This hotel was a good choice to spend 2 nights because of a business trip. It is very close to Sindelfingen train station as well as to the Daimler plant and also to city center. Next to it there is a big mall, but the "old-town" center with lot of restaurants also in a walking distance of a few minutes. Check-in was easy, the receiptionists were kind and helpful. Room is OK, air- conditioning was working perfectly, the room was clean, well equipped. (furnitures were in a good shape and looked nice, big flat TV with USB possibility, minibar, safe. (no possibility for ironing). Bathroom was OK, well maintained and clean; look is not that nice and modern, but it is OK. Shower-cabine is quite small, could be problem for a tall/big person). Hairdryer and shower gel/shampoo/body lotion are available (like in most NH Hotels). Breakfast are is also a small(er) one, but fully OK and have a nice atmosphere. Variety of food for breakfast are OK, cold/hot meals, cereals, etc. 4 floors, elevator/stairs + Sauna in the basement (have not tried it, just I saw there is a possibility). Overall I was satisfied however price could be a bit lower, but in Germany, this amount seems to be normal for a 4 start hotel. Can be a good choice for a stay in Sindelfingen!

This is NOT a four star hotel and ranks as one of the most indifferent I have stayed in. I felt that it was also hostile to Americans . The chaired in the room are shabby, the upholstery has many worn out frayed seams and holes- see picture. There are no toiletries in the bathroom except for a wall dispenser of soap. Much of the time, often in the evenings, there is no one at the reception desk . The hotel is across the street from the railroad station and the halls lights, on sensors not go on until you walk several feet down the dark hallway, off the elevator. This is NOT my idea of even reasonable security . The dining room manager- her name is Mulla-was distinctly unfriendly , churlish to us. She barely greeted us, steered us to a tiny table in the rear- other couples were greeted warmly and offered large central tables. We were also not offered warm coffee, our dishes were not bussed. When my husband walked half way across the dining room to finally ask for more milk , the waitress picked up the remains of a milk pitcher from another vacated table and poured it into ours. Towards the end of out breakfast, the waitress picked up from our table an unused cup and small paper napkin, and used it to set another table. We were given a room was on the first floor . The pillows were dingy with no pillow protectors , the duvets under their covers were browned with use. The rooms are good sized, but this hotel is running on fumes ; perhaps there are a few patrons who are well treated, but management does not show much care, the hotel is dingy, not well maintained or gracious and I would avoid it.

I didn't know what to expect when I arrived because the outside of the building is a little tired and could use a fresh paint job. However, the lobby has been renovated very nicely considering the design of the building isn't the most attractive. Sometimes there's only so much you can do with what looks like a 1980s suburban Marriott from back home in the United States. I had a few issues, but management rebounded well. The temporary executive lounge in the lobby for elite status guests is extensive and more than enough for breakfast and dinner if you don't want a restaurant meal. It was nice to see complimentary alcohol even if the wine was on the cheaper end of the spectrum. I personally would have liked to see a German wine over what I believe was sauvignon blanc from Chile. But, again, it's an impressive spread compared with what other hotels are offering these days. All of the customer-facing staff I interacted with were outstanding. You can tell this hotel is managed by Marriott and not a franchise because franchise-operated hotels aren't typically this good. The rooms were renovated, including a huge TV. It was probably the biggest TV I have seen outside of a hotel in North America. The TV did not, however, have Marriott's latest TV system with smart TV capabilities. For whatever reason there are no desks in the room. Who designed a room with no desk? Especially at a business-orientated brand like Marriott. The rooms are big enough for desks at least in king-sized rooms. You also can't watch the TV from the sofa, which itself looked like something I see in Courtyard and not Marriott. It felt like they randomly tossed the sofa in there to fill space. Besides no desk and a TV that couldn't be watched from the sofa, there were also some other design oddities. No USB outlets at the nightstand, except one in the clock. The notepad, pen, and shoe mint were hidden away in a drawer. The safe and refrigerator are also hidden away behind what I thought was a mirror. It's like the interior designer has never actually stayed in a hotel before some of the design elements don't actually work in practice. The food and beverage were excellent, especially the steakhouse. It was the first good steak I've had in continental Europe. It felt like an American steakhouse back home. The lobby bar was also great. I wish I had more time to enjoy it. All things considered, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or recommend it. The location isn't the greatest for those flying in or out of the airport, but it's worth the detour since there aren't many other Marriott options in the greater Stuttgart area. A solid 4 1/2 stars.

We spontaneously chose at a trip to Stuttgart and for a night stay. The hotel was very good! reception ! top! friendly, premature and absolutely helpful. The room and bathroom were clean and everything worked properly. For us (with 1 year old boy) it was super. The travel bed was ok for us, except that there are really guests that really break the baby beds (cut into the net a hole!)! There can't be anything for that hotel! The breakfast was delicious and it had everything you need for a good start in the day. We were fully satisfied. :)

We just returned from our weekend visit to the V8 Hotel and to say the experience surpassed expectations is an understatement. We took our son as a surprise trip for his 13th Birthday and he was so excited to see we were not only visiting MotorWorld but we were staying at the V8 Hotel. What a treat for him! We reserved the garage room and it was fantastic, spacious with plenty of room for a family of 3 plus great views (inside and outside). The hotel is super clean with attention to detail, the room had enough storage for all of us, many restaurants on-site or within walking distance but what really makes the difference Max the whole experience awesome is their customer service. Everyone was so polite and caring. They gave us recommendations that we followed and they were right on point. From the moment you arrive at the hotel you’ll be thrilled to see the massive collection of cars old and new available to you. You can go for a flight or drive simulator if you have the time only a few steps away. The museum entrances were included in our rate as well as breakfast. Food was very good to start our day with omelets made to order and a vast selection of cold cuts, artisan breads, yogurts, granolas, fruits & pastries. Thank you for a memorable birthday. We are looking forward to our return.

The V8 hotel is divided into a new building (Motorworld) and a classic building (Classical). The theme room selected this time is located in the old building. There is no elevator in the three-story building. The first floor is similar to the exhibition hall and a grand garage. Some classic cars are still available for sale! The hotel room should be renovated in the near future, the facilities are very new, and even some taste. The room was good, the wooden floor went up and it was very old-fashioned, and the Cadillac theme and the display of the American West scenery were very impressive. The room is larger than the average German hotel, the bathroom is wet and dry, and there is a separate bathtub. The room is a large bed made up of two small beds. The quilt is also a small quilt for two sheets. Even if one sleeps at night, it is not suitable. It is best to negotiate with the hotel to replace the double quilt that the Chinese prefer.

A simple hotel for an internight stay. Problematic is the location between main street and railway station, insofar as the choice between noise and noise. My room (top floor). was direction railway station. The window had to remain closed at the train station night because of the noise and the very bright advertising, so that there was no fresh cold air in the room; when turning on the air, this was extremely noisy "gurgel" -Noises of themselves in the smell of cold cigarette smoke. Writing for breakfast is made everywhere in the house; I have seen somewhere a single outfit that because Vorona is not offered breakfast. In other words: breakfast would be generally possible, but as you are not ready to invest in staff and service, you prefer not to offer breakfast at all. Is a solution, though not customer friendly, . But it should be communicated in the house somewhat better so you can buy something for breakfast in the room in time.

This is an older hotel. It has been updated but I think they kept the same furniture. The vents don’t blow cold air most of the time when u want it to. Having said that the staff is top notch they are very friendly and helpful. I stay here on business up to 6 weeks so I guess I want a little better of a hotel but if I was just passing thru and had to stay just a couple of days I would, and again I can’t thank the staff enough very good people.
