I was worried about the outside noise in the room along the Koshu Highway. If you can make a request at the time of booking, it might be a good idea to request a room on the opposite side of the main road. The room was small but comfortable with a sofa. I used a laundromat, but when I opened the door of the laundromat, it was so hot that I started sweating. There is no window and you cannot stay in the room at the same time as you run into other guests. There are three washing machines (300 yen per use) and three dryers (100 yen per 30 minutes). There is also an ice machine here. It's narrow anyway. Cleaning is normal. To be honest, there were some things that bothered me. Amenities are in front of you when you get off the elevator, so bring what you need.

I thought it would be better for Apa Hotel to see some reviews, but I think I will be divided into preferences, but I preferred Apa Hotel. First of all, the receptionist was very good. Great location, great hotel, and wonderful service! Family of four, we booked a double and it was a nice room with two double beds. Although a bit small, it was fine for us and we were happy to have a microwave, etc that made it feel homey. The hotel was quiet, the a/c good, and the water pressure strong. The location is perfect, just a few minutes away from the Hachioji Eki and all the various conveniences there. Staff was very nice, check-in was smooth and quick, and check-out was as simple as dropping off our card key. We mistakenly left a pair of pajamas in the room and the wonderful staff was able to locate it and send it to us, already in another prefecture, the next day. Thank you so much!! This kindness will not be forgotten and we would love to return to this hotel the next time we visit the area.
