Must give great praise, the lady who went to the reception was very enthusiastic, and gave us an upgraded room for free! The boss is also very good, gave us a free breakfast, and the price is very reasonable! If you have the chance to choose his home again, there are electric blankets for Chinese people. This is the best point. Parking is free and convenient!

This hotel has hidden fee deductions. After leaving the hotel, a cleaning fee of $100 is deducted. I think this is unreasonable. It is useless to communicate with the hotel manager through Ctrip's customer service. Friends who want to book this hotel choose carefully.

The hotel opened by the Chinese, the room is quite spacious, clean, and the service is very good. Going right and going forward, there are two Cantonese restaurants. The one is called Jin Jade, which is very delicious. The amount is too big to eat. There is a horse carriage opposite the golden jade. Yes, Cantonese style morning tea is not bad, in short, the location is good.

Situated opposite Eden Park, the Asure at Eden Park provides excellent accommodation with a manager who wants to ensure you enjoy your stay and offers advice on places to visit in the city.. We stayed there for one week in March this year to be near our son and daughter-in-law who live in the Mt Eden district. We had a hire car for part of the time we were there and we had no trouble parking on site. For the rest of the time we relied on public transport and Uber. Kingsland Metro station is right opposite and Bus route 24 runs along sandringham road to the City Centre.

I booked a car hotel because I rented a car. Free parking is very convenient. I also like that it has two beds, one double and one single, suitable for families. The motel is not big and there are not many rooms. It has 2 floors, and it feels a bit noisy at night on the roadside. Others are good! The hotel is managed by the Chinese staff of the Chinese owner. Very satisfactory!

The hotel is a bit far from the city, the traffic is not very convenient, the facilities are very general, and the price is relatively high. In general, the hotel is not cost-effective, and many of them are travelled in the past.

Cost-effective hotel, the location is only ten minutes away from the city by car, parking is possible, very convenient. The only thing is that the facilities are outdated and far from the pictures. The overall CP value is still good

I booked a family room for three people in August to stay in November. All was well until I received a message from them a week out from my stay to say they overlooked the booking due to a “system malfunction” and had to cancel my booking. I was disappointed and called them about this to be told sorry but nothing can be done. When I queried why they hadn’t picked up on the issue after contacting them only a week prior they couldn’t given an answer. Eventually after I persisted to question what went wrong I was then told a colleague didn’t realize they already had someone else booked for the room I requested!!! The next day I received a call from the hotel manager apologizing and then said they had my room available?!?! Date of arrival, I requested early check in. That went well and I was escorted to my room. The family room was what I had originally booked. Expedia states it comes with kitchen. Queen and King single. And lounge area. The room I received was a studio apartment with queen and king single. A mini fridge with tea making facilities. No kitchen. Also no phone. Bare basics as you would expect from this sort of room. I was attending a concert that night with friends. On our return later that night a little after midnight we were locked out of our room. Keys would not work. Nobody at reception so had to call someone and wait approximately 15min a lovely gentleman to come and sort it. Was also promised extra towels, they never arrived so had to walk down to reception and ask. Would have been good to have a phone? All in all, the room was good value for money $158 for 3 adults for one night. The room was clean and tidy. I expected sub standard but was surprised how nice it actually was. If we hadn’t experienced the other issues I would rate it a 5. They were all unnecessary events that could have been prevented by staff despite how nice they were. Thanks.

Disclaimer: I am a hotel person, never liked motels. Ended up with this motel due to proximity to the office. Pros: 1. Room was good, clean and fresh. 2. Wifi worked great. 3. Staff was very friendly. 4. Had a foot massager in room. 5. Bed were clean and neatly made. Cons: 1. Had a specific “old” facility smell, never like these. 2. Lift needed repairing, it never stopped aligned with floor - either 2 inch above or below. 3. The staff forgot my breakfast, but apologised in the morning. 4. Very tight corridor- I always hate such corridors. 5. TV needed tuning. 6. Only 1 restaurant near by.

I stayed in a One bedroom apartment on level 3 for 1 night and it was great. I would think this is the best you can get in this budget. Book direct on their website its much cheaper than other sites. The room was clean, modern and very spacious. The bedroom did have a large skylight which cannot be covered which keeps the room quite light, it didn't bother me but I can see how it may bother others. The bed is firm but comfortable, plenty of varying pillows. It could have done with an extra blanket but there were none in the cupboards so I just kept the heatpump on low. I found my room quiet and I wasnt bothered by any noise within the building or outside. But beware there is a very strict no noise policy so if your looking for a place to have fun with friends this may not be right for you. When first arriving at the building it can feel a little odd as its not your typical hotel, but once you are let inside, park your car and find your room its easy as. Its a very quick and handy walk into the cafes, bars and shops in Newmarket. If I need to come back to the area I will most likely book here again.
