We received such a warm friendly welcome when we checked in; a real boost after a tiring car journey. We were offered fresh cookies and informed that there was a, “manager’s social” between six and seven. This comprised of complementary beer, wine, water and soft drinks plus pizza, crisps and cubed cheese. What an unexpected treat! Our only complaint is that all the pizzas contained meat which meant we were unable to eat any as we are vegetarian. Our king room was a good size, well equipped and comfortable. The hotel offers good value for money and is in a quiet location, so what more could we ask for (apart from vegetarian pizza).

Had a wonderful stay at the Country Inn and Suites recently. The suite was very spacious and immaculately clean. Very comfortable beds in the double suite with living room area, kitchenette and full bathroom that was also roomy. I took advantage of the pool which along with the gym are opened each evening until 12pm. You will however know that currently due to Covid they only serve breakfast on weekdays but the breakfast room is closed on weekends. They do however have prebagged breakfast to go if you ask the front desk. While there are other hotel chains on the same block, I think this would be my choice on my return to Wilson.

So I would like to start off by saying this hotel was so wonderful. It was a very clean, welcoming , and very convenient off of I-95. Mary the front desk lady made check in very easy and luckily enough check out as well. Jonathan the night cook was amazing and the food he prepared was different everyday. Dennis the GM seems like he really appreciates his staff and takes very good care of them. The rooms were beautiful and recently renovated bathrooms. Now the only bad part about it was the breakfast host during the week she was very rude and cruel. She would get mad anytime somebody of a different race than her would ask for something that was out in the breakfast bar. I heard her walk up to the front desk lady talking bad about the guest. Sometimes she even walked into the kitchen fussing about something she had to do. Mind you breakfast ends at 10:30am front what Ms. Mary told us at check in but if food was low at 9:30am she would be fussing Saying “ I don’t care what’s left i ain’t cooking **** else”. I hope she is handled for her actions by time I come back next time other wise I think corporate should know.

We were on our way to Southern Florida and needed a place to sleep and shower. The TA reviews led us to this hotel. TA folks were right in their reviews. It was clean, comfortable, well maintained, easy to find, easy to get back on I95, and had a friendly and welcoming staff. The only issue I had was after we checked out, the hotel billed both my and my wifes credit card for the one night stay. Don't know why or how it happened but my credit card company is trying to sort it out. Otherwise, flawless stay.

It looked like the hotel had recently been renovated. Everything was clean and fresh. It was a nice room, even though it only had 1 chair. Really wish Hampton would put in a second chair so we could paly cards at the desk, or share a pizza or have a nightcap. There were only 3 hangers in the closet. Could use a few more as we each had a coat, jeans and the tops for the next day. Breakfast was the normal fare. I really wish they'd serve cereal in the small boxes. I know it is probably cheaper to dump it from a large box into the bins, but it can't be as sanitary and you can't see if it is generic or name brand, to know the calorie count or the amount of sodium in it. But other than that, we had a nice overnight here, and it is close to I95, so it is a convenient place to stop.

Chinatown
Let me talk about the reason for choosing this hotel, because the time for the Chinese long-distance bus to return from New York to Washington Chinatown is very late. The location of this hotel is very close to the drop-off point about 100 meters, very good to find in China. In the city archway, with children for safety and convenience, you can only choose here. Besides, the hotel room, I booked a big bed room, the room space is small, and clearly told the friends who are going to book in the future, the bed is 1.50 meters, if it is a family of three with children, it can only be used as a transition room, two An adult can sleep for two nights.

Swampoodle / Judiciary Square
We arrived at the Hyatt Regency Capitol Hill in Washington on the afternoon of October 2 and checked into the room. We found that the actual room and the Ctrip official website's pictures and text were inconsistent. First of all, the intuitive feeling is that this room does not have the 26 claimed by Ctrip. -30 square meters, should be between 20-25 square meters. Secondly, whether it is a picture or a text on the Ctrip promotion page clearly indicates that there is a sofa in the room, but it does not actually exist. We didn't dwell on whether there was a sofa in the end, but that the type of room we actually stayed in was significantly lower than the one booked. When we called Ctrip to express their doubts, Ctrip's reply to us was that after checking with the hotel, the room was 26 square meters, and the sofa room type was not available. At the same time, we acknowledged that there was a problem with the Ctrip official website's promotional materials and stated that we would use financial compensation To solve the problem. When there was a problem with the Key West Hotel in the previous trip, we considered that it was the first time that the trip had a problem, and that Ctrip's customer service staff was still working hard at that time, so we also accepted Ctrip's compensation of 380 yuan for us. However, Ctrip probably mistakenly thought that no matter what the problem was, they would buy it out to cover up their problems. Therefore, I explicitly told the customer service that in view of Ctrip's false publicity on the official website, we no longer accept any financial compensation. The customer service told us that their hourly leader would call us in an hour. Unexpectedly, the purpose of the "leader" calling us was to upgrade the financial compensation to 500. I may think that this time 380 can't buy it, 500 is always okay. I really didn't see the money open to such an extent and felt the insult from Ctrip. This time in the United States, Ctrip broke our mood for several days. I must leave the original facts in the comments, and hope that latecomers will be more vigilant.

Good location, next to the University of Washington, near the foggy valley station. My room was along the street and the air conditioner in the window was cool. I didn't open it at night. When I was not able to sleep well, I was still screaming by the air conditioners in other rooms. The facilities are relatively new and better. The pothole was mistakenly drunk a small bottle of water 5.5 knife, check out was almost misplaced parking fee of 60 knives, pay attention to check. What I don't understand is that I have mentioned that the house price for three months is as high as 1,700, and the site is set to be more than 1,100. It seems that I have already booked a loss, and the price difference is nearly 50%. I feel that Ctrip’s pricing strategy has problems.

An exceptional hotel that well-represents the luxury MO brand. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, if a bit annoyingly lack a traditional desk/workspace. Though not the best location for in-city activities and dining, I personally like being a bit apart from the hustle and bustle - and it's still an east walk to the Mall, Smithsonians and monuments. Great views from the waterfront side, including planes landing into DCA. An excellent club lounge. Very friendly and helpful staff, from check-in to the concierge and housekeeping. Quite solid breakfast buffet. Nice enough pool, fantastic spa. I'm always glad to stay at this property when in DC.

On the street, take the Metro Line 7 from Reagan Airport to the hotel, and take the subway to the right for a few steps to the hotel. You don't have to cross the road. The hotel is on the subway and it is super convenient. Stayed there for 4 nights, the room was small, two beds, each bed is 1 meter wide and relatively small. No breakfast, there is a coffee shop on the second floor, free coffee, fruit and snacks for two days, coffee and hot tea bags for two days.       Less than ten minutes from the White House, turn right at the White House to Museum Street. The subway and road traffic are very convenient and suitable for free travel.        It is inconvenient to eat, there is no supermarket nearby, no fruit bread and vegetables can be bought, and the hotel has a Western restaurant. It is a kind of restaurant. Because I didn't like Western food, I didn't go in and eat. There was a McDonald's and a fast food restaurant like Subway, Starbucks, etc., which were all kinds of food that I had to eat once. If you want to eat Chinese food, you can take the subway blue line and pour the orange line to Chinatown. The Chinese food is more expensive. Good location, not far from the main attractions, also next to the subway station. There is a Market 2 Market on the negative floor of the subway station. The 7.5-9 pounds buffet is very cost-effective and closes at 17:00. It's not the Food Court with the promotional sign, it's inside the Reagan Trade Center, it's farther away and needs security. When I went there, I caught up with the baseball team to celebrate the road closure around the parade, and the next day, a long-distance running event closed the road for a few hours. They were all police cars. The lobby bar and restaurant are almost empty during the day and are full every night. The overall feeling is magnificent, the room is very good, that is, the bathroom is too big and almost as big as the bedroom, there are free Evian and slippers and water printed with Trump.
