Приезд. Был по рабочим моментам в конце июня 2022 года в Омске, выбрал для проживания отель известной сети АМАКС. Показалось странным летом ”зимний режим” открывания дверей - это когда сначала заходишь самую левую дверь, потом идешь до самой правой. При заселении напутали с номерами: спросили раздельные 2 кровати или 1 большую, я выбрал большую и спросили какой я хочу вид - во двор или на реку, я выбрал реку. В итоге получил номер с видом во двор с двумя кроватями. Позвонил, все поменяли - не вопрос. Проживание. Большой плюс, что ремонт хороший и свежий. Инсталляция GROHE с подвесным унитазом Cersanit. Хорошо работающая стеклянная дверь в душевой. Да и в целом номер приятный с отличной кроватью. Но есть и минусы: зашел в ванную комнату, а там по полу бежит огромная мухоловка (насекомое), а такую встречу приятной не назовешь, хоть я и понимаю, что оно полезно в доме, но не в номере у меня) Так же ужасная слышимость. Я лежал на кровати и слышал как сосед по номеру разговаривал по телефону, причем отчетливо. Чтобы вы понимали насколько слышно, то я даже слышал, что ему отвечали по телефону, хотя это могла быть громкая связь, но я очень сомневаюсь. Так же мне не нравится, что если что то нужно, то надо звонить и просить, например, зубной набор. Ни чая, ни бутылок с водой в номере нет, это минус. За водой нужно идти в зону с лифтами и там наливать с пурифайера (аналог кулера, но без бутылки). Завтраки. Ну вот тут без сюрпризов. Все вполне неплохо, есть выбор блюд и напитков. За завтраки однозначно плюс. Ужины. Если времени/желания ходить по заведениям совсем нет, то можно брать с ужинами, каждого вида блюд на выбор три. Не скажу, что супер вкусно, но в целом нормально, голодным не уйдешь. Персонал. По уборке ни единого вопроса, все хорошо. А вот на ресепшене все порой странно. Коллега договорился о пост оплате и вроде согласились, но потом вдруг сказали, что на ужин не пустят, если мы не оплатим номер. Не проблема, просто пост оплата была бы удобней, так как средства от компании еще не поступили. Не приятно... Итог. За свою цену пойдет. Если речь идет про отдых, то поищите, что-то другое, а для деловой поездки вполне.

A hotel is far from the city center, in the green area wholesale markets. I decided to make a surprise to the husband to rest from the house and to make a romantic)) ordered a room with a romantic decoration. On the appointed day, we were greeted very welcomely, I went to the room)) I went - and achnal(though I approximately knew what to prepare, but on the photo it looks not so!!!). It was just a fairy tale!!! The whole room is filled with roses, the candles are shining, the sweet hearts and inscriptions are all folded, on the table a bottle of wine and a chic fruit plate!!! And in the morning we brought a delicious breakfast right in the room!!! It was unforgettable!!!! Even the husband, from whom the words will not be beaten, still remembered this trip for a long time!!! And something tells me that on March 8 we will also celebrate here, but already on his initiative))) if you do not know what to give your favorite/love , come to the hotel Zhukov , here will tell!!!!

I lived here for 4 days. The hotel is near the airport, on the shore of Irtysh. Close to stop to get to the center by public transport, taxi from here to the center - 100-130 rubles (+/-). The rooms are large, with balcony. A comfortable two-bedroom bed. Clean, every day clean. There is a refrigerator, a safe. It's nice that there's a hygiene set, a set to bring shoes in order. Breakfast is a Swedish table, there's something to choose. Of the downsides - dark in the room in the evening of winter, no upper light, I would like to have the opportunity to increase the light. Rosettas are not near the bed.

В декабре была деловая поездка, от которой остались самые положительные впечатления, в том числе благодаря гостинице Флагман. Сначала смутило, что гостиница находится в торговом центре. Но попадая на этаж, где она находится оказываешься в отличных условиях. На ресепшн работают очень вежливые приятные девушки, без чрезмерно навязчивой заботы и натянутой улыбки, что иногда только отталкавает. Гостиница небольшая, очень уютная. В холле и коридоре все чисто, красиво, интерьер приятный. В самом номере тоже очень чисто и красиво. Очень комфортная кровать, постельное белье как новое. Номер состоял из двух комнат, в каждой был телевизор, мягкие стулья, тумбочки. Для каждого человека был халат, вроде даже тапочки, точно не помню и другие принадлежности, такие как мыло, шампуни, пасты и т. Д. Их было даже в избытке, что тоже приятно. Все упаковано в красивую корзиночку. Эстеты будут рады)) Ванная просторная и чистая. Все исправно, все работает. Шведский стол на завтрак очень вкусный. Кафе небольшое и уютное. Кстати, ещё в номере было очень тепло несмотря на 40 градусный мороз за окном. В течение года я часто езжу по России по работе и могу сказать, что омская гостиница на уровне. Вердикт - советую)))

However, on the day of my visit there was a wedding there, and there was no lunch or dinner. - There is a microwave and dishes in the room, that is, it is assumed that the guests in it eat. However there are only two low little bells, Low table and no chair. Is it supposed that guests eat in bed or sit on the floor? - a small garbage sizes somewhere 25x20x20 centimeters, where you can throw packaging only from one dinner bought with you, ”When you check in, they were asked to indicate the mobile phone number. The administrator said that if I forgot something, they would call. Forgot the products in the refrigerators, not unpacked packaging. Not called:) - Promise all guests who leave a review on the bucking.com, Translate up to 200 rubles to the cell phone. I left this review, but I didn't even transfer the ruble. Вежливый персонал, отличное местоположение. Уютный, чистый номер. Были в отпуске всей семьёй, с детьми, заселяться пришлось поздней ночью, устроили без всяких проблем и недовольного выражения лица, как в некоторых отелях. Очень порадовала горячая вода в душе и работающие кондиционеры. К тому же на территории отеля есть бесплатная парковка для авто, очень удобно. Спасибо Вам большое за гостеприимство, обязательно будем рекомендовать вас своим друзьям!

The kitchen is good but not excellent! The room repair is old, there are no closets for things. Room service is disgusting: cases of unsafe hygiene and tea, leaving dirty dishes, cleaning of garbage. A completely new, clean, comfortable mini-hotel. Located on the 1st floor of a modern residential house. Entry into the hotel- with the end of the house, so you do not intersect with the residents. Living in a two-bedroom Deluxe with 2 separate beds - a solid European 4*. Mini – The refrigerator is cool as real. 2 bottles of 0.5 litres of drinking water are put in the room every day. Everything for tea in the room is. The girls on the 24-hour resepshne are very kind and attentive. Breakfast is comprehensive (6 options are offered) for 150 rubles- recommended. All fresh and delicious. For dinner came to KFC (minutes 5 from the hotel on foot) , took food in the room. Also took pizza in Pizza at 300 meters from the hotel - too delicious. If in Omsk - only in this hotel! For such price of shortcomings not noticed))
