      Better stay any other 3 or 4 star hotels as you will definitely find many hotels for the same price. The place is a hell of you need a parking space. Staff will make sure that you feel it’s a 2 star hotel. There is no manager at all in this hotel if you have any issues to resolve, only receptionists who created the bosses out of themselves. They hold my passport for three days without reason and returned only when I complained. I was told over the phone that there is 24 hour paid parking however it was a normal mawaqif parking spaces which is almost impossible to find if you arrive to the hotel in the evening. It was just fun for them to observe how I was hustling to get parking space and better rate for extending my stay. However, the guys in the restaurant and the security who worked during the day was very kind and helpful.

      We recently moved to Abu Dhabi and needed some place to stay before we find our new home. Based on many positive reviews I read on different internet platforms I chose Executive Suites as it was located just a few minutes walk from my office. Big mistake. Exterior look of this hotel is alright, and so is the lobby area. But the moment you step out from the lift it changes: common areas are full of stains and dirt, corridors smell like a cigar room. Guest rooms are run down (I stayed in two different units): holes in curtains and bed sheets, some power sockets are not functioning, there is fungus and broken fittings in the bathroom. It is very difficult to get in to or out from the bathroom/toilet as it is really cramped. The restaurant, L'Auberge, serves the worst shawarma platters I ever tried. There is no free parking nearby, however there's plenty of paid parking lots in front of the hotel (AED 15 for 24 hours). The only positive point is security and reception personnel who were all darlings.

      Overall stay is very good. Aladdin was pleasant at check in and room preferences were granted. It was good looking out to the stadium outside my room window but the carpet smells old and dusty. An air freshener or any fragrant spray might help. Pastry selection at dinner were very limited but restaurant staff were attentive and breakfast was superb. Lifeguards at both times I visited the pool were also accomodating. We all know the pool is not very special but time spent in there was quiet and relaxing hence I liked it.

      This cost-effective living in Marriott is possible. The hotel breakfast is a bit expensive, I remember that it should be Dh65 at the front desk and go to Dh85 by yourself. But the food was pretty good, it should be the best in the UAE. What other lunch and dinner, Middle Eastern cuisine can't be tolerated ... I usually don't eat breakfast, I get up for breakfast every day in the UAE. Because breakfast is your best meal of the day, every time I eat a full meal, I try to save lunch.

      Staying in two bed apartment on floor 12. It’s quiet and spacious. No balcony. Why we decided to stay here: We wanted a large spacious apartment with parking, wifi and a washer dryer. What I didn't like about it: The rooms are dark. Lighting is awful, it’s difficult getting ready and applying make-up or drying your hair in the dark. What was really disappointing was the washer dryer. It does not dry clothes. Even after 3 hours of the dry cycle, the clothes were wet!! Their concept of ‘dry’ just means spin cycle. Ended up wasting money using their laundry service. What I liked: Staff are lovely and friendly, including the cleaners. Large spacious lounge area in the apartment makes the stay relaxing. It’s quiet. Facilities: Hairdresser on floor 24 - not so great. I had highlights which I dislike. I told him I didn’t want bronze or red hair highlights. That’s exactly what he gave me. It wasn’t the colour I was expecting. Awful. Room service is good. We do love room service. Spa - excellent. I like using all the spa facilities. The mall is walking distance outside, and is good. The PCR test centre is behind the hotel, also walking distance. Would I stay here again: No. Washer dryer is important when choosing to stay for a long holiday in an apartment hotel residence. Dryer is an absolute must for me. I want to be able to wash and dry clothes. Yes I can use the hotel laundry service, but often clothes are totally ruined. It’s not a chance I want to take with expensive clothes. Kitchen isn’t as important as we eat out.

      I stayed at the hotel once in October last year due to work. I never missed it. I purposely stayed at the hotel again when I brought my children and family to Abu Dhabi during the Spring Festival this year. During the four days, I felt the warm, thoughtful and meticulous service of the hotel staff, and I was very satisfied. I also highly recommend it to friends who visit Abu Dhabi. Specific reasons for recommendation: 1. Transportation is extremely convenient, especially for friends who want to take a bus to Dubai. Next to the bus terminal, the bus to Dubai runs every 20 minutes and tickets can be bought at any time. Of course, you need to buy a bus card, which can continue to be used in Dubai (I was silly, I didn't notice that this silver card is a Dubai bus card, and I bought [cover face] again in Dubai). As for the attractions in Abu Dhabi, because each attraction is quite far away, you need to take a taxi anyway. This hotel is close to the Presidential Palace and the mosque, which is very suitable as an intermediate point. 2. Convenient for eating and shopping. There is a big mall next to it. There is a big supermarket underground. It is said to be the cheapest supermarket in Abu Dhabi, and everything is sold. There is Starbucks in the mall. We have eaten at the buffet hotpot restaurant opposite the hotel twice in four days and once in Dubai. It is suitable for the elderly and children who are not used to foreign dishes. 3. The breakfast at the hotel is very good. There are many varieties. Oatmeal and salty porridge are suitable for our Chinese stomach. There are many vegetables and fruits to choose from. You must know that vegetables are more expensive than meat ... In addition, our children should be 7 years old. Breakfast is charged, but the lobby manager (sorry forgot my name) heard that this is my second time staying, and I took my family to live on holiday. I was very friendly and waived our children ’s meals. People feel warm. There is a waiter who looks like Jet Li. If a friend comes across, you can see if it looks like a haha. Maybe too many people asked, we said he knew "Lianjie Li" as soon as he asked. 4. The top-level outdoor swimming pool environment is very good. There is also a shallow pool suitable for little children. The bar by the pool is very tonal, and many foreigners order a glass of beer and lie in the sun. In short, I am very glad to have chosen this hotel again, my mother and daughter are very satisfied.

      Today we had our Iftar buffet in the hotel. The food was incredible with lots of variety, excellent service and help from the staff. Special thanks to Mr. Kazi ,Ms. Mingte and Mr. Afrinaldi for taking care of us with excellent hospitality. Also, we have enjoyed our stay in the hotel which is great with not only rooms both large and clean, but also a large swimming pool and a great kids area. Special thank to Mr. Mostafa Alaa Elden at the reception office, who helpped us to solve our booking.com reservation issues and being patient with us. Personally I strongly reccomend this hotel for whomever would like to enjoy their holidays or weekends especially family.

      This is a very spacious hotel with marvelous staff. The staff is absolutely the best. From the moment we arrived for the next 6 days we had a wonderful experience. Outstanding staff included Aris (#1) who helped us with seeing sights and making arrangements. His advice was right on and so valuable. Roman was also terrific. All the desk, concierge, bell and restaurant staff were so helpful. The food in Al Rimal had a magnificent buffet. Breakfast is included. We enjoyed delicious pancakes, waffles, custom made omelets, Arabic delicacies, fruit and cappuccino every morning. Dodo and every member of the staff was fantastic. We enjoyed many buffet dinners there, some outside on the beautiful patio. In fact we attended an award gala with wonderful food and music. There is an indoor pool and exercise room. They hotel is huge. They are under construction and are building a resort, outdoor pool and beach. I hope they’re done when we return. The hotel is a little off the beaten path. It’s just across from the Grand Mosque with beautiful views of the mosque, adding to the ambiance of the “Arabian night”. There are cabs and the convention center is just 10 minutes via cab. This is a great option when staying in Abu Dhabi!

      We are a family of five and we loved, loved, looooved the Park Hyatt in Abu Dhabi. Hotel rooms: We had two connected rooms that were very spacious and clean with very comfortable beds and huge bathrooms. Food: The food was absolutely amazing! For breakfast and dinner there is a great buffet. One of our kids has the celiac and has to eat gluten free. It was no problem at all. Abhi, the chef, was very well-informed and our kid could choose from a wide range of wonderful options. Abhi even offered to cook something extra that was not at the buffet (i.e. glutenfree pasta). They knew how to avoid cross contamination. Our kid, who usually shows a strong reaction to the slightest acccidental gluten exposure, did not have any problems there. Pools: The pools very wonderfully refreshing. Being parents we loved the fact that there were always two very attentive life guards present. One pool was only 0.9m - perfect for kids to learn or improve their swimming and diving (make sure to bring your kids‘ googles, diving and swimming toys). Beach: One of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen. Service: We were impressed how very friendly and polite every single member of the staff was. Everyone was with the kids (shoutout to Sushil, Abhi and April, working at „the Café“ - you‘re awesome!). For us as parents who always want to make sure the kids behave well in public, it was a great emotional support to be surrounded by positive and child-loving staff. The team working at the front desk was really great also. One night I reported a beeping sound coming from a „staff only“ room nearby. I was not bothered by the sound at all, but I wanted to let them know so they could check if everything was in order. The next day we found a beautiful fruit basket in our room with a hand-written apology from front desk. Such a nice gesture! We‘d love to come back soon.

      I stayed at the Pearl a few times , initially I would have left a better review as we had a efficient check in joseph eak and staff were wonderful. Breakfast was great and rooms nice and spacious. However, I am astonishingly leaving this negative review for the manager named Mousa. On check he was rude abrupt and arrogant. I did know he was the manager until another member of staff informed me so this made my view more-so shocked as to why a person in a senior position setting an example to staff would behave in this manner. Upon check in he demanded full payment which was not done on our previous visit despite booking directly with Rotana. I was made to feel like a cheat . If the procedure had changed then it was not conveyed in a manner if customer service skills. I honestly cannot understand why Mr Mousa has this position. I don’t normally have these experiences but felt the need to communicate my experience. However my first stay with them the week before where a lovely lady checked me in was seamless and amazing service skills.

Enough technology in the room to control A/C, Lights, etc. Enough items to prepare your tea and coffe. They have an small kitchenette with refrigerator (see pictures) if you want to prepare something light. Toilet is very confortable with shower and bath. The lobby has nice team and friendly. CONS: No available public parking (common problem in Abu Dhabi) and they charge 15 dhs (around 4.5 USD) for the valet parking.

      The hotel lobby is on the 18th floor. On the 1st floor, a younger sister will bring it to check in. The hotel should be more business-oriented. When you check in, you are sitting on the sofa and waiting. Someone will help you to do it for you. You do n’t have to stand in line at the reception desk. You also get chocolate and hot tea. The service is very good. Dinner was eaten directly in the restaurant, no buffet, no order, very good produce, good taste and good service. The room was large and comfortable, the bathtub was large and the breakfast was good. Stayed 3 nights in Abu Dhabi, this one feels better than W and Amy before.

      Although the hotel is located very well, and the staff is very ok, check-in and out proccess is quick even at a late hour, this facility lacks in some important features that matter. The rooms ( I had Queen Bedroom ) is big enough, but the furniture is old, has signs of wear, the armchairs textile is out coloured. Bathrooms could use some restoring of the walls paint. Youd don't receive unless you ask, some things that are required at 4 star hotel such as slippers or an iron table. Moreover, the breakfast is a disaster. Very poor choice and variety provided. You can barely find something nice to eat. Quality of the food is average and the breakfast is improper for 4 star hotel ranking. I had a 3 night stay and only tried breakfast. No change in the breakfast menu during my stay.

      There is a golf course, you can see the course from the room, you can also walk to the course, it is value for money, it is very convenient to play and practice, but there are no 18 holes at night, only 9 holes. Will stay next time, the bedding is okay, but the pillows and mattresses are too soft, the room is very spacious and the floor-to-ceiling windows are large.

      The design of the room is relatively practical and large. The construction details are regrettable. The hot water is very small. It is the smallest in the UAE hotel I have ever stayed in. The elevator is fast and the customer service is expensive and not tasty. Don’t fall into the pit and eat around. There is no. Good price for the price! The rooms are cleaned well! The lobby is beautiful and the elevator is new. Abu Dhabi is very small, there are many buses, and it is punctual! Take a taxi to the Louvre Museum for 20 dirhams. There is a bus line next to the hotel. There is a Carrefour supermarket within a minute’s walk from the hotel.

      I have to share an amazing visit me and my boyfriend had at this stunning resort. It's beyond the imagination and the whole of the staff that you can simply not have enough of. I would definitely recommend it and come for a visit again and again. Wonderful resort and very helpful staff whom don't save any effort to make your stay memorable. All facilities are available, spacious clean rooms, food is tasty with lots of varieties. For sure it will be my favourite destination in future.

      We recently moved to Abu Dhabi and needed some place to stay before we find our new home. Based on many positive reviews I read on different internet platforms I chose Executive Suites as it was located just a few minutes walk from my office. Big mistake. Exterior look of this hotel is alright, and so is the lobby area. But the moment you step out from the lift it changes: common areas are full of stains and dirt, corridors smell like a cigar room. Guest rooms are run down (I stayed in two different units): holes in curtains and bed sheets, some power sockets are not functioning, there is fungus and broken fittings in the bathroom. It is very difficult to get in to or out from the bathroom/toilet as it is really cramped. The restaurant, L'Auberge, serves the worst shawarma platters I ever tried. There is no free parking nearby, however there's plenty of paid parking lots in front of the hotel (AED 15 for 24 hours). The only positive point is security and reception personnel who were all darlings.

[Service] Absolutely! I have never had such a speechless check in check out process. I arrived at the hotel at about four o'clock, and there was only one person at the front desk. After checking in for more than half an hour, I almost missed the falcon show at 4:30. There was no welcome at all Drink or waiter reminded to sit and rest. At the same time, a guest came to ask where his luggage was and tried to carry it back by himself. We were also worried that the luggage would be delivered soon after repeated questions. However, this was just a foreshadowing. After watching the Falcon show at 5 o’clock, I returned to the room, and my luggage was “unsurprisingly”. I did n’t receive any luggage; I have n’t figured out with whom to send a friend to the room, let alone mention it ... It ’s been a long time, and it took me an hour and a half. 🙄️ Check in to the rooftop bar at night and wait for the fries for another hour. . Finally at the checkout front desk, no one was there, and then concierge asked us to wait. I still didn't see anyone for ten minutes. How long did I wait for the initiative to ask? The empty concierge said, then let's go. It ’s just waiting too much, and it ’s escape from the city, me? ? ? I stayed at the hotel for about half of the night. 🙄️ This hotel is really speechless, not to mention that there are guests in the middle, and I found that even the booked room is gone. The front desk also tried to let people book a villa. Two people live in a standard room ...
