Overall good, comfortable and clean. The three-bed room I booked was cleaned promptly every day and stayed for 4 days. If I come to Sapporo next time, I will choose this hotel. The hotel location is good, just a few minutes walk from Sapporo Station Arrived, it feels very fast to stroll along the way. It is also close to Odori Park. A few minutes' walk, we walked from the hotel to Tanukikoji, the clock tower, the TV tower, and Susukino Street in Sapporo Station for dinner. Convenient transportation. From New Chitose Airport, you can take an airport shuttle bus directly to the hotel entrance. There is one stop on the bus route to this hotel. About 2 hours from the airport to the hotel. Breakfast is not rich, but it tastes good. I eat the same thing every day for 4 days. The first day and the second day are still relatively fresh, and the third and fourth days are repeated, but the taste is good. Children also love it. There are many shops along the road from Sapporo Station to the hotel, as well as various eating restaurants, and some convenience stores. In addition, on the north side of the hotel is a 24-hour convenience store. From the hotel's first floor, you can go directly to the back door of the convenience store without going outside. It is very convenient to buy some yogurt drinks. The hotel has a hot spring to soak in, but we did n’t go there because we were tired outside during the day and returned at night. LAUNDRY: There is a coin-op-laundry facility on the lower level with comfortable waiting area. STAFF: Friendly and helpful. Spoke English very well. Very helpful with city, bus and subway directions. Staff made an appointment for wife at a nearby hair salon. BREAKFAST: Restaurant adjacent to hotel. Offered choice of several breakfast combos. Pay at hotel desk and proceed to restaurant. The Sapporo TV Tower is 2 minutes from the hotel. The hotel is between Sapporo JR and Tanukikoji. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to JR Sapporo JR. Odori Imaru Mitsukoshi is opposite the TV tower. It is about 15 minutes away from Tanukikoji. A 1-minute walk along the zebra crossing across the street from the convenience store is the 24th underground entrance. There is a lift for pushing luggage, especially in snowy days.
The appearance of the hotel is very big, a little older, the facilities are not very new, and it is quite complete. It is worthy of praise that the room is large enough. There is no Chinese-speaking lobby, and the front desk will make every effort to answer any questions, including bus schedules, surrounding maps, etc. There is a fast food restaurant similar to soup curry in the left hand out of the lobby, but the door only opens at 11:00, the taste is OK. We have n’t decided on a hotel breakfast. The hotel is about 120-150RMB per person and half the price for children. In fact, all meals in Japan are 100 soft sisters. We chose this hotel because it’s in the middle of the JR station and the Odori Park. There are more hotels near the Odori Park, lesser walk for sight seeing but we also wanted to be closer to the JR station when we travel with our luggages. The hotel size is adequate. We had 4 luggages and were able to leave 3 open on the floor. Check in and check out was fast and easy. Our only concern was the breakfast. They had a same set menu of more or less 6 or 7 choices and a buffet Japanese salad bar. We stayed here for 3 nights so it was fine bit might be a problem if we stayed longer. But for kid’s menu, there’s only 1 choice - a beef patty, half cut of sausage, 1 pc tempura, scrambled egg, french fries and a pudding. Our 8 yr old daughter would only eat the half sausage and a bit of the burger patty. The restaurant is also open for smoking at night. We are smokers but we dont want a smoking room during dinner specially with kids. It would have been better if they open the smoking area at 8 or 9pm after the kids have dinner. FromUS$31.00

Go to Japan for the Spring Festival and go straight to Hokkaido. This is the first hotel where I stayed. After the new Chitose Airport came out, it snowed. So we chose the bus to get off. The place to get off is the hotel entrance. It seems to be the 20th stop. , Specifically forgotten, the site reminder is actually very clear, don't worry. However, it may be because of snow that it usually takes less than two hours to complete the journey. If you want to go faster, you can choose the subway. It is also convenient to go to the hotel by exit 21, just carry the suitcase up the stairs.
The hotel service was great and friendly, with a Chinese speaking front desk. The next shuttle bus to Date Hot Springs was bothering them to book for me, and the service was in place.
However, the space of the hotel is really small. It is the 28-inch suitcases of ours. It takes a little wisdom to put them down. But the sparrows are small and have all the internal organs. The fresh air in the room is very good in all aspects, no taste, and no heating. It will be stuffy.
I ordered the hotel's breakfast. Two options, set meals and buffets, can be tried, but I prefer buffets ~

The mall is located above JR Sapporo Station. Major shopping malls are also concentrated here. You can walk slowly. Liuhua Pavilion is also nearby. If you have good eyesight, you can see it. If you can't find it, you can navigate (I use Baidu very well). The store is relatively large. It seems that the overall size is larger than that of Otaru, and there are more varieties. Some commodity airports can't buy it. It is recommended to buy it directly at this store. Haha ~ But pay attention to the short shelf life.

This little hotel is a no frills hotel. However, it has everything you need. The staff are really nice and helpful. The breakfast is nice touch as well. It is only a few block from the Sapporo station and Odori Park. Lots of places to eat yummy Japanese cuisine. I had a great experience which I won't forget... I loved my visit to Japan but the bus system and train system is overwhelming to a person who doesn't have access to public transportation such myself. I got stranded a few times so was really worried that I would miss the train to go back to the New Chitose airport. Ironically, the staff member, Airu, who helped with lots of my navigation to explore the area got off work when I was leaving. She was headed to the train station as well and asked if I need help with all my snowboarding gear. I decline then saw her on the street waiting for walk signal. I, then, asked her again which way to the train station to make sure. She walked with me to the station as she was going there anyway. When we got there, I asked her for help with getting a ticket as there were lots of people at the station. She purchase it for me then showed me which gate to catch my train. All went well. Airu really made my stay here a great stay. I am so grateful for her kindness. If I visit Sapporo again, I would definitely stay at this hotel. Happy Traveling!!!FromUS$47.00

A simple hotel which is quiet and chic looking. The most irritating thing is that because their lobby is located on the 2nd floor, they have programmed the elevators to always stop on the 2nd floor. This makes going up and down rather burdensome. They claim it's for security reason but the lobby is located away from the elevators and if you hide behind the elevator panels, you can escape the dome camera. The location of the lobby also makes the hotel staff come into contact with the guests very infrequently. In fact, the warmest staff I've come into contact with is the parking attendant. Parking is rather stiff at ¥1500 per day. Room is satisfactory. I feel the cleaners don't vacuum the floor as a noticeable piece of thread was left lying on the floor even after the room was made. A good consolation is that the hotel is located just beside gyu Kaku and a short distance away from kani honke. It's convenient to walk to the underground entrances too and accessible to the stations as well as pole town and aurora town. There are several other hotels very nearby like *** hotel, nest hotel, etc. I'd rather try other girls in future. FromUS$61.00

My mistake booking a smoking room, unfortunately could not put us in non smoking was booked out, however they moved us next morning with no reminding. Much appreciated as a smoking room in Japan makes an ash tray smell fresh. Gag. Breakfast was fantastic, one of the best, and another reason we like hotels in Sapporo as they try that bit harder. Salads crisp, scrambled eggs soft and very yellow, and juicy.Snow crab and egg custard perfect, and morish. Miso soup full of flavour, not watered down. Really the whole meal, in almost tapis plate style, was the best we have had in the many trips we have done to Japan. The Onsen is really a hot pool resembling an Onsen, but still better than nothing, and soaks the tired muscles in hot water. Love the shampoo bar (tried the "protect" brand and the menthol really warmed up my head, thought what hair I had left, might just leave too - but all was well). A nice scrub down offering more room than the rooms bathroom, so hot tub area very good. Would recommend, and so close to JR etc. via underground mall (winter bonus). We have always stayed down Suskino area, so appreciate being closer to central Sapporo.FromUS$31.00

Susukino
This is a very decent hotel. Location is just right next to the JR station. It’s easy to get around the city with the nearby bus stop / tram stop. Just a short walk to Aeon Supermarket as well.
Room size is not too small. I like the public onsen the most. It’s really relaxing after walking for a day and soaking inside the hot onsen.
Breakfast is very nice and lots of varieties of food. Don’t skip it!

Hotel locate a bit far from the main shopping area, but still can manage by walk. The room is corresponding big than other hotels in Japan. The buffet breakfast is nice, many choices. There is 24 hours convenience store in front of the hotel.
Hotel is quite have ages, but still maintain in an acceptable level to stay for.

Situated within easy walking distance to Odori Park, Ramen Alley and shopping street. Two subway stations and the airport bus stop steps away. Modern design, great shower. Staff could have been more welcoming, especially for an Accor club member, but did not detract from efficient service anyway.

Superb location where a tunnel is connected straight from Sapporo station to hotel , about a 3 minutes walk . A lot of shops along the tunnel (great during winter as no need walk through cold weather & slippery floor). Hotel check in & out is fast . Small room but very functional .
