris. There are many business trips from Monday to Thursday, the prices are high and the weekend prices are low. Stayed 4 nights over the New Year Celebrations and it was our best stay across our 3 weeks in Europe. Hotel room was clean and huge with a separate kitchen, bathroom, toilet, wardrobe and a huge balcony (with pretty good views) which can be really useful. l’occitane amenities was provided as well. One thing that I really like about Fraser Suites as a serviced residence is you get a lot more space and amenities compared to a 20sqm shoebox hotel room. Having access to a well equipped gym was also a plus. Location is a really winner as it is 1 staircase up to the metro station M1 which is automated and is not affected by the strike at all unlike the remaining lines. On the midnight of the countdown, hundreds of people including myself gathered on top of the metro station to catch a glimpse of the fireworks too! The best aspect here is the service, I really had a challenge in Paris due to the ongoing strikes, a pick pocket incident and the associates here was really helpful and eager to assist. Two thumbs up and will definitely be staying here the next day I am in Paris.FromUS$163.00

We enjoyed our stay at Boris V, a king sized bed in a sizeable and comfortable room. The staff were polite, helpful and honest. We had accidentally left 100 Euros on our bed when we left for our day-trip to Mont St. Michel and we came back late at night to find it the money neatly placed on the bedside table. I want to say a big thank you to the housekeeping staff in particular and the hotel in general. The breakfast was good. The hotel is situated in a lovely neighborhood, with the metro, cafes, restaurants, morning market and 24h McDonalds all within a short walk. We would love to stay there again. The only issue is a window curtain that wasn't able to draw close. Walls are a little thin for sound insulation.FromUS$64.00

The hotel must be booked by car, it is too far from the subway station, the night road on the return trip is a little disturbed, after all, the local is hard to say. This is insufficient environmental hardware. But there is a leclerc supermarket across the street, full of temporary needs. Staying enthusiastic, just have to wait for a while. The rooms are not large or small, and the design is consistent with the style of Accor N stores, which are more used to it. The price / performance ratio may not be expensive due to the location, far from the city center, and all attractions and traffic points. But it takes time to travel.
The equipment is not too old in other respects, and it is acceptable to stay. The air is also okay, the view is on the side of the main road, which is relatively wide, but the building is irregular, so the rooms have different sizes.
See the purpose of the line. On the way, I encountered locals to show the way, so I didn't take too many wrong paths.
Breakfast is also consistent, bread is unique to France, but drinks are not fresh and fruits are average. The coffee is average, but the new kusmi has a lot of tea. There is no automatic coffee machine in the room, but I got a bottle of Evian.FromUS$122.00

Hotel was easy to get to via gare du nord by metro and tram- 20 minutes or so. The metro station , Porte de clichy, was 1/2 minute walk to the hotel and so was the metro stop. There was a selection of restaurants outside of the hotel with different cuisines including a fast food option, Burger King. Reception were quick to check me in and friendly. Room was a double room and there was adequate space for the suitcase and hanging up clothes . Really enjoyed the rainforest shower and loved the bed - had a good two nights sleep. Breakfast had some hot food - scrambled eggs, bacon, pancakes and continental options eg pastries, yoghurt, fruit snd hams and cheese. Food was well cooked and good options to suit everyone. Overall good stay and this hotel does offer value for money. Only thing to note is if you are a light sleeper, you can still hear a bit of the noise from the road if you are given a room facing that direction. FromUS$80.00

Recently (Nov 2019) I stayed for 4 nights at the AC hotel in Paris and would like to share with all my personal experience as this was my biggest disappointment from any hotel of the Bonvoy hotels (I’m travelling a lot and using hotels very often). The hotel is a 4 stars hotel, charging more than 300 euro per night and in my view, you do not get anything near the value of the money. Will start with the positive points as its very short: 1. There is an espresso machine in the room 2. The room size is comfortable (I was upgraded to the superior room) 3. The Metro station is less than 10 minutes walking from the hotel On the other side, the disappointments are a long list: Starting with the room: 1. During the period that I stayed at the hotel (4 nights), I got only once, a single time, a complimentary 200 ml bottle of water. 2. The refrigerator is empty, nothing in the mini bar 3. Even that you get an espresso machine in the room, there are no cups, only 2 disposable paper cups that are mostly used for take away. Do not think that this is the cup to be used in the room. 4. The TV size is nice, but, within all of the TV channels, there is not even a single channel with English movies, all French, Russian, German and Italian. 5. There is a small closet in the room, but if one has a long coat, it cannot fit into the closet as the closet is too short and it causes the coat to be on the closet floor 6. I turned the air condition to the max heat as it was freezing out side (2-7 degrees) but the room was cold. I asked the reception to check it, but that didn’t help and the room temperature was so cold that had to be with a light coat while being in the room. Actually, I caught a fever during this trip. I cannot say that its due to the room temp, but for sure it didn’t help Following with the bathroom: 1. The design of the shower is really not practical. The shower has only a single fixed half door that is half size of the shower entrance, meaning that every shower that one takes, the bathroom floor is totally flooded with water and nothing you can do about it, everything gets wet 2. The shampoo which is provided in the bathroom, looks to me like very low quality. It leaves the hair as if it was washed with soap and not with shampoo. More than that, they do not provide any hair conditioner 3. In the first day that was there, I had in the bathroom a small package with only 2 cotton tips for the ears. In none of the other days got any others after using the first 2 tips. General remarks: 1. In my eyes, the breakfast is very poor, even compared to the nearby 4 stars hotels like the Le Meridian and the Hyatt Regency which I stayed in the past. It looks more like a 2 stars hotel buffet. 2. At the evening, the hotel offers a dinner at the bar, but, the hotel doesn’t have a kitchen or a chef and they just bring the food in some plastic cans to the hotel, serving it nicely in plats. Proximity to the metro made this a fantastic choice, as well as the fact that there were numerous food choices within two blocks - including a McDonalds which was nice for our toddler granddaughter, a few cafes with hot cafe creme and croissants for the morning, as well as other options in all price ranges. Hotel has one staff at front and they are helpful in answering questions, though we did not utilize the hotel much, or eat the continental breakfast (not included and must be requested the night before). Room was comfortable and clean, though tight, as all rooms are in Paris. No shower, just a bathtub with a handheld. I would definitely stay again.FromUS$79.00

This hotel is really lovely. Lovely bathroom with separate toilet and a nice room that was well cleaned everyday. Staff are fab and very welcoming. The area is lovely. Some little restaurants near by & connivence shops. McDonald’s is a 2 min walk away. Right next to a metro although we couldn’t use it due to strikes. There is a small bar in the hotel. Arc de Triomphe is a 30 min walk away and the Eiffel Tower is around a 40 min walk. Would definitely stay again and definitely recommend. SOLD OUT

The hotel location is very good, very close to the Arc de Triomphe, a five minute walk to the subway station can also take a direct bus to and from Charles de Gaulle and Orly Airport. Facilities breakfast also fully reached the four-star standard, the gym is relatively small. The front desk is more enthusiastic. There is a little brother who can speak Chinese, which makes communication more convenient.

I regret the booking of this hotel. The gentleman at the service desk when I checked in was incredibly rude and condescending throughout the process. The room was as small as expected however the beds and pillows were incredibly uncomfortable. The shower had minimal pressure. The AC whenever it was turned on left a gathering of dust over everything in my room. Whilst it is located quite a distance from the centre, there are several stations close by which is handy, unfortunately the food options close by the hotel are terrible. I left the hotel after three nights instead of the five I had booked and paid for.

Good location, nearby Carrefour, franprix and other supermarkets! I live on the 2nd floor facing the street, and it is very quiet at night, but the sound insulation between the room and the room is really average. The room is not large and has a balcony (not every room, so it is best to leave a message to tell the room with a balcony when booking) ), There is also a door in the bathroom sharing a balcony with the room, so the balcony is quite large. The hotel only provides shampoo, shower gel and hair dryer. Slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided, so it is recommended to bring your own toiletries. Lines 7 and 10 are only 5 minutes' walk from the surrounding area. Line 4 is about 15 minutes away. The 5th district is a Latin area, surrounded by universities, so it is safe! A tax of 1.88 euros per person per night, which must be paid to the front desk when checking out. Disneyland
Stayed at the B&B hotel for three nights while visiting Disney. Anyone looking for a cheap place to stay this is perfect. Hotel is spotlessly clean, really friendly staff, good sized rooms with comfortable beds and shower room. The hotel serves a simple dinner of pasta or pizza which is great, easy to order and quick to come. Breakfast is simple but just want you need at the start of the day. Tables were cleared quickly and everything very clean and presented well. We were worried about the shuttle overcrowding but there are a few services which only run from the B&B hotel and others which go to the other four hotels on the complex which makes it easy. We always got on a bus even if it was busy and never had to wait long! Lockers are available to store luggage if your arrive before your room is ready or check out early. We will be back on our next disney trip!

For the first time in a hotel model, the century-old building is said to be a historical cultural relics protection unit in Paris, so it is completely banned. My old cigarette can only smoke in a small yard. Miss Luo is very enthusiastic, let us have the feeling of going home. There is a black guy in night shift who speaks Chinese very well. He said that he read a book in Guangzhou. In the morning, the girl named Marty also speaks Chinese. This area is a safe place for French people to live in. The room is big enough to be the floor-to-ceiling glass window in Europe. Our bedroom is very close to the yard, so the living room is a bit noisy. It is highly recommended to add a Chinese breakfast. It is really not suitable for those cheese breads, and it is better to have Chinese TV. If you have the opportunity to come back to Paris, you will still come to the Paris Residence.
