We are Toyoko Inn members so stay in many Toyoko's. This is a notch above others for these reasons: perfect location at the train station that is not overly busy; Friendly staff that speak a reasonable amount of English; plentiful English guide maps at the front desk including some that were not at the Tourist Information Center at the station (TIC staff very helpful). Since the hotel is essentially at the station, I'll also add a review of the station. There is a grocery store, restaurants and a Vie de France at the station making finding a place to eat very convenient. The exit of the station has a large display of dinosaur avatars which partially move and make sounds, providing nice entertainment for children. You can use this as a home base to explore Fukui prefecture and Eiheiji. I would definitely stay here again.

We were on a 15day holiday in Japan and stayed 1 night here while in Fukui. Glad we chose this hotel. We drove 2 cars. Hotel parking cost 500Yen overnight. It is very near the train station and we could find restaurants for dinner. It was a good stopover in Fukui. The rooms seems to be half renovated. While the bathroom and vanity top seems really outdated, the beds and carpet were new. The 2 queensized bed was so comfortable and very spacious for our family. The hotel has no kitchen and does not have a breakfast option. There was a arcade section with claw machines that could keep the kids entertained. This seems to be a family oriented hotel. We would like to thank the frontdesk Manager for helping to send a luggage that we left behind to Nagoya for us. We could not find a email to your website. Thank you for all your help, please note that we have paid TaQbin in full as well. Hope the hotel will read this. Overall, would recommend this hotel for family.

new! The natural hot spring was hung in the large communal bath on the 9th floor, and the shower was great! 🙌 My husband was very satisfied with the clean water 💯 I was very satisfied with the many types of breakfast, one bite at a time. Crab porridge 💯 Thank you for the soba noodles at night with a plan without dinner 👍 The idea of a small window in the open-air bath & when you take the indoor bath, you can see a cute dinosaur looking at you 🦖 🥰 🙏 As a request, it will be helpful for meals and check-out, so if possible, it would be nice if there was a clock in the open-air bath. I thought the parking lot was free, so I was a little disappointed with the charge. I chose it for the first time as a hotel between Hachinohe and Kyoto by making a reservation on the day. Staff support 💯 I would like to use it again if I have a chance ❣️

It is less than 10 minutes walk from Fukui JR Station. It is very convenient for 2 minutes from the city hall and the foreign country's Immigration Bureau. First, go to the city hall to get the information, then go to the Immigration Bureau to work, and then go to the center to change the driver's license. It’s really convenient to get it. The hotel is clean and tidy. In the case of Tokyo, the hotel of the same level is at least 10,000 yen or more. Personally, it is worth recommending that the price/performance ratio and comfort are good. I will stay here next time.

The city center is very close to Ginza. It is also very convenient to take the airport bus. It can be reached in 6-8 minutes. The lobby is on the 3rd floor and there is a special Chinese service. Shinjuku
Size of the room type: Considering the price point, it can be considered in Shinjuku area. After all, you can't expect a large area of 20-30 square meters for a few hundred blocks. By the way, if the luggage is too large, it may not be easy to expand. Transportation: It is close to the subway station Shinjuku Sanchome, but it is not particularly close. You need to walk a long way. There are various undocumented inside houses. Unfortunately, foreigners dare not look into it. It seems that there is no other comment on living at high levels at night It ’s so noisy, and the sound insulation of the room has not been actually tested, anyway, it is quite satisfactory From the perspective of personal travel, overall is pretty good

I use it most of the time when I stay in Tokyo, but the biggest merit is that it is close to the station and pasta! You don't have to walk long distances or wait outside because you use the limousine bus to Haneda. If it is not Corona, there is a bus from the front of the hotel, so everything is good in terms of location. The staff are very polite, and the rooms and bathrooms are large, with two towels, and you can use different towels at night and in the morning. think. However, it is a pity that there are many reservations for several days and the number of laundry is small and it can not be used, but is that the minus? I think.

The hotel location is very good, the traffic is very convenient, two subway stations are just outside the door, there are a lot of eating and shopping in the next two or three business districts, there is a shopping mall diagonally opposite, there is a Chinese restaurant on the ground floor, the cost is very high, the taste is also very good . The breakfast in the hotel itself is very good. There are three places to eat. The western breakfast on the top floor is the best, followed by the western food on the Lobby floor. The Japanese breakfast on the Lobby floor is exquisite but not full. The room is clean and hygienic. The area for two adults with one child is large enough. The bed is wide enough. The large bed is 2 meters wide. The garden inside the hotel is very beautiful, the garden is a standard Japanese garden, and there is an artificial waterfall. Generally speaking, it is very suitable for parent-child travel!

The room is arranged on the 18th floor, facing the Tokyo Tower. It’s so happy 🥳...The breakfast is on the 33rd floor. It is not luxurious and exquisite. Facing the tower view, I feel comfortable and have a great appetite! There are Tokyo Tower, parks, gardens, and Zojoji Temple, the tomb of General Tokugawa’s family, so adults and children can stroll around. The hotel staff were very responsive and the room, reception and lobby were all clean, but I got the impression that the room was very vocal. However, I could hear the sounds and voices of the people in the next room coming into the room, and I was really worried about the voices and sounds. This is the second time I've stayed, but last time I couldn't hear at all because there was no one next to me, but this time I heard the sound so loud that I decided to set the equipment to 2. Many places have been amazed by just staying in this hotel for two days. Needless to say, the hygiene of most hotels in Japan is very good. The charm of this hotel is that the service is really good, whether it is the staff at the service counter or the reception staff at the door, they treat any guest with a smile on their faces and politely. I remember when I checked in, the young lady who received me talked and laughed with me with a smile on her face. The service was superb. And there is also a service to deliver food to the room, especially during the epidemic, it is very convenient without having to go out to eat. The cost of meals is a bit expensive, and the taste depends on personal preference. It looks more delicate. I have ordered some meals, they taste great and they taste very satisfying.

Cleanliness Top class with no holes. However, I didn't know the location and the extension number of the front desk for air conditioning during the night, so when I called with my cell phone, the cleaner mistakenly said that I was checking out or I couldn't call the front desk from the room. I did n’t have enough to eat. I used a bowl of porridge until afternoon tea. I had to make a reservation by the window in advance. Replaced with a jewelry box. One of the small improvements is that we can't check in at less than three o'clock when we check in. We recommend to go out and go around. In the winter, we wait outside at three o'clock as a first-class hotel and we have not arranged a warm and comfortable waiting area. The bed looks uneven from the surface. Uneven

Haneda Airport/Kamata
The hotel's location is very convenient, just on the departure floor of the International Departure Terminal of Haneda Airport. After reading other reviews, some said it was at counter L and some said it was at counter J. Go directly to the N check-in counter (the innermost one) on the departure floor, and then at the end of the counter is the hotel entrance. See Figures 1, 2, and 3. The front desk of the hotel is on this floor, then take the elevator to the floor where the room is located. The hotel is much larger than I expected. The 2nd to 7th floors of this terminal are all hotel rooms. The room is not big, but it is not too small. Because the child is not charged, there are only 2 beds that are put together. Slippers and pillows are for two people, you can go to the front desk and ask for another. Although the rooms are small, they are fully equipped and have bathtubs. The hotel's breakfast is said to be good, but it doesn't open until 6 o'clock. On our 8 o'clock flight, we didn't order breakfast. The restaurant also serves dinner. There are many other restaurants in the terminal, as well as fast food like Yoshinoya. If you have nothing to do, you can go to the observation deck to watch the plane take off and land. The walls and windows of the room were well soundproofed, and the sound of the plane taking off and landing was completely audible, but the soundproofing of the door was poor, and the sound of the corridor was clear. Overall, it is very suitable for people who fly early.

Ginza/Tsukiji
I don't know how to evaluate this hotel. The good places are very good, and the strange places are also very strange ... The hotel is in a good location, very close to Ginza, the front desk service is very good, and one day breakfast voucher is also presented. There are four restaurants for breakfast, American, French, Japanese and cafeteria, with slightly different opening hours. We went to the cafeteria on the 17th floor. The dishes were very rich. The ending time was a little early, and it ended at 9:30. The room is slightly small and the bathroom is not separated from wet and dry. Facilities are average, and health is good. The overall service is very good, but also encountered a small episode, knocking on the door to clean in the morning, before we go out, we said to clean an hour later. But after a while someone rang the doorbell, and it took only a few seconds. I didn't respond. A guy swiped in directly, took two bottles of water, and stayed in so many hotels. At least make sure that no one in the room swipes in again! I didn't apologize for seeing us in the room! I thought I gave two bottles of water before we went out, so I took the water out. I didn't expect to come back at night and found that there was no more water for cleaning. I did n’t understand this operation ... and we ate the instant noodle bowl Because of the soup in it, it was not thrown into the trash can, placed on the table, and was not cleaned up. Called to ask the reason, and explained that we thought we would eat again, but there was only a bite of soup in the instant noodle bowl. At first glance, it was garbage. Who would eat it? So I want to know where to throw the bowl next time if I eat instant noodles? Or does the hotel's regulations only take away in the trash? Due to the above problems, especially if someone in the room swipes the card directly to enter the door, it affects the check-in experience. Overall pretty good ~

This year it became a global pandemic and had an impact on my work, so I booked a luxury hotel as a reward for myself. The view of the restaurant and bar was as nice as a movie. He always took care of me when I had a meal, and gave me explanations and conversations. Even at the buffet breakfast alone, they communicated until the end of the day, such as "How was it? Did you have anything missing?" Thank you for a pleasant time. I also learned a lot as an edge of the service industry. I also wanted to stay.

It was the most wonderful hotel stay experience. The hotel was booked by me temporarily. If I had to add an extra bed, I immediately agreed and asked about the arrival time. The hotel is directly opposite Tokyo Station and the Imperial Palace. The scenery is unobstructed, and it is worth a day to sit on the sofa. The waiter in the lobby bar is very enthusiastic, but unfortunately the window is full, otherwise the wine and wine are invincible. Since I had to catch the early flight to return home, I went to the front desk and asked if I could cancel the breakfast. I didn't think that the young lady at the front desk could let us eat directly in the room after communication. Just inform the package type in advance and there is no extra charge. This service is simply intimate. Room service is available twice in this hotel and once in the evening around 8:30. The only downside is the semi-buffet breakfast in the hotel, not many choices
