Pros - Spacious double bedroom, very clean, strong water for shower, comfortable bed, strong air conditioning, quiet environment Cons - No lift for elderly, no phone for intercom to reception counter , no hair dryer, no extra pillows in room (as pillows very flat), Curtains not fully covered (as morning lights disturbing sleeping) These are for all of your reference. I just a simple one with don't mind majority of that. As room as the room are spacious and clean with comfortable bedding, all is fine for me.

We spent 3 days 2 nights in Sungai Petani. The manager was kind enough to give us a free upgrade to a suite room. The room is spacious and the service provided is excellent. We love the ambience there. Swimming pool and gym are also available. There is a food court not too far away from the resort.

The location of the hotel is quite far from the town. The breakfast food is not fully refilled. Guests who arrive late do not have time to eat. The room is not attractive because of the old decoration. The hotel ambience is nice and cozy, however, the room is not well maintained. When I first came to room 110, the bedsheet has some kind of stain and strands of hair. I don’t know if the housekeeper forgot to change the bedsheet??? I asked the housekeeper to change into new bedsheet. Also the room is a bit dusty. The shower drainage is poor.

The hotel is very close to the newly built bus station and train station. The staffs are very welcoming and the best part would be the clean and comfy environment. The facilities provided such as : -Ironing board -24 hours Free Coffee and Tea - 24 hours cereals - Cukoo Water Dispenser on each floor I’m very pleased and happy with my stay ! Would certainly recommend this hotel

Love love love this hotel. This is our first time. They gave you breakfast. The hotel is clean, have pantry, have lift, but you just need to pay parking (Majlis Pembandaran) if you park on the working hours. But overall, nice.

I'm trying to make this hotel a corporate hotel every time we have business in the farmers. The first room depth was very good the second and third time, many defective and complaints made through verbal and email, but not taken action at all by the duty staff. So we decided not to come to this hotel again and never recommend to our family, friends or clients to stay in this hotel. Btw we found a corporate hotel that was much better and also in a neighborhood with needs.

Brutally honest review from me. I'm not saying this hotel is bad but it just that I felt unsatisfied with what I got. I requested room with window but didn't get. It was fine . No issue. What bothered me was , the room that we got, it was quite small and not really enough space for muslims to pray comfortably. Tv not really working. For the toilet, had to flush 2-3 times. The room's cleanliness was not really ok. But overall , I would say my experience here .. ok lah . Not great. But ok :)

U may have various of hot 'Cucoq' serve for you and delicious sambal bilis. You must try their new promo steambot menu which grill and soup. Two kind of soups either tomyam or clear soup. Much variety of grill item.. Love to bring my family having dinner at rasa-rasa coffee house. U must try! Service staff was excellent. While u had seat they will serve you with cold sky juice.
