|0.6km from city centerThe trouble with Da Lat is that it seems to have more hotels than visitors – so we were among only a handful of guests staying at this hotel which had a grand and cavernous lobby. We booked our accommodation in advance, but on arrival and much to our surprise, we were shown to a twin room that was windowless. We were less than happy about this, and when we questioned it we were offered a better room with quite a pleasant view over some local back gardens. Breakfast on the top floor was nothing special, but the room offered some great views across the city. However, a large television played an endless video loop about the hotel with the most dreadful music accompanying it. It must drive the staff mad, but they seemed impervious to it. Our room was clean and the bed comfortable. The nights were cold and the room had no heating, so we asked for extra bed covers which were quickly provided. All in all, a merely average experience.

The buffet has a variety of Vietnamese and continental food, fruits, and drinks - all very delicious. The staff are very polite and helpful. Tuyen, the reception supervisor was exceptionally helpful when i made a mistake with booking my flight and she was able to sort it out for me last minute, going above and beyond.

|2.27km from city centerOverall It was just OK. (As in February 2023) Rooms are just ranging from 15m2 to about 22m2 and getting outdated. Especially the bathroom, the drainage is really slow. Once you take a shower, you will be flooded with soap water all over the bathroom. Soundproof is a disaster, you can hear all noises, kids yelling and running from outside. The door can't even lock properly, it keeps beeping itself no matter how soft or hard I close the door. Everytime I leave or enter the room, I had to wrestle with the door with closing it for several times. They really need some replacement for their facilities. Location of the hotel is OK. Located in a quiet neighbourhood. You can easily go to everywhere with a scooter. The hotel is not too far away from tourist attractions. I had the worst experience with the reception staff. They were not very helpful during my check in and out. I came around noon and asked if i could check in anytime. They replied that they will get me the room as soon as the janitor finished cleaning and they was so sure that they will call out my name once it is ready. Guess what? They made me wait for 2 hours until I came to ask again whether my room is ready. And now that just said Oh it is ready here is your room. What? Staff made me wait for 2 hours without notifying if they already got the room ready for checking in? They saw me sitting in the waiting area entire time and without an apologise for keeping me waiting. They acted like nothing happened. Those staff seriously need more training. Same thing happened during my check-out. I had to ask over and over if I can now get back my ID. These staff are the most irresponsible I've ever experienced. I would rate better if It wasn't for the staff.

Breakfast has a lot of choices, mostly Vietnamese dishes. If you like, you can try it. I like it and the quantity is enough. The hotel is located in the city center, close to tourist attractions in the city, convenient and complete. The hotel offers motorcycle rental services. Airport transfers are available at a fair price. If I visit Dalat again, I will come back here.

2. The room was okay, at the level of a budget hotel. Hot water was available from 6 to 22 o'clock, and fruits were given as a check-in. Towels cannot be used as towels or the like.
3. The hotel service staff has a very good attitude. The hotel itself can rent a motorcycle for 18W for a whole day, and can store luggage.
4. You can eat noodles in the street next to it, and there is barbecue and coffee in the evening.
Suitable for traveling alone or those with simple accommodation requirements.

You hear conversations, children screaming, TV, sneezing, vomiting, coughing, music. It's hard to sleep even with earplugs. |0.23km from city centerThis is a small hotel, just 3 small rooms on the floor. Very clean, there is an elevator, a refrigerator in the room. In the shower everything is. Bed good, comfortable, teapot, water, tea, coffee. Very good lighting in the room, which is rare. Breakfasts on terrace 7 floor, all delicious. Welcome staff, caring hostess, thank you to her. On the opposite of the hotel is an inexpensive restaurant and bakery, near the market, near Lake and BigC. In the evening on the weekend near the market, the traffic is closed - the night bazaar and the people's guilt. We ordered a car trip to all the main attractions from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. for 900kD, through the tour agencies because of the coronary virus such a trip could not be ordered. The palace of Emperor Bao Dai, the rope road, the Thien Vien Monastery, the waterfall, the pagoda of Lin Fuok, the statue of the great Buddha and the temple next to it. From the hotel down the street, the walls of the houses on it are painted by artists, necessarily walk. The room in which the common beds are in the basement. The hotel liked, I recommend. The shortage is cash payment in the hotel (by card additional %), which I forgot, as I booked through Agoda, where you usually pay at once.

Our group only stayed for 1 night because we went to hunt for clouds early in the morning, so it was calculated to stay for 1 night, but in general the hotel is very cheap and good compared to the price range. And there is no convenience store or supermarket nearby

The first night to the hotel there was only instant noodles in the room
A bucket of supermarket is 6,700 dong, hotel is 25,000 yuan
Although the staff at the hotel is very good 👌
But not recommended
At night there is a fireplace in the hall for heating
You can sit in the lobby

|6.43km from city centerI was slightly apprehensive after reading some of the reviews here but both the grounds and the villa were amazing when we stayed here for 3 nights earlier this week. The one issue I didn’t like were the cobwebs in multiple rooms and huge ones on the stairs of the villa - these were cleaned out when requested. This is a very relaxing resort and the lake, pine trees and the flowers present a lovely backdrop. There are enough activities to do within the resort, we also walked to the newly opened Mo Camp for lunch one day. Given how nice the place is, I have a couple of suggestions for management which would make international guests return repeatedly. Firstly, if the staff were a bit warm and engaging - we have stayed in 2 other similar resorts/lodges in the past 10 days where we felt so much more welcome only because staff reached out with smiling good mornings and asked what we were planning for the day. Secondly, given the price point of the Binh An, I think a welcome drink and a turndown service would be justified.

Don't think Da Lat/this hotel gets a lot of English speaking tourists and communicating with staff was difficult. Don't bother paying for breakfast. It's expensive and you get one option - a tasteless Pho (and in Vietnam if you can't get Pho right then that is troubling). Hotel also doesn't provide complimentary bottled water but shops across the road sell big bottles at reasonable prices. Bed moves a lot and we constantly had to keep rearranging. Aircon is not built into room but we were given a portable unit that works. Basic hotel - get what you pay for.

Disadvantages: 1. The biggest problem is that the curtains do not block light at all. Basically, when the sun wakes up, we wake up too. 2. There is a school next to it. Children go to school relatively early. It will affect those who want to sleep late.
Objectively speaking, this price is still good.

|1.12km from city centerThe hotel has a great contemporary design with an open atrium and hanging gardens. Our suite was clean and roomy with a great view over the rooftops of Dalat and to the mountains in the distance. The décor was contemporary and stylish. We asked for an extra comfortable chair to be able to sit at the table and this was delivered immediately. 2 chairs really should be included in a suite and there is plenty of room for them to fit easily. There was no walk-in shower, the shower is hand held over the bath which is separated from the bedroom by a curtain. The bath would be difficult for older, less mobile people to get into, but it was OK for us. The front desk Manager, Mr Hoang Anh, was very helpful and at the end of our stay organised a very good and reasonably priced driver to take us to Nha Trang on the coast (a 3 hour drive). We also had washing done for a very minimal price, which was returned the same day. The hotel breakfast appeared to be catering more for Chinese and Korean tourists, with bain maries of soups and rice dishes. We would have loved some Vietnamese choices such as Pho, and a bigger fruit selection. We ended up only having coffee and toast in the restaurant as we found a great café 50 metres down the road that did a great breakfast selection. The location was terrific, on a hill overlooking the town, which was a 20 minute walk down to the Central market and lake area. There are several banks along the route to make cash withdrawals or currency exchange. There were several eating options a walk away from the hotel, with a good Thai restaurant a couple of doors up the street. We would happily recommend staying at Lasol Boutique Hotel.

|0.2km from city centerWe‘ve booked the Tulip Hotel Da Lat because of its central location next to the night market and because of the large balcony. Both of it was as expected and the double room is relatively large and clean. The hotel currently offers no breakfast but there is a nice bakery on the opposite side of the street. So my rating could be a 4* rating … but: During checking, the receptionist took our passports because she had to fill some forms (ok). We were told, that we could retrieve them one hour later. After one hour we were told that they would return only one passport, and that they know, how important passports are for us. No other comments given. Next day, next try: another receptionist told us, that this is „company policy“ (although the room was fully paid upfront - and they had my credit card data)! They would return the passport after checkout. Dear management, if you read this: it is totally unacceptable! I had never taken my passport from me on any hotel I have stayed, anywhere! Have you ever been in a foreign country without any means to identify yourself? I guess, not. If I had known that „policy“ before, I would have booked another hotel

|4.67km from city centerA great, picturesque place to get away from the city. Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be purchased here. The cost of breakfast is 30k, lunch and dinner are 70k. You need to warn the day before the intended meal. You can rent a scooter, book a bus or a tour.
Audibility in common rooms is very good. That is, you can hear your neighbors well. But everyone goes to bed here as early as they get up. Because this is a vacation in nature and here after sunset it is very calm and quiet. Sleep overtakes itself.
In general, I will come back here again as soon as possible and recommend everyone to visit this place while it is still quiet, nice, calm and beautiful.

Their friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about Da Lat. The rooms were clean, up to date and bright. The breakfast that is available is divine! The best feature of this place however is the stunning mountain view. Be sure to go to the top and enjoy a cup of coffee with sunrise! 5 star stay all the way!
