We traveled to Yerevan with our 2 boys (under 12) and the apartment was perfect. It is spacious, clean practical, warm which was important in January! Beds are very comfortable. We also were very very pleased with the customer service, although there is no front desk, there is a phone in the room to contact the office and the staff has been super helpful. The location was perfect as it is next to tones of delicious restaurants, shops and supermarkets. We will certainly come back to the apartment on our next visit. We would like to thank the team for our wonderful stay.

I arrived very late at night (approx 1am) and the hotel staff checked me in very quickly and escorted me to my room. The room was a good size and two bottles of water were provided per day plus a well stocked (chargeable) minibar. The bed was really comfortable so I slept really well during me stay. The breakfast was buffet style with a wide selection of food. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the hotel is just a short distance from the Cascades. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Location is very near to the metro going to Republic Square. I like the calmness of the place especially that I’m the only guest in the room (6 beds capacity) because it’s not peak season. Nice owner especially to Lilia who kept asking how’s my stay and advised to visit different places in town. Lovely breakfast as well to filled my stomach for the whole day tour, thanks auntie. Very clean room and bathroom as well. Heater is available. Really recommended for solo traveler like me or couple with light baggage as their flat is located in the 5th floor without lift, so only stairs available for you to walk (exercise).

Where to begin and where to end? Lets take it from the top. I booked a comfy double room with balcony. Since i wanted confirmation me and my girlfriend sent an email requesting booking confirmation of the said room. Someone replied to our email momentarily using bad english basically saying that when the guest will arrive we will show him our best room and that guest will be satisfied..since my flight was arriving very early in the morning, around 4 in the morning i foretold them about it adn they said no problem..but when i arrived the hotels door was closed..first time i see a hotel closing at 00:00..i was knocking on their door but no one was coming..it was like empty place..there was only one armenian number written..thank god the taxi driver helped me get in touch and later an old lady came and welcomed me..she was nice but she didnt check me in..didnt ask for any documents of any sort..she told me that she had been told to show me 3 rooms (the 1 i booked among them) and if i want i could choose either one of them..so naturally i chose the bigger one which was one category higher..HOWEVER before going in i asked her TWICE if i have to pay extra or if its just like the email said a "so called" upgrade..she told me that whatever the case i dont have to pay so i agreed...later i realised that the room suffered so much,,,dirty linen on the bed..a bottle of water balancing the fridge...the tap in the bathroom was broken..and the wate boiler was so noisy it was impossible to sleep..also in the room next to ours there was a very loud couple playing music until early 7 o clock in the morning..the next morning i asked the receptionist to take care of my room and she complied..the stuff was passive at best..very rude sometimes..and they dont speak english! they dont even greet firsthand..its like they dont want you there...later that night i went down to ask about dinner time and the girl at the reception told me out of nowhere that i have to change rooms..to go back to the room i booked even tho they themselves chose to upgrade me..and they also asked for extra money!!! and they said that even if i move to my original room that i still have to pay extra for one night the upgraded room...oh god..DONT GO THERE..VERY RUDE STAFF EVEN AGGRESSIVE SOMETIMES (NOT PHYSICALLY), DIRTY ROOMS, VERY BAD SOUNDPROOFING NON EXISTENT..STAFF DOESNT CARE ABOUT YOU, WITHOUT EVEN CHECKING ME IN, THEY ASK FOR MONEY AND EXTRA MONEY ABOUT SOMETHING THEY INITIATED FOR FREE..very bad experience since that was my first time in Armenia..not all of the staff was bad..the cleaning lady was nice..and one of the receptionists was at least somewhat helpful...however the hotel isnt even worth 1 star..

Opted for one of their apartments, after booking found it is in a separate building 5 minutes walk from the main hotel - but you walk past a 24/7 supermarket which is useful. The staff are all very attentive and helpful but getting the room cleaned seemed to be a problem on a number of occasions; internet connection was a bit patchy on some days. The apartments are large and fairly well equipped although looking a bit worn in places. But they have atmosphere and are not like the usual chain hotels. It is well situated for the city centre - a pleasant short walk away. Breakfast can be taken in the main hotel, which is modern. The breakfast choice is not extensive but I found it totally acceptable. Some people might not like instant coffee however!

i was on a tour of armenia, we had a booking at ani plaza, when i checked my room for the price agreed, i didnt like it, thought it was too small, i approached reception and this bright young lady, helen, suggested a better room, for which i had to pay more, showed me the room, and gave me the new price ...... i thought the way she handled it was superb. bell boy service also good. one downside, the currency exchange facility person which is based close to reception...was both unhelpful and discourteous.

My wife, 14 year old son and I stayed four nights at this lovely hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our experience here. We rented a one bedroom suite which was spacious, well appointed, and impeccably clean. The hotel is well located, within walking distance of most of the major attractions and within a few minutes of a subway stop if you want to go further afield. The breakfast is brought to your room at the time of your choosing and was delicious and plentiful. It is also close to numerous great restaurants and shops. The only small drawback was that taxi drivers were sometimes not familiar with the hotel and had difficulty locating it. Have the hotel provide directions to show taxi drivers, because it is not far off the beaten path. If we ever return to Yerevan, we will definitely stay here again!

Cosy hotel, good location, polite staff. At first difficult to find because it is situated inside the yard of local building, still these buildings cover all the noise from the streets and the hotel is really calm to have a good rest there. Price is very nice for such good hotel. Interior: Modern design, calm colours, all needed stuff is in the room, including iron and toiletries (toothpaste, toothbrush). Local sweets as a compliment from the hotel are very delicious :) As for price for room service and bar: quit high as in other hotels in the center of capital cities ;) Highly recommended for booking for long stay, as well as for the short.

To Cascade Management, It's an amazing experienced in Cascade hotel, accommodating and welcoming staff from the reception, Bartender until the kitchen. Tatev in the reception who called the ambulance when my wife was sick and kept on following up when I'm in the tour and my wife was left in the room. Vahan wearing a smile and too polite all the time, he shared all the information about Armenia. The cook Natalie offer greetings all the time and gives recommendations about the food that she prepared. It's a great place to stay and definitely I will recommend to all my friends and family.

In Yerevan this place is not bad. The room is so wide and the bathroom is quite large, but the water is not flowing smoothly. I booked a twin room, but I gave a room on the fourth floor without a balcony. I see from the hotel introduction that most rooms have a balcony, because it doesn't matter if you stay for only one night. The facilities in the room are similar to the domestic three-star facilities. The front desk is quite satisfactory, there is only one hotel elevator, and the waiting time is too long. Breakfast is on the 12th floor, which fits the Chinese stomach and can be full. There is a supermarket opposite, which is very convenient. Geographic location is fine, anyway, the whole city is not big, and walking is fine. I think other rooms should be bigger than this value room.

Pros: Location is great. Grocery stores, pharmacy, good restaurants, and some tourist attractions all within walking distance. Staff: Some staff members were significantly helpful! I appreciate them so much, as they helped me with a big issue on arrival. Room: space was ok. Shower was ok. Negatives: Telephone in the room didn’t work at all. Brought it to front desk, they found the phone was ok, but the line was not working. Then the line worked, but I could hear other rooms conversations because my phone would ring but it was not for me. This problem was never fixed. No solution was suggested. Noise. Very noisy. I had asked for a higher floor in my booking, staff didn’t even check the booking and gave me a room on second floor. My neighbor had 2-3 children who would scream and run around all the time. I remember one morning one kid screamed at 5am outside the room, what the heck? Really? Terrible! Staff: Some staff were good, but others were not. I remember I had asked the staff about the Armenia Cognac factory. And that I was going there later in the day and wanted to take a tour. They failed to tell me that I should have booked a tour in advance and that not everyday there are tours, nor are there tours every hour. The day I went there were tours in two different languages that I did not speak and no availability anyway. This was sad, very sad. I know I should have checked in advance, but the hotel staff should have reminded me about this and then I wouldn’t have wasted a taxi ride or the time to go there, I would have gone somewhere else. Food at the hotel was mediocre, not much to expect there. Because of the noise, the telephone not working, them not reviewing my booking notes, and the staff not doing their due diligence to tell tourists about the time of things, I cannot give this hotel more than a three star rating. Very disappointed.
