|9.01km from city centerI recently stayed in Mikuniya Ryokan for my first experience in a ryokan, and I must say I was impressed by the traditional atmosphere and the careful service offered by the establishment. The staff were dressed in kimono and greeted with a friendly smile. The tatami and Futons offered a comfortable and unique sleep experience, and the ryokan also offers Japanese thermal baths, which was one of my favorite moments during my stay. The bathroom was very relaxing, with a beautiful view of the surrounding landscape.

|8.95km from city centerThe luxury and taste of dinner was the best among the inns and hotels I have stayed at so far. Western-style chilled chawanmushi and cake were delicious. I wonder if the room was also after renewal, it was beautiful. I think it's a wooden building, but I don't care about people walking in the corridor. The hot springs are cleaned by hanging water. Kinosaki Onsen is not a large communal bath because it is premise for outdoor hot springs. I want to stay next time in the crab season.

|8.99km from city centerThe most surprising two days and nights in the Kansai tour of Japan for eight days and seven nights. Our triple rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a good breakfast and dinner. The second floor opposite is the No. 1 Haizhong Court in the town, which is worth eating. The dinner provided by the hotel is mainly meat-based, including the entrance to the horse but the horse is a delicious and rich day. The town is small, people are less beautiful, and people are lingering. The only regret is that when we go, the cable car is closed. It will not open until June, and it will not be able to ascend. The hotel also has a bathrobe for free. The little brother at the front desk is also very cute. I really love it too!

|9.13km from city centerWe stayed at Tsuruya Ryoukan for a night, and had an excellent dinner and breakfast. The steamed crab and Tajima beef sukiyaki were especially wonderful. The service is excellent, and the inn is located within walking distance of two onsen! Just outside the inn, there is a place to make onsen eggs and a walkway filled with cherry blossoms. It was a really special experience!

|9.23km from city centerIt was nice that they were very friendly. It was difficult to eat because I had a place to cook, but luckily I was able to eat food from a convenience store, so it was nice. I really couldn't eat what I bought at a restaurant.
They lent me Japanese-style clothes, so I was able to take pictures, and I was satisfied.

|9.12km from city centerGenerally good experience and enjoyed my room. Helpful staff. Clean room, comfortable bedding although it is not a new hotel. Everything I needed was available without my asking. Thoughtful touches in the room was much appreciated. I didn't get to use the restaurant or public bath so I'm unable to comment. Bathroom is rather old but I was mostly visiting the onsens and bathed somewhere else. Overall, good.

|12.4km from city centerFirst of all, the food was very delicious. Especially the rice was really delicious. It is said that it is rice that grows storks, and it is said that it is rice that is cultivated without relying on pesticides and chemical fertilizers. All of the dinners were delicious with the impression that there were many twisted and elaborate menus, but the ingredients are good, so it seems that you will be pleased even if it is a little simpler. It was my child's birthday, so I added Tajima beef steak, but it was really soft and delicious. The Tajima beef ceramic plate grill has a thick sauce of burdock, but probably because I was old, this was lighter and easier to eat than the steak. The sashimi shrimp was also big, fresh, sweet and delicious, but I think it would be better if you could peel the shells. Children seemed to like steamed matsutake mushrooms in clay bottles. The children's menu is full of volume anyway. It may be unavoidable that it tends to be biased toward fried foods everywhere, but you may not need such fried foods. .. The hot spring is salty and warms up to the core of the body. However, the open-air bath of the women's bath can be seen from Marine World. Be careful when taking an open-air bath before Marine World closes. That is definitely visible. The staff were all kind to traveling with two mothers and children, and the rooms were large, making it a very memorable trip. The building itself is old, so I'm worried when I'm worried about everywhere, but I and my child were very satisfied. Thank you very much.

|9.16km from city centerThe hot spring hotel is about a 5-minute walk across from Jogasaki Onsen Train Station and next to Jizo hot spring. The location is very good. All the reception staff are warm and thoughtful, with a sense of ceremony. The rooms are newly decorated and the facilities are very modern and complete. Even the humidifier is filled with hot spring water. The check-in is full of rituals, and the hotel offers a unique afternoon tea. The hotel's private hot spring is also very good. In winter, it is equipped with an orange hot spring, and there is also very considerate ice tea for drinking in the hot spring. However, the quality of the food is good, but there are not many varieties. It is not really a kaiseki meal. It is just a small bug.

1) Recommended paid hot springs with rock bath and champagne
2) There are many people in hotel public hot springs. Massage chairs are used separately by men and women.
3) The breakfast tasted good, the buffet was mainly Japanese food, the style was not a lot, but delicious
4) Matsuba crab is delicious for dinner👍
5) Hotel room with private hot spring, the hot spring is enough to accommodate 2 people, the view is the trees outside
6) Shuttle buses depart every half an hour

|9.19km from city centerBreakfast is set, not buffet. Fairly rich and average taste. The location of the hotel is very easy to find. Dinner is rich, mainly crabs, at least two. Looking at the price of the nearby fresh market is still a good deal.
The hotel room was quite large, and it was hard to want to get out of the furnace. Even the private soup inside the hotel is more general, and only public baths are available for bathing. There is no bath in my room. The public bath was ok. Playing in a bath with a mobile phone also ruined my facial recognition. We don't like going to the bathhouse outside, so we didn't go out for a bath after two days. There are not many places to visit nearby, the hotel dinner will change the content, staying two nights can be considered to play more fully. A nearby beef restaurant on the second floor is delicious. Just on the main road. The hotel service is really attentive, and you will be given shoes every time you go in and out. I'm ashamed ...

|9.15km from city centerThe location is very good and very close to several hot springs. The hotel's service is very good and it is good at adopting the guests' preferences. The prepared dinner and breakfast styles are many and taste good. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the facilities and equipment are basically satisfactory. The time spent here is very pleasant, and the hotel provides a yukata and wooden raft according to the size, which is satisfactory. Very recommended hotel.

|8.97km from city centerVery good experience. The house we live in is very Japanese style. We sleep on tatami. The little brothers and sisters at the front desk are very kind and enthusiastic, and give us help as much as possible, and provide us with bathrobes, slippers and free of charge. When the basket crickets finally left because they were going to take the cable car, they also helped us get our luggage to the subway station. Because the town does n’t eat much, it ’s also very ritual when providing breakfast. According to the room, you can reserve a seat to set a bed time, give you a cup of tea and pour tea, it is very taken care of. In addition, there is a bath in the hotel. Soak with your family. Then I will give you a hot spring tour ticket. In short, it is a good hotel in the local area for a long time!

Regretted not staying 1 more day as the entire village was very relaxing. Room is super clean, yukata was provided for us to visit the public baths, access to all 7 public baths provided as well. We have everything we need with this inn! There’s also a private onsen in the hotel and the host was very helpful and nice about everything. He even went out of his way to send us to & fro the Kinosakionsen station… thank you so much we had fun and enjoyed it! Will definitely stay here again. <3

|9.12km from city centerOkawa is a great ryokan to stay at. They will make sure your stay is very enjoyable and comfortable! We booked two nights with breakfast and dinner and we got a great sized room in traditional Japanese style with futon beds. During dinner and breakfast, they would make up the room for us, either converting it from sitting room to bedroom or back from bedroom to sitting room. There is no bathroom included, only a private toilet and wash stand, but since the nearest onsen is across the street and open from 7 am to 11 pm, we had no problems with that. Entry to all 7 public onsen in Kinosaki is included in your stay. The breakfast and dinner were Japanese style too, very good and enjoyable, even though fish and rice for breakfast are a bit of a switch for us. We really enjoyed our stay and cannot recommend them enough, the Okawa's (a husband and wife) are lovely and so helpful.

|9.07km from city centerOur stay was pleasant in terms of the facility, food, and service. Only that the staff did not tell us we were only allowed to deposit our luggage before 9:50 the next day before we check out, which caused a huge inconvenience of ours. An elderly and I had to drag our big luggage to the entirely opposite direction to the train station to deposit and then came back to the side of the onsen temple. We were quite unhappy about it and it might be caused by the limited English ability of the staff, but other than that I'd still recommend this place!

|9.08km from city centerThe hotel is located in the middle of Wenquan Street. It is opposite the Ichinoseyu. It is very convenient. We ordered one berth and one meal. The Japanese food for breakfast was very interesting. The waiter spoke Chinese and she taught us how to cook parent-child soup. Being vegetarian, the hotel can help us prepare vegetarian meals. The waiter taught me to wear kimono, send socks, and choose a suit and kimono for free. It rained that night, and the hotel provided free umbrellas and rain boots, which was very thoughtful. The hotel manager's English is very good, easy to communicate, and can store luggage. This is a very quiet and comfortable Japanese-style hotel that has given us many memories!

|9.12km from city centerWe stayed at this ryokan with onsen for one night in August. The journey from Kyoto takes around 2.5 hours with Japan Rail - some connections go without changing. It's about 700-800 m from Kinosakionsen train station. When you leave the train station, you can either walk across the street and a few steps to the left and lock your large suitcase in the locker (but not too big please, our standard hard-shell suitcase was one a few millimeters too deep) or have your suitcase delivered to your room door a few steps further to the left for just 200 yen. Upon arrival at the ryokan there was a very friendly welcome from an owner who spoke good English. He explained everything in detail and took countless greeting photos of us with our cell phones. Afterwards we were accompanied to our room by a young lady and tea was poured at the reception. The accommodation has 11 rooms. The anteroom of the ryokan, where you have to leave your luggage and slippers, is very small, actually too small to be able to unpack halfway. The room itself is sufficiently large. As is usual in ryokan and Japan, there is little storage space. Everything very clean and well-kept. There is a toilet and sink in the room, but there is no shower, that's what the onsen is for. A total of two onsen - one outside and one inside like in a cave. Both really beautifully done. In the evenings the onsen were “private” - you wait until one is free, then go in, lock it and have it to yourself. The room price also includes entry tickets to the city's seven public onsen. We only briefly used a public onsen “around the corner”, the ones in the neighborhood appealed more to us. After dark we took a longer walk through the very beautiful place. The area is centrally located - but of course still quiet. A Family Mart is just 100 m away. We had booked with breakfast, which is consumed in the room. You choose a time slot - for us, 8.30 was the latest option. Be careful, get up in time, there was a knock at our house at 8:15 a.m. and the young lady first put our futons away - so don't worry about turning them to the side again when the alarm clock rings at 8:00 a.m. The Japanese breakfast is unusual for a Central European, but why not get to know other breakfast habits? The young lady who brought and prepared breakfast was busy with everything for at least 10 minutes. Check out by 10 a.m. at the latest. The owner was kind enough to drive us to the train station by car. I have rarely experienced so much hospitality in a neighborhood. Would I book it again? Almost 200 euros per night for 2 people including breakfast is anything but cheap, but the experience is certainly worth it. A clear recommendation from me if you want to experience something other than a hotel room.

|9.46km from city centerThe exterior looked old, but the interior was in good condition. The baths for men and women are changed depending on the day. When I went in at night, it was early and there weren't many people, so I went in slowly. The open-air bath only allows outside air to enter, but you cannot see the outside scenery at all. I took a different bath in the morning, but the open-air bath was under repair. It may be a little strange for people who place a lot of importance on the bath. You can also visit the outside baths, so it might be a good idea to enjoy the hot springs to your heart's content. I don't know. The view from the room was on the opposite side of the river, so I could only see the back of the building, but the four-person room was divided into a Western-style room on the first floor and a Japanese-style room on the second floor, so it was a relaxing stay. Dinner and breakfast were buffets, and there was quite a lot of variety. Since the restaurant was fully booked, more dishes were added one after another, so there was never a time when I couldn't get what I wanted. For dessert, there was also soft serve ice cream, which the kids were happy with. After deciding to stay at Kinosaki Onsen, I was torn between choosing a small ryokan, but in the end I think it was a good value for money.

|9.77km from city centerIn addition to the reviews here, the reviews of Rakuten Travel, which I booked, were highly rated, so I decided to stay. It was a very good inn according to word of mouth. I would recommend it to anyone. [Room] I stayed in a Japanese-Western style room with a bed because the practitioner was an elderly person with lame legs. It is composed of a twin bedroom and a Japanese-style room, but the Japanese-style room has a table and chairs instead of a low table and chairs, so it was easy to eat in the room. The washroom and toilet were conveniently located. There is no bath in the room, but the private bath was right in front of the room and it was easy to move around. In addition, the great thing about this room is the river view on the big screen of 8 high sash windows. You can see the Maruyama River and the mountain range on the opposite bank, and watch the waterfowl playing at your leisure. It is a superb view because it is located away from the hot spring town. [Bath] The hot spring bath is only an indoor bath, but like the room, it was a pleasant bath with a river view. In addition, there is a free private hot spring bath, which is convenient and appreciated for those who need assistance. It's a long walk to the hot spring town, but there's no need to worry about visiting hot springs, as a private car will pick you up at any time in the morning or evening. In rainy or cold weather, I think it's more convenient to stay at an inn in a remote location with a pick-up service than an inn in a hot spring town that doesn't have a pick-up service. [Cooking] It was crab season, but I had plans to eat it on another occasion, so I had a normal basic course here. Dinner was served in the room and was relaxing. It was a nice service that the last rice of the course can be chosen from Kamameshi or Kaisendon. Breakfast was a Japanese set meal at the restaurant corner, but only the soft serve ice cream for dessert was all-you-can-eat. Tsure, who likes soft serve ice cream, was delighted. I'm sure your kids will love it too. All-you-can-eat soft serve ice cream in the morning is like a dream (laughs). [Amenity] I was impressed with the ingenuity. Hot spring inns often have a small plastic bag with the inn's logo on it, which is used to bring small items to the public bath. The inside of this inn's plastic bag is divided into two, and even if you put a wet towel after bathing in one, you can put small items that you don't want to get wet in the other. I have stayed in more than 50 hot spring inns so far, but I was impressed with this style of bag for the first time. In addition, the bathing towels with the inn logo were also devised. Overall, the towels are white, but they have colored lines on both sides. There are other inns that have this kind of ingenuity, but I was impressed because there are not many inns in this price class. Changing the color of the towel or the color of the toothbrush may be troublesome and may cost money in some cases, but it is a consideration that is appreciated by the customer. An inn that pays attention to such details is a really good inn. [Hospitality] Everyone is very kind and pleasant, including the proprietress. There were a lot of things that made me feel that you are trying to be as thoughtful and creative as possible in the details. It is a very warm inn that is friendly to both the elderly and children. [Cospa] This time I used the national travel support, so I was able to stay at a good price, but I think the cospa is good even at the price without discount. Even after the travel support ends, I think you can still get great deals if you use Rakuten Travel discounts or stay on weekdays.

|9.56km from city centerWe had a great time at this Ryokan. It’s a few minute walk from town but reception will gladly organise free shuttles for you, especially in the evening between 4-10. Less than 5 mins in the shuttle to anywhere you’d like to go in town. Food was abundant. We eat a lot, but portion sizes were a bit too much for us. Two whole crabs each on the first night, then what felt like half a cow the next day :) dinner and breakfast were fresh, plentiful and varied. Room was spacious and quiet. Lovely view of the garden. Only futons available with bean pillows but they were comfortable enough. Each gender has 4 baths to choose from - indoor, indoor jacuzzi, outside warm bath, outside plunge pool. These are clean and welcoming. Plenty of lockers but we found it quite quiet to visit even though it was fully booked. You get a private room for your dinner and breakfast and it will be the same one for your whole stay. Really happy with our time here.

|9.03km from city centerIt seems to be the oldest inn in Kinosaki, and it was wonderful with a very atmospheric interior. All meals were served in the room, and the room attendant was very cute, polite and warm. The employees, including Mr. Gonzaemon of the sister inn, were very polite and comfortable. Because it is near the ropeway platform, there are few tourists, so it was relatively quiet. Even the farthest part of the tour of the hot springs wasn't too far away (about 15 minutes on foot in clogs?), and it wasn't too hard to see the streets of Kinosaki and there were various shops. I definitely want to go again!

|0.39km from city centerI stayed here for easy local bus access to Izushi castle town. The staff were very welcoming and on arrival you get to choose 2 free items from the ‘mini bar’ (beer, soft drink, chocolate, chips). The hotel is very functional. I had a double bed room and I think you could squeeze (and I mean squeeze) two small suitcases and still be able to walk in the room. The bed was typically very firm but the more European pillows were soft. Hallway and other room noise (TVs) comes under the door but as the clientele seemed to be be mostly Japanese and very respectful, it was quiet around 10pm. The set Japanese breakfast is very filling. If you are on a budget, Sky Hotel is a good base for day trips (12min local train, Y200) to Kinosaki-onsen.

|0.43km from city centerIt's a little walk from Toyooka Station, but not far. Well, it's an ordinary Vijiho. The front desk was quite senior. It was a little different that the coin laundry was a declaration system and it was a method of paying money by calling the front desk ”using”. There was no other place different from the general public. It was a little troublesome to make dinner refugees because the time of staying was the time (the end of the year Sunday). All the taverns and restaurants nearby were closed. The shopping street in front of the station is a shutter town, so it is better not to expect it. It was good that there was a chain store at a little walk, but it may be better to be careful about Sunday accommodation 々.
