Hotels Near X L M In Paris
0.03km from X L MAfter reading a few reviews we were nervous about our choice! It was a great surprise to see a very well located and very clean and renovated hotel! Pros * nice wooden floor and very clean rooms * great location only 20 minutes from Eiffel tower * nice staff * room safe for documents only( won’t fit anlap top but fits an ipad! * great shower * USB charges around the room for up to 4 devices just use your cable * good internet connection * very nice staff * continental breakfast Cons * small room (normal for hotel in Paris) We would stay again in this hotel for sure!
0.04km from X L MUpon arrival the lady at the reception seemed very uninterested to say the least, she spoke a maximum of 5 words to us despite me having said I speak French. We knew that the French could be a tad arrogant, but hotel staff? Really? Staff (including breakfast staff) was very rude and uninterested. When checking out on the last day, the lady just said “K. Bye.” Nothing like “I hope you enjoyed your stay!” or anything. She seemed more than happy we were leaving. Also, it seemed strange that this one reception clerk suddenly asked us to leave our key without explaining why (the other two didn’t ask). We knew Parisian hotels are tiny, but pictures of the room were obviously taken with a very wide angled lens. The bed was bit small for two adults, it was also quite short (boyfriends feet stuck out). The elevator was despicable, two adults didn’t fit in there, let alone any luggage! The matras itself however was comfortable. Pillows were extremely thin, as well as the “duvet”. Despite having turned the heater off completely and having a very thin duvet, it was extremely hot in the room. We weren’t comfortable opening the windows at night because of the noice and because of safety. We had booked a deal which included breakfast. We read that breakfast normally costs €12, that’s definitely way overpriced. There wasn’t enough food, the mini croissants and bread ran out quickly. The cake was very old, dry and there generally wasn’t much variety. The bathroom... My god! If you’re over 1.80m , you won’t be able to properly use the toilet. The shower was extremely cramped, you couldn’t shave your legs or use showergel without opening the doors (which would result in a very wet bathroom floor). We did however get clean towels (which were comfortably soft) and toilet paper every day. The room was fairly clean, I did however find a large pile of dust underneath the bed (which explains the constant sneezing). The walls were thin, we could hear the “neighbors” showering. The area around the hotel has got lots of bars and restaurants, metro stations are located conveniently and you can get anywhere pretty quickly (when the staff are not on strike). We felt bad for the homeless people sleeping out in the cold a couple meters from the hotel entrance. They weren’t bothering anyone though. We visit Paris every year, but we most likely won’t be returning to hotel Beaurepaire.
0.07km from X L MWe stayed here a while ago and there was a really rude effeminate receptionist who seemed annoyed that he had to greet guests. The rooms were so ugly and uninspired. You would think they would put some effort into beautiful linens as it is one of the fashion capitals of the world. I saw better rooms in the Hampton Inn in the States, sadly. Our room had a mustard yellow blanket, ugly carpeting and was just generally an unpleasant experience. I would not stay at Ibis hotels again. This was my first experience with them and I was turned off. There was no tasteful decoration, it felt like a budget motel in the states-and this is Paris-embarrassing for them! So many cities come before Paris in beauty and design in Europe. Paris does not make the top 5 and it is because so many hotels like this one fail miserably in creating ambience. Istanbul and Venice are the most beautiful cities in Europe.

0.15km from X L MLets start with the pros first. The room was typical Paris hotel room,a little small but nicely decorated. Bathroom was renovated and very beautiful actually. Location is great, right next to 4 metro lines. Many shops around to find food and practically everything. The only problem with the location is that the Republique square is constantly occupied by protesters and it feels a little unsafe. We tried to cross it twice and there were people following us till we left the square. And this during the day! Of course the hotel has nothing to do with that. One noon riots broke up that caused the intervention of riot police, regular police and the army! The cons now. We arrived in a very hot Friday, the room was actually boiling. The AC was simply not working. The receptionist gave us a simple explanation. Filters were not cleaned so the AC was actually out of order. He tried to find us another room but the option was a tiny room not enough for the family. He actually found a fan and brought it to our room. He promised that he will do his best but till Monday morning we left nothing was done. So basically, the hotel "sold" us something broken and for the whole amount!! We were lucky that the temperature came down significantly and we did not suffer any more. When we asked the evening receptionist if something happened with the AC,the reply was amazing..."now,goodbye" and he continued watching TV :) Of course we were charged with the normal price,no discount, not even a free breakfast. We actually felt a little exploited during our whole stay in Paris with the prices sky high and the romantic feeling of the city is long gone...only Marais reminds something of the old Paris we all loved
0.16km from X L MWe had to shift our stay a few days earlier in order to escape the COVID-19 lockdown occurring in Rome, but this hotel refunded my points and made the change with no issue. They gave us the best rooms they had available. Location: Amazing location. There is a Hop-On/Hop-Off bus stop 15 feet from the door, a subway entrance about 50 feet away, and another subway entrance within a 5 minute walk. That's helpful sometimes because the main lines going through those stops were different. It was often easier to walk 5 minutes to the other stop rather than jump on the closer one and having to stop and change trains again. There are an enormous amount of restaurants near this hotel. You can find everything from expensive dining to reasonably priced street baguette vendors. Amenities: This hotel had a reasonably sized swimming pool, a hot tub, a fitness room, and a massage spa. I did not ever see anyone in the massage spa, so that may require reservations. The fitness room is pretty pathetic. It's tiny. There were two stationary bikes neither of which worked. There were just 2 treadmills and 1 elliptical. There were dumbbells but not a single place to sit, so the number of exercises I could do were limited. If you like to exercise in the hotel fitness room on your trips, look elsewhere. The Staff: I cannot say enough about how amazing the staff at this hotel were! Nearly every employee spoke fluent English. That's quite a bit different from when I visited 20 years ago. They booked site-seeing bus tickets for us, booked taxis for us, and made great suggestions on when/how to see which sites as well as restaurants. The front desk staff was so friendly that it felt like they'd all been trained at an American Chick-fil-A. I don't travel to Europe often, so I forget sometimes which cities/countries expect tips and which don't. We were reminded often that tips are not expect from us. I must say that I left a few anyway due to the exceptional service. I just wanted to reward and reinforce such great behavior. The Restaurant: I rarely use the hotel restaurants for anything other than breakfast and that's true here as well. The breakfast here was extremely good with an omelet station and oatmeal (ie. porridge) upon request. The juices were freshly squeezed. I could eat breakfast here every day. It does help that my breakfast is free due to my Ambassador Elite status, but there are plenty of places nearby to eat if you don't have status and don't want to spend a small fortune on breakfast. During this trip, we stayed in Rome, Paris, and London and technically my status gives me only 2 free breakfasts, one for me and one guest. I can't ding this hotel for sticking to their rules, but I have to note that my hotels in Rome and London allowed my entire family of 4 to eat breakfast for free with my status. That was a huge perk considering they charge $29 per person for breakfast and typically my kids eat a bowl of cereal and a

0.24km from X L MThe location is good: you can get to several metro station, they are just about 5 minutes walking. Louvre is about 30 minutes walking. The place is calm and safe, rooms are clean, equipped with all necessary staff-safe, fridge, kettle with welcome tray-tea,coffee,sugar. Also toiletries in the bathroom. We are happy!
0.26km from X L MI visited this hotel for three nights with a friend at the beginning of April. We had fairly low expectations before arriving considering the price that we paid. Our room was basic, but most importantly clean. The maid visited everyday to make our beds and provided us with fresh towels. The hotel is in need of a bit of repairing in places (e.g damaged lampshade) but this kind of thing didn't bother us because we only needed somewhere to sleep and shower. The staff were accommodating and friendly. Our French is shockingly bad but we did try to make an effort. Fortunately most, but not all, of the reception staff that we met spoke good English. One man was particularly helpful as he advised us as to where we could get the train to get to Disneyland. The hotel is situated a very short walk away from a metro station and approximately a 10 minute walk away from Republique square where locals meet to dance during the evenings and range of restaurants/cafes can be found. When we booked the hotel it said that you had to pay for wifi and use of the safe, but on arrival we were informed they were free which was great. The hotel was quiet. My friend who I stayed with said that she was woken up one night by other guests coming back late (I had ear plugs in so didn't hear them) but this generally happens in most hotels I've stayed in. The only issue really was that there was only one plug socket in the whole room which made it a bit difficult to charge our phones up etc...

0.27km from X L MGood hotel, cost approx £110/night. Friendly staff. Clean room with excellent shower and comfy bed. Very close to the metro and easy access both from the airport and to the centre of Paris. Breakfast available for €15/person/day No coffee or tea in the room. Only English TV channel was BBC News. Wine downstairs is expensive and wasn’t great (€9/15cl). Great hotel for a weekend away, good location, clean and friendly.

0.36km from X L MThe place is quite shabby and very noisy. This is not a Boutique Hotel as claimed, as boutique usually means small AND upper market. Rooms are very old and furniture in a very poor state (at least #10, one double bed + single). The desk was half in ruin, and the closet was an old gym metal closet repainted (also half destroyed). The place is not soundproof, you can hear everything. Walls and ceiling appear very thin. In addition, I don't know what is wrong with the plumbing, but you can hear everything that is going on upstairs (the pipes vibrate). I sleep like a log usually, but I had trouble there. Breakfast is very minimalist, that is the best I can say about it. Internet ... what I can I say, it reminded me of the times of modems with 24K speed. Some positive comments though. Staff is VERY nice. Well the hotel staff, because people at breakfast, forget about them as well ... rude like a Parisian waiter. The hotel is located near Place de la République, along the canal. Location is nice. If you want to run/jog, just turn to the right when you reach the canal, and you can go North up to La Vilette museum. After 2-3 km, you'll get to a place where you don't run next to cars, quite nice in fact. I paid 120€ with an early booking, including breakfast.

0.4km from X L MHotel was a very good 3 star property. Room was extremely clean, can't make any complaints with the cleanliness. Room on the top floor, very quiet, had to walk up one flight of stairs to reach floor as lift only went up to level 6. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful, easy check in and out. Small technical problems with an iron that I borrowed from Reception. Also as entering cooler months, the A/C in the room was set to heating, so used windows for cool air. Location wasn't as great as previous reviews had mentioned though once on metro, could be anywhere within 20mins; The metro stop located right outside (Jacques Bonsergent) was completely safe. At one time felt unsafe for solo traveller walking back from a slightly further metro station (Château d'Eau). Overall, pleasant stay.

0.42km from X L MOur first impression was that the hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful, and it is good value for money. During our stay the country was ordered to close due to the virus and we were the only guest remaining on what was our last night before returning home the following evening. We tried but were unable to get an early train home and explained to the staff at the hotel when our train was leaving and they were absolutely amazing and flexible. Not only were we allowed to stay until we were ready at 3 pm (checkout is 12 pm and the hotel was supposed to close), but they brought us food in the morning. Enough to keep us going since all the restaurants were closed. I cannot thank the staff enough and will definitely return to this hotel when we can go back to Paris.
0.42km from X L MWe recently stayed 3 nights at Le General Hotel (Mar 9-12, 2020). We were warmly greeted by Gaëlle as soon as the doors opened and we’re very impressed by the hospitality through the check in process (take a seat, would you like tea or coffee, enjoy some baked goods). It was the most pleasant experience after a very long day of travel & so nice compared to the typical wait in line at a cold desk waiting for your room key! Gaëlle who welcomed us, also took some time to answer some questions my husband and I had, including giving us some maps (of the local area, and of the Paris city centre/transit map) and offered some suggestions on where to eat and what to visit. She spoke English well, made us laugh & was a great first impression for the hotel (she also didn’t make us feel like were were putting her out)! Our room was very clean, comfortable and well styled for such a small room (which seems common in Paris) - we even had a balcony which was a very nice surprise! I’m not easily pleased at hotels - typically because of the bathrooms, but everything was clean, and no visible Mold in the shower/tub combo and in the corners of the bathroom floors. Great shower pressure & hot hot water, and the (Skinjay) essential oil shower pods were a very nice touch. We slept great - nice comfortable bed & pillows. We had 1 large suitcase, and 2 small wheeled carry on suitcases. The space was tight (we managed to get our large suitcase opened on the floor between the door, bathroom and bed when we needed to access it) but it was enough space for 2 people. Complements to your cleaning staff, the level of clean remained consistent on each day we stayed (fresh bedding/towels), the coffee station (Nespresso!) & complementary bottled water was restocked every day. We were thankful for the small safe in the room (something that wasn’t offered in other hotels I considered). As first time visitors in Paris, we were unsure of the location, but having the Metro station so close (Republique) we were able to take the train in time to see the sunset at the Eiffel Tower on our 1st night, during our sightseeing & took it back to Charles De Gaulle Airport (CDG) instead of a taxi to save ourselves (30€) on our way home. We were impressed how easy and clear the metro was to use (we never got lost or confused) and bought t+ tickets (carnet de 10 - 16,90€) for travelling around Paris sightseeing. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel, as there were many places we wanted to eat at on our short trip, so we cannot comment on that aspect of our stay. We used the free wifi in the evenings and didn’t have any issues with it, fast & no interruptions in service. On our last day Rachelle, upon checked out, offered to keep our luggage so we could enjoy our last hour in the city before heading to the airport. We had asked about where we could go to buy macarons as we had forgot & ran out of time. Rachelle & Morgane saved the day and offered us a complementary box - talk
Hotels Near X L M In Paris Review
The hotel location is very good, very close to the Arc de Triomphe, a five minute walk to the subway station can also take a direct bus to and from Charles de Gaulle and Orly Airport. Facilities breakfast also fully reached the four-star standard, the gym is relatively small. The front desk is more enthusiastic. There is a little brother who can speak Chinese, which makes communication more convenient.
The hotel location is very good, in the Disneyland area, only ten minutes to Disney. The hotel has a shuttle bus at any time, the service is very good and convenient! The hotel facilities and services are very good, the staff is very warm and polite, and there is a dedicated parking lot
I regret the booking of this hotel. The gentleman at the service desk when I checked in was incredibly rude and condescending throughout the process. The room was as small as expected however the beds and pillows were incredibly uncomfortable. The shower had minimal pressure. The AC whenever it was turned on left a gathering of dust over everything in my room. Whilst it is located quite a distance from the centre, there are several stations close by which is handy, unfortunately the food options close by the hotel are terrible. I left the hotel after three nights instead of the five I had booked and paid for.
Good location, nearby Carrefour, franprix and other supermarkets! I live on the 2nd floor facing the street, and it is very quiet at night, but the sound insulation between the room and the room is really average. The room is not large and has a balcony (not every room, so it is best to leave a message to tell the room with a balcony when booking) ), There is also a door in the bathroom sharing a balcony with the room, so the balcony is quite large. The hotel only provides shampoo, shower gel and hair dryer. Slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided, so it is recommended to bring your own toiletries. Lines 7 and 10 are only 5 minutes' walk from the surrounding area. Line 4 is about 15 minutes away. The 5th district is a Latin area, surrounded by universities, so it is safe! The hotel has access control locks, staff need to help open the door to enter! Breakfast is an ordinary western-style breakfast, bread, milk, eggs, oatmeal, sausage and cheese. A tax of 1.88 euros per person per night, which must be paid to the front desk when checking out. This Ctrip will also call you when you are in China to inform you that this tax must be paid to the hotel separately! The hotel provides free wlan, but the Internet speed is average, the room has air conditioning and heating. In short, the price is high!
Stayed at the B&B hotel for three nights while visiting Disney. Anyone looking for a cheap place to stay this is perfect. Hotel is spotlessly clean, really friendly staff, good sized rooms with comfortable beds and shower room. The hotel serves a simple dinner of pasta or pizza which is great, easy to order and quick to come. Breakfast is simple but just want you need at the start of the day. Tables were cleared quickly and everything very clean and presented well. We were worried about the shuttle overcrowding but there are a few services which only run from the B&B hotel and others which go to the other four hotels on the complex which makes it easy. We always got on a bus even if it was busy and never had to wait long! Lockers are available to store luggage if your arrive before your room is ready or check out early. We will be back on our next disney trip!
For the first time in a hotel model, the century-old building is said to be a historical cultural relics protection unit in Paris, so it is completely banned. My old cigarette can only smoke in a small yard. Miss Luo is very enthusiastic, let us have the feeling of going home. There is a black guy in night shift who speaks Chinese very well. He said that he read a book in Guangzhou. In the morning, the girl named Marty also speaks Chinese. There is no problem at all, and at the same time give us a lot of advice on the tour, much stronger than those that are not reliable. It is very convenient to exit the subway 50 meters away. This area is a safe place for French people to live in. The room is big enough to be the floor-to-ceiling glass window in Europe. Our bedroom is very close to the yard, so the living room is a bit noisy. It is highly recommended to add a Chinese breakfast. It is really not suitable for those cheese breads, and it is better to have Chinese TV. If you have the opportunity to come back to Paris, you will still come to the Paris Residence.
